Auto news on Youtube Feb 14 2019

On December 6, 1917 a massive explosion occurred in the harbour of Halifax, Nova Scotia.

At precisely 9:04 a.m. the French cargo ship SS Mont-Blanc, loaded with 2,400 tons of highly

explosive wartime cargo, collided with the Norwegian ship SS Imo.

What followed was the largest man-made explosion prior to the development of the nuclear bomb,

as well as a story of selfless courage.

Within twenty minutes of the collision, the resulting fire ignited the explosives on the

Mont-Blanc, resulting in a disaster causing horrific damage, injury and loss of life.

Approximately 2,000 people were killed instantly due to collapsed structures, falling debris

and fires.

Another 9,000 or so were injured and within a half-mile radius, nearly every structure

in the path of the explosion was destroyed.

A tsunami wave resulting from the blast came ashore and wiped out a settlement of the Mi'kmaq,

an indigenous tribe.

Many people at the time mistakenly thought the explosion was the result of a German U-boat

attack.

As is often the case in disaster scenarios, individuals stand out who display heroic acts

of courage and selflessness, and who don't

shrink back from the challenges set before them.

Such was the case that December morning in Halifax, when Vince Coleman, a railway dispatcher

working less than a mile from the explosion, learned what the Mont-Blanc was carrying.

Observing the burning ship just prior to the explosion, both he and his co-worker decided

to run from what they knew would be a life-threatening situation.

However, remembering that an incoming passenger train carrying upwards of 300 people was only

minutes from the rail yard, Coleman turned back and sent an urgent Morse code message,

causing the train to stop saving the lives of the passengers.

The Maritime Atlantic Museum reported this chilling version of his message:

"Hold up the train.

Ammunition ship afire in harbour making for Pier 6 and will explode.

Guess this will be my last message.

Good-bye boys."

Minutes later Coleman perished in the catastrophic blast.

WHAT IS COURAGE?

It has been said, "Courage is not the absence of fear (as Coleman no doubt had) but rather

the judgment that something else is more important than fear."

Now the average individual will not likely end up in dramatic circumstances requiring

such a courageous response as Mr. Coleman's, but this does not mean that courage is not

a requirement at times in daily life.

Charles Swindoll once stated - "Courage is not limited to the battlefield or the Indianapolis

500 or bravely catching a thief in your house.

The real tests of courage are much quieter.

They are the inner tests, like remaining faithful when nobody's looking, like enduring pain

when the room is empty, like standing alone when you're misunderstood."

It also involves making character building decisions ---where to do the right thing does

indeed take courage.

Circumstances in life do often arise which require difficult and courageous choices and

decisions to be made on which character is built.

As Winston Churchill said - "Courage is rightly esteemed the first of human qualities . . . because

it is the quality which guarantees all others."

Oftentimes we cannot change the cards we are dealt, just how we play the hand.

So, how do you play the bad cards that maybe have been dealt to you?

How do you find ways to be courageous in the face of great adversity and calamity?

With some, life challenges lift them up instead of knocking them down.

They become unshaken, courageous and determined to do what is right and not always what is

convenient.

Sometimes in fact having courage requires hard labour!

In the year 1648, poet Robert Herrick wrote, "If little labour, little our gains".

In other words "no pain, no gain."

The people who have learned to look at challenges as valuable teaching moments tend to be the

wisest and strongest.

They don't shrink from challenge but rise to the occasion with courage.

Coleman was killed in the massive explosion that fateful day, but the heroism, courage

and selflessness he displayed in the face of imminent danger may well have been responsible

for the safety of many lives as all incoming trains to Halifax came to a screeching halt.

Coleman didn't live on to experience life and to view the positive results stemming

from his sacrifice, but his example of courage is something that will live on and from which

we can all learn.

The next time you are faced with a particularly difficult and trying challenge which requires

great courage, ask yourself what can I do and what can I learn from the hand dealt to me.

What I Eat In A Day | Winter Edition (Plant-based/Vegan) - Duration: 12:41.

