Have you ever asked yourself

what is my personality type and are you curious to why you react the way that you do your

Relationships drive the way that they do and maybe even that you have some preferences that you absolutely need to be in place

To be comfortable in specific situations. Well, if that's you and you're not sure of what your personality type is

I'm gonna ask you to stay with my video because today that's exactly what we are talking about specifically the myers-briggs personality

Testing and at the end of this video. I have a myers-briggs personality quiz for you to take it's coming your way right now

Well, hey y'all, welcome back to my channel if you've been here for a bit

If you are new I am super glad that you were here today

My name is Lauren and my channel is all about

Making Beauty easy for the girl who thinks that she can't

My hope today is that you will consider subscribing and hit that notification bell so that you can get alerts every single time

I upload new videos

which is every single Friday and now the fourth Tuesday of the month and the third Thursday of the month with that said

I'm really excited to dive into our first transform your mind Tuesday

And that is what today's video is and our topic is gonna be personality testing

And so you might be asking like Lauren why in the world are we talking about?

personality testing when your whole topic is going to be based upon transforming your mind and you know,

what if you're asking that it's a really valid question and there's a couple reasons why so specifically I want to talk about

Myers-briggs today if you've ever taken any personality test before there's tons out there I've taken the disk test and I've taken even some others

When I was like in the corporate world, but those tests really don't explain to you your internal wiring

They're really more for like work life

And what I want to do with personality testing is give you more of like a life life on why you're made up the way

that you are like

Relationally what careers are best for you. How you handle?

Conflict and why you might react in the ways that you do when things present themselves, are you afraid of conflict?

Do you embrace it all of those kinds of things and to be honest with you?

myers-briggs personality testing change everything for me because when I figured out who I

Was with that like how I was made and wired I was like wow

this is really just super revelational and I had so many lightbulb moments after I took this test and so I personally

Think that this is like the basis

For what you need to know about yourself in order for us to get into some really like heavy topics or meat potatoes on

This topic of doing something with transforming your mind when we're talking about

body image and self-image and insecurities and

Feeling worthy and hustling for your worth all of those things

I really think boiled down to I need to know who I am first

So I've written down some notes over here

And I've got my laptop out

Because I want to explain to you a little bit about myers-briggs if you're not familiar with it

and then what you can do actually is take the test because I've listed it down in the description box below and I've also given

You some resources and let me just say this. Some of the websites are a little old and clunky. They really need some updating

so they're not the prettiest things to look at but the information that you will learn especially once you know

Your type is so valuable that I think you'll really absolutely love that

And so I wanted to make sure that you had those resources and you didn't have to go hunting for that

After you left this video

So the first thing I want to talk about is why you need to know your personality type and this is so very important

I think the reason why I feel like this is so important why I kind of wanted to I got a shift on my couch

You guys sorry. Oh, I bumped it. I'm sorry about the camera

I

Think there's so many reasons why this is super important and I want to give you a few that I think you need to know

so the reason why I think this is so important is because myers-briggs really helped me to

Understand like the internals of how I am like how my preferences are for the world to work how my preferences are for

Relationships to work how my preferences are on like career fields? I think this is a common question that I hear all the time

I think a lot of people are not happy and their jobs, they don't love what they do

They you know, they really just you know

they live for the weekend that kind of thing and one of the first things I always think about when someone tells me that is

I always go

I

Wonder what their personality type is and if because of that they're in the wrong career field or they're in the right career field

But they're in the wrong job for what they want to do

So it's things like that that Myers really helped me to learn about myself and I was like wow

This is super empowering for me to know how I function

so the other reason is is that you actually will know yourself better like you're gonna have more of

You're gonna have more of an internal understanding of how you experience the world around you and I think this is so

Important to know because if you don't understand those things and you're constantly frustrated with yourself on how you react to certain situations

Maybe you're frustrated relationally and let's be really honest you're frustrated with yourself because you're not happy with who you are

