Auto news on Youtube Feb 19 2019

Rumours were rife in the summer that Chelsea was potentially up for sale, with the UK's richest man, Sir Jim Ratcliffe, being heavily linked with buying the club from Roman Abramovich

The reasons why were clear - the potential redevelopment of Stamford Bridge had been put on hold with the club citing a 'lack of investment opportunities' as the main reason, while Abramovich's future in the UK was in doubt after he was rejected for a new UK business visa

Ratcliffe already owned Swiss club FC Lausanne-Sport in 2017 and had a season ticket at Stamford Bridge, and back in the summer of 2018 the Daily Mail claimed that Abramovich had rejected a £2billion offer from Ratcliffe

But six months down the line and with Brexit in full swing, reports in the Sunday Times suggest that Ratcliffe is looking to relocate to Monaco in a bid to save a whopping £4bn in tax

Interestingly enough, it was first reported in August of last year that Ratcliffe was relocating to Monaco, despite being a strong advocate of Britain leaving the European Union during the referendum campaign

Ratcliffe was a co-founder of INSPEC and made his money through shale gas, before creating the company Ineos in 1998, a multinational petrochemicals giant

His net worth is estimated to be around £21.05bn, compared to Abramovich's which is reportedly at $11

6bn.  Talk of Abramovich selling Chelsea has quietened down since the summer as the attention switched back to what was happening on the pitch, with the focus now largely on what the Russian will do with Maurizio Sarri as he comes under pressure having dropped out of the top four after a 6-0 thrashing by Manchester City - the heaviest loss in the Abramovich era

But where does this leave Chelsea and a possible purchase in the future?  Ratcliffe's relocation to Monaco means he can still purchase the club should he wish to - just because he's no longer living in the UK doesn't mean he can't buy Chelsea from the comfort of the principality

However, it still doesn't look like Abramovich has any interest in selling the club at this moment in time, meaning it's unlikely Ratcliffe will come back in with a bid any time soon

The Bachelor Episode 6 Recap: Who Was Eliminated Last Week? | Heavy.com

On last week's episode of The Bachelor, Colton Underwood and the 10 remaining women vying for his heart took their journey from Thailand to Vietnam.

In episode 6, there were 2 one-on-one dates and one group date, following a rose ceremony elimination at the top of the episode.

Ahead of tonight's new episode, here's a recap of what happened in episode 6:.

Beware of episode 6 spoilers below if you are not caught up with the show.

The description for episode 6 read "The remaining bachelorettes travel to Vietnam's Cam Ranh coast; a spa date rekindles passion between Colton and one woman; the women on the group date get trained in the martial art of Vovinam.

Episode 5 ended on a cliff hanger featuring Onyeka and Nicole's drama, so at the start of episode 6, the cocktail party picked up with the rose ceremony, and both Onyeka and Nicole were eliminated.

Heading into the episode 6 dates, only 7 women remain in the competition.

With Onyeka and Nicole eliminated, the group left Thailand for Vietnam.

Although Demi was excited by the prospect of having her first one-on-one date with Colton, the date card went to Hannah G.

They went to a spa and lounged in their bathing suits during the date.

They also made out in a mud bath and made out in the shower while they cleaned up afterward.

Their chemistry was apparent during the date activity and at the dinner that followed.

During the dinner, she also opened up about her parents' divorce, something she and Colton have in common.

She got the date rose.

Sydney, Cassie, Hannah B., Katie, Tayshia, Caelynn, Heather, and Demi went on the group date with Colton this week, which challenged them to a martial arts tournament.

During the date, Demi and Colton called Demi's mom, who had just been released from federal prison, and Sydney decided that the show and her relationship with Colton wasn't working.

Sydney eliminated herself during this group date before warning Colton about women who might not be in the competition for the right reasons.

Tayshia received the group date rose.

Kirpa got the second one-on-one date of the episode, and she and Colton had lunch and went snorkeling.

She opened up to him about her failed engagement with someone who was saving himself for marriage, and after she told Colton she would be ready for a proposal at the end of the show, he gave her the date rose.

When Colton got back from his date with Kirpa, Demi went to his hotel room to let him know she is falling in love with him.

He told her that he wasn't there with her and sent her home on the spot.

There was no cocktail party this week – just a rose ceremony, during with Katie was eliminated.

In total, 5 women were eliminated during this 2-hour episode: Demi, Onyeka, Nicole, Sydney, and Katie.

Heading into tonight's episode 7, Kirpa, Hannah B., Hannah G., Heather, Caelynn, Cassie, and Tayshia remain in the reality dating competition.

Iowa Just Got A Whole Lot Better After What Was Just Announced… YES! - Duration: 2:37.

