Some people claim that chocolate is good especially dark chocolate, but there's a

big difference between different forms of chocolate. So a lot of people will eat

this and this has 18 grams of sugar per 28 grams so it's like 2/3 of pure sugar.

The more sugar it has the more addictive it is. So they tell you that one

serving is 28 grams while it gets addicted then you're not going to stop

at one serving so you're going to keep eating and eating and eating. The peanut

ones are a little bit better because the peanuts is fills out with some fat and

protein but even so it has 15 grams of sugar for 28 gram serving and again

you're gonna keep eating because the sugar makes it very addictive. So let's

look at some better alternatives so then some people say that they eat dark

chocolate so now it has less sugar well not necessarily it has a little bit less

sugar but like this one it tastes really nice it's one of my favorites but I just

don't eat it it has too much sugar it has 47% cocoa powder cocoa solids in it

and that means that the other half is all sugar so it has 19 grams of sugar

for a 40 gram serving so again that would be too much sugar and if you

wondering why sugar is bad then go watch the video that we posted on the reasons

sugar kill you so you want to keep it to a minimum so I want to step it up

once you have to about 70 plus this is 78% now you have 7 grams of sugar in a

40 gram serving so if it has 78% cocoa then it can't have more than 22% sugar

if you get the math so you want to get up to at least 75 78% somewhere around

there and what you're going to find is because it's not so sweet it's not so

addictive and it's more satisfying a little bit goes a long way so for

squares is what they call a serving but you might be satisfied even after eating

2 squares would be half a serving and now you'd have 3 and 1/2 grams of sugar

once your work your way up you're also going to find that your taste buds

change and you don't crave the sweet so much so now you might be up to like an

85 percent this is where if I have chocolate this is pretty much what I eat

and this has 5 grams of sugar for 40 grams servings but I would only eat one

or maybe two squares so in two squares you get two and a half grams of sugar so

now you can give yourself the treat once in a while and not feel so bad about it

Dark Secret Sen. Dianne Feinstein Was Hiding Just Revealed(VIDEO)!!! - Duration: 15:38.