Maybe the reason that starts from is because you don't even know how you're wired and how you're made in the first place

for you to even embrace things about you that are strengths and then for you to

Understand the weaknesses that you struggle with and figure out ways that are healthy to combat those things over time

So this is really why this is so important to me and why I kind of wanted to share that with you

So let me look at my notes and make sure and can't miss anything and then I want to talk about what the whole personality

Typing is if you haven't done myers-briggs, so just doing a brief overview here

Oh, the other thing I didn't mention is that this will also help you

This is a huge thing and we'll talk about this again as we continue to dive deeper into this topic

That is my ultimate goal

We're gonna talk about things like this creating better boundaries when I figured out myself and was like, oh wow

I have some unhealthy ways of relating to the world around me and people and there's toxic people in my life who I don't need

To be there and oh my gosh

like this helped me to even learn it was like the start of me learning how to even create better boundaries for myself so that

I can protect me so at the end of the day my goal and this is for you to be confident in yourself

For you to have exceptional relationships with people and for you to pursue your dreams because you were made for something incredible

You are fearfully and wonderfully made on top of that and there's a purpose and planning for your life

And if you're not sure of what that is

We kind of have to start at the basics before we can build into all of the big things that transform your mind

Tuesday is gonna be so that's why we're doing this today

So let's actually dive into the four letters that are gonna make up your personality type. So basically it goes like this

There's a there's the first one is you're either going to be an e or an I and Amy's

Extrovert and I means introvert if you're not familiar with it what those are let me just kind of briefly describe them

Extroverts are energized by people. They enjoy a variety of tasks a quick pace and are good at multitasking

Eyes are introverts. They often like working alone or in small groups

They prefer a more deliberate pace and like to focus on one task at a time

This one is typically one that most people go. Oh, I know exactly what I am. I will see this

I've had so many friends take this over the years and

Sometimes the results actually will surprise you and I'll let you know my personality type as we get to the end here and a few

Strengths and a few weaknesses. So you guys can kind of learn a little bit about me, too

The next letter is s or n and so s is a sensor

So sensors are realistic people who like to focus on the facts and details

They apply common sense and past experience to find practical solutions to problems and means you're an intuitive

So an intuitive prefers to focus on possibilities the big picture easily easy

You easily see patterns as well as you value innovation and you see creative solutions to solve problems

So those are s or N and I will say this. I'm an S

Personality and one of my weaknesses has been if I have had bad things happen to me in the past

Sometimes that's how I'll look at the future and I'll go oh man

But this happened and what if history repeats itself and I can tend to focus too much on how that past experience was

so that's kind of a weakness that I'm just sharing off the bat just because when I read that I was like

Oh, I do that. So that's one

The next letter is T or F

So thinker or feeler thinkers tend to make their decisions using logical analysis

Objectively way pros and cons and value honesty consistency and fairness and then feelers you guys are gonna be and I see you guys

I'm a feeler too feelers tend to be sensitive and cooperative and they decide based on their own personal values and how others will be

Affected by their actions. My husband and I are both deep feelers and this is really great in our relationship and it's also

An absolute disaster, so I'll kind of talk about that as we go - and the last letter is J or P

So if you're a J

You're a judge and don't freak out by that word that does not mean you sit just judging people

That is not what it means. I'm gonna talk about it

So judgers mean you tend to be organized and prepared you like to make and stick to plans and are most comfortable

Following most rules. I'm a J big hard J coming at you

Alright a P a perceiver is someone who perceives for I'm sorry perceivers prefer to keep their options open

They like to be able to act spontaneously

And they like to be flexible with making plans that life scares me. So if you're a P

Congratulations. I love you, but that life freaks me out and my husband of course is a P

so

those are the letters that you're gonna get and when you take this test you're going to get four letters and that's gonna actually give

you a personality type and then this is when your world is just gonna be like

Completely turned upside down and you'll be mind blown by the results because you're gonna go. Oh my gosh

I know all these things about me makes sense. So for me, I am an e I'm an extrovert. I am an S

