You've heard the legal term, duress, but in Florida trust and probate litigation, what

is duress?

Duress is forcing someone to execute, change or create a will or a trust by threat of physical,

mental or other means of immediate danger.

If a person is forced into creating, changing or executing a will or a trust, there is grounds

for trust or probate litigation.

Litigation is the formal court process through which one party attempts to enforce or defend

its legal rights against another party in a lawsuit.

What if duress is proven in the creation of a will?According to Florida Statutes "A

will is void if the execution is procured by fraud, duress, mistake, or undue influence."

And in the case of a trust, Florida Statutes specify that, "If the creation, amendment,

or restatement of a trust is procured by fraud, duress, mistake, or undue influence, the trust

or any part so procured is void."

Undue influence is when an individual exerts an overt amount of influence over a person

to influence the creation, or amendment of, his or her will and trust.

You should understand by now that duress is grounds for the revocation of a will or a

trust.

But what factors must be proven to establish duress in a Florida probate or trust dispute?

There are two primary factors that must be established in order to prove duress: "(1)

that the act of the person under duress was effected involuntarily and was not an exercise

of free choice or will.

And (2) that the condition of mind of the person under duress was caused by some improper

and coercive conduct by the other side."

If you believe that a will or trust was created under duress, follow your instincts.

Our clients often say that they had a feeling in their gut that there was something wrong.

And don't wait to talk with a trust or probate litigator.

Again, I'm attorney Reed Bloodworth, the managing partner of Bloodworth Law.

Give me a call, let's talk about what happened and find out how we can help you or your family.

I was Interviewed with PewDiePie and Casey Neistat...here's what happened - Duration: 18:17.

that's right I was interviewed alongside some of the biggest youtubers like

PewDiePie Casey Neistat and many others and it's pretty nuts and we were

talking about youtuber burnout what is everybody this is Chris from the rewired

soul where we talk about the problem but focus on the solution and if you're new

to my channel my channel is all about mental health and what I like to do is

pull different topics from the YouTube community to try to teach you how to

improve your mental and emotional well-being so if any of that stuff make

sure you subscribe and ring that notification bell so yeah

this last few days has been crazy I didn't realize I was interviewed

alongside these dude but anyways before I get into that make sure you follow me

over on Instagram after we work so we are so close so close to the ten

thousand follower goal and just think about it if each one of you who watches

this video just hits the little follow button I'll be hit 10,000 followers in

no time we can get that swipe up feature and life will be amazing for you as well

as for me oh the joy it brings me to just even think about it

all right well yeah make sure you follow me over on Instagram and over on Twitter

at the reward so I ask a lot of questions I interact with you guys a lot

I try to do research for some of my videos just by finding out where your

guys behaviors of thoughts and you know all these things are and it helps all of

us so anyways make sure you follow me so yeah I was interviewed by insider online

website one of the two I was interviewed by Lindsey over there and it was crazy

like she reached out to me when was this this was like November or December when

my channel started to get that big bump and I just want to say like I'm

extremely extremely honored to be interviewed alongside some of these

other amazing creators and just you know for somebody who who struggles with a

posture syndrome I know a lot of you have asked me about impostor syndrome

yeah like when you get like hate comments and you know some of the stuff

I've been through recently you know it makes me question like am I good at what

I'm doing what am i doing you know and the release of this

came at a great time because you know if someone is huge as insider is willing to

interview me and talk to me about youtuber burnout and mental health why

I'm doing something wrong so yeah it's his balance between like

getting that confidence and staying humble at the same time so yeah I'm very

humbled by the fact that I got to be interviewed alongside people like

PewDiePie and Casey Neistat Kati Morton was a part of it and some

other so yeah basically they they were interviewing us about youtuber burnout

and this is something that I've talked about many times on my channel so

PewDiePie in his part of the article he talks about how you know there's this

pressure to go go go go go and it's part of your job and PewDiePie has been under

more pressure lately which I've debated on making videos about this because the

whole competition with t-series and you know letting you know your your role or

your spot define who you are so I wonder if this is something that PewDiePie's

does because I know a lot of useful with this like one of the main reasons people

