What is International Safety Management Code - Duration: 18:33.In 1986 a 22 thousand ton general cargo vessel was sailing across the Atlantic
the conditions were with
I got a strange she's not showing any side lines just to master this must be a
crossing lesson not showing sideways
mr. beauty when the third officer realized that there was a potential
problem and he could find no way to get the approaching ships attention
he put his ship into the hand steering mode and ordered ten degrees starboard
help as his shit was turning to stop the approaching vessel halted its support
so increasing the risk of collision he then ordered the helm hard to talk with
the ship turning to form the approaching vessel altered her direction to stop so
closing this led directly to exhibition where the cargo vessel is badly hole
causing an impossible situation with no hope of rectification
it took 12 up to the ship finally in 1987 the International needed the
indictments who share the trust with very large claims paid 83 million
dollars to be spent by 1990 this figure had reached almost 300 million dollars
and has since improved the standard flower who analyzed its own friends
about two hundred thousand dollars found that many of the players were caused by
human error and we're avoiding the International Maritime Organization has
been looking up at public safety management and pollution prevention for
some time now following the principles mapped out in
ISO 9002 they have developed the safety management code which sets out
procedures and requirements for shipboard management during a conference
in 1994 the code became parts of the solar scan vention and will apply to all
shipping lashes and be enforced by the various port and clan states the
standard lab already requires its members to subscribe to some fairly
basic operating procedures as a condition of membership and for leaves
the owners who do not arrive at the ASM code and use it to find it difficult to
obtain the safety management coach has a 13 points are lost each points dealing
with a specific component of safety management
the 10 main points refer to disclosure company policy commitment
decision-making written instructions level of authority logistical support
emergency procedures compliance and verification the companies will need to
define and document the minds of communications the responsibility and
authority each employee and the links between those involved in the safety
management system but the project will fail without enthusiasm from all staff
of both ashore and close and full commitment from the top you will need to
assign sufficient resources to develop both manuals and procedures or what do
you have developed over the years the code requires the appointment of a show
based designated person he'll be responsible in running the management
system and will be the direct link between ship-to-shore we must have the
independence and authority to report deficiencies to the highest level of
management safety must never be compromised
he will need to explain to the shore staff and for the ship senior officers
the new procedures and when these are up and running ordered them and listen to
and sort out any problems the overall company policy document will have to be
broken down to show what the individual ship towards crew members
responsibilities are and how they should simply be carried out I can relate to
you a story I heard last week one of the ships we manage
the safety management system would involve developing on board procedures
and training the safe working and pollution prevention these procedures
may be more bureaucratic to the current practice and for example require
approvals and superman's at the 4way that are designed to reduce
or even eliminate accidents caused by human hatch
the two men who entered the enclosed space would be alive today if they had
followed the permission to work system this requires the atmosphere to be
tested before entry for the safety management system to work all crew
members must be aware that their individual contribution makes the
difference between success and failure to assist in this a member of the
designated person too should visit each ship in the beach you get the crews help
in drafting job descriptions and working procedures the written job descriptions
and safety procedures are finalized but the shipboard management problem is
there for reference of all of us so that we know that we are doing everything
correctly every the company manual will be drafted in general terms when the
ship's master will need to study before drafting his own Candle instructions to
complement the manual a copy of these instructions will need to be sent to the
designated person once the documentation is ready the
captain will need to make sure that every crew member is aware of his
responsibilities and duties and ensure that they are drilled in the safety
management system one of his first jobs will be to appoint a shipboard Safety
Officer and to form a safety management committee form a safety committee
comprising of the senior officers two members from the crew including yourself
and call the meeting as swiftly as possible so that we can formulate the
safety working practices for this message this committee should meet on a
regular basis and the master should make sure that the copy of the minutes from
these meetings is sent to the shore-based designated person the master
should also have an ongoing communication with the shore-based
management through the designated person on updated crew training and
establishing refresher courses I can see you buddy but let me tell you that once
we have this system in place and that problem hold exists
I mean what really shit - Cheers I've never seen an accident
what's the problem well I'm very pleased to hear that but maybe you have been
just to say lucky soon we are going to break the coffee so let me tell you
about the couple of our colleagues who have not had the same luck as you John
was an engineer working for one of the larger cities
