'Take the card' - Sokratis calls for Arsenal to master the dark arts after win against West Ham - Duration: 2:52.Sokratis Papastathopoulos has urged his Arsenal colleagues to 'to be a bit more clever' and 'make fouls' against teams in the future
The £16million summer recruit forged a reputation for being a no nonsense centre-half during his time at Borussia Dortmund and has spoken of his love for old-fashioned defending
His arrival in the summer was not exactly the most fashionable given that he doesn't quite fit the ilk of the modern day centre-back but his influence grew during Arsenal's victory against West Ham United on Saturday
He had a solid game and made vital block in the game. Furthermore, he reads the game well, and he seems to be growing in stature with every passing game
The north London side have been accused by many fans and pundits of being too soft - with Sky Sports pundit Graham Souness last season calling them a 'father-in-law's dream'
However, the Greek defender said that they must be more cynical in the future and to make fouls when required to stop dangerous situations from developing whilst being becoming a more ruthless outfit
"We are experienced players and sometimes we have to be a bit more clever," he told the Daily Telegraph
When we don't have the ball, in some situations we have to make fouls, we make fouls and take a card
Then we do not take the counter-attack."If they play with counter-attack, they can play with 30 percent of the ball but still make chances
We have to defend all together and work better when we don't have the ball. We are very offensive but we have to pay attention when we don't have the ball
"When we came in, the manager said to us that we have to play better in the defensive part
We were better in the second half, but we still need work." Sokratis showed just that in the London derby on Saturday and picked up his second booking of the season after he committed a foul in the 89th minute when his team were 2-1 up when Manuel Pellegrini's side were on the front-foot
After, he then picked the ball up to prevent the Hammers from taking a quick free quick

[MMD] Dark On Me - Duration: 1:43.There's no hate, there's no love Only dark skies that hang above
I call your name as I walk alone
Send a signal to guide me home
Light the night up, you're my dark star And now you're falling away
But I found in you, what was lost in me In a world so cold and empty
I could lie awake
just to watch you breathe
In the dead of night, you en-dark on me

Bohemian Grove Dark Secrets Video - Duration: 7:39.Twenty years ago, Alex Jones was an investigative journalist.
Among the Redwood trees outside of San Francisco,
he personally infiltrated the most exclusive men's club in the world, and he was an eyewitness
to a bizzare ritual known the "cremation of care".
In the Bohemian Grove dark secrets video, he revealed for the first time,
the entire secret ceremony.
It is the opening ritual of the summer,
on the first evening of an annual two week gathering of the Bohemian Club.
The audience, numbering more than a thousand of the rich and powerful,
take seats in an outdoor dining area, where the banquet tables are illuminated by gaslight.
They are politicians and famous artists, film studio owners and bankers.
They finish their sumptuous dinner, but they continue to drink.
The woodland air is warm and damp.
The music of a funeral dirge strikes comes from the darkness.
A procession appears of men in red robes, with red hoods.
Some are playing the musical instruments of the dirge, others hold high large torches.
Six men follow, like pallbearers, carrying an oblong, shallow wooden box.
The sides of the open box are low, and everyone can see what is inside.
Its occupant masquerades as a human body, but in reality
it is white cotton fabric, wrapped around a six foot plastic skeleton.
This is the "embodiment of care", a symbol of the sins of the previous year,
sins which all important men convince themselves they are obligated to commit.
As the procession passes the dining area, the audience leaves their seats,
falling into line behind the hooded column.
The funeral parade, consisting mostly of old white men,
marches on the road for only a few minutes before it reaches the shore of a small, artificial body of water.
The pallbearers and the priests, approach an enormous altar facing the lake.
The entertainment consists of more than two hundred performers,
the honorary associate members of the Bohemian Club...
the chorus, torch bearers, fire wardens,
lifeguards to prevent drunken men entering the water, and the show manager.
Still holding their drinks, the audience walks along a short path to the opposite side of the pond,
where they can observe from a safe distance the altar,
which is in the form of a huge owl, forty feet in height,
constructed of concrete. Its lower regions are covered in moss.
The performers surround the altar.
The shallow coffin is deposited at the feet of the sacred bird,
an owl which represents the priciples of wisdom, of keeping silent,
and of activities best conducted under cover of the night.
The high priest announces the club motto,
taken from "a midsummer night's dream", by William Shakespeare.
"Weaving spiders, come not here!"
Ostensibly this would forbid the membership from discussing worldly matters
and forming their evil plans.
But the motto is spoken of always sarcastically,
because the members know the Bohemian Grove may be the ideal haven,
where such schemes may be secretly planned.
The box is placed upon a stack of pinewood before the altar,
and after igniting the funeral pyre, the high priest throws his torch into the rising inferno.
When the revelers grow tired of watching the bonfire, or when they run out of liquor,
they break away in groups to return to their camps,
or rather to wander from one camp to another, to form new alliances, or to reinforce old alliances.
In September 1942, in the clubhouse on the grounds of the Bohemian Grove,
a meeting was held between representatives of General Electric and Standard Oil,
the presidents of Harvard, Yale, and Princeton,
various military men, and J. Robert Oppenheimer.
This is where the Manhattan Project was born,
which then led to the invention and deployment of the first atomic bomb.