Hey guys, this is Bridget and welcome to my what I eat in a day in the winter video

So we're gonna be going through my day and I'm gonna be showing you kind of like little cooking of what I eat

I follow particularly a very seasonal diet. So that's why this is specifically winter

You're gonna see my spring one

You're gonna see my summer one and they're gonna be drastically different than what I eat in this video

Just so you know, this is like the heavy the heavy stuff and it's fun stuff

So I hope that you enjoy and comment below if you like videos or want more videos like this

I do have my free recipe guide PDF

If you want that for free, please go to the description and you can get that

So let's get into it

first thing I do when I wake up is have a quart of fresh spring water or distilled water and no I don't start my

Mornings, like most people I start my mornings with

Chlorella, which is amazing, alkalizing and it pulls ki later all the heavy metals from the body

So it's a great way to start even though I know a lot of people start with lemon water

This is my favorite way, and it does taste good

Once you get used to the flavor next for breakfast, we're gonna have my green free vegan bread

I will have the recipe soon for you guys up

but this is my

Stolen (German) sweet Christmas bread actually, and it's just wonderful

And it's actually quite light because it doesn't have any grains in it. And so it's just

so

lovely and delicious and

nostalgic for me and so I just put a little bit of coconut oil or a little bit of palm butter and

I love starting my mornings with reishi tea or

Spring dragon tea. Both of these are wonderful brands

You've seen them before and then I like to add a little bit of honey to my toast for lunch

I'm gonna be having a delicious kale salad that of course needs to be massaged so that it is

digestible and

Bioavailable so we can get all the nutrients from it. I massage it with salt and lemon juice usually

It is

Wonderful that way. So the thing that's key about this is that usually salads are cold

But one of the ways, I like to do it with drizzling

the olive oil is by adding warm sesame seeds and just slightly toasting them to where they pop and

Then adding them to the salad so that it makes it warm and it's not a cold

Salad, and it gets a few more warming fat's in there as well. And then what we're gonna do is have a chickpea omelet

So it's 2 to 1 ratio, with 1 cup flour and this is sprouted chickpea flour and 1 cup of water

So this is really fun really easy

You make it just like you would make a normal omelet - the eggs and you just beat it together you can add

pepper salt garlic powder whatever you want just pretend it's an omelet and you pour it in when the hot

Pan is ready to go. I love adding tons of

cilantro some bell pepper and any other spices to that as it fries up and

Patting it down really helps everything stay together

so then flip it and

Boom there. It is a touch of mac nut. Cheese to top it lunch is ready

I hope you're having fun because I'm having fun and now it's time for my winter lunch and

I'm stoked to have something warm while it's cold outside. I'm gonna dive into it love kale salad

Good stuff. I also want to say here while I'm eating. I just thought of the

ritual of of course blessing your food and I think that is

very powerful for me I make about

95% of my own food. So the act of making it is my

devotional blessing

So by the time I actually sit down to eat the plate, I love taking it in

And doing a blessing, but I don't need to as in-depth because I'm making all the food, you know

And I'm playing with it. I'm taking in the vibration

so that's one of the benefits of making your own food, but if it was someone else making it of course blessing them and

raising the vibration by setting your intention and banks into the food one of my favorite snacks in the winter are

Pomegranates and other seasonal fruits, maybe such as persimmon

I just love getting whatever fruits are in season and getting the nutrients that we need for our bodies an

Alternative snack. I may have during the day is also a miso soup

If you've been watching me on Instagram, you know how much I love this. I love naan soy-based miso. This is Anna Sookie being miso

by the company South River miso

which I love and I'll add some things like toasted sesame oil and

Just a bit of cilantro. Maybe the nori that you see there and a bit of kelp noodle

It's super delicious and very mineral rich and also good with the probiotics

All right, so it's dinner time and you might be thinking by now

I thought that you pretty much just ate raw food and that's the most spiritual thing to do, but

Years ago I was raw for two winters and I froze to death because it lowered my body temperature so much

Going raw works, if you're like in Bali or these really warm warm

places all year, but if you're in a cold climate it just is kind of

Irresponsible I found out so one of my favorite dishes for dinner is actually move is a sliding

This is kitchari, an ayurvedic dish that I fell in love with because I just love Indian food to begin with in

kitchari is so amazing because it is incredibly warming and nutritive and is actually cleansing

Because of its fatty nature and its digestibility so it pushes it and expels out toxins, which is amazing

I actually ate went on a kitchen cleanse for 30 days you like

This is a cleanse what so it's kind of interesting because there's so many different

Schools of thought around the world and there's so much that we can gain from all of them

And so I just like pulling from all the different ones

To see what works best for me, but this is so freakin delicious. And of course again, we have cilantro

this video could just be three ways to use cilantro and your

Can't get enough of the heavy-metal detox with those and I just love the flavor so you can pretty much use most of the traditional

Recipes online I wouldn't use a modern country recipe because they had it down for a reason, right?