Iowans would no longer need a permit to carry a firearm or to buy a gun in a person-to-person

sale under a bill under consideration by the Iowa Senate.

"I don't see why it would be in Iowa's best interests to have government regulate

the law-abiding and not have any way to regulate the lawbreakers," said Sen. Jason Schultz,

R-Schleswig.

Anyone wishing to buy a gun from a federally-licensed firearms dealer would still be required to

have a valid permit to carry or complete a federal background check, if the bill becomes

law.

But that would no longer be the case for person-to-person sales and sales that don't fall under federal

law, Des Moines News reports.

NO PERMIT: A bill moving through the Iowa legislature would lift a requirement for residents

to need a permit to buy or carry a gun in the state.

If the bill passes, Iowa would join the other 14 states that have adopted similar laws,

the newest being South Dakota on Feb. 1.

Democrat Sen. Tony Bisignano stated that he does not support the bill because it allows

handguns to be sold at gun shows and through personal sales without the need for a permit,

background check, or gun safety class.

Under the measure, which an Iowa Senate subcommittee approved Monday, Iowans would still be able

to obtain permits to carry firearms if needed when they travel out-of-state or for other

purposes.

But they wouldn't need to have a permit to carry firearms in Iowa.

It seems common knowledge that anyone interested in owning a firearm needs to get educated

and proper training when they purchase a firearm.

It should be left up to the individual where they obtain the education and training, with

that being said, they should have a State and County site that for a small fee, provides

the safety.

What Is Scalebound? A Switch Owner's Guide + Surprising Wii Origins - Duration: 8:02.

Scalebound, developed by Platinum Games and published by Microsoft, was announced at E3

2014 exclusively for the Xbox One.

Two and a half years later, Microsoft pulled the plug and outright cancelled the game in

January 2017.

And that should've been the end of it.

But if recent rumors are true then it might not be and Scalebound could return.

According to rumors that have been flying around, Nintendo saved the project and Platinum

Games is currently working to put the game on the Switch.

Now there's no concrete evidence that this is happening, but if it does, Scalebound is

a game you might want to pay attention to.

So join us as we look at the history of Scalebound's development and why it might be worth picking

up if it does indeed come to the Switch.

While Scalebound wasn't officially revealed until 2014, the idea of the game has been

around as long as Platinum Games itself.

In a 2015 interview, Gamespot spoke with the director, Hideki Kamiya, about its origins

where he revealed that the idea of Scalebound was one of first ideas that Platinum Games

put forward.

The team was brainstorming ideas on what to work on and though the concept of Scalebound

was suggested, the company ultimately decided to develop Bayonetta first.

However Scalebound wasn't completely shelved.

Some work was done during Bayonetta's development in order to create a pitch of what the game

could be, potentially making it their next release.

Players would take the role of a young girl who had the ability to control dinosaurs,

not dragons.

And this would all be done with motion controls on the Nintendo Wii--yep, this project was

originally envisioned for Nintendo Hardware, so the Switch is almost too fitting.

But even Kamiya admitted that this version needed work and was ultimately shelved while

they finished Bayonetta.

Once Bayonetta was completed, Platinum returned to the idea and created a prototype with one

major change.

Dragons!

Which was something of a dream come true for Kamiya as he always wanted to create a fantasy

game featuring the mystical creatures.

But as the concept was being refined, he also realized that he didn't want to just be

watching the action, he wanted to have an active role.

Something that wasn't entirely possible with a little girl as the protagonist.

So the decision was made to change the girl into a swordsman or someone a bit older.

Unfortunately this prototype was never able to find a publisher causing the game to be

shelved yet again while they worked on The Wonderful 101 for the Wii U.

Once The Wonderful 101 shipped, Platinum put together a refined pitch of Scalebound for

Microsoft who ended up being interested in the project.

So in 2013 development of the game began in earnest.

However because of the new idea of having the human play a more active role in combat

this meant that they would essentially have two lead characters, one human and one dragon.

Ultimately, the problem was tackled by having the story focus on Drew while the gameplay

centered around his dragon partner, Thuban.

So Thuban would be able to be customized extensively while Drew could not, something better seen

in the E3 2016 gameplay trailer with the other dragons having drastically different designs

while the Drews only had different weapons.

Scalebound was officially revealed to the public at Microsoft's E3 2014 conference

with a cinematic trailer that showed off Drew and Thuban teaming up to take down a giant

creature.

It was only a taste of the ideas that Platinum had, but it did introduce Drew as a contrast

with the rest of the fantasy setting as he came from the modern world.

This is probably best signified by his headphones, which he puts on during the more intense fights

with monsters.

He also has access to a dragon hybrid transformation that temporarily increases his power.

Comparisons to Dante from Devil May Cry were also rampant and never really went away whenever

it was previewed, but Platinum never changed Drew's design.