get so depressed after like losing a job or even a relationship is because we tie

it in so closely with our identity right but I will say this about PewDiePie he

has a great relationship with his fiancee Marzia I think I said that right

on one of my last videos he has a great relationship you know and he is somebody

who also knows when to take a break he is the largest youtuber on the platform

and he also takes breaks like him and Marcia go to like Japan and all of that

but the other thing is to but we're talking about youtuber burnout like I

look at people like PewDiePie as you know someone to look up to on this

platform so when we're talking about burnout right a lot of people get

concerned about me burning out cuz I pump out so many videos but look at the

largest creator on the platform I always try to teach you guys if you want what

they have you got to do what they do right so I want what PewDiePie has so I

got to do what he does and he's making daily videos right so he has an editor

all of you know my zach is my editor he added sometimes

especially if I'm busy I'm gonna spend some time with twisted or my son or

whatever and that's how we find balance so great for PewDiePie for doing that

but PewDiePie also has these other balls said he's juggling right yes is his

merch line he's working with you know sponsors and brands and all these other

things you know so he doesn't do as many public appearances anymore but he has a

lot of stuff going on and this takes hustle right but PewDiePie has been open

on his channel about burnout you know forced happiness and many other

things too so then you got my boy Casey nice that one of my favorite creators

Casey Niestat somebody who I just started watching when he started 3 6 8

I'm like Mike I've heard of this guy but let me check it out and I love his

editing style but I think what made me fall in love with Casey was his tattoo

and what's it safe to say do more I guess two tattoos about just like

working hard right and and yeah for sure so funny story when I saw Casey Neistat

that was in the article with me and then he made a video about it and like my

little notification came up that case and I had a video about this I'm like oh

my god my heart was beating I'm like Casey nice that's gonna talk about me

Casey nice that's gonna talk about me in this video and this video only being

released yesterday I already have a million views like oh my god Casey nice

that's gonna talk to me this is gonna be my big break there's gonna be it right

so I sat down I watched it I don't know why I haven't been that nervous in a

long time and coming to the end of the video Casey nice that didn't say squat

about me anyways like I started the video and Casey actually replied back to

me and here's his tweet right here where you know he talks about you know just

editing stuff down and all of that and I absolutely get it and Casey ended up

following me on Twitter so oh oh I'll give them a pass I'll give them a pass

this time but Casey next time a three six eight events going on I better be

invited but I want to show you this clip right here and there's been a lot of

talk of like hustle porn lately that is like glamorizing glorifying

romanticizing this idea of hustle work all the time

I believe in that I really do what it took for me to get this channel from

200,000 subscribers to 10 million was not sleeping was uploading every single

day for like two and a half years I busted my ass to build this channel and

I appreciate that and I don't have a whole lot of sympathy for people who

aren't willing to do that but want the success hard-worked

is always required to get to where you want to be so yeah that was that was one

of the standout clips that I saw right like so many people want this thing so

many people wanted the reward without putting in the work right and and for me

like you know I don't know if it's a society thing people say it's a

generational thing or whatever but we get so entitled we get so so so entitled

we want all the good without having to put it into the work right I know I know

when it comes to my mental health when it comes to my work my addiction

recovery when it comes to YouTube when it comes to my job when it comes to you

know being you know in a relationship with my beautiful girlfriend Tristan or

being a father to my son I have to put in the work if I want the rewards so I'm

so glad that Casey said that but one of the reasons I bring so many mental

health topics about youtubers to my channel is because I know so many of you

out there watching this especially kids especially kids you want to be a

youtuber but you don't understand what comes along with it right we have to

understand that with with these things that we want with these goals that we

have there's gonna be new stresses right and this is why youtuber burnout is such

a thing so they also interviewed people like Kati Morton and Kati Morton has

done a lot of collab videos with people like Elle Mills most recently she talked

with the try guys about taking a mental health break

Kati also was in Shane Dawson series and she talked with Shane Dawson after the

series about Jake Paul and all that stuff but when they interviewed me I was

glad I was able to bring in a different kind of perspective because although I'm

not a licensed therapist I hate myself a lot in you know psychology mental health