And you always want to have the split if you can sprouted mung beans so that they're really digestible and then I used my favorite

Wild rice that's very digestible as well instead of basmati

Don't use a brown rice because brown rice is actually challenging to digest that's why they use box money

But this wild rice (Moose Lake Brand) is very easy to digest so that works. So anyways, I'm gonna get into it now

I'm also gonna give you a second bonus dinner

Which is really fun

You can use part of the recipe actually as a gravy as a vegan

Mushroom gravy which is so freakin good and I grew up on green bean casserole

I don't know if any of you guys did the old traditional gross one with canned green beans

And like cream of mushroom soup and all that weird stuff

But this is my healthy version that I invented that I'm so excited to share with you

So it's very rich, but it's very fun. So that will be up next for now Oh

Talk about grounding, right?

but it doesn't necessarily lower your vibration key to know as well as

Because of the fat content because it's so digestible it also boosts your metabolism like crazy

Good to know and on to the next string bean dinnertime

So we're going to take the fresh string beans and cut off the ends and wash them in fresh water

I'm so happy to add fresh green beans and the key is is to just steam them but not too much so that you don't

Kill all the nutrients out of it. I'm going to add bell peppers to this recipe

You totally don't have to I know that people are sensitive to lectins and nightshades

so feel free to leave it out delicious without it and I'm going to add broccoli to this which is

Super good as well

Any of them are good on their own and of course string bean casserole requires

Caramelized onions to make it its traditional sweet yummy flavor

So I'm just chopping these up and then what the techniques I learned is actually just to lightly boil them

So that it makes it easier to then

Caramelize and I am caramelize the caramelizing these in a grapeseed oil or whatever

Your preferred worming oil is for the winter

Now I'm going to make the gravy so just chop up the mushrooms and then you're going to saute them and again your Fort

Sumter all the sweet flavor for me. It's a bit cooling for the winter

So I like to use either a palm butter. That's sustainable or a grapeseed oil in

replacement so one of the things that I learned when I was younger is how to make a roux which

Is the base of a gravy for my mom so you take usually a white flour and a butter here

I'm using sprouted buckwheat flour and palm butter to create this really thick paste

Which then creates the base of thick gravy. So you just feed it in there and add some extra now

I've just added some macadamia nut milk. You could use cashew milk almond milk

whatever you want to use to just gently stir that in and

Bring this to a thick thick

place, which is just

Wonderfully delicious now. I'm adding the blended up

mushrooms with some more of the milk a little bit of garlic and

Black pepper bringing this smooth gravy to a finish

So now we have all the steamed vegetables mixed in there adding the bell pepper to this particular recipe

Wonderful without it and then I'm gonna add the gravy

So feel free to use this for next Thanksgiving

everyone is going to love it and then you just

stir everything in really nice so that everything is covered and saturated in that delicious sauce and

Of course, you need to bake it in the oven until it gets a little bit bubbly on top. Don't forget the

Caramelized onions on top which makes it its classic green bean casserole

Delicious flavor. So here it is out of the oven. So wonderful

I'm eating it with a arugula salad and wild rice

Okay, so the I hope you enjoyed my what I eat in a day

This one is a heavy one. Okay, I don't eat all this at once

In one day, these are the heaviest things that I eat kind of all thrown into my video

I'm just gonna drive home the point of getting in worming getting in your fats from the our Vedic

perspective in the winter is

important and if you guys want more recipes

I have my free recipe book PDF that you can download for free down below

So go check that out if you did pay for it. I'm going to send you an upgraded

amazing version

Here in the next couple months. So it's a win-win situation

And please let me know if you like videos like this if you like seeing what I eat

It's a kind of strange thing. And so I want your perspective and to see what you guys feel about it

I'm probably only gonna do like one a

Month, you know not necessarily just what I eat but like talking about food because it's a really important part of the spiritual awakening process

And so I want to keep the conversation going about it

But if you have anything specific that you would like me to do one on please comment below

That'd be really helpful so that I can not orient to what is best for you guys

And actually I'll put a poll not sure which direction it will be

but the you guys can vote and say like yeah or like no and

That would be helpful so that I can know what you want

All right. I really appreciate you watching this video

If you like videos like this, please like and subscribe and I will see you next Tuesday and Thursday with another video

What is the Gospel? - Duration: 5:12.