the SCOOTER was as secure as anyone's can be these days and he will relax take
it work perhaps doodle relax that's a laugh let
me tell you what happened had an engine failure while we were in a busy shipping
window so that I needed a path making hurry
chief is doing spare and the bridge were well and truly on his back I always
regarded it is my personal way so that a piece of metal and started to cut it to
size a job I done thousands of times with no problem
no problem no goggles no no sight buddy stupid
the V was also to seamen and thought uh prided himself on the speed that he
could get the freight loaded it didn't matter to him
what sort of cargo it was all the same to him and he had adapted his part of
the procedure to suit himself it's easy to be smart after the event sitting in
some nice cozy warm office but you get out there and try it you'll find
everyone takes chances I was just an image the boss is told is it but only
got a couple hours to clear everything or else we've missed the tide and I've
to say that Topsy placement overnight nobody maids so I took down the safety
rail that was getting in the way and it was all going fine until that crate on
the crane started paying for himself no one told him to be on that piece of
equipment no one was buttoned so he knocked me
down into the holes and lowered the putting on top of me I suppose so
was he lucky not in my book well I mentioned coffee before
after the party I loaded you to the various sections and discuss any
problems that you may have in detail so let's meet here again after the pub you
are sure that you think with all the latest Corrections
recorded in this job yes it's updated a designated team members will need to go
through the parent with all the different sections of the pool
and make sure they fully understand what is expected on and why it is necessary
he has to ensure that the instructions set out by the company our fault and our
weapon when the member of the designated team has left you think it is up to the
crew to make the system work
hello boy sir are you trying to take the ride out of the dam the ship's safety
officer must raise any problems with safety at the regular meetings of the
shipboard safety committee here the crew will have the opportunity to update and
improve procedures and if there are any points that they don't understand they
can ask for clarification and as per the new regulation when we have these
documents in order then the classification society will issue as a
certificate alongside the safety policy the shipping company should establish
procedures to identify describe and respond to potential emergency shipboard
situations also to establish programs for drills exercises and training to
prepare for any emergency actions ambassadorship important
as it's a loop system the ship's master I should report back to the designated
person any accidents hazardous occurrences and all incidents that don't
conform within the safety management system and suggest modifications and
improvements Thank You captain metric for your comments and we'll take on
board what you've said and look forward to receiving your detailed report once
the safety system is in place when activated there is a need to establish
and maintain procedures to control all documents of data which are relevant to
the system this means ensuring that valid documents are attainable at all
relevant locations at sea and on shore changes the document must be reviewed
and approved by the authorized personnel and obsolete documents removed as it's a
recorded system the company should pay out periodic internal audits to verify
weather safety and pollution prevention activities our weapon the person
carrying out the unit should be independent of the area being ordered
and the results and reviews should be brought to the attention of all
personnel having responsibilities in the area involved is the system causing
remedy at the time yes there is paperwork but it is for our safety it is
there and it is also for the environment safe
well gentlemen the result of your hard work and effort right here a significant
addition to us the final step in the safety management systems integration is
the issue of a document of compliance to the company and a safety management
certificate to each ship it doesn't stop here it is a dynamic constantly changing
system which requires the involvement of every member of the company to make it
work
safely is the collective responsibility of all persons on board the ship and not
just the chief officer and an ostrich with a safety system in tradition it
will be a noticeable reduction accidents to prove the problem and to the ship the
aim of the fire center is to ensure that all shipping companies have in place an
effective safety management systems enforced by your flag States
administration it would provide an international standard for the safe
management and operation ships and for pollution prevention
as with any system if it's abducted to secret individuals needs and if just lip
service is paid to its application then there's still a chance of things going
wrong

What If Medusa Was Real? - Duration: 6:28.You know what – I have got a lot of love for Medusa.
Honey is a savage not to be messed with.
You stepping to Medusa with your BS….wellll the monsterous Gorgon will set her snakey
weave on you and you'll turn to stone.
Sadly, like many a popular monster, Medusa isn't real.
She is an captivating work of Greek Mythology – BUT what if she was.
I can tell I am going to like this one.
Hello and welcome back to Life's Biggest Questions….
The channel that at this point will basically answer anything because every question deserves
an answer, or some good old musing.
I am your host, Rebecca Felgate and today I am asking WHAT IF MEDUSA was real?
Before we get into this video, I want to ask you guys what your favourite Greek legend
is?
If you don't know any, that's okay….you are about to learn about one!
Mine is probably the legend of Pandora's box!