neuroscience but also just like happy I love Buddhist philosophy and all these

things so the the section about me in this article was about value systems and

this is like the number one thing that I think youtubers need to really keep in

check with and what we're talking about value systems is first off asking

yourself why do you want this why do you want to be a youtuber what is your

motivation behind it right because what I see from my perspective is a lot of

people get into this for the for the fame for the money or whatever and what

happens is is that that is an extrinsic value right so an extrinsic value is a

value that is something outside of ourselves so the money the followers the

subscribers or whatever it is the problem with that is is that there's

never enough there's something that they talk about

being Buddhist philosophy as well as there's a book called in the realm of

the Hungry Ghost they call us you know part of the human condition is a Hungry

Ghost right and that's in a ghost that just keeps eating but the food just

keeps falling out right there's never enough you know and this in my opinion

is what I think a lot of youtubers struggle with because they they keep

wanting more and more and more and more and more right so my values my

motivation for starting this channel despite with some of the negative

comments say I have intrinsic values okay I'm not looking for the followers

I'm not looking for the you know the subscribers I'm not looking for you know

the money and yeah I know some of you are gonna be like but didn't you say in

the beginning that you wanted followers on Instagram listen I just want the

swipe up feature if I can get the swipe up feature at five followers I literally

would not care but my goal is to help as many people as possible

all right that's all I want so the only reason I even care about views and

subscribers is because I want to help people so some people you know they

don't like the way I do my content or my content strategy but here's the thing I

have 700 videos and my first like three or four hundred videos wasn't really

using youtubers or pop culture at all and nobody was watching it like why am I

going to you know make a like have a passion of helping people if nobody can

see it they'll be like putting a hospital on a deserted island

you know what I mean so I I needed to get my message out to people so they can

see it and I just happen to find out that if I use youtubers for context to

talk about mental health I'm able to reach a larger audience all right so

that's a little bit of the method to my madness and why I talk about it

so part of the reason I started this channel like my main goal is to help all

of you because if you look at you know the situation there's way more YouTube

viewers than there are YouTube creators right but I'd be lying if I if I didn't

say like at some point I want to get to a place where I can help more youtubers

you know I'm gonna help you know my peers people doing the same thing and as

my channel grows I have a lot of YouTube content creator friends who reach out to

me we talk to each other on DMS or like on the phone or whatever and they talk

to me about the stresses and struggles and it makes me so happy that they can

turn to me and I can talk to him about this stuff but one of the issues that I

see is that so many youtubers want they want their cake and eat it too right

they want everything both ways so one of the reasons why we have to check in with

our extrinsic values versus intrinsic values is so many youtubers want the

fame they want the money they want the attention they want the popularity they

want all these things but you guys have seen it if you're a subscriber to my

channel you've seen it they don't want people talking about them

they don't want people to talk to them or shed any light that may even be

perceived as negative like you guys that's not how the world works

all right you can't ask for millions and millions and millions and millions of

eyes to be on you and for nobody to talk about your situation like that's not how

