Indian Students Arrested for Visa Fraud in U.S - Duration: 1:47.

The Department of Homeland Security or DHS, in America conducted a sting operation

in Michigan at the Farmington University.

They arrested 130 students from the university, most of these students are Indians.

The DHS arrested 8 Indians.

This university had no teachers, no classes, very low tuition fees and handed out permits to students very easily.

The Farmington University's fees were $2,500-$10,000 compared the normal fees of $36,000.

Which was very cheap.

Students would pay to attend the university, so that they can easily apply for the F-1 visa as well as a work permit.

By paying the fees, the process became very easy.

These students knew that they were committing a crime but still went ahead.

The Farming University enrolled 600 students. Majority of the students were Indians.

The American government is keeping a close watch on all the Indian students

In America the Indian Embassy has opened a 24/7 hotline to help the Indian students.

Colin Quinn - Calling for the Breakup of America in "Red State Blue State" | The Daily Show - Duration: 4:07.

-Welcome back to The Daily Show, my friend. -Thank you.

It is so good to have you here for so many reasons.

One, because you're one of my favorite comedians,

and two, because I was super worried about you

-because you had a heart attack. -I know.

-Thanks for sending me flowers. -I did.

-Yes you did. I was very happy. -I'm glad.

I didn't know how'd you'd like flowers, 'cause I don't--

like, you don't seem like a flowers-y kind of person.

No, I know, but, you know, chocolate would have been

like a veiled kind of threat to me, probably.

-How are you doing now? -Passive aggressive.

How-how-- Like, 'cause you, if people know Colin Quinn,

they know you as, like, like, Colin Quinn!

-Like, in your face! Like, did the heart attack, -Yes.

are you now, like, "I'm Colin Quinn"?

Yes, exactly. I've changed my whole attitude.

Have you had to chill or are you still in the game,

doing your thing, you just eat differently?

No, I-I don't even eat differently.

I just take medication because I feel like it's an insult

to the scientific community if I was to ch--

if I took the medication and then changed my diet.

-(laughter) -You do one or the other.

-You know what I mean? -(laughter)

-Oh, Lord. -What's the point of progress

-if you're gonna, you know? -Oh, yeah.

-I mean, why, why do both? Why do both? -Why do both?

-I-I hear you, of course. Um... -It's ridiculous.

For a precious extra five years? Oh, yes, let's...

Let's cling on by all means.

-Let's talk about your new show. -Yes.

You do stand-up, but then you also have

these one-man shows that you put together that are beautiful.

Oftentimes, you talk about the country,

-the history of the country, where America's been. -Sure.

And now this is really about where America is

and where it's going-- Red State Blue State--

You are calling for the breakup of America in this new show.

Well, yeah, sure. I mean, it's already broken up

but it's just a question of making it official, you know.

I like how flippantly you say that, Colin.

You're just like, "Yeah, I mean, of course."

Yeah. Well, I mean, nobody gets along.

Nobody-- Here's what I feel like people don't understand--

-is that nobody's changing their opinion. -Right.

So everybody keeps, like, tweeting and,

you know, saying, "People have to understand."

It's, like, no one's changing the way they think

and they probably shouldn't.

People are allowed-- That's the whole point of the country,

everybody thinks the way they feel like thinking.

So I feel like, in light of that, let's chop it up into,

like, 12 city-states and see what it-- see how it pans out.

(laughter)

So, let me ask you this, then,

what do you think the solution is?

Or, more importantly, from your show, because I know

you-you do, like, a bunch of research for yourself,

what do you think had led us to this point?

Um, well, no, I mean, I feel like we're always here.

I mean, the Civil War happened because people don't get along.

I feel like social media is the first time people look and go,

"Oh, you're in my face every day.

I really thought that was just an idea." -Right.

It used to be anecdotal and now it's actually in peoples' face.

Do you think social media's made it worse, then?

Sure. It's-it's, uh...

It was-- I say in the show it's an acoustic art.

It was not meant to go electric, you know?

And now it's-- Yeah.

You-you've had a show that's successful.

It's been extended, I think, now to March 16.

-It's done really well. -Yeah.

What do you think appeals to people about the show?

Because, I mean, it's a show about division.

It's a show about breaking the country up,

-and yet you've got people coming in -Because...

from both sides saying "I enjoy the show."

Yeah, because they feel like it is gonna--

People really do realize this is crunch time for the country.

Like, this really is gonna be a breakup,

unless people... you know-- And I don't even care.