Dark Secret Sen. Dianne Feinstein Was Hiding Just Revealed

so let's start with first of all the this Daxing suspect found late last

night in the congressional office of a member for whom he didn't work also

affiliated with Feinstein affiliated with Feinstein and in daxing history oh

yeah so he basically broke into the office he stole files he's apparently

very familiar with computer technology that's what he did is sending out

information sending out information so he basically stole information senators

addresses telephone numbers sent it out over the Internet of course he was

discovered he was an intern for Sheila jackson-lee

he is in huge trouble Sean he is facing a criminal felony and prison time for

this I know that Joe and I was outraged it's outrageous and it's showing you how

far the left has gone the giving out home address is now senators how

dangerous is this people can show up at their homes we don't know what dangerous

people are out there and I think the American people are starting to see

right now how terrible and how dangerous this has

become basically to the fundamentals of our Constitution and to our own life and

safety and Liberty job they got worse they're worse now than ever they're loco

but that's okay just being a democratic intern allegedly posting the personal

information of at least three Republican senators online happened during last

week's Cavanaugh hearing Fox News learned police that are now

investigating leads to more incidents one of them targeting Senator Rand Paul

jason Chaffetz former US congressman Fox News contributor how you doing good

morning to you house it into morning this 27 year old Jackson Costco how does

that happen it doesn't make sense because an unpaid intern working for

three different senators doesn't smell right on the surface but what's

fascinating about this case is there are seven different charges everything from

identity theft second-degree burglary witness tampering

where does witness tampering come into this this is more than just stealing you

know Senator Mike Lee's personal information and posting it up to

Wikipedia there's something more here well

don't get it did the intern get the information or did someone give it to

him there's your question well again I'm looking at the charges

just like everybody else but it sounds a little bit more sophisticated in the

fact that how quickly they chart arrested this person in charged this

person and again with seven different charges out there at burglary those

types of things it really does make it sound like it's a bit more sophisticated

and widespread because now you see Senator Rand Paul is also having issues

don't know if it's tied to this particular case but that would make at

least for Senator okay well I have no say I'm the lead Democrat but the

Republicans control so this is all up to the Republican side okay and I think

it's really too bad that no one called her or called her lawyer my

understanding is she got emails and this is a woman and I really believe who's

been profoundly impacted by this no I can't say everything's truthful I don't

know but I do know that you had to contact her lawyers was it communicated

to you by your counsel or someone else that the committee had asked to

interview you and that they offered to come out to California to do so I say do

you mind if I say something to you directly you know um I just appreciate

that you did offer that I wasn't clear on what the offer was if you were gonna

come out to see me I would have happily hosted you and had to had been happy to

speak with you out there I just did not I wasn't clear to me that that was the

case okay does that take care of your question yes thank you mr. cherry after

you sent your letter did you or anyone on your behalf speak to senator

Feinstein personally or with any Senate staffer yes okay I had a phone call with

senator Feinstein okay and when was that that was while I was still in Delaware

so before August 7th okay and how many times did you speak with

senator Feinstein once okay what did you talk about as she asked me some

questions about the incident and I

answered those questions okay was that the extent of the gist of the

conversation yes it was a fairly brief calm phone call okay

did you ever give senator Feinstein or anyone else the permission to release

that letter not that I know of between the letter date July 30th and August the

7th did you speak with any other person about your allegations could you say the

dates again between the letter date of July 30th and August 7th so while you

were still in Delaware did you speak with any other person about your

allegations I'm just trying to remember what dates that stop - you're asking her

with the owners they don't have any lawyers octavo I've spoken with correct

correct correct I think correct then I was interviewing lawyers but I'm not

okay speaking personally about it aside from lawyers that you were seeking

to possibly hire to represent you did you speak to anybody else about it

during that period of time no okay I was staying with my parents at the time did

you talk to them about it definitely not okay

so would it be fair to say that you retained counsel during that time period

of July 30th to August 7th I can't remember the exact date but it was the I

was interviewing lawyers during that period of time sitting in the car in the

driveway and in the Walgreens parking lot and we're hope it's Delaware and

trying to figure out how the whole system works of interviewing lawyers and

how to pick one etc so and I know she did not want

that's why I didn't make the letter public because I couldn't be assured

okay of what would happen and unfortunately that was taken out of my

control let me be clear I did not hide dr. Ford's allegations I did not leak

her story she asked me to hold it confidential and I kept it confidential

as she asked she apparently was stalked by the press felt that what happened she

was forced to come forward and her greatest fear were realized was realized

she's been harassed she's had death threats and she's had to flee her home

in addition the investigation that the Republican majority is heralding is

really nothing that I know about other than a partisan practice normally all

the witnesses would be interviewed however that's not happened while the

majority has reached out to several people they did not notify me or my

staff that they were doing this and so ought to argue that we would not

participate but not tell us what they were up to is somewhat disingenuous I

was given some information by a woman who was very much afraid who asked that

it be held confidential and I held it confidential until she decided that she

would come forward it's my understanding that her story was leaked before the

letter became public and she testified that she had spoken to her friends about

it and it's most likely that that's how the story leaked and that she had been

asked by press but it did not leak from us I assure you of that

almost mr. chairman I'm I'm a little confused I thought only the member of

the House and senator Feinstein and her lawyers had the letter so her friends

she might have talked to about it couldn't leak the letter if they just

had a book verbal conversation unless she

that my copy of the letter a senator I don't think the letter was ever leaked

well how how did the press know to contact her about her complaint she

apparently she testified here this morning that she had talked to friends

about it and that press had talked to her about Dianne Feinstein knew about

this two months earlier if she wanted a really thorough investigation we had all

the time in the world she didn't have to wait till after the hearing was closed

essentially she should have said listen I have a problem I have this report I'd

like the FBI to look at it while we're doing the earrings we had two months no

she didn't do that she waited till we would closed and then she probably

leaked it but you know Who am I to say but she probably leaked it based on a

very bad body language the other day but more importantly in a sense for her to

have waited that period of time and now for you Democrats and I guess I'm

including you to the media right I consider you a part of the Democrat

Party but for you for the Democrats to be talking about we want more time for

the FBI if you wanted more time for the FBI

why didn't Dianne Feinstein bring this up now you know that she showed this to

other Democrats she's not the only one she showed this to other Democrats there

were more than just her that knew about this big confidential thing it was

confidential until the hearing was over after the hearing was over they went

public why didn't they do it during the hearing and we could have had all the

time in the world you know why because they're dishonest people because this

remains a confidential part of the background report I hope that changes

are made and we'll be able to talk more about what the FBI did later but what I

can say is that the most notable part of this report is what's not in it as we

noted by the White House the FBI did not Brett Kavanaugh nor did the FBI

interview dr. Blasi Ford what we've heard from numerous people over the last

few days seeking to provide information to the FBI we have seen even more press

reports of witnesses who wanted to speak with the FBI

but were not interviewed Debra ramirez's lawyers said he was unaware of any

corroborating witnesses who were interviewed candidly what we reviewed

today in a very limited time I was there I had to leave that report is in part

and I had the opportunity to read some but not all of it it looks to be a

product of an incomplete investigation that was limited perhaps by the White

House I don't know but the White House certainly blocked access to millions of

documents from Judge Cavanaugh's record I know that and ensured that 90% of his

emails and memos weren't available for the Senate or the public in the hearings

it now appears that they also blocked the FBI from doing its job Democrats

agreed that the investigation scope should be limited we did not agree that

the White House should tie the FBI's hands it's simply not credible to say

that public testimony in last week's hearing is a substitute for interviews

by FBI agents not only two senators lack the expertise of FBI agents we were only