Also while you are down there leaving a comment, why don't you guys hit that thumbs up button
to let us know you like our content and also please do subscribe if you haven't already.
SO Medusa.
The legend of Medusa goes as follows.
Medusa was a beautiiiiiful and lured in many a suitor.
It is not certain whether Poseidon, the water god, had had consensual sex with her, or if
he raped her, but basically the pair were intimate in Athena's temple.
Poseidon made off without Medusa, leaving her to answer to the goddess of wisdom and
war, who punished her by turning her into a hideous beast.
A head of hair made of snakes, green skin and red eyes that turned people to stone with
one look, Medusa was monstrously transformed.
She was banished to the island of Sarpedon – which in the modern day is somewhere in
Libya – where she was eventually beheaded.
SO If Medusa were real, it would firstly mean that monsters are legit and gods are not,
as suspected by some, fake news.
Not only that, gods and goddesses have the ability to turn people into monsters?
What a can of life altering worms.
Does this explain blob fish?
For a moment I am just going to leave that whole issues aside by directing you towards
our What if Greek Gods Were Real video… if not we'd never get to old snake face…who
is the subject of our video.
IF Medusa were real then I guess we would want to stear clear of Libya….which for
most people watching - we probably have managed that our whole lives right?
Problem solved….although is it?
In some legends Medusa had wings, but even if she was wingless….she's a strong powerful
woman who could travel…maybe she would eventually find her way off the Island of Sarpedon and
what then.
What if she was loose and on a rampage?
We'll I tell you what – there would be an upsurge in mirror sales!
As we know Medusa can turn people to stone with one look….
But apparently she can't do this if people look at her through mirrors.
Rather like the basilisk in Harry Potter, if Medusa was in your hood, you'd still
be safe to walk around if you turned corners or blind spots using a mirror.
I wonder That way she couldn't creep up on you.
Maybe we would invent glasses that allow us to view her without being stoneified.
Speaking of the stone thing – like….could this in any way be useful?
Maybe we could befriend Medusa and utilize her services?
Maybe it would be some peoples dying wish to be immortalized in stone?
Think about it, isn't that cooler?
I bet scientists would want to study her to see if they could find whatever enzyme or
particle magic it is that lets her turn people to mineral with a look….although that would
be dicey… what if Medusa escaped and was enraged….continuing her rampage… then
could she turn whole cities to stone?
Imagine walking through a ghost city with people all stopped in their tracks….stoneified.
If she did rampage, I can imagine that country leaders would try and stop her, maybe even
kill herm but the issue here is that he blood is poisonous!
When Perseus killed her, it is said drops of her blood polluted the earthed and gave
rise to venomous snakes.
It is also said that she was carrying Posidon's children – Pegasus the winged horse and
Chrysaor – and when she was slain these creatures came into being.
Who knows what would be unleashed if she was killed….would it be a pandoras box of bad?
If I know anything about Greek Mythology the answer is a resounding probably.
If leaders were smart enough to avoid plague and pestilence by not beheading Medusa, would
they instead try and weaponize her for themselves?
Capture her and use her as a weapon of medium destruction?
I don't think I am the only one who feels kinda sorry for Medusa.
Maybe we could try and cure her of her green skin, snakey hair and eye poison?
She didn't deserve the fate bestowed upon her at all.
I think a number of Human rights groups would be fighting for justice….if the gods are
real…maybe they can reverse snake her….
One final thought.. but Medusa….. she is basically just an allegory for female character
assassination….which has been happing since long before the ancient Greek times and is
still happening today.
A beautiful woman turned into a monster by circumstance or persecution… a familiar
story and a firm eyebrow raise from me…where are the men turned into snakes for having
sex or getting raped?
SO what would you guys do if Medusa was real?
Is she real in some less literal sense?
Let me know your thoughts in the comments section down below.
Before I go I just want to read some comments from the what if Symbiotes were real
GlitchX Diaris said: Haha I literally watched Venom last night.
Perfect.
Beyond Tubular said: Nickeloden slime time but it is a bunch of symbiotes.
Godzilla 2020 final wars said: What if venom fought the ghost rider?