While Scalebound didn't make an appearance at E3 2015, it did have a playable demo at

that year's Gamescom.

Here a pre-Alpha build was available to try which introduced what the gameplay would really

be like.

Drew and Thuban are always together as their lives are bound.

If one dies, so does the other.

Fortunately, Drew has the ability to heal his buddy thanks to his dragon arm, which

also had a few other gameplay uses like scanning enemies or unleashing energy.

However, Thuban couldn't be directly controlled by players at all times.

Instead, its AI would assist during combat until specific commands were given like targeting

certain enemies.

It was possible though for Drew to form a temporary mental link with Thuban.

This would switch gameplay to a first person perspective and allow the player to control

him directly.

But this would also leave Drew completely motionless and open to enemy attacks.

Unlike many other Platinum games, the world was very much non-linear although Thuban couldn't

actually be ridden until later in the game.

Drew could equip several different weapons which broke over time though there was no

crafting system.

In many ways it was similar to what Breath of the Wild would do in that they had to constantly

scavenge for new equipment.

The game showed promise, but the action never seemed as refined as their previous titles

though this is gameplay from a pre-Alpha build.

That said, combat wasn't Platinum's primary focus with Scalebound.

While they promised it would be up to the standards fans had come to expect, the more

realistic graphics and world-building were how they were making it stand out from their

previous games.

And there was also the multiplayer element.

This was shown as early as the reveal trailer, teasing that four players could work together.

But it wasn't fully shown off until Scalebound's E3 2016 presentation which featured an updated

take on the gameplay, specifically four players teaming with their dragons and each other

in order to take down a massive boss.

It was a promising showcase though not without its concerns as many worried that it lacked

the usual Platinum polish.

So the fact that it was delayed from its 2016 release date was no surprise.

What was a surprise was its outright cancellation on January 9th 2017.

Before this was officially announced, reports had started to circulate that Scalebound was

in trouble and Platinum had even stopped actively working on the game before the end of 2016.

Eurogamer even reported a rumor that Microsoft made the decision due to issues surrounding

the game's engine and overdue deadlines.

But later in 2017, Xbox Division Head Phil Spencer had an interview with the Japanese

site, Gamewatch, where he stated that the real reason the game was ultimately cancelled

had stemmed from announcing Scalebound too early.

This created pressure on the team, influenced development, and raised other hurdles.

As a result, both Microsoft and Platinum doubted that the game could offer what fans wanted

and ultimately it was decided to end development.

Whether or not this was the real reason, we can't say.

What we do know is that the cancellation of Scalebound along with the twin duds of Star

Fox Zero and Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Mutants in Manhattan nearly spelled the end

for Platinum.

It's only thanks to the breakout hit, Nier: Automata, launching a few weeks later that

the company ultimately survived.

And that's why the possibility of Scalebound finding its way to the Nintendo Switch is

so fascinating.

This is a game that's tied to the history of Platinum, a dream for Hideki Kamiya, and

an odd connection to Nintendo's past.

Even if this rumor is true, it's unlikely that Scalebound will play exactly as it did

before--after all, it was cancelled for a reason.

Aspects might be scaled back and the multiplayer may even be dropped.

Or it could even be doubled down upon in order to create a defining game for Nintendo Switch

Online, at least for those who haven't caught Tetris fever anyway.

It must also be said that Platinum Games already has quite the line-up for the Switch thanks

to both Bayonetta 3 and Astral Chain.

So whether this Scalebound rumor is true or not, Platinum is definitely supporting the

system in a big way.

Now, we just have to wait and see what happens next.

Thanks for watching and be sure to subscribe to GameXplain for more on Platinum and other

things gaming as well.

Kürdistan Kurulursa Ne Olur ? Kürt Nedir? - Duration: 8:41.

Kurdistan state for many years, the founder of this dream and the interests of the curlers have in this video

What would happen if the state of Kurdistan was to be established?

Do not think that I'm embracing, and most importantly, whoever watches this video, regardless of the origin of the Kurds should never think I offended good.

The Kurdish word has been thousands of years, and this is how it is. Kurds are the oldest peoples of the Middle East and are the people of the Indian-European language group who live in the geography that stretches from the Taurus Mountains to the Zagros Mountains.

The name of the geography they live in is historically curative, and another one can be called northern mesopotamia. historical sources lead the history of the Kurds back 5000 years.

The source of the Kurdish name is historically very old. According to some researchers, the term kel Kurds olup is based on the term kel Kurds ürt. in the sümerce, the mountain means.

the word kurti means the people of the mountain. history of this name. It is based on up to 3000s. Kurdistan geography is a mountainous region as it is known.

