I'm here with Dr. P great to see your buddy to you we are answering you all

most frequently asked questions and this is from Priscilla how many times a day

should I eat well you gotta eat so important and we our days are so busy

and it's so important you start your day with something so you gotta have a

breakfast important it's important at that point to fuel into lunch and then

dinner what's great are these little break so

snack mid-morning like a piece of fruit something easy quick sustainable and

simple and in the afternoon a little longer bridge snack like a fruit and 12

almonds so a breakfast a snack lunch snack perhaps even a late afternoon

snack I like a fruit only and then dinner get your meals in six meals a day

everything in moderation everything in moderation and most importantly it's

gotta be sustainable patterns beautiful Dr. P. Remember stick to the fight when

your hardest hit it's when things seem worst that you must not quit. Don't quit!
