Christine Lampard has spoken about the man who "made her life a misery" as her stalker ordeal comes to trial. The Loose Women star appeared behind a red curtain to speak about her hell, which began in 2015 with "dark, sinister and incoherent tweets

" Stalker Christof King would stand outside the home that Christine shares with husband Frank Lampard and send her letters

He even once knocked at the couple's home where retired footballer Frank confronted him. Pregnant Christine told the court she immediately recognised Christof as "the man from Twitter" and hid in her bedroom while Frank spoke to him

Christof has admitted to stalking but denies sending the tweets. He maintains that he wanted career advice from the Irish beauty

In one tweet, he told Christine that he was "sharpening the nails for her crucifixion." But it wasn't until her wrote to tell the TV favourite that he was planning the words for her tombstone that she blocked and reported his account

In Christof's seven minute conversation with Frank outside their Chelsea home, he told him that he was writing a book on synchronicity and the the married couple "kept coming up in his life

" The accused apparently became "frustrated" as he felt that Frank wasn't understanding what he was trying to explain when asked why

In a statement previously read out in court, Christine said: "I do not go out alone anymore - I always go out with someone

" Frank said in a separate statement about one of Christof's appearances outside their mansion: "It has both made us feel very vulnerable, she became flustered and very nervous and concerned for her safety

Johnny Depp looks pale and tired as he landed in Berlin ahead of his band's tour in the country.

The Pirates Of The Caribbean actor is currently on tour with his band, The Hollywood Vampires, however pictures taken of the 54-year-old looking gaunt during their recent stop in Hamburg left many fans worried.

Now he has been pictured outside the hotel in Berlin with band mate Joe Perry, looking vastly different to the actor fans are used to seeing with his hair shorn short and wearing dark sunglasses as he hid his eyes from waiting fans.

Still, he signed autographs and posed for pictures with his fans, many of whom have stuck by him over the years including when his ex-wife Amber Heard filed for a restraining order against the actor amid allegations he was physically and verbally abusive towards her during their marriage.

Depp denied these allegations. After the divorce was finalised, the exes said in a statement: 'Our relationship was intensely passionate and at times volatile, but always bound by love. Neither party has made false accusations for financial gain.

There was never any intent of physical or emotional harm.'.

Depp was also defended recently by director Brad Furman after allegations emerged that the actor had caused a 'toxic' environment on the set of new film City Of Lies, and asked a crew member to punch him.

'Johnny Depp is a consummate professional, great collaborator and a supporter of other artists,' Furman said in a statement. 'He always treats the crew and people around him with the utmost respect.

Movies can be stressful, and nonevents often become exaggerated. We all love stories — there isn't one here.'.

identity development in early education -- program at the University of Pittsburgh

School of Education, Office of Child Development. Racially and ethnically,

I identify as African American. This letter came in from Jamila in Pittsburgh.

Dear EmbraceRace, My husband and I are proudly African American and

have two beautiful children together. We vary in skin color from medium to dark

brown. We do what we can to create an environment for our kids that affirms

them but despite our efforts my six-year-old son often tells me he

doesn't like his dark skin. I think part of the problem stems from school. The

school he goes to is pretty diverse but he happens to be the darkest kid in his class.

Any suggestions for helping him get to a better place would be appreciated!

Jamila, I would begin by saying to you and your husband that it's really great

that the two of you are already affirming your kids race and culture and ethnicity.

But sometimes some children need a little more, which takes me to my second

point. That is that dark skin has been vilified in this country for

centuries because so it's going to take a long time and a lot of hard work for

people to change those attitudes. We need to work at both the macro and

the micro level and at the micro level it means having one-to-one conversations

with your child about this issue. Which takes me to my third a bit of advice, and

that comes from Dr. Beverly Daniels Tatum who had a similar experience with her

six-year-old son. He was going to a predominantly white preschool and one

day he came home and asked her if he had brown skin because he drank chocolate

milk. She told him that, no, he didn't have brown skin because of drinking chocolate

milk. He got it from his mom and from his dad and from his grandmother and

his ancestors and he also got it from something called melanin. And she told

him that, not only did he have melanin in his body, but he had more melanin than

anybody else at the school. That made her son feel really good that he had

more of something and so it also opened up an opportunity for her and her son to

have these conversations. Which takes me to my fourth point which is that it's

really good to continue the dialogue but sometimes your child might not bring the

issue up on their own sometimes you have to be proactive. I would recommend two

picture books for that. One is fiction and it's called "Chocolate Me" and it's

by Taye Diggs. It's about an African American boy who was very brown

and who has a very big afro and he's teased because of those two things.

He's able to work through being teased by talking with his parents about it and

the story has a fun, happy ending. The other I would recommend is a nonfiction

book called "All the Colors We Are," the story of where we get our skin color

and it's by Kate Kissinger. It has really useful scientific information about the

three ways we get melanin -- our parents, the sun, and the melanin that we actually

have in our body. I would recommend both of those books as a way for you to

start talking with your son even if he doesn't bring the issue up ever again.

DARK SOULS III Redone -- High Wall of Lothric - Duration: 26:51.

Hello! Welcome to my redone Dark Souls 3 playthrough

Onto the High Wall we go. Its the first area and not too difficult unless you get surrounded or killed by a goo monster

Oh, yeah these are my stats. I leveled up near the end of the first video and haven't snuck away to grind or anything. If I was going to do that, I would let you know.

Oh, prepare for some frame drops on occasion. This is all recorded directly from my ps4

I mean, all the games that I play run fine. But the occasional frame drops do happen.

Since I have fireball, I wanted to go and get this titanite shard right away. You don't have to do this know, especially if you don't have enough firebombs

There are two blob monsters in this first area and they only titanite shards once and only once so you cannot farm them as far as I'm aware

Oh and there's two dogs here. One left now

The guys kneeling by the trees here won't attack you. But there's two bigger baddies patrolling and they will attack you.

See? One of them right there walking up the stairs. I'm waiting for him to leave. He has a great axe

The second big bad is walking towards me up ahead and he has a halberd

Careful when you run up here. Besides the blob monster, there's a guy with a crossbow. Kill him first

You want to dodge this thing's attack at the right moment. I fail it here but I don't the second time

I apologize for the pause here. I own dogs and let them outside to go to the bathroom so then I had to run and let them back in

Careful going up here THERE IS A DRAGON

The best in here is a mimic, he does spinning kicks and will eat you if you let him. He drops a dark axe.

Be wary of that Knight. He's tricky if you aren't used to his moves. At this point, I just wanted to get to the second bonfire because he can kill me rather quickly

Now, we're going to take on the second blob monster, get two new swords, an estus shard, and a key to a cell

So, this time I do manage to dodge it properly. If you have around... eight firebombs here you'll be able to kill it if you aim carefully. But if you're low, I'd run past this guy, go down the ladder and save the bombs for whats coming up

If you trade one black firebomb to the crows they'll give you one titanite chunk I think

Yeah, watch this beautiful aiming skills

The Astora's straight is pretty good if you have the stats and for a while I thought about using it for the rest of the game

But then I figured I'd go with the broadsword

People sometimes use the Astora's straight sword and infuse it with raw damage. They do that with the Broadsword too. Good melee weapon if they're doing a soul level one run

Oh dammit!

Come on!

Cheery guy, huh?

Now, going to use that cell key!