it is so this is something we're for like any aspiring youtuber you've got to

realize that watch and learn from these other

youtube's youtubers see what the struggles are that they're dealing with

right so one of the things I'll say that helps me with my mental health as a

youtuber is people who have taught me like roberto blake and gary vee or gary

vaynerchuk right like like Roberto and I were buddies we actually talk a lot but

Gary Vee I um I talked to him once at that summit but what I'm getting at is

they taught me to fall in love with the process okay they

teach me to fall in love with the numbers they teach me to fall in love

with the money right all those things are great but they taught me to fall in

love with the process okay and that is super important I absolutely love what I

do I am so grateful every single day a few months ago I was able to start doing

this full-time and like that's the dream like that's the dream right I'm my own

boss I get to do my own thing I get to be creative I get to help others I love

that and I love that process so what's interesting on the topic of YouTube

burnout is I put this poll up yesterday right or two days ago and I asked you

guys would you prefer me you know only uploading once a day what's fascinating

I've never in a million years thought that this would be the result and what I

mean is the comments and this is why the rewired soldiers are legit legit the

best subscriber base out there on YouTube because most of you who said you

would prefer me to go down to one video a day you were more concerned about me

it wasn't that you don't have enough time to keep up with the content there

were a few people who said that like it's very rare that anybody said that

most of you were just worried about me most of you were worried about me

burning out like how cool is that I love you I love you but just to give you a

little bit more than my perspective I hustle I work hard and like I can get

lazy I can procrastinate and a video from start to finish takes me like from

the time I've set up sit down record edit upload takes me maybe an hour and a

half to two hours right so like if I'm doing this for a full-time job and eight

hour a day like if I'm only working for two hours I will go absolutely insane

like I like I don't I don't know what to do with myself what am I gonna do sit

and binge watch Netflix play video games all day like I just love being

productive I love talking to people I love putting out content that might be

able to help people so like I would truly go insane if I only worked two

hours a day and only did one video a day I don't have enough going on yet to do

you know to fill up that time but here's some exciting news on my

channel I am changing things up some of you who have already noticed this so

I've been talking a lot with Tristan I've been talking with all of you so

what I want to do is do my best to stick to two videos a day not three but two

and here's the thing I want to start doing more research a lot of you have

really loved what I've been doing tying in like psychology and sociology and

neuroscience and I love to learn so I'm gonna try to do a morning video and an

evening video on all the days that I can do it unless I'm like traveling or got

family stuff going on or I'm sick or whatever but that's what I'm gonna try

to do so I'm gonna try to do a morning video and an evening video and put more

like scientific or psychological or evidence-based information in there

because I love teaching people I truly believe one of the keys to improving

your mental health is to understand more about the way your mind works and so and

as well as some of what the greatest minds and psychology and mental health

think about all this stuff the last thing that I'll mention is I just

started therapy I actually just started therapy with better help online therapy

and you know a lot of people like the whole scam thing or whatever I'm

actually journaling and documenting my my journey with this whole thing but

yeah something like something I often teach other youtubers is that listen you

have the money get therapy whether it's through a therapist in your local area

or it's through better help or whatever it is get therapy and as my channel

grows like I've noticed that I am struggling with some of my own things so

I'm giving therapy a try so I've been documenting this journey so I will be

making a video about my experience with better help the UPS the Downs and you

know all that because I've only been doing it a few days now and there's

always already been some ups and downs and I going out of my mind so I will

talk about that but if you're interested in trying better help online therapy the

link is always in the description and all that everything's been fine so far

the therapist that I have I looked her up she's fully licensed so everything's

going great so far but I will keep you posted on that

all right but anyways again thank you so much to Insider and Lindsey they have

lovely journalists I got to talk to you you're awesome I'm so honored to be

interviewed as part of this and I look forward to trying to keep helping as

many people as possible including all of my favorites lovely amazing YouTube

creators out there you're awesome don't get burnt out

alright anyways that's all I got for this video if you like this video please

give it a thumbs up if you're new make sure you subscribe and bring that

notification bell because I make a ton of videos and a huge huge thank you to

everybody supporting the channel over on patreon you are all amazing exclusive

perks and videos and group calls and individual calls all that stuff put the

top on that patriotic on right there alright thanks again for watching go

follow me on Instagram and Twitter at the rewired soul and I'll see you next

William opened up: "I was dealing with a lot of trauma on a day in, day out basis, stuff that your body's not programmed to deal with, there's just no way it is

" He added: "Something in the day comes along that is closely related to your own personal life and that really takes you over a line

"It's only natural your human, if you don't feel anything then you need to get checked out for that

" William said: "We talked about it with my colleagues, and other guys and girls there and as a team you draw it out and you debrief about it, and the whole team was affected by this one particular job, and you manage it that way

"I know if I hadn't taken the action that I did then, I would have definitely gone down the slippery slope and I would have been dealing with mental illness on a different level

"    William feels that there is a problem in the UK about expressing emotion and he links it to past generations not talking about the wars

He said he was surprised that he couldn't get famous people to get behind the Heads Together campaign