Photographer who was in the bunker Sophia Floersch crashed into details what happened - Duration: 8:14.Football News24/7 A photographer who was inside the Macau Grand Prix bunker has revealed the horrifying scene when Sophia Floersch's Formula 3 car was sent flying towards him
Christiaan Hart, based in Hong Kong, was one of five photographers working in the bunker who captured the 276 kilometres per-hour crash
"It was like a missile coming at us," Hart said. The crash transpired after the Van Amersfoort Racing driver's car had spun out of control and left the two left side wheels out of place
This effectively left Floersch without brakes. After clipping a "sausage" kerb, the car was sent travelling through the air before impacting into the photographer's tent
"I didn't see the initial touch, just on camera after reviewing it," Hart said
"We were shooting the front cars initially, and then I saw through the camera she was coming out of control towards us
"I thought she was gonna slide into the barrier and then you see this thing come at you a million miles an hour
"The next thing you know there's a loud bang, and we're all on the ground. We checked if everyone was OK, then got up and checked where car was
"Everything happened so quick, it was instant. One minute you see the car sliding, the next you see this flash go past you, then the sound and there's no time to think
" The car finally came to rest against an Armco Barrier, before Hart surveyed the scene
"We were looking around to see what the damage was, then we looked out through the box to see if she was OK," Hart said
"I could see her hands were moving, and we made eye contact, I could tell she was conscious
"You shoot the scene, that's why we're there. If you could tell she's not conscious then you probably would've not shot that
" Most of the photographers, including Hart, were situated at the right hand side of the tent, for better shots down the straight
However, Japanese photographer Minami Hiroyuki was standing on the left at the point of impact, yet miraculously only received concussion
"It was chaos in there, he was on the ground, a bit dazed," Hart said. "He said, 'Yeah, I'm OK' and got up and tried to shoot a bit more
Then he sat down again and that's when we knew it was not so good. "Initially no one came up – we had to call for the medics below to come up and assist him
" Other injuries included a liver laceration for a local photographer Chan Weng-wang, who was below the bunker, and Chan Cha-in, a track marshal, was treated for cuts to the face and a broken jaw
"From the time we got up from the floor to the time we looked over, it was roughly 40 seconds and there were already two marshals on the scene with Sophia and checking her," Hart said
"Then another 30 seconds and there were ambulances and medics, so the response was very fast
"There were two guys taken, they were around the car. One was under the car slightly at one point
They got him out very fast, I think the other was hit by debris. "They were assisted very quickly
We saw them taken off out the back of the bunker on stretchers. You know they're conscious and alive but don't know what's happened
" It was clear to Hart that damage had been done to the bunker after the crash. "We said to each don't go over there to the left – you could see the whole back of the bunker was blown out," Hart said
"We stayed to the right but the whole structure had definitely shifted a fair amount
"We couldn't get out through the back exit, that had all been pushed down. There was a slight gap there where we eventually made our way out
" Hart continued and stated it had taken a few days for the events to sink in. In that time, however, the Van Amersfoort Racing team got in contact with him
"They wanted to reach out and check I wasn't hurt, which shows they care," Hart said
"They said they were extremely happy to hear I wasn't physically injured, that it must have been quite an intense experience, and that they were hoping I was well
"It was very good, I appreciate them reaching out, it's something they didn't have to do
It shows they're thinking of everyone."

Why Trent Alexander-Arnold is Liverpool's 'David Beckham' - Duration: 2:09.Liverpool wonderkid Trent Alexander-Arnold's free-kick taking expertise has been compared to that of former dead ball specialist David Beckham
Beckham, who won 115 caps for England, netted 66 goals from free-kicks throughout his career
Alexander-Arnold, scored a stunning 25-yard free-kick for the Reds in their 3-0 win at Watford on Saturday for what was his fourth goal for the club
Having also opened his senior account last season with a similar strike against Hoffenheim in the Champions League, the 20-year-old is earning a burgeoning reputation as an impressive executioner of set pieces
Alexander-Arnold's technique was applauded by retired Premier League star David Ginola

He's a fast thinker. I like players who take a risk when they do things. "Every time he has the ball he's going to create something, something will happen
He has talent, pure talent. "That is one of the greatest positions, David Beckham had that great position when he was kicking the ball
The balance is absolutely fantastic."

What You Need to Know If Your House Was Built Before 1975 | PipeLawsuit.com - Duration: 3:37.If your house was built before 1975, more likely than not, you've got a cast iron
pipes plumbing system. When that plumbing system was originally installed, it had
the capacity to handle all of the sewage and water that comes out of your house.
