Man says 'bomb' threat on restaurant was referring to pooping - Daily News - Duration: 2:08.

A New Orleans man who was arrested for making a 'bomb' threat on a chicken restaurant claims he was referring to having a 'bowel movement'

Arthur Posey, 30, said his arrest last Tuesday at Willie's Chicken Shack was all a miscommunication

New Orleans police were called to the Canal Street restaurant after reports of a man threatening to 'blow the bathroom up' came in around 7pm

When police arrived, Posey told the officer that his reference to 'blow the bathroom up,' actually meant that he needed to have a bowel movement

But according to NOLA, a restaurant employee told officers that Posey 'never told him anything about a bathroom'

The employee claims Posey asked another worker what time the restaurant closed. She told Posey she didn't know when the restaurant closed

Share this article Share That's when Posey reportedly replied: 'Y'all about to close right now because I'm going to get a bomb and blow this place up

'The employee then alerted the manager who instructed her to call 911.   According to NOLA, a third employee told police she heard Posey say that 'he was going to get a bomb and put it under the middle table of the restaurant closest to the front door'

Police said when Posey was arrested he was carrying a white plastic bag. It's unclear what was in the bag

Posey was charged with communicating false information of planned arson. He will have to undergo a mental competency hearing for November 29 in the case

Spoilers!! WHAT not Who is Aurelius Dumbledore in Fantastic Beasts 2: The Crimes of Grindelwald? - Duration: 11:57.

Hello Fantastic Beasts fans!

I'm very excited to present to you today a theory that I've worked up in partnership

with Bestiary, one of the earliest followers of this forum.

Bestiary and I have an idea that we think gets to the heart of the series…and of Albus

and Gellert.

I'm Susan Şipal with Fantastic Secrets Behind Fantastic Beasts to bring you the clues.

Join me and other Fantastic Beasts fans here on the BeastChaser Forum as we uncover the

secrets, discover what's coming first, and play along with Rowling's newest game.

And make sure you hit the subscribe button as well as the bell notification so you'll

be notified when videos post and won't miss out on the next clues!

So today I continue my tradition of presenting a theory in one video and completely contradicting

it in the next.

Well this one won't completely contradict my last, but will alter it dramatically.

Actually, let's say it expands upon it, or digs in even deeper.

I believe I was on the right track with my initial theory about Credence's relationship

to Grindelwald, but didn't go quite far enough.

With the help of Bestiary, this theory on exactly what Credence is and how he was born

is beginning to take shape.

For, as Bestiary says, the biggest question surrounding Credence may not be WHO he is,

but WHAT he is.

As I was getting at before, Credence seems to, in essence, be born of the love between

Gellert and Albus.

I believed he may have been formed from Gellert's lost Obscurus having found a harbor in a Dumbledore

phoenix until he could be reborn.

Bestiary, however, thinks his birth may be even more direct.

She wondered if it were possible…magically… for the two men to have birthed a child together.

I believe alchemy, and Rowling herself in a very slyly planted clue, gives us the answer

to this question.

And the answer is yes.

In the form of the legendary and alchemical Homunculus.

In Latin, homunculus means "little man."

They are perfectly shaped little people who, traditionally, are created fully formed.

The idea existed in folklore but was most prevalent in alchemy where they were created

in the lab.

In fact, Paracelsus, was perhaps the first alchemist to claim to have created a homunculus,

though the concept existed earlier in writings attributed to Plato as well as the Arab medieval

alchemist Jabir ibn Hayyan.

You may remember Paracelsus from Order of the Phoenix.

Nearly Headless Nick warned Harry that Peeves planned to drop a bust of the alchemist on

the next person's head who passed down the corridor.

Ouch.

But I don't need to have a bust dropped on my head to pick up Rowling's next hint.

She hid a key clue to the existence of a homunculus very early in the screenplay with the Chupacabra.

In scene 2, she describes the baby Chupacabra as: "part lizard, part homunculus, a blood-sucking

creature of the Americas."

I found this odd when I first read it because I never heard of a chupacabra as either lizard

or homunculus.

As Grindelwald tosses the beast out the coach window early on, it seems to serve a very

limited purpose.

And yet, it has its own Funko.

A couple of different "recipes" exist in history for how to create a homunculus,

but they are all based on the male sperm rather than the female egg.

Which would be very fitting in the case of Albus and Gellert.

