so what do I look for when I'm referring someone onto another professional well

first of all I've got to like and get on with that other professional also got to

consider that the client you know will be a good match for that other

professional it comes as a given that I think the other professional is going to

do a good job that they're going to keep me in the loop they're going to be

upfront with the client about their fees and how they charge they're going to get

back to everyone and essentially they're going to do a good job and say the

client is going to be happy and that in turn is going to make me look better

because the clients got a better outcome and a great outcome from who I've

introduced them to so that's what I look for when when I'm doing referrals how