Unfortunately, over time, those pipes begin to corrode and they begin to leak
underneath the house, usually. And they're unable to handle the volume they once
did. This results in backups into the house
or leaking behind walls or under the floors. If that's happening in your house,
let me look at your insurance policy and let me have our plumbing team come out
and inspect your plumbing system. You see, your homeowners insurance policy
probably has a clause in it that requires the insurance company to tear
out and replace the plumbing system in the event that it is corroded and
causing backups. Even if it's a small backup, we've been successful. Where
there's been a small backup into the bathroom and then that's reported to the
insurance, your insurance company. And the insurance company then is required to
tear out the old system and then put your house back together afterwards and
pay the costs for that. That's a very valuable protection that you've bought
for your family. The failure to do that now, let's say you're having problems and
you just ignore it. The problem is when you go to sell your
house, the broker for the buyer, and the mortgage company for the buyer, they all
know that these old plumbing systems need to be replaced and they use that
against the seller. And they try to get the price or they can, try to get
the price negotiated down for the cost of replacing the plumbing system. In that
circumstance, you may have to pay for that cost, but right now your insurance
company owes it. Another thing that's happening is insurance companies are
removing this coverage because as the pipes age, they know the problems and the
cost involved and they don't want to pay for it anymore.
And so, we're seeing insurance companies remove that very valuable coverage. As
long as there's been a water leak or a loss before that language gets changed,
we'll be able to help you. And just so you know, some of the fixes that they've
tried to implement at this point have not been successful. We've been very
successful in going into court and having some of their attempted changes
rejected. For instance, if your insurance company says that the most they have to
pay for a water loss is $10,000. And yet,now you know the
plumbing system is going to have to come out and that may cost $50, $60, $70,000
or more. The insurance company may have told you, well the most they
have to pay is $10,000. We've been very successful in getting
that defeated, because that $10,000
water damage liability endorsement on your policy does not
apply to the cost of tearing out and replacing the portions of the building
necessary to access the plumbing system. So, if that's happened to you, your
insurance company said the most you can get is $10,000, let us look
at your insurance policy and your claim for free. If the insurance company is
doing the wrong thing, we'll let you know. Morgan & Morgan,
For The People.

Precious: Well, before I left, I have to say I knew a lot of people already.
Stokely: Miss popular!
Precious: No, not that! I'd previously been with FYE, I'd previously been on the orientation team.
So, it's like, the same sort of people that usually does the same activities, like getting involved,
which is why I knew most people, especially from North Campus.
I knew almost every single person from North Campus.
Stokely: But for me it was a little bit different, right, because I wasn't really that active apart from the vice-president role.
But I was introduced to so many wonderful people that I didn't even know came to Humber College.
Both from the North Campus or from Lakeshore.
Precious: The Guelph-Humber students, I did not know them.
Stokely: So those persons as well.
And then, the integration that we've had this time around... I can't speak about previous ones,
but I've heard from the staff that this was the first time that they've had such a warm group where everyone interacted.
So, it didn't matter what campus you were from, right.
You were put in groups, you did the activities with everyone.
Remember that time when we built-
Precious: Oh, yes I do!
Stokely: We were supposed to build a world, island, right, without speaking, without saying anything!
Precious: To anybody!
Stokely: Everybody did their part.
Treta: That was awesome, that was awesome.
Stokely: You definitely would have been making friends.
Precious: The teamwork was amazing!
Stokely: Yes, you will be learning team-building skills, right.
Treta: You just feel like you're welcome. You're there because they care for you as well.
But you can think about it this way as well:
The same boat you are in, is the same boat that they are in as well.
You might not know 10 people and they might not know anyone. So, you're both in the same boat.
You're going to get to know more people if you interact.
You're going to get to know more leaders on the campus if you interact.
And you get to know a lot about campus as well. I learned a lot of things about campus.
Stokely: And that's another leadership part. I mean, these are some intelligent people that you're around.
But they have so much fun!
You'd wonder how the two mix, right? But for real, they are the persons that will speak volume into your life.
That's for sure.
They will break you out of a shell if it is that you're in one.
They'll probably put you into a shell if you need to be consoled.
You tend to learn the different personalities that are there and you interact with them,
and they touch your life in one way or another.
Treta: Absolutely, yeah.
Treta: The icebreakers.
Just by looking around the room, you could see, like, 100 smiles - not 100 - 50 smiles around. It was amazing.