With Paracelsus, he required that the fermenting sperm be placed in pregnant mare manure for

40 days and eventually inside a mare for 40 days.

Perhaps it's no coincidence that the screenplay informs us that Albus and Gellert's blood

pact takes place in a barn.

So perhaps a mare was pregnant…or perhaps, as Bestiary and I both agree, Rowling won't

get that detailed.

By whatever alchemical process Albus and Gellert may have created their homunculus, the process

would seem to be unnatural.

If you will remember in my last video, I showed how the reference to Macduff in Shakespeare's

Macbeth could very well hint at an unnatural birth for Credence.

In fact, when talking about Credence with his Acolytes in Scene 46, Grindelwald says,

"The trail that will lead him to me, and the strange and glorious truth of who he is."

Just being Dumbledore's brother would not be strange.

So there's definitely something odd about his very existence.

And glorious truth would definitely reflect Grindelwald's thoughts on his own creation.

Grindelwald goes on to say "Credence is the only entity alive…who can kill him."

Entity.

Not person.

The nature of Credence as a human created by these two young gods would open up so many

themes and questions to be explored, some already touched on in the series: experimental

breeding, or eugenics, manipulation of matter via physics, cloning, and perhaps free will,

but also the rights of same sex couples to marry and have children.

In fact, as Bestiary points out, it's possible that the blood pact is in fact a marriage

between Albus and Gellert.

We've seen that alchemy will be a strong part of the film series.

We've explored the possibility that Flamel and Eulalie Hicks hint at an Order of Alchemists

as the forerunner to the Order of the Phoenix.

And the homunculus is based in alchemy.

This image of the creation of a homunculus intrigues me greatly when linked to Credence.

Notice that the child in the alembic is not only winged himself, but is surrounded by

birds, who may be crows or phoenixes.

He also holds a snake in one hand, and, in his other, what appears to be a three-headed

dragon, a symbol related to alchemy and released in the graveyard.

Surrounding the alembic are spoked sunwheels that seem similar to that one we saw in the

Lestrange Family tree.

And the child has golden hair…the golden one.

Aurelius.

In the Chymical Wedding of Christian Rosenkreutz, an alchemical work from 1616 linked to the

Rosicrucians, a secret society that Rowling has referenced before, the process of creating

a homunculus is considered even more exalted than chrysopoeia, the work of creating the

Philosopher's Stone.

We've talked about chrysopoeia before, in my video about Perenelle Flamel, who was considered

very skilled in the alchemical work of transforming base metals into gold.

However, creating humans is even more a god-like power.

It is the creation of new life rather than transforming or extending what already existed.

And, as we explored in the last video, we're seeing hints of god-like power already with

Flamel and the Order of the Alchemists.

Perhaps they exist like an ethics board, to keep rogue alchemists, like Gellert and Albus,

from creating human life and upsetting the balance of nature.

If Credence is indeed a homunculus, the name Aurelius, meaning golden one, would be quite

fitting for the alchemy experiment that may both define his beginning…and his end.

Aurelius Grindelwald Dumbledore would be the supreme work of a couple of god-like alchemists,

who as he struggles with his identity, powers, and purpose, will transform from black crow

finally to the golden phoenix of alchemy…Fawkes.

Here are other clues linking Credence to a homunculus created by Albus and Gellert:

As Bestiary says, Credence's adopted name as Barebone would seem oddly fitting for a

lab-created, almost Frankenstein monster.

Irma Dugard, who Credence first thought his biological mother, is a perfectly formed small

person, a hint perhaps at his origins.

Throughout the film, Grindelwald calls Credence "my boy" three times, in almost a paternal

way.

As a homunculus created from both men, Credence would be part Dumbledore, so would be able

to call a phoenix in times of need, answering my doubt about the chick from the last video.

Also, according to Wikipedia, Karl "Jung equates the homunculus with the Philosopher's

Stone, and the "inner person" in parallel with Christ."

I've seen several references in Credence as a Christ-like figure, (which I'll cover

more in a later video), and we know the Philosopher's Stone, especially with Flamel's present,

will be key

My theory of Gellert's Obscurus may still play into this theory.

It is possible that the Obscurus, separated from either Gellert when he found the love

of Albus, or Ariana at her death (though I still doubt she ever had one), would be present

in that barn to attach itself to the fermenting homunculus awaiting its birth.

If so, it's also probable that in the aftermath of the fight, neither Albus or Gellert were

aware that their lab experiment had acquired an Obscurus.

