Hey everyone!

It's Amanda Davidson in Alexandria, Virginia.

And today I wanted to go over a question that we've been getting frequently from our first-time

homebuyer clients.

And it really is a great question.

"How many homes should you see before you make an offer?"

The answer is there's no magic number.

It depends on your personal circumstances and what you're looking for.

For example, if you're looking in just one neighborhood and you're focused in on that

neighborhood alone,

you're probably gonna see less homes than someone who's focused on maybe multiple neighborhoods

or maybe even multiple cities.

So, I always tell my clients and they probably laugh at me when I tell them but you will

know when you find the right home.

I know it sounds cliché but buying a home that you're going to live in is emotional

and you're gonna feel a connection when it is the right home.

So don't really get focused in on how many you've seen.

You might see one and know it's the one and fall in love.

And on the opposite end of the spectrum, you might have to see quite a few before you feel

you found the one that you want to make an offer on.

It really just depends on individual circumstances and it shouldn't come down to a number.

It should come down to a feeling.