Jesus said:"The Law and the Prophets were proclaimed until John; since that time the

gospel of the kingdom of God has been preached, and everyone is forcing his way into it. "Luke

16:16. What did John the Baptist preach? We read in Mark 1:4,5 "John the Baptist appeared

in the wilderness preaching a baptism of repentance for the forgiveness of sins.5And all the country

of Judea was going out to him, and all the people of Jerusalem; and they were being baptized

by him in the Jordan River, confessing their sins."

We read in Matthew 3:5-12 "Then Jerusalem was going out to him, and all Judea and all

the district around the Jordan; 6and they were being baptized by him in the Jordan River,

as they confessed their sins. 7But when he saw many of the Pharisees and

Sadducees coming for baptism, he said to them, "You brood of vipers, who warned you to

flee from the wrath to come? 8"Therefore bear fruit in keeping with repentance;9and

do not suppose that you can say to yourselves, 'We have Abraham for our father'; for

I say to you that from these stones God is able to raise up children to Abraham. 10"The

axe is already laid at the root of the trees; therefore every tree that does not bear good

fruit is cut down and thrown into the fire. 11"As for me, I baptize you with water for

repentance, but He who is coming after me is mightier than I, and I am not fit to remove

His sandals; He will baptize you with the Holy Spirit and fire. 12"His winnowing

fork is in His hand, and He will thoroughly clear His threshing floor; and He will gather

His wheat into the barn, but He will burn up the chaff with unquenchable fire."

It is the very same gospel that Peter preached on the day of Pentecost. We read in Acts 2:38,39

" 38Peter said to them, "Repent, and each of you be baptized in the name of Jesus

Christ for the forgiveness of your sins; and you will receive the gift of the Holy Spirit. 39"For

the promise is for you and your children and for all who are far off, as many as the Lord

our God will call to Himself." That is the gospel, the gospel that saves

" a baptism of repentance for the forgiveness of sins." Those who obey the gospel receive

from Jesus confirmation of His acceptance; He baptizes them in the Holy Spirit.

Jesus commanded His disciples in Mark 16:15-18 "Go into all the world and preach the gospel

to all creation. 16"He who has believed and has been baptized shall be saved; but

he who has disbelieved shall be condemned. 17"These signs will accompany those who have believed:

in My name they will cast out demons, they will speak with new tongues; 18they will

pick up serpents, and if they drink any deadly poison, it will not hurt them; they will lay hands on

the sick, and they will recover." What is the Gospel?: "Repent, and be baptized

in the name of Jesus Christ for the forgiveness of your sins; and you will receive the gift

of the Holy Spirit." Have you obeyed the gospel of Jesus Christ?

Have you repented and been baptized in the Name of Jesus Christ, for the forgiveness

of your sin? May Jesus bless you.

What Is The Singularity Event? - Duration: 8:17.

What is the Singularity Event?

It will be that point in the future, when the intelligence of machines surpasses the

intelligence of man.

It is most commonly feared as a doomsday, the day when the robots revolt, by first overthrowing

their human masters, and then hunting them unto extinction.

But what if the machines that take over, are actually part human?

Who then will be the winners, and who the losers?

Recently a Mahogany Clam, billed as the world's oldest animal, was accidentally dispatched,

by a team of marine researchers, in trying to determine its age.

It was 507 years old, and posthumously given the name of "Ming" the Clam, for the Chinese

dynasty, during which it was born.

The lifespan of a human being is comparatively short... but that is the price of life, and

everybody will pay it, sooner or later.

That is, until the dawn of a new age, brings advances in genetic engineering.

Ray Kurzweil, author of "The Singularity Is Near", predicts through the use of medical

nanobots, cures for cancer and heart disease.

With control of the human genome, the life scientists could alter the course of our evolution

in a single generation, by deleting the mechanisms that force us to age.

A child born after 2010, might live to be as old as Ming the clam.

A jellyfish is immortal.