In the end, there must be something about the homunculus that makes him capable of killing

Dumbledore.

Perhaps, like Frankenstein's monster, he has superhuman powers even beyond that of

the Obscurus.

Indeed many alchemists believed their creations would have certain superior strengths and

abilities.

Or, perhaps Grindelwald believes Dumbledore would not fight against the son he created.

Or could the blood pact they have made also involved protecting their homunculus?

So many possibilities.

Finally, how did Credence go from the barn to the ship?

This is highly speculative, but I'm wondering if Aberforth will play a crucial role here.

In the days, weeks, months, after Gellert fled the scene following Ariana's death,

might Aberforth have discovered the growing homunculus?

Could he have told Albus it died or he destroyed it?

As we discussed in the last video, the baby Credence in the shipwreck of 1901 would fit

the timeline of a child conceived, or created, at the end of the summer of 1899.

Could Aberforth have entrusted this child, that he looked on in horror, to his own aunt,

or one of his kind neighbor's sisters, to remove as far away from Albus as possible?

After all, Bathilda Bagshot would be Credence's aunt as well.

I'd almost expect that Credence's aunt was Bathilda Bagshot if she hadn't drowned…or

did she?

One problem with this theory – why is Credence not small in stature?

I have a feeling that the answer to this involves Rowling's creativity.

As usual when Rowling brings in existing legends and myths, she transforms them to fit her

own vision.

I don't expect we'd hear the word homunculus ever used in relation to Credence.

Rowling would most likely design her own form of alchemical magic for what Albus and Gellert

did, but this is what she'd be drawing from.

Thanks so much to Bestiary for partnering with me to flesh out this theory.

We're very curious to see what you think.

Are we crazy?

Or do you think it possible Credence is the love child of Albus and Gellert, one created

by the magic of alchemy?

Chipotle manager who was fired and called racist gets her job back - Duration: 20:30.

The Chipotle manager who was controversially fired and called a racist for asking a serial dine-and-dasher to pay before ordering has revealed she has 'officially' been offered her job back after thousands rallied behind her

Dominique Marie Moran, 23, lost her job at the Chipotle restaurant in St. Paul, Minnesota on Friday after a 21-year-old customer accused her of racial stereotyping

She exclusively told DailyMail.com: 'I'm not sure if I'm going to take the [job] offer yet

I feel grateful but at the same time I still have questions. I feel like I've really been put on blast, so to speak

The circumstances were not how it looked. It looked like a very hateful thing and it was not that way

'She said that she was devastated to have been painted as a racist. 'I feel I'm a genuine person and helpful, I thrive from making people happy

'I have nothing to hide. I'm not a racist, I know who I am. No one asked my side of the story and I feel I deserve to be heard

People are showing me a lot of support and I'm very grateful.'Scroll down for video  Masaud Ali had posted a video on Twitter of the incident on Thursday, saying Dominique refused to serve him and his four black friends and asked them to prove they could pay before taking their order

His post sparked a furious backlash against the manager and Chipotle. But it later emerged that at least one of the men was a repeat dine-and-dasher, prompting even more backlash against the restaurant for its knee-jerk decision to fire Dominique

Dominique moved to Minnesota from her home in Long Beach, California, after she was offered a softball scholarship to attend Dakota County Technical College

She studied early childhood education but took a job as a classroom assistant for high-school students with special needs

She had also worked on and off at Chipotle since 2013. 'I came back [to Chipotle] in late 2016 and that's when I decided I was going to take it very seriously

I went to school to be a teacher but I was taking a break from the classroom. Chipotle is a really great environment to teach people and grow a team, so I had decided that I wanted to become a general manager

That's what I was working towards.'The 23-year-old explained the context for what happened prior to Masaud posting the video to social media

Dominique said that the group were regulars at the Grant Avenue store and usually arrived near closing time

They had also sometimes not paid for their food and this happened again last Tuesday

Dominique said: 'I recognized two of the guys and my crew members recognized them as well

The crew expressed to me that they were very frustrated because most of the time, they will hand over a card that gets declined and then they will just leave

'That happened on Tuesday. Two of their cards got declined. I said to the guy, "I'm going to take care of it, don't worry about it but make sure you can pay for it next time

"'They came in again on Thursday at the same time. I recognized two of them and I double-checked the cameras to be sure

He was expecting me to say something and I said something jokingly, but he took it to a whole different extent