I'm a sensor. I am a J a gender

Oh, no, wait a feeler first and then a J judger, so I'm an es f J

so the perfect person to describe a personality type when I started learning about myself I was like

I wonder what celebrities or EF Jays es f J's and there's a lot of them out there

but the one that stuck out with me was

Monica Geller's the character from friends is based off of an SF

Jey, and so that made me laugh and also feel pretty good about myself because I've been called Monica my whole life

I'm not as neurotic as she is or her character was but I am definitely a Monica personality

And so in saying that it's kind of funny because I started to go. Oh wow

Ok, that's why I do those things and it's like I said, my friends have called me that my whole life

So I have a very strong personality. I see life in black and white

There's not a lot of grey in my life. I have a very strong sense of right and wrong and

Left or right? It's black or white

It's this or that and my husband and I always joke about it because he's a lot of gray and I'm very black and white

Ok, so as an es FJ

I have some amazing strengths and then I have some really

Hard weaknesses that I have to work on and I wanted to share a couple strengths with you guys and then a couple of weaknesses

Because this is what you really need to embrace about yourself is that again?

You were created with an absolute plan and purpose the way that you're wired is not wrong

I don't care what personality type you are. You're not wired wrong

there is a

There's a reason that you are the way that you are and so my goal is to help you figure that part out today

So that going forward as we continue to dive into deeper topics on transform your mind Tuesday

You have a really good basis for who you are and you're comfortable

With that piece of yourself and so for me for many years

I was like man, I'm just so different than other people and you know, I can you know

one of the negative things that I had to learn to overcome is I used to be kind of a bulldog about everything and I

Still have very strong convictions

But I live life differently now than how I used to but I just thought me that's not you know

People just aren't wired like that or you know, I'm just I'm just I'm just kind of a mess

like I'm

you know so different and

Why do I think like this and why do I have to have same things a certain way for me to be happy or comfortable?

and when I took this test and realized like oh

There's nothing wrong with me

I was actually created this way and it does serve a purpose

And so that's the whole goal here today is that you kind of get comfortable with that?

So let me give you a couple of my strengths

So an ESS ESS?

J has a strong sense of right and wrong as I already mentioned

Easily empathizes with another person is able to share feelings with other people cares greatly about the welfare of others

Open honest and forthright about the way that they see things is some of my weaknesses

I are kind of as follows may be unable to

Acknowledge anything that goes against their certainty about the correct or right way to do things

That is something I have to work on all of the time. It's just in 8ly in me

like, you know, this is the way the world works is out to be and

I'm starch about it. And so I have to constantly work on that

and so what I've come to realize over the years is that I have my own my own like

Beliefs that, you know are our convictions for me

but where I'm at in my life now is like I have all of that but

So support the right for someone to figure that out for themselves and used to I was not like that

especially in my early 20s

I was just like no

It should be this way cuz now it is and I've definitely changed a lot but this test is what helped me go

Oh, that's a problem. That is seriously a problem

So one of the other ones is maybe unable to understand verbal logic and quickly cut off others explanations

I have done that too

So these are some of the things that I have to constantly think about and work on on a regular

Basis and I can remember a few years ago when I took this test

I was an unhealthy version of Annie sfj, all of these things that are weaknesses

They were my like go-to first response on everything and when I realized that I was like boo, this is not good

These are the things that need to change. These are the things that negatively impact my relationships

These are the things that negatively impact me as a person and I need to change and work on these things

so as I started to continue to kind of dive into

just learning more about myself and honestly for many years I

Saw a therapist and learned so much

I am NOT a psychology major by any form or fashion or stretch of the word but through counseling and learning about proper ways to

just perform new create new habits, and then that becomes my

my go-to response

I

Don't tend it like I read these now like I'm sitting here doing this on camera for the first time in a while like reading

This stuff going wow

I don't react that way anymore and I can remember a time when I used to and

so this is kind of the stuff that I'm looking to really empower you with and I wanted to start here today because I think

it is so very important to know your personality type and really

Understand the way that you function the way that you prefer to receive information

The way that you prefer to deal with things in the world and all of that. I think it's so vastly important

So here's my question for you. Once you take the test that's in the description box

I want to know what your personality type is

And the second thing I want to know is what surprised you the most like, what did you go?

