associates we upload new earwax removal videos every Monday Wednesday and Friday

hi everybody this is Rhys barber from audiology associates thank you very much
watching my earwax removal video today this patients come through this lady's
got very very tiny ear canals so really struggles with ear wax buildup happens quite
regularly with this lady unfortunately luckily the ear wax is on the outer part of
the ear canal so we can use the standard size on the tube here just to clear the
entrance to the ear canal first very slowly just work away and you can see as we're
drawing the ear wax out of the entrance to the ear canal it's pulling the ear wax on much
deeper inside and there we are - to clear it there you go there's the ear
drum all looking nice and healthy so this is the same patient but the other
ear equally as blocked on this side I'm just
going to use a standard sized zoellner tube begin to clear this away
just working just at the entrance to the ear canal you can see just how small the ear
canal is because there the standard size zoelnner tube it's the end probably
that the nozzle at the a spot two mil in diameter to remove it is there abouts so
you can see just how small that ear canal is it's barely accommodating there's zoellner
tube but we've mostly clear they're just
getting through the little cilla and there's the eardrum they're a little bit
darker in color but blue in color so this is our second patient in the
compilation today much harder earwax here you can see not completely blocked
the entrance to the ear canal so use a little bit of suction you can see it
looks quite wet so there's been some oil used here hasn't actually managed to
soften too much of the the ear wax itself you can see it's quite a hard plug ear wax
does tend to dry out over time so you will get these bigger harder plugs
sometimes now what I'm trying to do with the Zollner tube here is maintain a
little bit of suction on the ear wax whilst bringing it forward and manoeuvring it
out because at the moment if I bring this ear wax straight towards the camera
then the bowl of the ear is here so it's got to stop this wax from coming
out so what I need to do is bring the ear wax forward while also bringing it
towards the left side of the screen so take it around the corner it's difficult
to get a good grip on it though because the surface is so hardened up and so
flat that sometimes you can't always get a really good suction grip so just
wiggling it there you go just start to see it come around the bend now so we
can get this out a little bit more effectively just trying to find any grip
we can there we are
so quite a long little piece of ear wax there a little bit left up that the
ceiling of the ear canal is we'll just take that away
okay good look at the eardrum ear drum looks nice and healthy nice and clear
now so this is the same patient but the second ear can see very similar problem
a side large chunk of ear wax sitting about a third of the way into the ear canal should
be easy enough to remove with the standard sized zoellner tube here
though just a quick note if you haven't already checked out the premier that
went live on Sunday you can still view that and look at all the comments and
everything that happened there we are just broken a little bit off you can see
what's a bit on the dry side as we got a grip on this ear wax you can see a little
bits breaking away getting sucked into the suction machine here
trying to roll the ear wax forwards so that we can create a gap at the top which
I'll allow us then to wiggle the ear wax up and down to it to run over out to the
ear canal a little bit better you can see there's smoother ear wax that it's been
sitting against the ear canal wall sometimes that's easier to get a grip on and then
the very uneven surface that we have at the front ear wax is funny if that if the
ear wax is too flat it can be a problem with the suction if it's too lumpy too bumpy
on the front then obviously don't get a good suction grip but everything we try
and turn this ear wax at the moment we're just breaking another piece off which is
getting sucked into the into the suction tank at the front of the machine here we
are - to get out of them around the bend now too big to fit out of the ear canal
so wiggling at breaking pieces away just maneuvering it out a little bit better
here we go oh yeah and there is ear drum all looking nice
and healthy there as well so this is what got sucked into the suction tank at
the front and some water in there as well you can see the bits of got stuck
in there and this is what we removed from the second patient so you can see
quite some quite large pieces there as well centimeter worth all

Blondes who get roots that grow in that you kind of want to blur a little bit now
I'm talking about those of you who get a weave and you might have like I have

sometimes it just feels kind of dirty looking or it just doesn't look as fresh if you have a pretty

I've been a hair stylist for fifteen years and I am an advanced aesthetician and that is what I am practicing now and have been
But I still am an educator I teach hair extensions and I still do hair all the time
I have my hands in the hair world all the time
And when I was behind the chair
I would recommend a product to my clients to get them from one color
appointment to the next because a lot of people their hair grows so fast that literally
2 or 3 weeks in and they already feel like they have enough root that it bugs them but not enough root to a
Take the time or B pay for another hair appointment
So it's a great thing to have something to kind of bridge the gap and I would recommend to my clients this little guy

Because what I have found is if I over rub and then I go in wherever you first touch you get a lot of powder
And then I simply I want to show you again my roof
So I'm gonna go ahead and I'm gonna blur these really quickly and then I'm gonna show you the difference
Okay, so I only did this side you guys and obviously you can see I still have my roots right you can tell
It's not like I said going to bleach or do anything like that. But what it is done is I have this pretty you know
Distinct dark route line over here and then over here. Yeah. I still have a route line
I mean it's not going to get rid of my route line, but it definitely
Blurs it and in real life
you know bumps and blurs that really harsh line and I think that that's a great way for
you blondes that have a dark dark route grow in to kind of make your
Weave last longer it is a great great way to do that. This definitely works for gray hair
It's a great way to disguise some Gray's that come in really quickly, but I really love it, especially
for those of us who have dark hair that grows in and we just don't want the really
crazy harsh route line that shows up
Maybe three or four weeks into you know after you got your hair freshly woven
so hopefully this was helpful for some of you if you have some other product like this that you use

I really enjoyed sharing these with my clients when I was behind the chair because you know
Every I I wasn't your stylist when we went through
2008 and I had a lot of clients who literally said to me. I can't color my hair anymore

There are quite a few things to be said about torture.
I had figured that the reaction I would get from the victims would be highly individual.
Thankfully, this is not the case.
The humans all have a very similar approach to dealing with physical pain, and the terror of anticipation.
I can't stress enough the importance of restraining the victims before proceeding.
Even the most timid creature can break out in fits of violence where their strength exceeds their expected prowess.

the problem with this area is there's a monster, it's not the ones you usually see, the slower versions
it's much faster than you and can like kill you in two hits

another problem with this area is that I tend to get lost, and, erm, that's a problem

I just generally follow the walls, there is a good way, you just follow the pipes, the pipes lead you to different rooms, but I just like to go around the edge

it's not really recommended to light things because obviously then the monster can see you better, but I find that if I light one or both
I know that I've been this way, and I can see that a little bit further so I don't get confused
[Alexander] - The wheel is good for keeping your victim still during the procedure.
They can be bound around the circumference or simply stretched across, tying limbs to the spokes and rim.
All tools are at this points useful and you may administer the torture in any way you like. But the forte of the wheel is the gaps.
When you have decided that the victim shall die you can smash the limbs with a hammer, making them fold in between the frame.
[Daniel] - But they'll die - too quickly I mean.
[Alexander] - No, don't worry. The human body is much more resilient. They can survive for days until they finally succumb.
[Steeliest] - I really do hate this section.