If it doesn't get eaten by another animal, it can live forever.

When its body starts to deteriorate through age or damage, it simply generates new cells.

This has provoked some biologists, to say as the jellyfish gets older, it keeps getting

younger.

Yet another aspect of the singularity, may hold forth the promise of true immortality,

to those who can afford it.

Some futurists predict man will have the option of being implanted with a small computing

device, in the brain itself, for the purpose of enhancing intelligence.

Imagine having built into your head, a calculator, or a language translator.

To satisfy the vulgar human quest for entertainment, scientists foresee a direct computer interface

with the brain.

Ultimately, a human should be able to scan his consciousness onto some kind of recording

media, making it easy to transfer his mind, into a world of virtual reality, or, into

the immortal body of a mechanical man.

Even if the robot that contains your mind, has some unlucky accident, the backup of your

consciousness, could still be loaded into another vessel.

The common housefly lives between two and four weeks.

They are aggravating insects, and they can make you sick by contaminating your food.

Houseflies in scientific laboratories are just as useful as guinea pigs.

As the subject of lab experiments, the use of houseflies can allow scientists to avoid

accusations of animal cruelty.

Housefly maggots produce antimicrobial peptides, of great interest to big pharma companies.

After the singularity, what will happen to those people, who cannot afford a shiny new

robot body, those impoverished souls unable even to pay, to genetically extend their lives.

If their lifespans last no longer than those of their ancestors, they will not live long

enough, to earn the money that will be needed, for the purchase of immortality.

When the machines take over, the mechanical shells may be occupied by only the human elite,

continuing the domination under which mankind has already suffered for thousands of years.

On the bright side, things could always go terribly wrong.

According to computer scientist Mark Harrison, Nanotech which is self-replicating might escape

from the laboratory, wreaking irreversible harm to the global environment.

Computer networks may achieve self-awareness, and with access to the physical world, threaten

the very lives of men and women... or the advent of the singularity itself, may be intentionally

delayed in forward-looking countries, while giving some authoritarian nation the opportunity

to weaponize it, in a bid for world domination.

What is a Bollard-Style Border Wall or Fence? | Heavy.com - Duration: 9:03.

What is a Bollard-Style Border Wall or Fence? | Heavy.com

The federal government could shut down again this Saturday if Congress and President Trump do not reach a compromise deal on border security.

The longest government shutdown in history, which lasted 35 days, ended on January 25 with a temporary spending measure.

The three-week deal did not provide any funding for a wall along the southern border, despite the president's demand for $5.7 billion.

A bipartisan committee, comprised of 9 Democrats and 8 Republicans, was tasked with finding a solution before February 15.

The talks stalled on February 10 as opposing sides disagreed over how many undocumented immigrants ICE could be authorized to hold.

But on February 11, lawmakers reached an "agreement in principle.

" The potential deal includes $1.

375 billion for 55 miles of new fencing and $1.

7 billion for other border security measures.

The type of fencing under consideration was "bollard-style." Republican Rep.

Kay Granger of Texas told the New York Times that she thought the material looked like "really heavy fences" but also thought the president would support it.

The material is already in use along the border.

What is bollard-style fencing?.

Here's what you need to know.

Bollards Are Defined as Steel Posts Meant to Stop Vehicles From Passing.

GettyCentral American immigrants walk between a Bollard-style border fence, right, and the older "legacy" fence after crossing the Rio Grande from Mexico on February 01, 2019 in El Paso, Texas.

President Trump originally described a wall as a concrete barrier along the southern border.

He has since amended that thinking and has taken to describing the wall as "steel slats." The bollard-style fencing, or bollard-style wall, is more in line with the "steel slat" idea.

U.S.

Customs and Border Protection includes the following definition on its website: "A steel-bollard style wall provides significant impedance and denial capability.

These are hollow steel beams that are filled with concrete and rebar.

The space between the bollards satisfies a visibility requirement.".

The company "Long Fence," which has been installing commercial and residential fencing since 1945, describes bollards as such: "Bollards are upright steel posts mounted in or alongside roads and parking lots to control, direct or obstruct vehicular traffic or impact.

The magazine Popular Mechanics described bollards in 2010 as "the fence style the average person is most likely to encounter, though in a different guise: They're the stubby, concrete-filled barriers that protect office buildings and shopping malls across the U.S.