Holy crap, that is totally need and then what thing do you kind of need to work on?

Like what's that thing that you go?

me and that really hit my heart and I see that I do that a lot and I really need to work on that because

It's not good for me, and it's not good for my relationships

So that is what I want to know down in the comments below

So I hope this video has been super intriguing for you today to go. Yeah, girl

I do not know what personality type and I need to know what it is because again as we dive deeper into this topic

I'm so excited about have so many great things coming for you guys over this year with transform your mind Tuesday

I really wanted to make sure that you have such a good sense of who you are and I'll probably refer back to this video

Several times just because if you don't know that if you don't have that basis

I really think it's gonna be tough to try and overcome some things because you're just gonna get frustrated with yourself

Because sometimes it's really hard especially with those weaknesses to go. Oh, man

Why is that always my first response, but then what's really great is you can see all of your strengths and you can go

Oh my gosh, these are amazing things about me and these are the things that I want to continue to develop

so with the resources that are below I think it's 16 personality types calm and then it's

personal

Personal, I don't know it's down. I'll bliss it below because I can't remember it off the top of my head

But basically when you click into these websites the one that's really clunky

You'll you'll see it as soon as you click on it

What I want you to do is click careers click relationships

and what you have to do is scroll down a little bit and actually select your

Personality type and then you can actually read about yourself

So make sure you do that because each one of those you'll see the portrait section and the portrait is gonna give you an overall

About your personality and then of course

You can learn about your career learn about your relationships if you are if you are married or you've got a boyfriend

Like figure out what they are - and see how your types relate to each other

Have them take this test because it'll help you in your relationship

It talks about how you're gonna raise kids

So if you've got kids and you want to know more about that, it's gonna talk about all those kinds of preferences

So really use those resources down below and let me know in the comments, of course

What was the most surprising thing or the most like? Oh my gosh

Yeah, that nailed it like all of those kinds of things. Let me know

I want to have conversation with you down in the comments

Alright, so if you enjoyed this video today

I want you to give this video a

Giant thumbs up because you know that it helps me out

So very much and of course if you haven't had a chance to subscribe to my channel, did I say that right?

Subscribe I talk fast sometimes and words just like don't flow

Subscribe to my channel that I'm gonna ask that you do that now so that you don't miss out on any future

Videos and obviously transform your mind Tuesday's you don't want to miss them

and of course connect with me on social media

Communicate we just sit back relax have a Coke and a smile and we do our thing on that platform

Who is Monchi? The transfer guru who could replace Mislintat - Duration: 7:27.

Sven Mislintat's departure from Arsenal was finally confirmed on Monday afternoon after much talk about his future over the past week

Appointed as the club's head of recruitment just over a year ago after arriving from Borussia Dortmund, he will leave his post at the Emirates on February 8 after reportedly becoming unsettled over a change in direction of late

Mislintat is regarded as one of the best talent spotters in the game and he played a major role in Dortmund signing the likes of Ousmane Dembele and Henrikh Mkhitaryan before selling them on for big money

It's certainly a big loss for Arsenal, especially after he helped the club sign Lucas Torreira & Matteo Guendouzi in the summer, as well as the arrival of Konstantinos Mavropanos 12 months ago

Well, BBC Sport correspondent David Ornstein has claimed that Monchi is among the names to become the club's new technical director

Hailed for his success in the transfer market during his time with Sevilla, the former player is now doing likewise at Roma after leaving the Ramon Sanchez Pizjuan

So, who is Monchi?  Here's all the information you need to know.   Who is he?  Ramon Rodriguez Verdejo, commonly known as Monchi, is director of football at Roma