given five minutes to question Judge Cavanaugh so in my view from what I saw

the investigation was very limited and it will be interesting after all of the

members have an opportunity to read the documents and we have an opportunity in

public to discuss our conclusions what I'm sorry Thank You senator Feinstein I

just have three points to make one we had many fears that this was a very

limited process that would constrain the FBI from getting all the facts having

received a thorough briefing on the documents those fears have been realized

second I disagree having received this the briefing on all of the documents I

disagree with Senator Grassley's statement that there was no hint of

misconduct and third we are reiterating our call given how limited this these

documents were and how limited the scope of this investigation was we are

reiterating our call that the documents with proper redaction be made public

why shouldn't all of America see the facts and second we are reiterating our

call to make the directive that the White House and Council magan sent to

the FBI public because we believe it greatly

constrained the investigation from the get-go the fact that there's only one

document in there for a hundred senators is another example of constraining the

ability of all senators and the American public to see the whole truth and

nothing but a charge made or said to have occurred 36 years ago and nothing

happened since then and look I feel badly for all parties I feel badly for

everybody I feel badly for our country this is so bad for our country but I

will tell you I watched those senators on the Democrat side and I thought it

was a disgrace and partially because I know them I know them too well and you

know what they are not angels thank you god bless you and God bless america

Surprisingly Dark TV Sitcom Finales - Duration: 6:09.

More often than not, beloved sitcoms finish out with a finale that fits into one of a

few established archetypes.

For example: the "will they or won't they couple" finally gets together; one or more

of the main characters move away; somebody gets married; somebody has a baby; et cetera.

In other words, major life events wrap up the show with an eye to the future and tears

in the viewers' eyes.

But not all big sitcom finales end in such an emotional, chapter-closing fashion.

TV history boasts some exceptions to the rule, shows that bravely and boldly went against

the norm by going dark.

Here are some of the most surprisingly twisted final TV comedy episodes of all time.

Seinfeld

Seinfeld was never a sticky-sweet, feel-good sitcom.

And in the hotly anticipated series finale, all the selfish and thoughtless deeds committed

by Jerry, George, Elaine, and Kramer over the years finally caught up with them.

The gang nearly endures a plane crash, only for the jet to land safely in a small Massachusetts

town.

While there, they witness a crime firsthand and make jokes about the victim while it's

happening.

"See, the great thing about robbing a fat guy is it's an easy getaway, ya know.

They can't really chase you."

The victim mentions this while filing his report with police, who arrest the Seinfeld

four for violating a "Good Samaritan" law.

A slew of guest stars file through as character witnesses at the ensuing trial, confirming

that the gang that audiences loved tuning in to see every week all those years were

bad people.

The show ends with the central four locked up in prison, having learned nothing at all.

How I Met Your Mother

To be fair, this CBS sitcom was titled How I Met Your Mother and not "How I Spent Many

Years With Your Mother."

While it seemed like every woman Ted Mosby dated over the years could've turned out to

be his kids' mother, the only real contender seemed to be close friend and off-and-on girlfriend

Robin.

The ninth and final season of the show switched things up considerably.

The entire run of episodes, except for the finale, takes place over the weekend leading

up to Robin's wedding to Barney.

Viewers finally find out that Ted lived happily ever after with "The Mother," Tracy, until

she died of an illness in 2024.

The series finishes up with middle-aged Ted rekindling his romance with Robin, who divorced

Barney after three years of marriage.

Death and divorce.

What fun!

Dinosaurs

Dinosaurs ran on ABC from 1991 to 1994.

It combined puppets and animatronics to create a satirical series centered around the Sinclairs,

a middle-class family of dinosaurs living in a prehistoric Pangea that bore a striking

cultural resemblance to '90s America.

This cute and amusing family comedy ambitiously concluded with a mass extinction event that

not only signaled the end for the Sinclairs, but for all dinosaurs.

In an attempt to keep an invasive plant species under control, a task force of dinosaurs spray

the planet with toxic chemicals, which wipes out all plant life.