All I care about is that people acknowledge--

I just don't want to go into a war half-- like, unaware.

I don't want people to wake up and go

"What happened to our country?"

I want everyone to know this is what we're leading to.

So you don't mind the war, you just want us

-to all know why the war started. -Yes, exactly.

I just don't want... (laughing) Yes. Yeah.

You want us all being there, like,

-"Oh, we knew this was coming. -Exactly.

"Yeah, we knew this was coming. You guys ready to charge?"

There's one guy who's like, "Wait. W-What's happening?

Why did this happen? Social media."

I just don't want anybody

-pleading innocent when it starts. -Right.

That's the only thing that bothers me in life.

I don't mind bloodshed, or whatever.

I just mind people going,

"Hey, I wasn't part of it."

We're all complicit. I'm just putting that out there.

-I love this, my friend. -Thank you so much.

-Even stronger after the heart attack. -Thank you.

U.S. senators skeptical about chance for concrete progress at 2nd North Korea-U.S. summit - Duration: 2:25.

The next meeting between President Trump and Kim Jong-un is coming up at the end of the

month in Hanoi... and pressure is now building on Trump to come back with more on North Korea's

denuclearization than he did in his last meeting with Kim in Singapore last June.

A number of U.S. lawmakers have already been expressing their doubts.

Our Lee Ji-won has this report.

There are now only a couple of weeks left until the 2nd North Korea-U.S. summit in Hanoi,

but U.S. politicians seem to have low expectations, that's according to The Hill on Sunday.

Bob Menendez, the top Democrat on the Senate Foreign Relations Committee said his bar is

low, based on what he saw at the first summit in Singapore.

He added, he does not see the necessary preparation that's needed to make a successful summit

and that above all, the two sides (quote) should first agree on the definition of what

denuclearization of the Korean Peninsula means.

This comes after U.S. Special Representative for North Korea Stephen Biegun's remarks at

Stanford University late last month,... when he said Pyeongyang and Washington do not have

a specific and agreed definition of what final, fully verified denuclearization is.

Democrat Jack Reed backed up his skepticism by the continued lack of an inventory from

the North Koreans on their nuclear program.

He said it's going to be hard for U.S. negotiators to come up with a tangible denuclearization

progress, since there has been no declaration of what nuclear sites, nuclear material and

facilities are in the North.

A number of senior Republicans senators were also careful not to get too carried away.

Mitt Romney says there are high hopes for the summit, but there aren't any particular

expectations, as the North Koreans have (quote) proved over the years that their promises

aren't worth much.

Romney said he would love to see specific commitments from the North, but only time

will tell.

President Trump's defenders in Congress, however, continue to express confidence that there

will be concrete commitments from North Korean leader Kim Jong-un in Vietnam.

Senate James Inhofe said President Trump wouldn't be going forward with another summit if he

didn't expect good results from it, and that Kim Jong-un wouldn't have come back as well,

if he isn't going to be more cooperative.

US border wall migrants: All we want is a safe haven for our baby to grow up in - News Live - Duration: 5:27.

As little Oneida Paz plays innocently with her cousins, the toddler's doting parents watch over her

With 4,000 other migrants, the young Honduran family wait patiently under what shade they can find in the searing 33C heat, while hoping for legal entry into Mexico

If successful, ahead lies a long trek which they hope will one day deliver their "little angel" from the violence and oppression in their gang-ridden homeland to the Land of the Free

Oneida is oblivious to the gruelling plight she faces as her parents plan their journey to the US

And, thankfully, she is too young to know that Donald Trump views her mother and father – along with the other migrants heading to America for a better life – as killers, rapists, drug dealers and "bad hombres"

The Mirror met the toddler and her family after being granted exclusive access to the Ciudad Hidalgo crossing on the border of Mexico and Guatemala, to see first hand the growing humanitarian crisis that has now left more than 25,000 central Americans without a country to call home

They now plan to make their way to Tijuana, 1,600 miles away, on the US border near San Diego

Each day, as caravans of migrants begin their arduous journey north, Trump continues to exploit their plight in an attempt to secure funding for his £4

1billion wall.  He said at the weekend: "If we had a powerful wall, they wouldn't even try to make the long, dangerous journey

Build the wall and crime will fall."  But Trump's rhetoric has failed to deter the thousands of migrants who have crossed the Suchiate River road bridge at this border checkpoint

Already thousands are now heading north after being granted humanitarian visas under a new scheme by the Mexican government

Officials are processing 12,000 more, including 2,500 minors, who have applied for the document provided under the new government of Andres Manuel Lopez Obrador