The 50-year-old started his football career as a goalkeeper for Sevilla and made his debut in January 1991 against Real Sociedad

Monchi was a backup shot-stopper and he decided to call time on his football career in 1999 at the age of 30

In 2000, following Sevilla's relegation from the top flight, he was appointed as the club's sporting director and success soon followed

Having asked to leave the Ramon Sanchez Pizjuan Stadium ahead of the 2016-17 season, he finally departed in April 2017 and signed a four-year deal with Roma to take up a similar role

Has he been linked with a move to the Premier League before?  It comes as no surprise to see that Monchi has been linked with a move to the Premier League given the success he has enjoyed in his career

Everton were believed to be close to luring him to Goodison Park in 2016, while Arsenal, Liverpool and Spurs have also been linked with the 50-year-old in the past

Barcelona, Real Madrid and PSG are another three clubs that had been trying to tempt Monchi away from Seville, yet it was Roma who in the end won the race

What was Monchi's role at Sevilla?  Monchi was given two objectives when he started his new role at Sevilla in 2000

He was told to develop the club's youth policy so that players could progress from the academy to the first team, as well as implementing a scouting system that would allow the Spanish side to spot talented players before any other sides

Not only did Monchi meet his objectives, he exceeded them by some way.  Former Arsenal player Jose Antonio Reyes was one of the club's homegrown players who managed to make a big impression in the first team, while the likes of Sergio Ramos, Diego Capel and Jesus Navas also followed suit

Although they didn't stay at Sevilla, their respective moves earned the Spanish side €100m

The club also made a number of shrewd acquisitions during Monchi's time at Sevilla with the likes of Daniel Alves, Luis Fabiano, Kevin Gamerio and Ivan Rakitic just some of the players to come in and then move on for big fees

Monchi's work has also seen the club taste a lot of success over the past decade

Having regained promotion back to La Liga in 2001, Los Rojiblancos have since won the Europa League on five occasions, including three on the bounce between 2014 and 2016, and the Copa del Rey twice

With some expecting the departure of Juande Ramos to Spurs in 2007 to be the downfall of the team, many felt that an exit for Monchi would have been far more disastrous

How did he work with Unai Emery?  Emery and Monchi enjoyed great success together at Sevilla following his appointment as boss back in 2013

With many concerned about how a manager and sporting director can work in tandem, the pair showed just how it's done

Emery was allowed to work with his players on the training pitch week in, week out with very few distractions

The ex-Valencia boss had full faith in Monchi that he could deliver him a player that would fit into his style and be a major hit at Sevilla

Rather than forcing a new signing onto Emery, the pair worked together to find a player that would fit the team perfectly

Although the Spanish side lost key players during Emery's time at the club, they still remained competitive by bringing in quality additions at a smaller price

Three successive Europa League titles was proof of how successful the pair were together

Arsenal's transfer plans for January   With the January transfer window in full swing, football

What is a 'get back coach' and why does Sean McVay need a personal one? - Duration: 2:38.

Welcome to FTW Explains: a guide to catching up on and better understanding stuff going on in the world

You may have seen the video of the Los Angeles Rams' Sean McVay and his own personal "get back coach," and wondered what was up with that

What Is al-Shabaab And Why Kenya Attacks? - Duration: 5:04.

The overnight attack on a hotel complex in Nairobi, from 15 to 16 January 2019, which

left 14 dead, was quickly claimed by the Islamic extremist group al-Shabaab.

Al-Shabaab has targeted Kenya, with several devastating assaults in recent years, leaving

hundreds dead.

Here is a comprehensive look, at the group, which has been called the deadliest in Africa.

WHAT IS AL-SHABAAB?

Al-Shabaab, meaning, "the youth", in Arabic, emerged in neighboring Somalia more than a

decade ago, as the chaotic Horn of Africa country was deep in warlord-led fighting.

The extremist group, linked to al-Qaeda, has been fighting to establish an Islamic state

in Somalia, based on Shariah law.

Its members are mostly Somalis, but include many foreign fighters.