The bollard's sole purpose is to prevent vehicles from crashing through.

Wildlife, whose habitat often spans both sides of the border, can easily pass.

So can people." This description was used in an article to describe various materials used for fencing along the border in Arizona aimed at stopping undocumented immigrants.

Border Patrol: The Bollard-Style Barrier is 'Very Much a Wall'.

The existing bollard-style barrier has been described using both the terms "wall" and "fence." The chief of the Border Patrol in El Paso, Aaron Hull, said in a news conference in April of 2018 that "this wall is going to reduce illegal entries.

It's going to help us maintain a secure border.".

At 13:12 in the video embedded above, a reporter asked about the terminology.

You can hear him say, "You've always referred to this as a wall or fence.

And now it's a wall.

How much of that has to do with trying to use the president's terminology?".

Hull responded, "I've worked in the Border Patrol in four sectors and up at headquarters.

I've heard physical barrier referred to by a lot of terms.

The wall that we're putting in place is accurately described as a wall because it's a very serious structure.

You're talking, like you said, 18 feet, 5-foot anti-climbing plate, concrete-filled with rebar, 6 feet into the ground, another two feet of concrete underneath that.

Sir, it's very much a wall and we're going to use it to stop illegal entries.".

The Department of Homeland Security Describes a Steel Bollard Wall as 'Very Effective'.

The Department of Homeland Security put out a news release on December 12, 2018, titled "Walls Work." The department described building walls that were 30-feet high and said they expected to have more than 120 miles of the barrier constructed by the end of 2019.

The release said that a $5 billion budget in 2019 would enable them to construct "more than 330 miles of border wall.".

Homeland Security described the barrier as a "steel bollard wall.

" The department said it had been erecting the steel barrier in parts of San Diego, El Central and El Paso, described as "Border Patrol's highest priority locations.

Officials explained that the barrier had been "very effective.

" The release mentioned a situation in early December of 2018, "when a violent mob of 1,000 people stormed our Southern border.

" The department said, "there were no breaches along the newly constructed border wall areas.

Homeland Security added in the release that walls are one part of the strategy to secure the southern border.

The release stated that border security "relies on a combination of border infrastructure, technology, personnel and partnerships with law enforcement at the state, local, tribal, and federal level.".

What I ate on Malaysia Airlines (Kota Kinabalu - Narita) - Duration: 5:03.

Hello!

For today's food review, I am going on MAS airlines...

again.

But this time,

I am going from Kota Kinabalu, Malaysia to Narita Airport (Japan).

Just to quickly show you

the interior of the plane. We have a normal food table

and-- what...? No screen?!

Ah-- Err--

I am sitting in the window seat this time.

And...

Still no screen.

Yes...

I have one window. Well, it's practically

not mine because I have no window *cries*

My tiny arm space and a narrow leg space.

Yessss.

Way to enjoy a 5-hour flight.

Well, at least there's as a small screen

Time to take off

YES.

For supper, the choice was between chicken korma and fish curry with rice.

I chose chicken korma and opted out the bread because

carbs in the middle of

the night? NO.

And here are the side dishes: salad and fruits

and~ delicious-looking chicken :)

Pass on the peanuts you you don't eat

to the siblings and...

PERFECT

for the salad there's

celery, carrots, onions, half a cherry tomato and vinegar.

Hence, it tasted a bit sour but the taste is actually slightly strong for supper.

but it's nice though and chicken korma...

delicious-looking :)

it really looks good

Nom nom nom...

Mm!

Nice! Having this after the salad really brings out the savory taste.

The chicken is really flavourful.

There is some cashew nuts as well

Nom nom nom...

Mm! Nice and fluffy :)

Uummmmm

Oh no...

Mom's looking at me...

Anyway, the food temperature is just right but some of the chicken are

a bit dry though.

Last bit of rice.

Nom nom nom...

Fruit! Here I come.

There's watermelon, honeydew and papaya.

Done!

Give me a thumbs up for not wasting my food

Thank you :)

All in all it wasn't a bad meal.

Was it worth being woken up just to eat this?

Maybe. Because the main ingredient on the tray, the chicken, is quite tasty.

Final verdict: 5.5/10! But please still come to Malaysia to try our

locally cooked chicken korma.

