Welcome to mikegolden Games and welcome to Fallout 4. It has been so long since

I've played this game and I actually never did a video on it so yeah I'm

actually running this game on like 2-year old mods literally I have not

played this game in forever so these mods are way outdated but anyways I'm

gonna need you guys hop on the next video what should I do

should i invade the Commonwealth with my Raider gang or should I go in basically

wipe out the Rader gang with the Brotherhood of Steel let me know in the

comments below cuz I really do want to get your guys's feedback what should I

do

all right let's get out into the wasteland and get on with this episode

so like I was saying this game is running on like two-year-old mods

really outdated mods so I plan on maybe in two episodes or so maybe three

episodes I'm planning on maybe just doing a fresh start let me know if you

guys think I should do that basically I'll just remove all the mods I have and

start a new game this is my old settlement it is not the best there are

so many mods out there now that have settlement building on its own like

automatically your settlers just go out there and collect the resources they

build the town themselves procedurally it's really interesting with some of the

mods they have but let's get out on our Pip Boy here and I could have sworn I

had a different HUD overlay it was blue before now it's green I don't know what

happened there but anyways let's get over to the map and we're gonna be going

down this way and we're going to the Mass Pike interchange this fog is really

thick again these mods are so old but this weather mod is beautiful though

really does add to the immersion but yeah it's a little dark so I do

apologize for that but I do have this suppressed rifle so we're gonna head

into the enemy camp either the Gunners they're like a mercenary outfit and

there should be right over this way they got a base on top of this overpass let's

get through the forest here good actually

there's somebody right there it's gonna first-person kill Barnes kill Winlock

we got a guy over there I think he sees me shoot oh you know what let's uh

Oh headshot and he's down and I love this models Wow let's see he's got a

fusion cell military cab nothing good okay so there should be a elevator here

yeah okay so get bed lifts in a second I know me two rounds he's got a scar

that's the gun I was using a second ago okay let's switch over to my desert

eagle flashlight on you know it's a little annoying with the green tint so

give me a second here all right that looks better it's a white flashlight I

mean this area is actually still green looking that's weird

okay that's all right the flashlights a little more white than it was before the

HUDs completely white now that's the nice thing with fallout 4 is you can

actually change the HUD to any color you want like let's take a look at this yeah

look at that HUD now that's a it's a Kenda disgusting hood actually you know

what that's what I forgot to do I changed the hood but not the pip-boy

flashlight wrong settings my bad it's been a while it's been a while there we

go that's better now we got a bright white flashlight so much better okay

I've only got six rounds in this desert eagle but hopefully we'll be fine let's

get up topside

know what the heck was going on but I was getting swarmed by assault runs all

fallout 4 before it's gonna be pretty gory clearly I haven't played it in a

while let's go for this arm and I do have mods

as well that you can dismember them let's see if I can get it to work let's

see like this guy nope okay well there I just just

remember basically I have a mod installed where you can dismember people

and they don't die yeah it's a pretty crazy model what do we got over here if

let's see what does he have 308 ammo on my vision combat it's nothing really

good let's get this a K out now oh we got a guy in power armor are you doing

dude okay let's move up and there we go tango down was even using stop laser

pistol that's it okay okay he is definitely de it Oh t60 power armor nice

it's actually really good power ever so like I said guys at the beginning of the

episode I need your help for the next episode should I go join my Raider clan

and take over the wasteland or should I join the Brotherhood of Steel and go and

wipe out all the Raiders it's a 50/50 either one I could go either way

looks like the Minutemen right here took out these guys this guy is I don't think

we can die that's so anyways yeah this is another

one of the mods I have installed utter Minutemen or something there's a bunch

of mods look at that armor though it's freakin badass looking here's the power

Do I need to train heavy to build muscle? | Bulk Nutrients - Duration: 1:56.

Welcome to another myth-busting episode with Ben and Sam. Today Ben

it's a highly debated topic: Do you need to train heavy to build muscle?

Good question. Well you've built more muscle than me so you're probably better one

to answer this question. I believe you do for quite a few reasons I just think

that obviously you created that overall load, you recruit more muscle fibres

and your body's under more stress and therefore it's going to have to

adapt. What do you think? Absolutely agree. So if you're trying to grow muscle,

trying to adapt your body to look bigger to look stronger. Then you're going to have

to do exactly that. You have to lift heavier to force your body to adapt and

it will change. Maybe not overnight unless you're a

beginner trainer. I think in the first three to six months if a you're beginner

training you're going to see a lot of changes quite fast. When you've been

training for maybe two or three years still training heavy you might not see

those I guess rapid gains but you're still going to be improving and training

heavy is only going to ensure it's progressing over a long period of time.

I guess that's work is to be tricky too because a lot of times we're

getting information from people who aren't that experience and obviously your

first three or six months of training always regards to how you're training

you're going to grow muscle. A lot of people train light trying to do a lot of

high reps early on and that's when they get their best gains and they're not

actually getting their best gains because training light is most effective,

it didn't really matter which way they train, either way going to be effective.

I think longer term that's sort of progressive overload and that lifting heavy

certainly pays off and just should add about the bodybuilders too is a lot of

people look at bodybuilders and think they're not training heavy you know they

may not be training compared to some power lifters but I've seen you

squat in some other guys and you know three plates aside kind of

minimum, nice deep squats anyone with that kind of weight and more is going

to grow. Lift heavy.
