We are talking about the Certified Reconditioned Next Gen Vitamix.

You might also know it as the 7500.

The Creation's Elite the Pro 300 or the Professional Series 300.

It's got a lot of names. What it is is this machine.

It comes in black. It comes in red. And it comes in white.

The easiest way to think about this is it's the exact same machine as the Pro 750. It just doesn't have the presets.

The Pro 750 is one of our favorite machines by far. So it's a really really good machine. It's got a few features.

It's got on / off switch, a variable one through ten speed, and then a pulse feature.

The pulse feature really helps when you're trying to control the texture of your blend

if you're making a salsa or a soup.

I use the pulse feature when we're making our lentil chili

because I want to make sure that there's still some lentils there.

And then it also has this extra safety feature on the side here.

That's what it comes with.

It's got the 64-ounce Low-Profile container.

And a cord! It needs that heavy duty cord because it has a two point two horsepower motor.

I don't really know what that means.

I just know that that means it's powerful

and it's the same motor that you're going to see in any of the newer models with more features.

It's the exact same guts inside as some of those newer models with all the features

which means that this model can do everything any other Vitamix can do.

It can mean hot soup. It can make hummus. It can make nut butters.

It can make frozen desserts.

It can make your smoothies, your juices, your dressings, all of that.

You just have to make sure that you're doing the minimum batch size because it is that wider container.

You have to make sure that you're blending enough of something to get the true blend.

But this thing can make anything you want it to make.

The other thing that comes with is a five-year warranty. Vitamix is known for their really good warranties.

If anything should ever go wrong for five years they'll ship it back and forth no questions asked.

It should last much much longer than five years as long as you take care of it.

So one of the ways to take care of it is to clean it after you use it.

This is one of the easiest kitchen appliances to clean.

All you drop some soap, some water, turn it up to high for a few seconds. Dump it out in the sink.

So you're gonna get in the box the motor base: Red, white, or black.

The 64-ounce Low-Profile container, the tamper which is what sets Vitamix apart, in general.

You can really control your blends.

I think it's so hard to make a frozen dessert without a tamper. It's the best tool ever.

Owner's manual that has all of your warranty information in it.

You get a DVD if you still have somewhere to play a DVD, you can use that.

And you get a legit cookbook.

Really nice cookbook here; some beautiful pictures included.

And then you also get your Vitamix Certified Reconditioned little pamphlet.

It explains what a Certified Reconditioned model is.

So what Certified Reconditioned means is that this machine is like new.

They're just the best deal you'll hear from anyone that's ever bought a Certified Reconditioned Vitamix

that they're so glad that they did, that they saved a ton of money, and there's just no downside to getting one.

If you're looking to add some accessories to this it is compatible with the 48-ounce container.

Also the 32-ounce both the wet and the dry, and the Personal Cup Adapter.

So that's where you can blend up a 20-ounce smoothie,

throw a lid on it and go so you can have that blend-and-go compatibility.

There's something that I want to mention and it's that Vitamix's are not known for being quiet.

They have a 2.2 horsepower motor and then they're not going to be quiet.

This particular model is not the loudest. But it's also not the quietest it's somewhere in between.

It's made for people who like minimalism that don't need all the extra bells and whistles.

It's made for someone that's looking for a deal.

This is the exact same blend quality as any other fancy Vitamix with light up screens and digital all programs.