Honestly, everyone enjoyed them and yeah, we learned a lesson from them,
but I'm more of a person who would do hand-on-hand, like hand-on experience and then learn, rather than sitting in a classroom.
Well, we didn't have a classroom section, but you know what I mean!
So, I enjoyed more of hands-on stuff, and icebreakers and learning from it,
than just them telling us what it was, type of a thing. So, yeah that was my favourite part!
Precious: My favourite part was at the end where we could pick up paper bags, and you would open it on the bus.
It's funny because as much time as we actually spend with each other, you don't actually see people drop stuff in your paper bag.
And then you go at the end of the day, which is when we can actually pick it up, at the end of the retreat I mean,
when you go pick it up and then you see all of these notes in there, and you're reading it...
Stokely: Yeah, the goody bags are just the best things ever, right?
Precious: So many amazing words!
Yeah, it was very heartfelt.
Stokely: For me it was the activities though.
The activities were like real camp activities.
So we had rock climbing, where it was team rock climbing, right.
You had everybody trying, and then you had to stand on the pole and hold hands and shimmy off of it, so that was one.
The snowshoeing, I didn't get to do that one, I wanted to do that one.
Walking on the show and treading through... what else was there?
Treta: Skiing.
Stokely: Skiing was there...
Treta: Oh, it was amazing!
Precious: It was the best thing ever!
Stokely: The sad thing is that you can't get to do everything, right, so you had to choose, and I was like "arghhh!"
I love rock climbing so that was the only reason that I did that one.
Precious: Some people did some, um, there were indoors instead. You just did painting right?
Very nice paintings.
Stokely: You could do cards, so yeah, the activities were on point.
Treta: It was amazing.
Treta: I never did skiing before so it was great for me.
Precious: First time, right? I know, I was like, "wait, I'm going to fall!"
Treta: The amount of times we fell!
We went together, and oh my gosh, the amount of times we fell!
But, hey, we weren't injured, so...
Precious: Yeah, we enjoyed it! It was so wet afterwards!
Stokely: Yeah? Oh man, see? That's what I missed.
Treta: But yeah, it was great, we did things that we wouldn't be able to do, unless we go up north, you know?
It was amazing. Great experience.
Thanks retreat!
Interviewer: For somebody who doesn't know what these paper bags are, can someone explain what they are?
Stokely: Okay, so the paper bags that we were introduced to, we more or less got...
You know those brown paper bags? Regular brown paper bags.
But then we were supposed to make them individualized.
So, you had to put a design on it, put your name on it or something.
Precious: Your name was key so that people could find it!
Stokely: Exactly, right. So you could put your name on it.
And what it was instrumental for is to, more or less, leave a message or a note
for the person without them knowing that it was you that sent it, right.
So, you would have some, more or less, like... what do you call those things?
Compliments, right!
So you'd write compliments down like, "Wow, you know, you really spoke well today," you know,
and then you drop it in the person's bag.
So, they weren't able to look at the notes until the camp was done, right.
So we'd have like a graduation ceremony where we hand each other the goody bags.
And when you're on the bus, that's when you actually had a chance to go through,
or when you go home you actually get to look through all the notes.
So, it was really, really touching because you would see what your life brings to someone else that you didn't ever know.
So for me, the compliments that I got constantly was,
"Wow, your smile brightened my day," or, "I really appreciate your smile."
So for me it was like, woah, I probably can use this!
For something, other than, you know, smiling for food or something!
Precious: And we created the paper bags the day we actually got there.
Like, right after putting our stuff in the cabin.
Stokely: So, that was almost like the fist activity.
Precious: Yeah, so, they made us do that so that at the end, because we had different activities on different days,
and different people would shine on different days, you would get to see more different people on different days.
So, at the end of each day we would encourage, like, write something about someone.
Stokely: Yeah, so you just write something about the person and drop it in the bag.
Treta: Yeah.
Stokely: I think one of the greatest questions that was asked is like, "Who would you want to have coffee with?"
And so therefore you'd write that, you know, "I'd like to have coffee with you," and you'd drop it in the bag.
So it was really, really interesting to see how many persons would want to.
Treta: And, like, how you impact others as well.
You might not know what impact you create on others as a leader, as a person in general,
but when you hear, or, when you read this, it was amazing to figure out and get to know how impactful you are.
And you get to learn about yourself as well.