Recently al-Shabaab has fought a splinter group of fighters, who have claimed allegiance

to the Islamic State organization.

Al-Shabaab is fighting Somalia's fragile central government, which is supported by a multi-national

African Union force, which expects to pull out in the next few years, and leave security

to Somalia's military.

The extremists once controlled large parts of Somalia, including most of Mogadishu, the

capital, but a concerted effort by the AU and Somali forces, in 2015, pushed al-Shabaab

out of most urban centers.

The group still operates in large swathes of rural Somalia, and mounts violent suicide

attacks on high-profile targets, such as hotels and checkpoints in Mogadishu.

Al-Shabaab is blamed for Somalia's deadliest attack, a massive truck bomb in Mogadishu

in 2017, which killed well over 500 people.

WHY DOES AL-SHABAAB ATTACK KENYA?

Al-Shabaab has vowed retribution, after neighboring Kenya sent troops into Somalia in 2011, to

battle the extremists.

The Kenyans' deployment came, after al-Shabab kidnapped tourists in Kenya's popular Lamu

resort area, on the Indian Ocean near the Somali border, a blow to the lucrative tourist

industry.

Tuesday's violence came, three years to the day after al-Shabab attacked a Kenyan military

base in Somalia, killing scores of people.

Al-Shabab has staged several attacks inside Kenya, including the 2013 attack on Nairobi's

Westgate Mall, in which 67 people were killed, and the 2015 attack on Garissa University,

in which 147 people, mostly students, were killed.

The extremists have also targeted schools and bus transport, near the porous border

with Somalia, at times singling out Christians.

This latest attack occurred a short distance from Westgate Mall, and again appeared to

target wealthy Kenyans and expatriates.

ARE US AIRSTRIKES WEAKENING AL-SHABAAB?

Shortly, after US President Donald Trump took office in early 2017, he vowed to step up

military action against al-Shabaab.

Last year, the US carried out nearly 50 airstrikes, some targeting top extremist leaders.

The airstrikes may pressure al-Shabaab to stay on the move, but the extremists are still

able to renew their ranks.

Al-Shabab continues to operate in rural areas across Somalia, enriching itself with a widespread

system of "taxation" on travelers and cargo.

It now competes with the new IS-linked fighters in extorting Somali businesses.

The latest Nairobi attack used, "almost identical tactics", to al-Shabaab's frequent attacks

on hotels in Mogadishu.

The airstrikes hamper the group, but have not "seriously degraded al-Shabaab's capability

to mount strikes either inside, or outside Somalia.

Airstrikes alone cannot defeat the extremists, and must be combined with more ground-based

attacks, as well as a non-military campaign to win over residents of extremist-held areas.

Gonzalo Higuain and Maurizio Sarri: Do they like each other? Is this good for Chelsea? - Duration: 3:10.

Gonzalo Higuain will join Chelsea this week with the Blues hoping he solves their attacking woes

Olivier Giroud and Alvaro Morata have completely failed to lead the line since Diego Costa left Chelsea

Morata is all set to join Atletico Madrid and end his 18-month nightmare at Stamford Bridge

Higuain could be thrown straight into the first team at Chelsea and fans may see a change in the team immediately

That's because of his relationship with Maurizio Sarri. Here's what you need to know about the future Chelsea forward…Do Higuain and Sarri get on? Absolutely they do

Sarri is credited with inspiring the best years of Higuain's career. Sarri joined Napoli in 2015, with Higuain having already been in the Italian city for two years following his move from Real Madrid

But he was by no means a regular scorer for the Naples side until Sarri's arrival

In the one season they had together, Higuain equaled the record in Italian football of 36 goals in a single Serie A season

What happened in 2016? Sarri's relationship with Higuain threatened to end when the player quit Napoli in controversial circumstances

Higuain left for Juventus in a £75m deal after his record haul - and Sarri was sad to see the striker leave

"It's hard for me to talk about him right after I saw him wearing Juventus' jersey," he told Corriere dello Sport at the time