I guess he saw an opportunity and he ran with it.'I shouldn't have made a joke, but all I said was: "Oh you're going to pay this time?"'He had the camera[phone] up but I thought he was joking

And then I said as a joke, "Oh we have cameras in here too" and that's when I realized they all had cameras out

At that point, I decided we couldn't serve them if they were all filming us.' Dominique had a day off on Friday and had turned off her phone on Thursday night after work because she was stressed and worn out by what had happened in the store

'I woke up around noon, plugged my phone in and I had all these voicemails from my managers telling me to call them right away because the story had really blown up

I had no idea what was happening. Then reality hit.'They sent over an area manager and we met up at a coffee shop

She asked me how I was feeling and she said, "You know why I'm here."'I told the manager from Chipotle that I wanted to apologize to the guys and to the company

I wanted the manager to please let the guys know that's not my character and that's not who I am

I'm an apologetic person.'She didn't say the words – "you're fired" but that was what it was

The reason was because I had denied service.'Dominique said that she doesn't spend much time on social media so it took her a while to realize that the video clip of her had gone viral

'On Saturday, I got a phone call from my mom in California. She said people were sending her the video and she was really distressed and upset

'I told her I hadn't seen the video but I stood up for myself. I know that I wasn't trying to hurt anybody or profile anybody, the scene escalated and that's why I refused service

I knew we had to wait it out and the truth would come out. 'A few hours later my mom told me that people were exposing him on social media for his tweets and were siding with me

I had no idea he was posting that kind of thing but I had felt like I had no proof

The truth prevailed and it didn't take much to get it out.'So many people have been motivating me to speak my mind and explain that I'm not the way I was portrayed at all

'I feel bad for the Chipotle team at Grant Avenue. I'll be okay. Fear has crossed my mind, it's inevitable but I'm trying to keep my cool

It's been a mixture of emotions. I went from being hurt to scared.'After firing Dominique on Friday, Chipotle has now offered her the job back but have not apologized, she said

'I really loved my job. I've been trying not to think about it. 'They did offer me my job back but it is hurtful because I've put so much time and dedication into it

I worked hard and my team will remember that. I do feel like I've got a lot to give

'Dominique said that most of her wages went to paying off her student loans and that she had been saving money to perhaps one day have her own restaurant

'I don't have any family in Minnesota so my family really was my Chipotle family. That was my life honestly

I worked a lot but I was very passionate about it and wanted to grow the store.'Dominique, who regularly attends River Valley Church in the St Paul area, said: 'I consider myself a Christian and I believe in Jesus Christ, I love to talk about that

If you had asked me before this how long I was going to be at Chipotle, I would have said a long time but now I'm curious to see what God has in store

'She said that none of those who had led to her losing her job have apologized but that she forgave them

'It makes me feel really sick because they did this all with a smile. I forgive them but I only hope that they will learn from it

'Dominique said that the experience has given her a fear of social media.'It makes me feel sick because I'm not really on social media and I got all this attention

This story blew up without any back story and it's really scary. How many stories are out there are of people being judged, threatened and being called the ugliest of names but people don't understand what led up to it?'To so easily be able to say, "This woman's a racist" when you know that you've stolen from this business

It also makes me afraid for the people who are watching it online and who are eating it up

It's too easy just to put something out there. It's really scary – I don't think I'll ever want to be on social media again after this

' RELATED ARTICLES Previous 1 Next Michelle Wolf calls the White House Correspondent

" Ask my people, check my records – I am not a racist. I'm grateful for the support but if people want to hate that's okay too

'Dominque said that she now hopes to go back to school to become an English Literature teacher

She has also repeatedly thanked supporters and previous customers who have come out in her defense to describe her as 'hard-working', 'respectful' and 'sweet'

She also shared a petition and GoFundMe page created on her behalf by strangers in the wake of the incident

'Can't thank you enough for the kind words, positive vibes, prayers and warm thoughts,' she tweeted on Sunday

Chipotle had said on Sunday that they were reconsidering its decision to fire her after receiving more information about the incident that warrants additional investigation

'Our actions were based on the facts known to us immediately after the incident, including video footage, social media posts and conversations with the customer, manager, and our employees,' Chipotle spokeswoman Laurie Schalow said

'We now have additional information which needs to be investigated further. We want to do the right thing, so after further investigation we will re-train and re-hire if the facts warrant it