Homemade Skin Brightening Neem Soap: Removes Acne, Acne Scars & Dark Spots - Duration: 4:47.Hi friends, this is Ramya from wildturmeric. In this video, I wanted to share
a wonderful handcrafted named soap that has amazing skin benefits. I was making
my own soaps from scratch and also crafting them till few years back. Soaps
made at home are done using cold process method. The
process involves mixing in oil with lye which is nothing but sodium hydroxide
mixed with water then it is beaten together till it thickens. This process
is called tracing and then it is poured into molds to set and cure. I also tried
transparent soap making at home which is actually dangerous in my opinion as we
are dissolving the soap in alcohol by boiling both the soap and alcohol
covered with a thick plastic sheet. I really enjoyed soap making but the
only problem was the lye. When we mix water with sodium hydroxide to make the
lye, it produces fumes and it doesn't agree with everyone and is especially
not advisable during pregnancy. So once I got pregnant, I stopped making soaps
completely. Nowadays we get both regular and transparent soap bases easily in
the markets and I have crafted my soaps using a store-bought transparent soap
base but if you want me to do it from scratch, let me know in the comment
section below. I will make a video separately for it. Soap crafting is an
art and is really fun and I promise you'll enjoy it greatly. Usually people
add synthetic colors to craft their soaps but I prefer fresh herb extracts
as I want the soaps to both look beautiful and have skin benefits as well.
First take a handful of washed neem leaves in a mixer. Now add in little bit
of water. Now grind this mixture to a smooth paste. Now take the ground paste
in a strainer and press to extract the fresh neem juice completely.
Take approximately around 50 grams of transparent soap base and cut into small
chunks using a sharp knife. Now take the cut soap in a cup and melt
in a double boiler. Now to the melted soap base, add
around 1 and 1/2 tablespoons of the freshly extracted thick neem juice. Now
mix well with a whisk, mixing will prevent a top layer forming in the
melted soap. Now add in the contents of 1 vitamin E capsule. Mix well till all the
ingredients are mixed well together. Now grease a plastic container with coconut
oil and pour the melted neem soap base. Now leave it in the freezer to set for
about 15 minutes, after 15 minutes remove the plastic container from the freezer
and run a sharp knife around the edge of the soap and tap gently. The soap will
easily come out. Now using a cookie cutter, cut out desired shapes. I have
used a larger and a smaller flower cookie cutters to cut out the shapes. Now take
few small plastic containers and oil them well with coconut oil. Now place the
cut out soaps in each container to your liking. Freeze them again for half an hour.
Now melt around 150 grams of transparent soap base like before. Let
cool slightly and add in the contents of one vitamin E capsule. You can also add
few drops of neem essential oil or any essential oil of your choice at this
stage. Mix well and pour over the frozen cutout
soaps. If the soaps are not frozen well or if the soap base is very hot, the
cutout soaps will start melting immediately so make sure that the soaps
are frozen well and that the soap base is not very hot to touch. Once the
transparent soap is poured over the cutout soaps, freeze again for 15 to 20
minutes and remove them by running a sharp knife around the edges. Your
homemade soap is ready to be used. Handcrafted soaps are beautiful to look
at and I would suggest involving your kids in the process and make the soaps using their
favorite animal shapes. I have used neem extract only for the cutout soaps but
you can reverse it and use plain transparent soap base for the cutouts
and neem soap for pouring on top. Since neem has antibacterial and skin
brightening properties, this soap will greatly prevent skin infections
and will keep your skin bright and blemish free.