The Duke continued: "What was very interesting from when we set up the campaign was not one celebrity wanted to join us, not one person wanted to be involved in the mental health campaign Heads Together

"Then obviously once we started getting the ball rolling, and once we started showing people a lot more what we were going to do, people realised Catherine, Harry and I put our necks on the line here, that actually maybe it was OK, we could join

" New Zealand prime minister Jacinda Ardern praised William for his openness, saying it had helped to break the stigma and change cultural attitudes

The second-in-line to the throne finished by saying he was going to use sport as a vehicle to "smash" more stigma around mental health, and would work on the issue of suicide particularly male suicide

Collective Action & the revolution. What is the future of Collective Action? - Duration: 4:05.

I certainly hope that we will on the one hand see much more tangible evidence of the real

impact that Collective Action has had on anti-corruption and on business efficiency.

I also hope that we will see other CEOs speaking up like this morning Erik Fyrwald from Syngenta,

who said: well really, alone you're only going to lose business but if you are collectively

strong you can really start pushing the needle in a direction of interest to business.

So clearly more CEOs and leaders that recognise the value of collective approaches to things

as essential for business as anti-corruption.

I think sitting next to and in between someone from the Department of Justice as well as

from the French enforcement authorities and seeing the level of cooperation and agreement

between the two of them really takes me to a place that

I didn't think we'd get to quite so soon.

Certainly I think in terms of world enforcement and coordination, which is in everyone's best

interest, it's very exciting times.

I'm very optimistic.

It's very exciting for someone who's been working in anti-corruption for a long time

to see a new generation of professionals coming in with curiosity about where the field's

going, taking some of the things for granted that those of us who've been involved for

a long time didn't, seeing the cooperation and collaboration and above all understanding

that we need to work across different stakeholder groups in the anti-corruption space to really

see change come about and to work together for that change.

Public procurement makes up as much as $10 trillion a year in the global economy so the

opportunities to use tools around procurement to fight corruption are enormous.

At the World Bank we're focused on trying to use technology to mine data from procurement

information to really transform how we can predict

and identify proactively where corruption risk lies in procurement.

That gives us an opportunity to stop corruption before the contract is let and before the

bribe is paid and that's where we think there is really a tremendous amount of potential.

Probably the use of technology is going to be a bigger feature

than it has been up to now.

We're beginning to see that.

Maybe getting people to gather around technological solutions in a collective way

I hope will be what we'll be looking at in two years' time.

I think it has achieved several objectives.

One of them is to convey the idea of a strong commitment from the government

towards increasing transparency.

That would be the second objective: I believe that a general sense of an increased transparency

in the public bidding processes has been achieved.

I consider that the High Level Reporting Mechanism has highly contributed to that.

It's quite interesting to see that there's still an interesting debate about what are

collective actions and how they can be measured.

The Alliance for Integrity is still a young initiative.

We have tried out many different formats, different dialogue formats and trainings and

so on and now we are getting into the phase of how we want to define our success

and how we want to measure our impact.

I dearly hope that we will be talking about concrete Collective Action.

We've been a bit fluffy so far.

My darling

Your Majesty

How do you feel

Doctor, hurry up

Doctor, tell me the truth.

How about the royal baby?

Can the royal baby still be born healthy?

How could this happen?

What's wrong, speak up

The medicine for Princess

The medicine for Princess was prescribed by the chief physician.

The medicine is caught by myself.

How could this symptom occur?

How could this happen?

Your Majesty

Your Majesty, your Princess

Your Majesty

Yuanxiang has something to tell

What's the matter, Speak up

Your Majesty

I accidentally found

I accidentally found someone poisoned Princess in the medicine

Someone wants to kill Princess

what did you say

You servants

Princess has been pretty good to you

Someone of you actually wants to kill her.

Also kill my royal baby

If I do nothing

Heaven and earth will not tolerate

I ask you

You are the steward of Princess

Princess's food and drink are all responsible for you.

Don't you know who poisoned Princess?

Your Majesty, I don't know anything.

You piece of trash!

Your Majesty

What is this

This is what I found in the Ruyi's room.

