Trump to California I'll Pull ICE Officers Out if You Keep Harbo - Duration: 3:33.

Trump

to California Ill Pull ICE Officers Out if You Keep Harboring Illegals

President Donald Trump is considering pulling U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents

out of California for protecting illegal immigrants.

Frankly its a disgrace, the sanctuary city situation, Trump said at a White House

meeting Thursday, according to The Hill.

The president said that California has refused to cooperate with federal law enforcement

since it declared itself a sanctuary jurisdiction.

Trump added that if the federal agencies left the state, you would have a crime mess

like youve never seen in California.

If we ever pulled our ICE out, if we ever said, hey, let California alone, let them

figure it out for themselves, in two months theyd be begging for us to come back, they

would be begging, Trump said. And you know what, Im thinking about doing it.

In January, acting ICE Director Thomas Homan said that California should hold on tight

for more ICE operations. On Wednesday, he had to face accusations that the agency was

using raids as a political tool for the Trump administration.

During an interview with Fox News on Wednesday, Homan said, We dont conduct raids. We

conduct targeted enforcement operations.

We dont go into neighborhoods, knock on a bunch of doors looking for people different

than us, Homan said on Fox News. Every person we arrest, we know exactly who were

going to arrest, we know exactly when were going to arrest them.

He added that ICE is merely enacting laws that they took an oath to enforce, and now

under the current administration, they are allowed to enforce those laws passed by Congress.

Sanctuary cities are not protecting the immigrant community as they claim, according to Homan.

If I cant arrest a bad guy in the safety of a county jail, then I have to go to his

home or his place of business, and thats an officer safety concern. Number two, when

I go to that home I may find others, others that were not on my radar that now I have

to take action against, he said.

And thirdly, theyre releasing the criminal aliens back into their communities. The very

communities in which they live are the communities they victimize.

Homan said that immigrant communities in sanctuary states are at further risk of criminal

activity, greater risk of ICE arrest and enticing further illegal entry.

During his Thursday meeting, Trump complimented Attorney General Jeff Sessions, who frequently

is criticised by the president for the Russia investigation, handling of gang violence.

Youre doing a great job on the gangs, he said.

Immigration Customs Enforcement Pulled Out of California - Duration: 11:03.

Now, before I start reading this article I want to let you guys know that you have to listen to the end of the article.

because I will be reading off California and Los Angeles crime statistics.. which is very relevant to what Trump is going to be saying and proves his point.

President Trump said Thursday that he has become so frustrated with California's "lousy management job" in cracking down on illegal immigration that he's thinking about removing federal immigration officials from the state.

Trump did not elaborate on his remarks, but his comments made the rounds on social media.

"If we ever pulled our ICE out, if we ever said, 'Hey, let California alone, let them figure it out for themselves,' in two months they'd be begging for us to come back," Trump said during a

roundtable discussion about school shootings Thursday with state and local officials. "They would be begging. And you know what, I'm thinking about doing it."

In December, California Gov. Jerry Brown signed the California Values Act into law, forbidding local authorities from asking about immigration

status during routine interactions or doing the work of immigration agents. The governor has stated that the law does not prevent or prohibit federal officials from doing their jobs.

Trump has pledged to rid the country of such sanctuaries, pointing to scattered examples of undocumented immigrants who have committed

violent crimes, and the Department of Justice has threatened to cut off millions of dollars in federal public safety grants to cities and jurisdictions that harbor undocumented immigrants.

"If I wanted to pull our people from California, you would have a crime mess like you've never seen in California," Trump said. "All I'd have to do is to say, 'ICE and Border Patrol, leave California alone.'

You'd be inundated. You would see crime like no one's ever seen crime in this country. And yet we get no help from the state of California.

They're doing a lousy management job, they have the highest taxes in the nation, and they don't know what's happening out there."

The president's comment, as expected, angered Californians.

Now according to the Los Angeles Times, over 500 people have been arrested and detained by ICE in California in the period of several days.