Like, oh, hey, I actually am nice as I'm comforting, like, I'm good at comforting someone.
Or, I... I actually got a note saying,
"I would actually have you as my cabin mate again if you were to go to the retreat."
And I'm like, "Aw!"
So yeah, no, you learn a lot of stuff about yourself,
and all the compliments really boosts you up.
And when I was opening it I was, like, I was about to cry,
like, "Oh my gosh, this is so nice!"
You know, when someone compliments you?
It was heart-touching, you know?
So, yeah!
Stokely: It became very emotional at one point, or a couple times, right?
Treta and Precious: Yeah!
Stokely: But there was one point in time when it really became almost...
Um...
Almost real, you know?
Like, surreal, you know?
It was almost like a surreal moment-
Precious: Woah! We forgot something!
Remember when Cory made us sit in the...
Stokely: Yeah, that's what I'm talking about, right!
Precious: Yeah, that was so cool! Oh my Lord!
Stokely: Do you want to talk about it?
Precious: Oh! Yeah! Now it's like-
Treta: She's still crying!
Stokely: Maybe you guys need to come to experience this one for sure.
Precious: I cannot explain this one, this one is... no...
Treta: No, this one is not explainable.
Stokely: You have to experience it.
Precious: The highest of emotions!
Because, like, you're closing your eyes and people are supposed to touch you if they believe that you are...
Cory would read out a scenario, and then-
Stokely: Exactly.
Right, so he would, Cory would say...
Oh, and touch is like on the knee or on the shoulder, okay?
Precious: Or you would put your hand out if you don't want people touching you on the shoulder.
Stokely: Exactly. So he would say,
"Touch someone that really spoke into your life."
And then, you'd probably feel almost like 10, 15, 20 people just touching you right.
Like really? I've made that much impact in this short time, you know?
So it was really, really a wonderful experience.

What was your favorite SMM class? - Duration: 0:55.I really liked digital analytics. I also liked Jeff Roth's class which was all
about kind of marketing and paid advertising we did a simulation game
where we had to do PPC for a computer company that sells GoPros and stuff like
that and that was really cool to get that real-world experience in.
My favorite social media marketing class was probably digital advertising we
played a really cool simulation game and it was fun to see your own ideas and how
how the results came out for you.
My favorite social media class is the capstone course and I think it
puts together all three classes and it really you know gives you a good understanding
of all of the all the stuff you learned prior.
My favorite class is digital analytics because I love the
math side of social media marketing.

WWE Hall of Famer Edge states what he feels is the marquee matchup for WrestleMania 35 - Duration: 3:42.Football News24/7 With some Hall of Famers wanting to steal the spotlight on WWE programming on a weekly basis still in 2018, Edge has taken a back seat and let the future do their thing
Despite his career being cut short early, the Canadian has never longed for a return to the ring, instead settling down with his family and wife, former WWE Women's Champion Beth Phoenix
Edge's most recent appearance on WWE television came on SmackDown's 1000th episode, hosting a special edition of The Cutting Edge whilst Becky Lynch and Charlotte Flair were in the middle of their feud
But it was Lynch who got all the attention in the midst of her heel turn, with a barbaric comment surrounding Edge's 2011 retirement due to a neck injury
Lynch's line telling the 11-time world champion to not hurt himself climbing through the ropes did not spark the intended reaction, with the Lasskicker being cheered by large sections of the WWE Universe
The Rated-R Superstar discussed Lynch's meteoric rise to the top of WWE and the recent Nia Jax incident on his tour of the United Kingdom with Inside The Ropes, and believes she's set for a marquee match at WrestleMania 35
"I think it will do nothing but help her," said Edge, "because all I saw when I woke up this morning was [her with blood all over her face] - it's everywhere
"So now what I assumed would be the match at WrestleMania - Charlotte versus Ronda - is happening this weekend, so think about what this means now, it's Becky versus Ronda now
"I truly think that their hand has been forced, it's like 'right, what is the marquee matchup after this weekend - and it's Becky against Rousey'
"I think the company have accepted this organic tsunami that is Becky's popularity
" Since Edge said all of this, things may have changed somewhat. Flair was turned heel after her match with Rousey at Survivor Series, and some are speculating that she will be shoe-horned into WrestleMania plans
Everyone now knows though that the money match for Mania is Lynch against Rousey, and you can bet the fans will have something to say if it doesn't happen