An abortion-inducing drug

Sure enough, it's you!

Guards!

Yes!

Pull her out

Yes!

Go

Cruel punishment served Your Majesty

I am wronged.

go

Your Majesty

I am wronged.

I am wronged! I am wronged!

I am wronged.

I am wronged.

Please drink this, your Princess

Yuanxiang

Tell me the truth

How did his Majesty deal with Ruyi?

Your Princess, the Doctor said that you are weak.

Need good health care

I will take care of Your Princess instead of Ruyi.

Was she executed?

Your Princess, You'd better not know..

I know that there will be serious consequences for her.

But she has followed me for so many years.

I just want to know the truth.

She was killed by cooking

Your Majesty

Really not what I did

Your Princess

Help me, save me

Save me

Ruyi, I am really sorry for you.

But I am also forced to do so.

Not intentional to kill you.

No hatred without cause.

If you are dead with your eyes still open,

Remember

It's Wan. He forced me to do this.

BEING FRANK How tall is Danny DeVito, what happened at the NTAs 2019 and what are Frank's best It's - Duration: 5:10.

DANNY DeVito is one of the most recognisable faces in Hollywood, thanks to his long career as an actor

We take a look at his life and career so far - plus find out what his best moments are in It's Always Sunny In Philadelphia

How tall is Danny DeVito? What is his background?  Danny stands at 4ft 8" tall - his short stature is the result of multiple epiphyseal dysplasia (Fairbank's disease), a rare genetic disorder that affects bone growth

The actor, 74, was born November 17, 1944.  He shot to fame at the end of the 70s when he played taxi dispatcher Louie De Palma in TV show Taxi from 1978–1983

The role won him a Golden Globe Award and an Emmy Award.  After that, Danny then made a name for himself in the movies, before heading back to TV to play Frank Reynolds in It's Always Sunny In Philadelphia

He is set to make a return to the big screen in 2019 live action Disney movie Dumbo

What are Danny's biggest films?  Danny has starred in numerous hit movies, these include (in order of popularity):  Matilda (1996) Story of a wonderful little girl, who happens to be a genius, and her wonderful teacher vs

the worst parents ever and the worst school principal imaginable.  Twins (1988) A physically perfect but innocent man goes in search of his long-lost twin brother, who is short, a womanizer, and small-time crook

One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest (1975) A criminal pleads insanity after getting into trouble again and once in the mental institution rebels against the oppressive nurse and rallies up the scared patients

Hercules (1997) Having endured his legendary twelve labors, Hercules, the Greek demigod, has his life as a sword-for-hire tested when the King of Thrace and his daughter seek his aid in defeating a tyrannical warlord

Batman Returns (1992) When a corrupt businessman and the grotesque Penguin plot to take control of Gotham City, only Batman can stop them, while the Catwoman has her own agenda

What are Frank Reynolds' best It's Always Sunny moments?  Danny DeVito joined the cast of It's Always Sunny In Philadelphia in 2006 playing Sweet Dee and Dennis' father

During his time on the show his character has turned into a complete degenerate who enjoys going through trash and sleeping in a bed with Charlie Kelly (Charlie Day)

Here are some of Frank's best (and worst) moments: Frank gets high and stuck in a bin at a football game

Frank steals a tour boat full of tourists on his way to watch Thunder Gun Express

The gang gives Frank an Intervention after he goes completely off the rails and crashes a funeral drinking wine out of can

Frank jumps out of sofa at an office Christmas party completely naked. Frank fall out of a window and thinks he is back in 2006

Frank poops the bed that him and Charlie sleep in together but won't admit it was him

What happened with Danny at the NTAs 2019?  On January 22, 2019, Danny was booed when he introduced the Best Drama Performance award at the 2019 National Television Awards

The Hollywood actor hit out at the "not nice" audience for booing him when he began to talk about football while on stage

Before making the award, he told the audience: "This is a big week for me this week

It's really nice for me to be here.  "I've got tryouts. I'm going to get Petr Cech's job

Go Arsenal."  He added to the audience "you're not nice" as they booed his seeming support for Arsenal