The task force's idea to make plants grow again by dropping bombs into volcanoes to

create rain clouds works too well, triggering snow and a subsequent Ice Age.

The episode ends with the Sinclairs holed up in their house trying to stay warm and

stave off their imminent deaths.

"And taking a look at the long-range forecast, continued snow, darkness, and extreme cold."

ALF

NBC's ALF was a weird show about a sassy alien.

He crash-landed in a suburban garage, loved to eat cats, lazed around the house all day

watching TV and eating junk food, and told tales about his bizarre life on his home planet

of Melmac.

There were really only two ways that ALF could end.

In one scenario, ALF's identity is exposed and he becomes an international celebrity.

Or his identity is exposed and the government comes to collect him and take him away to

a secret, scary research facility.

As this was a family sitcom, one would think option 1 would be the way to go.

But nope, it ended with ALF whisked away to an undisclosed location, where he presumably

endured all manner of pain and torture.

"Just my luck… not a sports fan among you."

Patient fans had to wait until 1996's Project ALF TV movie to learn he survived.

M*A*S*H

The Korean War-set comedy/drama M*A*S*H finished its 11-year run in 1983 with an extra-long

episode titled "Goodnight, Farewell, and Amen."

More than 106 million people tuned in, making it the most-watched scripted program in American

TV history.

There are a lot of laughs, a lot of tears, and more of the gut punches about the many

horrors of war that the show famously wove into the comedy over the years.

While peace negotiations are underway, Hawkeye Pierce sits in a therapy session, remembering

being on a bus with a Korean refugee woman carrying an annoying chicken that wouldn't

stop squawking.

Hawkeye angrily ordered the fearful woman to shut up the bird, which she did by snapping

its neck.

With the help of his therapist, he uncovers a repressed memory — it wasn't a bird, it

was the woman's baby, and she smothered it out of fear.

"It was a baby!

She smothered her own baby!"

That's about the darkest place a sitcom could or would ever go.

The Mary Tyler Moore Show

The Mary Tyler Moore Show was revolutionary.

It was one of the first shows about an unmarried woman, living on her own in a large American

city, focused on her career and friends rather than romance.

While it may have started as a vehicle for its title star, it quickly became an ensemble

show because of all the great characters surrounding her.

There was grumpy news producer Lou Grant, whip-smart news writer Murray Slaughter, and

news anchor Ted Baxter, the dumbest and most arrogant man on television.

After seven seasons, The Mary Tyler Moore Show ended in 1977.

The plot: A new station manager of WJM-TV wants to boost the station's news ratings

and fires pretty much everybody… except for Ted Baxter, the most incompetent employee.

After Kavanaugh Witch Hunt, Trump Reveals 'Dark Secret' Feinstein Tried To Hide - Duration: 3:56.

With the witch hunt aimed at Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh continuing, President

Donald Trump traveled to Johnson City, Tennessee. There, he took aim at Sen. Diane Feinstein

(D-CA), revealing the "dark secret" she has been trying to hide throughout the judge's

confirmation process.

President Donald Trump held a rally in Johnson City, Tennessee, this week, where he called

out Sen. Diane Feinstein for holding onto allegations against Supreme Court nominee

Brett Kavanaugh until the eve of his confirmation.

Diane Feinstein, she had this letter for months and she didn't reveal it until everything

was finished," Trump said. "Then she reveals it and said, 'Oh we want more time.' Let's

see how it all works out but I will tell you what – they are trying to destroy a very

fine person and we can't let it happen." Indeed, Feinstein had a letter from Kavanaugh

accuser Christine Blasey Ford in her possession since July; the Palo Alto University professor

wrote her senator just after Kavanaugh was nominated. But instead of making the proper

authorities aware of Ford's claims, Feinstein sat on them for six weeks.

During that time, Brett Kavanaugh sat for 65 meetings with various senators, among them,

Diane Feinstein. However, the California Democrat never confronted Kavanaugh about Ford's

allegations during any of those meetings. Likewise, she did not bring up Ford's claims

during Kavanaugh's testimony before the Senate, as he answered hours and hours worth

of questions. Not until the eve of Kavanaugh's confirmation,

after the Democrats had already exhausted all legitimate means of thwarting the judge,

did Feinstein make Ford's allegations public. This, of course, led many to question the

validity of the accuser's claims. After all, if there was anything to Ford's story,

why didn't Feinstein bring it forward sooner? It certainly seemed as though it was all a

sleazy political stunt to oust President Trump's Supreme Court pick.