Experts say that the arrests seem to signal a willingness by federal authorities to do battle with the liberal paradise of California, which has passed a so-called "sanctuary state" law.

In another news release, ICE noted that almost 90 percent of the individuals arrested had prior convictions.

Since Trump took office in January 2017, his administration has ratcheted up enforcement of immigration laws -- clashing with the liberal policies of California.

Last month, U.S. Sens. Dianne Feinstein and Kamala Harris, both California Democrats, sent a joint letter to ICE Acting Director Thomas Homan, requesting detailed information on rumored upcoming raids in California

"Diverting resources in an effort to punish California and score political points is an abhorrent abuse of power, not to mention a terrible misuse of scarce resources," the letter read in part.

"We don't conduct raids," Homan said during an interview with Fox News. "We conduct targeted enforcement operations.

We don't go into neighborhoods, knocking on a bunch of doors, looking for people that are different than us."

Trump did not elaborate on his remarks, but his comments made the rounds on social media.

Feinstein tweeted: "The president's obsession with California is growing more outrageous by the day. His attacks are not only mean-spirited, they're patently false."

Okay! now on to some California and Los Angeles crime statistics..

Starting with California's violent crime rate is higher than the national rate of 386 and ranks 15th among all states.

In 2016, 60% of reported violent crimes in California were aggravated assaults, 31% were robberies, 8% were rapes, and 1% were homicides.

And now for Los Angeles

For the second year in a row, violent crime is up in Los Angeles. Through March, homicides rose 24 percent compared to the same period last year.

Overall, violent crime – which includes homicides, robbery, aggravated assaults and rape – is up 13.4 percent, according to LAPD data..

BREAKING!!! CALIFORNIA Gov To Be PROSECUTED! - Duration: 21:32.

BREAKING!!!

CALIFORNIA Gov To Be PROSECUTED!

It's happening, folks!

California might be on the path of being great again.

They've been hoarding illegal immigrants for ages, and it could all come to a close

sooner than we think.

Gov. Jerry Brown and his liberal Democratic leadership have placed public safety in harm

for way too long.

Every time an illegal immigrant criminal is protected under sanctuary status, the people

are then placed in danger.

California is like an apartment building overcrowded with illegal immigrant criminals and Hollywood's

sexual predators.

Almost sounds like a prison, right?

Throw in a few wildfires, and you've got a crazy movie that could write itself!

Too bad it seems like the California government already wrote the script.

Now things are changing.

Now Gov. Jerry Brown is facing prosecution and a force that can't be reckoned with.

If he has any morals or sense left, then he'll make things right by cooperating with federal

law and eliminating every sanctuary status that lingers in California and making the

streets less safe for everyday Americans.

California's Governor is about to get a knock on the door from Thomas Homan, the current

Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) Director.

Homan straight up said that California "better hold on tight" the moment Brown allowed

the sanctuary state law to happen.

The point was made that the sanctuary city status might protect the criminals as they

illegally creep around our beloved American cities looking for another victim, but ICE

has plans to snatch them from their hideaways and send them packing.

It's time for the law to be followed, not turned into a joke, and Americans deserve

safety from harbored criminals who came to America illegally.

Fox News reports: "Acting Immigration and Customs Enforcement

Director Thomas Homan said California "better hold on tight" after its liberal Democratic

governor allowed a sanctuary state law to take effect this week.

Neil Cavuto said that Gov. Jerry Brown claimed the law will protect illegal immigrants living

quietly in the shadows of society from law enforcement intent on "yanking them out

of there."

"I think it's terrible," Homan said, adding that Brown's action put politics

in front of public safety."

If Gov. Brown thinks he can protect all the illegal immigrant criminals and that's good

for Americans, then he's wrong.

That's not good for anyone except for those who break the law.

Imagine living in a city crawling with illegal immigrant criminals lurking by the wayside,

just waiting for the next victim to be at their mercy.

Some of the illegal immigrant criminals are involved in sexually related crimes that often

have children as victims.

Is that who Democrats like Gov. Brown wish to protect?