"It was his choice, because our offer was in line with what he received elsewhere

"It's clear we are losing a decisive player, the best centre forward in the world, but from the personal level there is bitterness: I expected at least a phone call, maybe five minutes before he started the medical

But I'm old enough to not be surprised."What Higuain said of Sarri Upon leaving Napoli for Juventus, Higuain was all praise for Sarri's work with him over the previous 12 months

"It was my choice to uphold this silence in what was a quiet period for me," higuain said

"I didn't want to think about anything, I just wanted to be on holiday with my family and friends

"But he (Sarri) was very important for me and helped me to grow. "I send him my best wishes from here

I apologise, the only thing I can say to him is 'thanks'."

The Bachelor 2019 Episode 2 Recap: Who Was Eliminated Last Week? | Heavy.com

Episode 3 of The Bachelor airs tonight on ABC, featuring the remaining women as they compete for the heart of former NFL player Colton Underwood.

Last week, 4 women were eliminated, reducing the number of contestants from 23 to 19.

Ahead of tonight's episode, here's a recap of what happened in episode 2:.

This post contains spoilers for season 23 episode 2, so stop reading if you aren't caught up with the latest episode.

The four women who went home last week after not receiving a rose from Colton were Annie Reardon, Alex Blumberg, Angelique Sherman, and Erika Mcnutt.

Annie and Angelique had not been chosen to go on a date with Colton that episode, so they only had the cocktail party to make enough of an impression to stick around.

Heather and Elyse received the group date roses and Hannah B.

had a one-on-one date with Colton on her birthday and received a rose.

       .

Annie was a surprising elimination for fans of the show; she was one of three contestants who appeared on Ellen ahead of season 23 filming to meet Underwood.

After beating Sydney and Katie (who are both still in the competition) at Ellen's game, Annie got to introduce herself to Underwood and give him a hug.

Their initial chemistry made fans predict that she could be a front-runner for the season.

Of her experience on the show (and on Ellen), Annie said on Instagram "thank you @bachelorabc for the most amazing experience.

thank you @theellenshow for having me, that was one of the best days of my life you are amazing.".

     .

Alex Blumberg is the contestant who had a cold in the premiere episode that left her without a voice and unable to speak to Colton.

She used cue cards to make her first impression as she arrived in her limo to meet the Bachelor.

Ahead of the episode's air date, Reality Steve reported "At the cocktail party, Alex fell asleep while talking to Colton." After Alex was eliminated, one supporter (@brittrose) commented on Alex's Instagram post "I feel like you're the "grocery store joe" of this season where everyone is like WAIT WHAT WHY DID THEY LET THE MOST ATTRACTIVE PERSON GO SO EARLY.".

       .

After her elimination aired, Angelique wrote on Instagram "Ok soo.

I didn't get a rose and that's ok It was such a great unique experience that I'm forever grateful for! In my short time there I thought I was going to learn a lot about @coltonunderwood but instead learned a lifetime about myself! So thanks @bachelorabc for the memories.

Wishing Colton nothing but love and success.".

       .

Erika Mcnutt posted a screenshot of her "RBF" during the camp date with Colton, calling it a "Big mood after tonight's episode.

Tonight's episode description reads "Eight women perform in a pirate-themed dinner show; Elyse and Colton travel to San Diego; actor Terry Crews and his wife, Rebecca King-Crews, coach bachelorettes training for a strongest woman competition, while Fred Willard provides commentary.

" Two group dates and a one-on-one date will be featured, and 4 more women will be eliminated.

What is the Sheepdog Mentality? | Do you have what it takes? - Duration: 6:09.

I'm not a sheep.

I'm not a dog.

So why do you keep calling us sheepdogs?

This is an email that I received from a viewer a few weeks ago

and I'm gonna talk about it right now.

What's up!

My name is Ryan and welcome to Tampa Carry.

If you're new to my channel,

consider subscribing.

We talk about

everything that has to do with guns

and concealed carry.