In those ages people were given names associated with their geography or lifestyles. Kurds in this mountainous geography for thousands of years because of this name has been claimed to have been called. The name Kurti in the sümerkedeki, greklerede 2200 years ago kurdienne (the hometown of Kurdish) has passed.

This information here let you know what the word Kurdish is. If we ask what happens if Kurdistan is established, the answers are simple.

To be able to bring a country's flag, language, alphabet, at least an anthem, geography, boundaries, and the continuity of governing that state, it must be a mission and vision of that country.

Yes, this country has a flag and they accept a color and pattern in the same way in a language there is no need to talk to them, but the alphabet, this state diplomatic relations written documents so that you can write text

it has to be an alphabet and it needs to be known by the people but it is not. Therefore, the most logical writing language is Turkish or Arabic olucam to divide the turkey and logically divided into sections that kürdistan

the state language will be written this language will be Turkish. While it is, it is obvious that the name of the state is kurdistan and the language of writing is Turkish. The anthem may be written in later times, but the

alphabets should be written in alphabet and give them a meaning.

If you can create a sentence with the knitting language and if you can create a sentence at the end of the poem to write and for each of the stones I have counted at the beginning of each of these if you sit in them, then rhyme redif like writing

the rules must come out and solve them. They create the boundaries of geography and say God bless that they divide the turkey took part here and there from Iraq and form a so-called Kurdish citizens built this state

again, my aim is not to offend the Kurds but to break a big perception. When the state was founded, let's say let's say the alphabet diplomats did what was necessary in science. Now that I will

Please consider the example please do not misunderstand. Her husband may be incorrect, according to figures on the subject in 2017 of 50 million Kurdish people in the world and the majority of them in a little bit of turkey arabic these people in such a country kurulsa

what happens if they put into this country is a big mess up the uncharacteristic dispute the system is not seated in a building block, almost never think of what happens in the state of the simplest example of a Turkish cured arabic cedied

some of them, some of them speak some Arabic, some of them speak Kurdish, while the people of this state are trying to stand on their feet.

you are still in a situation that continued for a further divide the people deceived by turkey kurdistan valley begins to come blow with a mandate from the people who plan to exploit policy no need to explain them the date you're already anlamışs

I want to see what the mission of the country has the vision of what is the mission of the state to establish this state to remove the api and the so-called cases to spend the current missions in our country, but why or why not sit down and think

Forget the vision of what is important now that the missions are important. In our country, whether Kurds or Turks, we have lost many people in all kinds of imagination.

As a source of income to use as slaves illegal cigarette diesel drugs are doing everything they can to your mind most importantly they take orders from the external states so that they support them with the imagination of the so-called Kurdistan State

I do not understand that I do not understand so bad things to do a so-called new sprouting state will establish a filthy condemn and heads to the beginning of the new free peaceful state of the state of Kurdistan our children, the future of this state

we are the heirs of our sayers are really nuts that I want to tell this site is wanted to be established in the middle of a state, but why people are not what you want to set up what is going to end, but

If you ask, we never let you say that the important thing is not ethnic, your idea is thought, you feel like a Turkish flag.

For the sake of the ideas and rilor is being built, however, if a day is established, the other states under the auspices of a dairy cows will continue their lives as a cow and now they will call this country wax.

If you've watched over here, you like the video. You may subscribe to my channel, like the video, or you can specify comments and comments with the next video.

Timothy Lane: Bonding is the use of acrylic resins and composite resin materials really

kind of developed over here at Kennedy Space Center so many years ago during the space

age, if you will.

These bonded materials are high density, often times, glass filled resins that are affixed

to the tooth through a bonding process and give very excellent results because they allow

us to mimic the shade and shape of a tooth.

And at a fairly efficient manner, it can be done fairly quickly.

Adamawa REC: Atiku Doesn't Even Know What I look Like, How Can He Give Me $1m Bribe? - Duration: 1:26.

Adamawa REC: Atiku Doesn't Even Know What I look Like, How Can He Give Me $1m Bribe?

Kashim Gaidam, Resident Electoral Commissioner (REC) of the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC), has debunked a report claiming that was implicated in a bribery scandal involving Atiku Abubakar, presidential candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP).

There had been reports earlier on Monday that Gaidam rejected an offer of $1million as bribe from Atiku. The offer was also said to have included a house in Dubai.

Gaidam, who threatened court action, emphasised that he had never met Atiku in his life.

"I've never had any contact with Atiku all my life. I can state without fear of contradiction that Atiku probably does not know how I look, because I've never met him personally, all my life.

I was shocked to read what was credited to me by some unscrupulous persons," he said. Gaidam further stressed that the report "reflects the handiwork of desperate politicians who want to achieve cheap popularity through blackmail".