Those types of violent illegal immigrant criminals should be the first people deported.

Fox News continues: "There's no sanctuary from law enforcement,"

he said.

"California better hold on tight – they're about to see a lot more deportation officers.

If politicians don't protect their communities then ICE will."

Homan said illegal alien smuggling organizations will use the California law as a "selling

point" and that Brown "bit off a lot more than he can chew."

Homan said that Brown and other sanctuary-jurisdiction leaders may have violated 8 U.S. Code § 1324

– relating to "harboring certain aliens."

He said he hopes the Justice Department will look into whether officials can be criminally

charged under the statute.

According to text of the federal law cited by Homan, any person "knowing… the fact

that an alien has come to… the United States in violation of the law, conceals, harbors

or shields from detection… such [an] alien in any place" can face fines and/or up to

several years in prison."

Homan essentially suggests that Gov. Brown's activity could lead him to prosecution.

If liberal Democrat leader Gov. Brown is prosecuted and removed from office, then ICE could do

their work without facing any pushback from those who wish to harbor illegal alien criminals.

America has enough of its criminals, so why would anyone wish to contain more in their

country?

This is the same Gov. Brown who made it possible for people to infect others with HIV purposely

and it's no longer a felony.

I believe Governor Brown is breaking the law, needs to be prosecuted, and the people of

California will suffer significantly from him being in charge.

The time has come for an actual change and to Make

California

Great Again.

BREAKING News Out Of California… - Duration: 3:24.

BREAKING News Out Of California…

Trump was addressing a meeting of state and local government leaders at the White House

who had gathered to discuss how to improve safety and security at the nation's schools,

in the wake of the mass shooting last week at the Marjorie Stoneman Douglas High School

in Parkland, Florida, Breitbart reports.

President Donald Trump threatened Thursday to pull the Immigration and Customs Enforcement

(ICE) agency out of California to punish the state for what he called its efforts to shield

criminal gang members in "sanctuary cities."

"They [the MS-13 gang] actually have franchises going to Los Angeles.

We're getting no help from the State of California.

I mean, frankly, if I wanted to pull our people from California, you would have a crime mess

like you've never seen in California.

All I'd have to do is say, "ICE and Border Patrol, let California alone."

You'd be inundated — you would see crime like no one has ever seen crime in this country.

And yet, we get no help from the State of California.

They are doing a lousy management job.

They have the highest taxes in the nation, and they don't know what's happening out

there.

Frankly, it's a disgrace.

The "sanctuary city" situation, the protection of these horrible criminals — you know it,

because you're working on it — the protection of these horrible criminals in California,

and other places, but in California, that if we ever pulled our ICE out, and we ever

said, "Let California alone, let them figure it out for themselves," in two months, they'd

be begging for us to come back.

They would be begging.

And you know what?

I am thinking about doing it."

Blunt Truth, California sanctuary cities have openly been pushing to keep ICE out of their

cities and creating red tape to keep them from enforcing their warrants in the sanctuary

cities.Per Breitbart, Democrat-dominated cities have passed resolutions to limit cooperation

with ICE and vowed to defy the federal government's attempt to enforce immigration laws, with

the mayor of Oakland even promising to go to jail in protest.

Trump threatened to take activists at their word and let the state live with the consequences.

"The president's obsession with California is growing more outrageous by the day.

His attacks are not only mean-spirited, they're patently false."

~ Feinstein

California politicians need to be charged and held accountable for their corruption

and interfering with federal investigations.

We can only hope that the President puts actions behind his words, Pull ICE from California

and let them burn down, that means pull ANY federal funding to the state as well.By refusing

federal law and purposely interfering with federal warrants, that is breaking federal

law as well as a form of rebellion against the Commander In Chief and United States regulations.

The administration needs to arrest Jerry Brown and any other politician that is involved.

California harbors illegal aliens and is putting the rest of the nation at risk of terrorists

entering and seeking a sanctuary city to hide from Federal agencies.

Let that sink in.