'The company said it was aware of reports about since-deleted tweets from Ali's account between 2014 and 2016 that included jokes about dining and dashing when it decided to fire Dominique

Chipotle said the decision to re-evaluate the situation wasn't influenced by the tweets and they have not provided details about the new information

The whole ordeal escalated after Masaud Ali claimed he had been a target of racism after saying he was refused service at the restaurant on Thursday

'Can a group of young well established African American get a bite to eat after a long workout session

@ChipotleTweets??' he wrote in a tweet alongside a video of the confrontation. The video begins with Dominique telling the men that they must pay 'because you never have money when you come in here'

Ali insisted that he was targeted because of his race. 'It sounded really racist - the way she said it was racist,' Ali told the Star Tribune on Friday

'She asked for proof of income as if I'm getting a loan.'He said he was also disappointed that none of the other employees who were on duty spoke up

Video of the confrontation had been seen millions of times since it was posted Friday

But tweets later emerged showing Ali had previously boasted about not paying at Chipotle

'Aye man i think chipotle catchin up to us fam. should we change locations and yoooooo what should we do about the other thang,' read a since-deleted post on Ali's account from 2016

Another post from March 2015 read: 'if you a real ass n***a we [gonna go to] Applebees [sic] and eat as much a we can and tip the nice lady 20cents and walk the f**k out

'In one post, he also discussed stealing Tabasco bottles from Chipotle and in another it read: 'Guys we're borrowing food

that's it. And if the lady tries to stop you at the door don't hesitate to truck the sh*t out of that b***h

' Ali has since deleted all of these posts. Prior to the tweets emerging, Chipotle on Saturday released a statement saying: 'What happened here is not how our employees should treat our customer

'We don't ask customers to pay for their meals prior to making them in our restaurants

The manager should have made their food and withheld giving it to them until they paid for it

'Regardless, this is not how we treat our customers and as a result, the manager has been terminated and the restaurant is being retrained to ensure something like this doesn't happen again

The John Lewis ad is always a massive moment in the run-up to the Christmas period, and the nation always look forward to it.

It has been reported Elton was paid an eye-watering 5million for starring in the emotional advert.

The adverts famously have a massive budget, and this one in particular is thought to have cost millions of pounds to make.

However, according to John Lewis the advert didn't cost as much to make as people think.

A spokesperson from John Lewis said: "The speculation in recent months around the costs associated with this year's ad is wildly inaccurate and our total spend is similar to previous years.".

Meanwhile, a spokesperson from the marketing team told The Metro: "We want to talk about the speculation that came out earlier, because there were some numbers being banded around.

"We don't five out a number, but in previous years it has been spoken about being £7million, and it is the same territory this year.

"But the vast majority of that is on media spend, and then it also includes production of the ad, our ad windows, everything – it's the whole package." The spokesperson ridiculed the rumours of Elton's pay, saying: "Where you've read around £10million or paying someone £5million – it's just wildly inaccurate.

"We would never pay someone £5million and production would never cost £10 million.

That was not the motivation for him." John Lewis revealed Elton wanted a portion of his fee to be donated to charity.

I found myself in a situation that I didn't really think I should be in. Yes

the vehicle was running and yes the keys were in the ignition, I'd got several

other people here that could have driven the car the police were quite adamant

that I was going to drive the car but I wasn't. My first thoughts were just

instant devastation. I just saw everything sleeping away ,my children

potentially being homeless. I rang five or six people none of them

returned my calls none of them the only one that returned my call within maybe

an hour or two was Carl Miller. I found him on www.keepmydrivinglicense.co.uk. I

looked at obviously the reviews and things that were on there and very

quickly realized this is the guy that's going to help me. He gave me as much time

as I possibly needed, he rang me Sunday night to go through it all and to take

my statements, there's never any push for money. I'd been made to feel like a criminal

and he made me feel completely the reverse instantly, absolutely it just a

phone call just put my mind at rest that actually you haven't done anything wrong

there's no better information out there, it's just just absolutely incredible and

The second day. I just, it was just like a weight was lifted. Carl

just dissected, just, just, again like a forensic scientist, just dissected the

whole the whole situation and he just picked up on so many different things

and then as I've said when it went to the CPS they just said - (exhale) OK

if I'd have gone there myself I'd have been literally slaughtered, because

you've got all these professionals telling you you've done, this you've done

that and I think you're kind of buy into that, you're kind of almost think yeah I

really was guilty of doing something but I wasn't I wasn't guilty of doing