Make sure you hit that little bell icon,

so you'll be notified of any new videos.

So what is the sheepdog concept?

If you've been around guns,

or you've been you know in the military first responder type of

Field or around those kind of people.

You've probably heard of the sheepdog concept.

Now, it was an article that was written by a lieutenant colonel

in the army many years ago,

and he describes the three

types of people that are in our society.

So, number one, we have this sheep.

Now the Sheep are the people who are so oblivious.

Think about the sheep in a field.

So sheep walk around.

They kind of eat their food and

Sheep are kind of oblivious to the outside world.

If a violent attack ever occurred to the Sheep,

the sheep's really only option is to run away.

Now in society,

the Sheep are the people that believe

putting up a NO GUNS ALLOWED sign at their kids' school

is gonna stop the next mass shooting.

The Sheep are the people who are afraid of having armed law enforcement at a

Public place to stop and prevent a mass shooting or any type of violence.

So we get what the Sheep is.

Next, we have the wolves.

The want to steal, kill, and destroy us.

The wolves have zero empathy.

They don't care if you are a mother, a child , an elderly person.

They don't care.

They're coming after you

and their job is to hurt you.

And we have the sheepdogs.

I would consider myself a sheepdog.

And some of you may be sheepdogs, but it's not all of you.

A sheepdog's job in the flock is to do what?

It's to protect the Sheep with its life.

You know when I was a kid,

we lived in Oregon in a very rural area

and we had a lot of mountain lions, a lot of bears, and a lot of rattlesnakes.

We had big German Shepherds as I was growing up

and the goal of the German Shepherds,

we were told this as a very young age,

was to get bit by a rattlesnake before we did.

The goal of our dogs was if a mountain lion, you know

Confronted us on trail,

that our dogs would attack it

and the dogs would die

and the children would it be able to get home safely.

So, the sheepdogs job is to protect the Sheep with its life.

Now, are the Sheep thankful for this?

No, they're scared of the sheepdog.

They're scared of the sheepdog because this sheepdog looks like a wolf.

The sheepdog has a tendency of violence like the wolf does.

The sheepdog has sharp fangs like the wolf.

But the sheepdog -- remember the wolf has no empathy.

They don't care who they hurt.

Now, the sheepdog were okay with violence

as long as we're committing a violent act

against the people that deserve it, which are the wolves.

I'm not gonna feel bad that some wolf got killed.

Now, in society, the sheepdogs are typically the people who are drawn

to being a in the military

being a first responder,

and just concealed carry permit holders, like you and I.

Now, we know that our job is to defend and protect

the sheep that are in society.

Even though the sheep are the ones that say,

you shouldn't have a concealed carry permit.

You shouldn't be allowed to have a high-capacity magazine.

You should not be allowed to open carry your gun.

When in reality, I am the one who is willing to die to protect you,

the

person who is against guns and against everything that I believe in.

I challenge you guys to watch this amazing video by Nutnfancy.

If you don't know who nutnfancy is -- just enter it into YouTube.

So really, when I started

my journey of becoming a gun owner and becoming a concealed carry permit holder,

I started by watching his video on the sheepdog concept and you know what?

It really changed my life.

It changed everything about me.

I have realized now that my job is to defend and protect

the people that are around me

and that doesn't always mean protecting them from violence.

That means it's my job when somebody has broken down on the side of the road

to stop and help that individual.

I helped a elderly guy at the VA yesterday

who just really couldn't seem to remember anything.

He was at the VA all by himself.

Couldn't remember his address.

Couldn't remember his social security number.

So, I was able to kind of help him

That is my job, as a sheepdog,

while everybody else just stands around

and watches this old veteran struggle,

I got up, walked over to them

and helped them figure out his problem. '

That is a sheepdog.

I challenge you guys.

Get into the mindset.

Watch nutnfancy's video

and leave a comment below if you are a sheepdog

Or are you a sheep puppy and you're still kind of in development a little bit?

Until next time, stay safe.