The time for breakfast is unknown because I have no

idea when they actually served it because I overslept

so I woke up only to find out that the plane is landing soon and air stewardess

are already collecting food trays.

So, now it's

CLOUD TIME.

Thank you for watching this video. Do leave a comment and tell me your

thoughts. I hope you enjoyed the flight with me!

and thank you for your likes and

subscriptions in advance! Hehe ;)

Is Man Utd vs PSG referee a bad omen for Solskjaer? What happened last time he took charge - Duration: 4:38.

Since Ole Gunnar Solskjaer took over as interim manager following the sacking of Jose Mourinho in December, they have won 10 of their 11 matches and drawn the other

But when they realise Italian Daniele Orsato will be the referee in charge of proceedings at the Theatre of Dreams, you could forgive them for going into the match with a bit of caution

His name might not mean much to you but Orsato has overseen two big shocks involving United in the Champions League

Just last season, he was the man in the middle when Swiss champions Basel ran out 1-0 winners in the group stage thanks to a last-gasp Michael Lang goal at St Jakob-Park

Mourinho's side needed only a point to secure their place in the knockout stage and should have been five or six in front at half-time

Instead, they were made to rue their luck as Lang turned home from close range with just a minute on the clock

MANCHESTER UNITED vs PSG | LIVE TEXT UPDATES! The result counted for little in the end as other results meant United simply needed to avoid a seven-goal defeat to CSKA Moscow in their next group game to progress and they beat the Russians 2-1 secure top spot in the group

But that was the second time Orsato had overseen a shock loss in three years. If we rewind to December 2012 for you might recall a match that ended in almost total embarrassment for United

While Sir Alex Ferguson's passage to the last 16 was already secured, a home tie against Romanian minnows CFR Cluj should have been a formality

Ferguson even named a strong side that night, with the likes of Wayne Rooney, Ryan Giggs, David de Gea and Javier Hernandez all included from the start

What transpired was a wretched display that led to United's first home defeat in the Champions League for a whopping three years as they were accused of being distracted by a top-of-the-table Premier League clash with Manchester City four days later

In their defence, United went on to win the Manchester derby 3-2 and were eventually crowned as champions after finishing 11 points above second-placed City

Elsewhere, Orsato has proved to be a bad omen for Chelsea, the Italian overseeing their surprise 1-1 draw at Maribor in the Champions League group stage in 2014

The Italian also took charge of Mourinho's first Champions League game after returning for a second spell at the club in 2013 - and his happy reunion was short-lived after they lost 2-1 to Basel at Stamford Bridge

Even Pep Guardiola's Man City are not immune to the curse of Orsato, who was in control for their 2-1 home defeat to Lyon in this seasonn's group stage

But if United fans are now starting to panic, they might take some encouragement from Liverpool's 5-0 win at Porto in the last 16 last term

And Orsato was the official for what might be Leicester's creates ever European night as they overturned a 2-1 first-leg deficit against Sevilla in the last 16 of the 2016-17 Champions League by winning 2-0 at the King Power Stadium

DANIELE ORSATO'S CHAMPIONS LEAGUE GAMES INVOLVING ENGLISH CLUBS Sep 19, 2018: Man City 1 Lyon 2 Champions League group stage Feb 14, 2018: Porto 0 Liverpool 5 Champions League last 16 Nov 22, 2017: Basel 1 Man Utd 0 Champions League group Mar 14, 2017: Leicester 2 Sevilla 0 Champions League last 16 Nov 5 , 2014: Maribor 1 Chelsea 1 Champions League group Sep 18, 2013: Chelsea 1 Basel 2 Champions League group Dec 5, 2012: Man Utd 0 Cluj 1 Champions League group

What it was like to capture El Chapo, from the DEA agent who helped take him down - Duration: 3:48.

What it was like to capture El Chapo, from the DEA agent who helped take him down

The once powerful leader of the Sinaloa drug cartel was accustomed to being flanked by bodyguards. But in January 2017, he was escorted by federal agents one from Homeland Security Investigations and the other from the Drug Enforcement Administration.

Guzmans arrest in Mexico a year earlier and extradition to the United States was the culmination of a nearly 30 year investigation and hunt to bring him to justice.

The criminal mastermind who once bragged about his ability to evade capture and even shopped a biopic about his life to filmmakers looked around in wide eyed confusion as agents ushered him into a black SUV.

"He was no longer in control. He lost control," Ray Donovan, the special agent who spearheaded the 22 agency effort to capture Guzman, told CNN in an exclusive interview. "Hes outside of Mexico. Hes on US soil. And to me, that feeling of defeat that we felt when he escaped, thats what he felt at that point defeat."

Guzmans long awaited criminal trial began in November in a New York federal district court with unprecedented security measures. Guzman pleaded not guilty to 10 counts, including conspiracy to launder narcotics proceeds and international distribution of cocaine, heroin, marijuana and other drugs.

Testimony at the was often , exposing in detail the lengths to which Guzman went to build his empire and kill his way to power. More than 50 witnesses, many of them law enforcement agents, delivered some 200 hours of testimony.

"I think prior to the trial, El Chapo was a household name associated with wealth, power, fame and fortune," Donovan said. "The trial, and all the chilling witness testimonies, introduced the world to the real Chapo: a ruthless killer, money launderer, violent drug trafficker, manipulator, liar, adulterer."

In the end, a jury on Tuesday found him guilty on all counts.

Two arrests, many escapes

The story of how Guzman escaped from two maximum security prisons in Mexico before being flushed out of hiding and arrested by a coordinated team of US and Mexican agents has already been made into documentaries, made for TV movies and even a Netflix series.

But Donovan, who oversaw the multi agency effort that finally brought Guzman down, tells the story from an entirely different perspective.

In 2001, Guzman escaped prison by hiding in a laundry cart. He was not apprehended again until 2014.

The following year, Guzman escaped again. This time he crawled through an opening in the floor of his shower into a tunnel. Thats when Donovan huddled with Mexican officials to figure out who was responsible for the escape and, more importantly, how to recapture Guzman.

Investigators knew about possible safe house locations in Los Mochis, a city in Sinaloa. Mexican marines went to ranches surrounding , hoping the added pressure would draw Guzman out of his hiding place and force him to flee to a safe house.

The Mexican marines didnt know which of the possible safe houses Guzman might pick, but they had eyes on them all with 24 hour surveillance.

On January 7, 2016, investigators saw Guzman coming down from the mountains, Donovan said. He took one truck, moved to another truck and ducked into a safe house that had been identified weeks earlier, according to Donovan.

Hours later, law enforcement made their move. Once again, Guzman tried to run, this time through a trapdoor in a closet that led to a sewage tunnel underneath the safe house.

Law enforcement had done reconnaissance on the home and knew about the tunnel, which was full of water at the time. They followed Guzman, but now, many had to stay behind to fight and capture members of the drug lords security detail that included some of the most dangerous killers in Mexico.

Running out of time

Meanwhile, Guzman was running with his most ruthless assassin by his side: .

Ivan carjacked a taxi driver at gunpoint and sped away in his vehicle. The driver flagged down a fellow cabbie and moments later, law enforcement heard the driver get on the radio and tell others he had just been carjacked.

Guzman and Ivan decided to ditch the cab before police realized who they were and find a new escape vehicle. They picked a car driven by an elderly woman and her grandson, which they also stole at gunpoint. But before they could take off, they realized the engine was smoking and the car wouldnt run. By then it was too late.

Mexican federal police, who saw the second carjacking take place, raced over and captured the pair.

Mexican marines, who also heard the altercation on their radios, raced to the location but did not find anyone. A tow truck driver pointed them to a nearby motel, where they found the federal police, and both Guzman and Ivan, in custody in one of the rooms.

"We were jumping for joy," Donovan said, who was running the operation from headquarters in Washington. "Everyone was happy. Imagine how it was when he escaped. We were defeated. We were deflated. We felt like we lost. We put so much effort into it."

Donovan said Guzman was the brains and the muscle behind the Sinaloa Cartel. And while there are others also on their list, Guzman was the one who wanted to go to war with the other cartels, fighting for control of drug routes that led to the United States.

He also said Guzman was the one who pushed to lace heroin with fentanyl, a synthetic opioid that is common in drug overdoses, from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. Guzman told his dealers to give the highly addictive drug away in order to hook people.

"There are evil people in this world, and then theres Chapo Guzman," Donovan said. "There are people that make bad decisions and do bad things. And then there are people that destroy the lives of thousands upon thousands of people."