But Mexico's welcome is also resulting in even more migrants heading to the US border, which has already begun to increase tensions with the Trump government

Walking through the holding point in Ciudad Hidalgo, among makeshift tents and sun-scorched beds, the migrants speak with many different accents from countries throughout Central and South America

Joblessness in parts of Honduras, a mounting political crisis in Nicaragua and lack of hope in Guatemala, where there are no opportunities, are mainly cited by those the Mirror spoke to

Many are deportees. Hundreds of the migrants had previously lived in the States, for years or decades

They now hope to join a caravan to reunite with their families, resume old jobs or simply be free from the persecution they received on their return to their native countries

One deportee heading for Tijuana, on the border with the States, is Boris Guaro, 38, who grew up in California before he was booted out

He is waiting for his humanitarian visa to be approved and hopes to set off on foot in the next few days

He said: "The easiest thing is to cross the border illegally, walk across the river as hundreds have, but to have a visa from Mexico makes it safer

We know now once we have it, we will not be rounded up and taken back."  He said migrants here were not deterred by Trump's wall but admitted it has led people to attempt to make it to the border quicker

Boris explained: "The wall doesn't put us off, it's more about what will Trump do next

"He could set quotas on each nationality, which is driving the caravans forward much quicker

People want to be in the queue first.  "If someone wants to cross into the States, whether there is a wall or not, they'll find a way legally or illegally

"If I can, I want to fulfil my dream and get back to the United States."  Boris was travelling by himself, but Madelyn Sanchez is like hundreds of mothers who have uprooted their entire families, praying for a chance

The 27-year-old said she left San Pedro Sula, Honduras, with her three children four weeks ago before reaching Ciudad Hidalgo

She carried her youngest, a six-month-old baby boy, on her back and is travelling with a cousin, her husband and their four children

"There are times when I've almost thought I couldn't go on, but I have to for my family," she says

"I have no idea what the future holds, but I hope when we get to America, my children are not taken

We have heard so many stories about children being taken from parents."  Many of migrants here are deeply religious and believe a miracle will be provided by God

Nery Suarez, 19, from Guatemala, said: "It is like some expect to see a Moses-like figure when they get to the American border who will give them safe passage

"Even God cannot overcome Trump on this. It won't happen, but life in Mexico is better than where we lived

"

Hi it's Ben White chief economic correspondent for POLITICO

with your US Politics just 60 Seconds!

All right let's start the clock.

Probably not. It's possible but President Trump knows that he got politically crushed by the

last one.

So he's more likely to do the emergency declaration if they can't get to a deal by the end of the week.

I think it's more likely that Lieutenant Governor Fairfax would face impeachment.

Given the serious criminal nature of the allegations against him.

Well they need both.

Somebody who is going to punch back against President Trump but also present a hopeful vision for

the future whoever combines those two things is gonna get the nomination for the Democrats.

Well yeah.

Everything is political and this one if it turns out that the National Enquirer was trying

to attack Bezos, owner of The Washington Post, as a political vendetta for The Post's coverage

of President Trump then yes there's a political scandal underneath all of this.

All right.

That's your US Politics in 60 Seconds.

Nokia 5.1 Plus coming soon to the U.S., available exclusively through B&H - Duration: 1:41.

The first Nokia-branded smartphones in a very long time, which are offered in the United States through carriers, Nokia 2V and Nokia 3

1 Plus are probably meant to test the local market before the Finnish company could bring its flagships in the country

But before the upcoming Nokia 9 PureView could make its debut in the U.S., another Nokia-branded smartphone will be made available for purchase, the Nokia 5

1 Plus. Better specced than the other two Nokia phones offered by Verizon and Cricket, the Nokia 5

1 Plus is the global version of the Nokia X5, a China-exclusive mid-range handset

It appears that U.S. retailer B&H will sell the Nokia 5.1 Plus for $200, but the smartphone is expected to hit the shelves in about 7-10 business days

Surprisingly, the phone will offer dual-SIM support, but other than that there aren't any details about the Nokia 5

1 Plus' specs configuration.Nokia 5.1 Plus is available in multiple hardware configurations, not to mention that HMD Global, the company making these Nokia-branded smartphones, launched two enhanced Nokia 5

1 Plus models last week.It remains to be seen what Nokia 5.1 Plus variant(s) will be available for purchase at B&H, but our bet is that the retailer will go for the 3GB RAM/32GB or 4GB RAM/64GB internal storage models