As Sen. Susan Collins of Maine noted, the way the Democrats handled Ford's allegations

cast doubt not only on Kavanaugh but on his accuser, as well. "What is puzzling to me

is the Democrats, by not bringing this out earlier, after having had this information

for more than six weeks, have managed to cast a cloud of doubt on both the professor and

the judge," Collins told The New York Times.

"If they believed Professor Ford, why didn't they surface this information earlier so that

he could be questioned about it?" she asked. "And if they didn't believe her and chose

to withhold the information, why did they decide at the 11th hour to release it? It

is really not fair to either of them the way it is was handled."

But this may actually be the least of Feinstein's worries, thanks to her poor handling of Ford's

case. "There is a well established process of confidentiality on the committee," Sen.

Tom Cotton told CBS. "Dianne Feinstein could have showed that letter to Chuck Grassley

and the two of them, as the leaders of that committee could have shared it with the FBI

who could have discreetly conducted this inquiry in July and in August without betraying Miss

Ford's confidences."

Dianne Feinstein and her staff is going to face an investigation for why they leaked

that," added Cotton. "All of this could have been done discreetly. It happens hundreds

of times — HUNDREDS OF TIMES — every year in the Judiciary Committee."

Feinstein and her minions were hoping no one would mention the Senate's well-established

process of maintaining the confidentiality of accusers. She could have done this the

right way. She could have gone to Grassley and the FBI with Ford's claims when there

was still ample time for them to be investigated before Kavanaugh's confirmation hearing.

But, instead, she sat on Ford's letter for six weeks, never breathing a word, even as

Kavanaugh participated in 65 different meetings with senators and testified for hours and

hours before lawmakers. She ought to be investigated. She should not be allowed to get away with

what she has done to ruin Judge Kavanaugh's life for her dishonest political purposes.

Dark Secret' Feinstein Was Hiding Just Revealed – Spells Total Disaster For Her Kavanaugh Witch Hunt - Duration: 4:18.

At his rally in Johnson City, Tennessee on Tuesday, President Trump didn't mince words

for California Senator Dianne Feinstein regarding her withholding of Christine Blasey Ford's

letter until the end of the judicial screening process.

RealClearPolitics  "President Trump held a 'Make America

Great Again' rally Monday night in Johnson City, Tennessee on behalf of Rep. Marsha Blackburn,

the Republican nominee for U.S. Senate. Right Side Broadcasting Network reports outside

the rally are the "longest lines" they've ever seen."

And President Trump was on a roll at the rally: "Diane Feinstein, she had this letter for

months and she didn't reveal it until everything was finished," Trump said. "Then she reveals

it and said, 'Oh we want more time.' Let's see how it all works out but I will tell you

what – they are trying to destroy a very fine person and we can't let it happen."

This, of course, led many to question the validity of the accuser's claims.

After all, if there was anything to Ford's story, why didn't Feinstein bring it forward

sooner? It certainly seemed as though it was all a sleazy political stunt to oust President

Trump's Supreme Court pick. But this may actually be the least of Feinstein's

worries, thanks to her poor handling of Ford's case. "There is a well-established process

of confidentiality on the committee," Sen. Tom Cotton

"Dianne Feinstein could have shown that letter to Chuck Grassley and the two of them,

as the leaders of that committee could have shared it with the FBI who could have discreetly

conducted this inquiry in July and in August without betraying Miss Ford's confidences."

"Dianne Feinstein and her staff [are] going to face an investigation for why they leaked

that," added Cotton.

The timing of Senator Feinstein's revealing the letter is suspect at best. While protesters

were showing extreme behavior in their demonstrations against Kavanaugh, his confirmation looked

all but assured. Then without warning, Feinstein revealed she

had a letter with claims that Kavanaugh had committed sexual assault against someone who

wished to remain anonymous. Oddly enough, she also revealed she had been in possession

of this letter for nearly 2 months. The tardiness of the letter also casts a shadow

of suspicion against both the Democrats and the accuser. Senator Susan Collins of Maine,

who is considered a potential swing vote in this process, stated in a that:

"What is puzzling to me is the Democrats, by not bringing this out earlier, after having

had this information for more than six weeks, have managed to cast a cloud of doubt on both

the professor and the judge," she said. "If they believed Professor Ford, why didn't

they surface this information earlier so that he could be questioned about it? And if they

didn't believe her and chose to withhold the information, why did they decide at the

11th hour to release it? It is really not fair to either of them the way it is was handled."

This could potentially backfire on Democrats as Collins is one of the few Republicans that

Democrats had hoped to sway into a "no" vote on Kavanaugh. They've just taken a

lot of wind out of those sails. You can see the clip here:
