Anthony Joshua has had 22 fights as a professional so far, but all of them have been held in the UK
The heavyweight star has been long been rumoured to fight the likes of fellow warriors Deontay Wilder and Tyson Fury
But disagreements in fight purses and venues have held back the chances of the fights happening
Wilder and Fury, however, fought back in December in an excellent match-up that ended in a controversial split decision draw
And Top Rank promoter Arum, who spoke exclusively to Express Sport, believes that if AJ is to fight either Fury or Wilder, it should happen in the US
"Those fights doesn't belong in the UK, they belong in the United States," he said
"I watched Joshua fight [Joseph] Parker in Cardiff and I saw the Wilder Fury fight, which was very good
"These big heavyweight fights belong in the United States, if you don't do these fights over in the states, you forego all of the US PPV money
" Joshua is scheduled to fight at Wembley Stadium in London on April 13, but has still not been sorted with an opponent
Promoter Eddie Hearn has said that he's hoping something can be wrapped up by the end of the month, but that Wilder is "petrified"
It's looking likely that Joshua will fight long-time rival Dillian Whyte in a much-anticipated rematch, while the possibility of facing Jarrell Miller in New York also lurks
WBO welterweight world champion and pound-for-pound king Terence Crawford also had his say on the heavyweight conundrum, but expressed his desire to see all of those fights happen
"Those are all tough fights for each and every one of them, I'm looking forward to seeing Wilder getting in there with AJ," he told Express Sport
Crawford, who is promoted by Arum and will fight the UK's Amir Khan in April, also spoke about why the fights were so hard to make ompared with earlier eras
"I feel like there were more fights back then, they were fighting each other more frequently, whereas today it's not as frequent," he added
"Back then all the top guys were fighting each other and a loss didn't kill your career, nowadays if you lose one fight, it will hurt your career so bad
"If you don't bounce back and beat another top undefeated guy, then your career is basically over

This Week In Terror (Mali, Pakistan, Nigeria, Philippines, United States) - Duration: 7:39.
If you're not familiar with the endless persecution of non-Muslims in places like
Pakistan, and Egypt, and Iraq, either you've spent the past few decades living in a snow
fort in Antarctica, or you're a radical leftist screwball who's so busy admiring
your own virtue in the mirror that you just can't find the time to pay any attention
to people who are actually suffering.
Let's take a quick look at Islamic terror in the news over the past week.
Mali:
A branch of Al Qaeda in northwestern Africa claimed responsibility for an attack on a
United Nations base in Mali that killed 10 Chadian peacekeepers on Sunday, saying it
was in response to Chad's resumption of diplomatic relations with Israel.
In a statement, the United Nations mission in Mali said that a peacekeeping base had
come under attack in the northeastern village of Aguelhok.
The village is in one of the most troubled regions of the country, which has repeatedly
been in the cross hairs of a jihadist insurgency.
Al Qaeda jihadis attack UN peacekeepers because a country has diplomatic relations with Israel.

Pakistan:
There are nearly 200 cases of Christians in Pakistan charged with blasphemy - the controversial
law made famous by Asia Bibi.
Father James Channon, director of the Peace Center in Lahore, which promotes inter-faith
relations, said research by the Catholic Church has revealed 187 live cases of Christians
charged with blasphemy which in Pakistan can carry sentences of life imprisonment or death.
Added to this figure is the case of Asia Bibi, whose death penalty conviction for blasphemy
was overturned last October by Pakistan's Supreme Court, a decision which created headlines
around the world.
Speaking in an interview with Aid to the Church in Need, Father Channon said: "Even now, after
her acquittal, she is anything but safe.
Radical Islamists are trying to find her so they can kill her.
That is why she is currently under state protection."
In Pakistan, if you criticize Sharia, you'll be charged with blasphemy and sentenced to death.
In the West, if you criticize Sharia, you'll be accused of racism and sentenced to ridicule.
Seems like Islam always finds a way to avoid criticism.
Nigeria:
A Christian denomination based mostly in the Northeast, the Church of the Brethren in Nigeria,
otherwise known in Hausa language as Ekklesiyar Yan'uwa A Nigeria (EYN), has appealed to
the federal government to rebuild its church branches razed by Boko Haram insurgents.
The EYN says Boko Haram has destroyed a total of 1,125 of its church buildings and other
structures over the years of insurgency.
These include its headquarters office complex, which has been rebuilt, a church auditorium
which is yet to be fully reconstructed, and an adjacent pastor's residential quarters
where reconstructions work is yet to start.
Never forget, if you smirk while someone beats a drum in your face, you're a despicable
monster who deserves violence.
But if you burn down more than a thousand churches, you're a misunderstood victim
whose ideology is beyond criticism.
The Philippines:
The southern Philippines city of Jolo is on lockdown after a deadly double bombing Sunday,
as the authorities try to ensure security and investigate the attack that killed at least 20.
The bombing—which was claimed by ISIS—has raised fears of an increase in separatist
violence in the country's restive Mindanao region, following a referendum last week in
which an overwhelming majority of voters backed self-rule.
Bombs exploded at the Jolo Catholic Cathedral during Sunday mass, officials said, killing
20 and injuring at least 81 people, including 14 soldiers and two police officers.
The first device went off inside the cathedral and the second targeted nearby soldiers who
rushed to help the victims of the first explosion, a military spokesman said.
So, if you don't like the way a referendum goes, you blow up a church.

The United States:
Three men from Lansing, Michigan, were arrested for allegedly supporting ISIS — with one
of them taken into custody as he prepared to fly to Somalia, authorities said Tuesday.
Muse Abdikadir Muse, 23, his brother Mohamud Abdikadir Muse, 20, and another relative,
26-year-old Mohamed Salat Haji, were all charged with conspiring to provide material support
to a terrorist organization, prosecutor said.
Agents arrested Muse Muse at Gerald R. Ford Airport in Grand Rapids on Monday, where he
was about to take a series of flights that would have eventually landed him in Mogadishu,
Somalia, according to a federal complaint.
Mohamud Muse and Haji were arrested hours later.
The three defendants had all "pledged allegiance to ISIS through videos they recorded themselves,"
according to a statement by the Department of Justice.
Think about this.
These young Muslims had their entire lives ahead of them.
They could have worked, and worshiped, and raised kids in the land of the free and the
home of the brave.
Instead, they were willing to risk everything to join ISIS.
Why?
Well, as long as we ignore everything that Muhammad said and did, jihad will remain a
perpetual mystery.
Muslims in Nigeria, and Mali, and Pakistan, and the Philippines, and the United States
conclude that they're supposed to terrorize unbelievers because they've all coincidentally
misunderstood their religion in exactly the same way.
Of course, I should point out that there's really no difference, practically speaking,
between, on the one hand, a religion that actually calls for the violent subjugation
of the entire world, and, on the other hand, a religion whose followers misunderstand it
so much that they go out and try to violently subjugate the entire world.
Either way, you, and your family, and your friends, and your civilization, are targeted
for terror.
If you're satisfied with everyone you know being targeted for terror, by all means, pay
no attention to the words of Allah and Muhammad.

The US and Venezuela's New "President" Guaido - Duration: 9:09.
Venezuela has a new president.
Sort of.
This guy may be on his way out.
But that depends on who you ask.
Welcome to America Uncovered.
I'm Chris Chappell.
Things have been a bit chaotic in Venezuela lately.
And not just because the inflation
hit 1 million percent by the end of last year.
And could hit 10 million percent this year.
I mean, at this point, what's a few million percent, give or take?
In Venezuela, it's literally cheaper to use cash than toilet paper.
Which, not only sounds really uncomfortable,
it's also why you should never eat food
from an unlicensed Venezuelan street vendor.
Wait, what's the big story again?
Oh, right.
There's suddenly a new president.
Sort of.
OK, you probably already know about Nicolás Maduro...
Venezuela's president for the last 6 years
the one who tries to hide the fact that he's a corrupt dictator... by dancing.
And dancing.
And dancing!
And... ok, the people have had enough.
No seriously.
They've had enough.
Enough of the massive inflation.
Enough of the enforced weight-loss programs.
And enough of the police violence
that's killed hundreds of protesters in recent years,
and four people just this past week.
So now this guy stepped in: Juan Guaidó.
You've probably never heard of him before this week,
because—let's face it,
how many Americans can even name the US Senate Majority Leader?
It's...Martin something...right?
But that's essentially what Juan Guaidó is to Venezuela.
He's the President of the National Assembly of Venezuela.
So like the US Senate Majority Leader,
but 54% younger, and 97% less like a turtle.
But Venezuela actually has two Assemblies.
There's the National Assembly,
which Guaidó was elected to, and is now is head of.
And there's the Constituent National Assembly,
which is a special government set up by Maduro
and dominated by people from his United Socialist Party.
That makes the original National Assembly a sort of opposition group.
It's not like the US Senate and House of Representatives,
which are both legitimate ruling bodies.
It's more like the Great Western Schism of 1378,
in which there were two popes who each claimed to be the legitimate pope.
Or like the Great Eminem Schism of 2000,
when it was unclear which one was the Real Slim Shady.
So Guaidó's assembly declared Maduro
to be an illegitimate leader of Venezuela,
because Maduro's re-election last May
was widely condemned as a sham
and a move towards further dictatorship.
And then Guaidó was like,
"Well, according to the constitution,
I'm the new interim president.
And the professor from the hit Netflix show Money Heist is going to help me."
And Guaidó *was* legitimately elected by the people.
But he was elected as a member of the National Assembly,
not as president.
Nonetheless, he has a number of supporters in Venezuela
who see him as a new hope for their country.
The Venezuelan Luke Skywalker, if you will.
I didn't say Rey.
I'm not willing to be that controversial.
Of course, Venezuelan politics,
like politics everywhere, is complicated,
and just because people don't support Maduro,
doesn't mean they support the opposition, either.
So at this point, Venezuela has anywhere from zero to two presidents.
And the rest of the world is forced to choose:
Do we still recognize Nicolás Maduro
as the legitimate president of Venezuela?
Or the relatively unknown Juan Guaidó?
It's a topic of debate for every country.
But the US has come out strongly in favor of Guaidó.
"Nicolas Maduro is a dictator with no legitimate claim to power.
The National Assembly is the duly-elected representative of the people
and through their constitutional system
and now the interim president, Juan Guaido;
it represents the will of the people."
And now the same position is backed
by Canada and most of Latin America,
including Argentina, Brazil, Colombia...
basically everyone except Guyana and Saint Lucia
—which don't matter—
and Mexico—which does.
Mexico's left-leaning president has said he has a non-intervention policy.
Oh, and Cuba.
But that's not a surprise,
since Cuba's been supporting Maduro since before it was cool.
Not that it was ever that cool.
So most of the Western hemisphere
is now supporting the new Juan Guaidó.
But will he really replace Maduro?
There's still a lot we don't know.
Will Maduro leave quietly,
or will he use the military to put up a fight?
And will the military continue to side with Maduro,
or break away?
Will there be more bloodshed?
How will this affect relations with the US?
After Guaidó declared his interim presidency this past Wednesday,
Maduro gave American diplomats 72 hours to leave the country.
If Maduro does eventually step down or is forced out,
how long will that take?
Because only after that
can Guaidó seriously start trying to fix Venezuela's hyperinflation
and food shortages.
US Secretary of State Mike Pompeo
has said that the US will pledge $20 million dollars
of humanitarian aid to Venezuela to help with that.
And how long will Guaidó even be president?
In theory, he's only an interim president,
until new elections are held.
But historically speaking,
people who get into powerful positions tend to not want to leave.
Because, they say, they haven't yet been able to do
all the things they definitely totally plan to accomplish.
So there's still a lot we don't know, and can't easily predict.
It is interesting, though, to see how some Americans
looking at what's happening in Venezuela
are making assumptions
based on the history of the US in Latin America,
and also their dislike of the Trump Administration.
Like Democratic Congresswoman Ilhan Omar, who tweeted:
"A US backed coup in Venezuela
is not a solution to the dire issues they face.
Trump's efforts to install a far right opposition
will only incite violence and further destabilize the region.
We must support Mexico, Uruguay & the Vatican's
efforts to facilitate a peaceful dialogue."
It's fair to say that the US has had a checkered history
with coups in Latin America.
And yes, people might be worried about another Iraq, or Libya.
But to say that what is happening in Venezuela
is a US-backed coup is a stretch.
Also, Guaido is not "far right opposition,"
he's a member of the Popular Will party,
a center-left social-democratic party
whose main leader was put in prison, and then house arrest.
Now, without US support and recognition,
the opposition, which has been heavily targeted by Maduro,
wouldn't have been able to get as much international recognition
as they now have.
But the US government isn't talking about
US military intervention in Venezuela.
Ultimately, the fate of Venezuela is up to Venezuelans.
And I know this is weird to say on a show called America Uncovered,
but it's a mistake to look at what's happening
in the world only through the lens of US politics.
Which is how you get conservatives supporting
a democratic socialist and progressives supporting a socialist dictator.
And a former Mexican president supporting Trump.
The world is a weird place.
So we don't know how this will turn out.
But with the US and most of Latin America
throwing their weight behind Juan Guaidó,
one thing is certain.
Something's going to change.
And I hope it starts with importing toilet paper.
Because after food, toilet paper is Venezuela's number two problem.

John Bolton Admits US Wants To Take Venezuela's Oil - Duration: 5:06.
Well, it's the first Monday following the government reopening this past week, the end
of the week.
So a lot of furloughed workers are returning to work today, national park starting to reopen
after the cleaning process begins.
Uh, but what's really interesting is the fact that Republicans over the weekend, we're attempting
to distance themselves from the government shutdown that lasted 35 days and became the
longest in US history.
You had people like Susan Collins and Marco Rubio going on the Sunday talk shows, trying
to say, listen, we shouldn't ever shut down the government.
It's a bad negotiating tactic.
It never works.
And usually it hurts the people who instigated it.
Uh, you know, that's actually what Marco Rubio said.
It hurts the people who instigated it.
So Rubio, there is admitting Donald Trump instigated it.
Republicans instigated it and they lost big time.
So he and Susan Collins are out there saying, look, we shouldn't ever do this again.
This is bad policy.
Nobody likes this.
Let's, let's move on.
And then you have people like Mick Mulvaney, you have Kevin McCarthy, the House minority
leader.
You have Ted Cruz.
Those folks are out there trying to distance themselves from the shutdown in another way.
They're actually blaming the Democrats for the shutdown even happening there.
Just abdicating all responsibility and saying, look what these Democrats did to you.
Ignore the video that's still viral right now with Trump saying he'll own the shutdown
and he's going to shut it down and he'll take the blame and it's all on him.
Forget that.
That even happened.
Let's just keep calling it Schumer shut down.
In fact, let's make a clever little Hashtag of Schumer shut down, which is what Ted Cruz
did.
It's what Mick Mulvaney was saying.
He said Republicans were the only ones who were trying to bargain seriously here.
McCarthy said that Donald Trump was doing a great job with his negotiating tactics.
Yeah, that's not true.
None of this is true.
Your Guy Lost Your guys shut down the government.
Your guy and your party repeatedly refused to take up democratic passed legislation that
would have reopened the federal government and given furloughed workers their back pay.
That was all you.
You did that, but right now what we're witnessing is republicans attempting to rewrite history
specifically the last 40 days or so.
They want us to think that it was either the Democrats' fault that had happened or that
every republican who joined in it really regrets it and they'll never do it again and they've
learned their lesson and they're going to move on.
The truth is that we're only three weeks away from another government shutdown.
The Democrats are not going to budge and they should not budge.
Nancy Pelosi, you know, a lot of people had concerns about her becoming how speaker, again,
I was one of them and I will freely admit that and I will also freely admit that I guess
on this particular issue I was wrong.
Nancy stood up.
She stood her ground and she forced Trump into a corner and he was forced to back down.
So I am proud of Nancy Pelosi for that.
I'm proud of everything she has done during this shutdown and I hope that she continues
it and I hope that three weeks from now when Trump understands he will not get the funding
for that wall.
We do not go through another, another government shutdown and he decides to cut his losses.
Tell aunt ann coulter to basically go live in a hole somewhere because nobody wants to
hear from you and we're going to get by with government as usual.
That's what needs to happen.
Trump needs to turn off the Fox News.
He needs to stop listening to Ann Coulter.
Stop letting rush limbaugh tell them what to do and he needs to do what's best for this
country and what the American public wants.
And that is to not shut down the government.
And more importantly, not build a wall of steel slats along our southern border.

We need to build a fence of some kind that's what that's number one. Number two. We're dealing with Border Patrol agents
Who were basically undermanned? Dan Bell owns a cattle ranch that stretches tens of thousands of miles on the border
He says there was a border patrol agent killed in the 90s by drug smugglers on his ranch
Our time on the ranch is spent just dealing with the issues associated with with the illegal human smuggling and healing
On this ranch. The Border Patrol actually told me that 40 percent of all illegal drugs smuggled here into the u.s
Happened along parts of this border and agents like art del Cueto echo the congressman on calls for a physical barrier
The issue that a lot of people have is they hear the word wall and and they stay focused on
brick and mortar a brick and mortar brick and mortar
We need something because I can tell you right now
This ain't cutting it
So this is basically what you have dividing us here yet
The police chief of Nogales Roy Bermudez says though a wall could be helpful
It shouldn't be the priority rather a push for more Border Patrol agents and better technology to monitor movements between the u.s
And Mexico at the end of the day, that's only a barrier. We can build the tallest and biggest
walls which in Nogales, Arizona
We already have one but they're going to find a way they're gonna find a way to get through it to get under it to
Get over to do whatever they need to do to get through chief Bermudez adds there needs to be common ground
Between the GOP and Democrats because the barriers quote are not going to come overnight and the solution is needed quickly in

Form of immigration and we can do an immigration reform it will take longer
It's been complex. It's been going on for 3035 years
They've been talking about immigration reform, but we have to before we do that
We have to create a barrier that we can do very quickly
Something could be done we could do that bill we could help the dreamers. We won out the dreamers
I was ready to help the dreamers and then we got a decision that the folks
Representing the dreamers very strongly which is us
Also if you want to know the truth, but they said well, we don't have to do it anymore
So now it's before the Supreme Court go see what happens
and if the seat if the Supreme Court rules against the President Obama decision
Which he knew would not hold up if they we will have a deal with the judges we can do it early
but this has to be done soon so we get our
folks faith in our country

I think you're gonna write a check for 20 billion or 10 million or 5 billion or 2 cents, you know
They're paying for the wall in a great trade deal. You had the worst trade deal anywhere in the world in NAFTA

campaign kickoff rally among them many young women like Island Portugal eager
to hear what the senator has to say we really love how strong she is in like
criminal justice reform immigration she just doesn't allow people to bully
her like she asked the hard questions she keeps her composure she's really
well-spoken I am excited to see her share her platforms and speak about what
matters and ultimately be reinvigorated by her yeah this rally was supposed to
be a show of political force and it certainly looked that way when Kamala
Harris took to the stage the daughter of Jamaican and Indian immigrants promised
to be a fighter for the people stating that it was time to restore what she
views as the loss of American values under President Trump we are here
because the American Dream and our American democracy are under attack and
on the line like never before and we are here at this moment in time because we
must answer a fundamental question who are we who are we as Americans let's
answer that question America we are better than this the Democratic Party is
looking for fresh faces and Kamala Harris who's been a US Senator for only
two years certainly fits that bill she grew up here in Oakland a diverse
industrial city known for its toughness high crime rates and political left-wing
activism now she is the first female black candidate having a viable shot at
the presidency but with dozens of Democrats lining up to run in 2020 the
crucial question will be whether the party thinks Kamala Harris has a chance
of beating Donald Trump her supporters definitely think she does
she understands people she understand the middle class she understand the
needs of our country and she has morals which we don't have right now with a
year and a half until the Democrats picked her presidential nominee Kamala
Harris still has a long way to go but her Oakland rally was beyond doubt a
good start

Heres a scary political thought for all Americans.
If Alexandria Ocasio Cortez were old enough, and American voters were stupid enough, she could be elected president next year.
AOC as the rookie House member from New York City has been nicknamed is only 28, which makes her constitutionally too young to join the mob of mostly leftwing Democrats competing to run against Donald Trump next year.
But according to a recent poll, 74 percent of Democrats said if given the chance theyd vote for Ocasio Cortez for president in 2020.
Our countrys celebrated young social warrior is never going to be elected president of the United States not even if she lives to be Hillary Clintons age and gets lots of free help from Stephen Colbert, the Russians or the FBI.
AOCs age and inexperience are not her biggest obstacles, though.
Its her really bad socialist ideas free health care for all, free college for all, confiscatory 70 percent tax rates for millionaires, etc. thatll keep her from the White House.
Her leftwing positions, which appeal to the historical and economic ignorance of her fellow millennials and the slobbering liberal media, are actually not much worse than those of most of the presidential wannabes in her party.
Shes just more enthusiastic, more youthful and more giggly and already knows how to tweet like a president.
For now and probably forever AOCs role is to be the cheerful mascot of the national Democratic Party, which, like her, has decided that the way to make the country great again is to exchange American capitalism for Venezuelan style socialism.
She and her socialist friends pose no real threat to Trump or Republicans or America.
American voters especially the older ones of both parties who remember when America was great are too smart and sensible.
Theyll never let her or one of her older socialist brothers or sisters get in the Oval Office. Ditto for Grandpa Bernie.
Ocasio Cortez and her generation are clueless about Americas greatness because they were taught a bunch of leftwing history in school.
They have no recollection of when America was great, how we got to be so great and prosperous or what made us the leader of the free world.
Theres only one big guy in Washington talking about America being great and keeping it great.
Its the president. And hes taken to task and abused every day, by almost everyone, for everything he says and does.
Meanwhile, as the Democrats in the House of Pelosi waste their days investigating President Trump and trying to block anything he wants to do, their national party is making a hard turn to the left.
Ocasio Cortez is the celebrity bus driver with no GPS. The liberal media treat her like a political genius, mainly because they are as dumb as she is about the benefits of things like capitalism and border walls.
But despite what she and her fellow socialists in the Democrat Party think, they are not going to lead the country to a better, greater place in 2020. Theyre just leading their party over a cliff.
