So this is hard reality

Well I woke up about 20 seconds ago
Today is Saturday and we have a seminar
and I still have to do fasting cardio
and pack my stuff because were sleeping there
Its Saturday 6:45 am
another cardio
I will do stepper again
5 weeks out of the show people
5 weeks
I gotta do it
Im so looking forward
There will be the best challenge
So thats what I wanna do that
Its not always about winning
Well you always wanna win but...
In a pro league its different
Its more about knowing that you belong there and
some shows are so tough that placing in top 10
is kinda winning for you
because its an elite
I will try to place the highest I can and bring the best shape I can
You cant change certain things like your geneticts so
even if your shape would be the best in the world then ...
Crucial is genetics, presentation and all the other things that are judged as a complete package
I cant change my genetics but It doesnt mean that
I will cry that there are better girls
who I cant never beat
Its about doing what you love
and making the best progress that you are cabable of
You just have to love it
otherwise you cant do it
You cant be obsessed by winning
Since now I will be looking worse and worse but its what it takes
Shows are not judged by how I look now in my beanie
and swolen eyes but its judged at
the day of the show on stage so
The journey is long
and you dont always look good
The impotant is that you make it there
I enjoy the journey...The progress
I enjoy when my body changes by 360 degrees
If I was ripped all year round which is of course nice to feel good but
Id definitelly be very tired and then
I would not enjoy it that much because there would not be that much of a body transformation
I love to eat
but I can let it go
Swich my brain back
and I dont have a remorse that my legs are not veiny
I dont even have a vein on my biceps
Eat like a pig is not healthy either
Of course I admire people who are in shape all year round
Im not one of them
For me when the show is over then
The last few weeks are usually that tough that
it breaks me
and then I need to swich and live like a regular people
During prep you have to be like a machine
that does the same thing day by day
for several weeks with no stopping
We all have a different psychical disposition
Somebody deal with it better somebody worse
Its not about being looser or super champion
Well this is my every day morning activity

so the road will be interesting for us

and were on our way to Sokolov
Its getting serious now
last month before show
Its starting to be tough yet
Karolina is pushing it to the limits
She just needs to hold on
Last month devide the champ and the one who fails

This is the worst sh*t
The fun part is over
when you enjoying everything and you have energy for everything
I feel always like this. Even in my last prep
At the end its always more difficult because
your body is in such hardcore mode
and you require the extreme from it
so youre experiencing extreme feelings
Sometimes you feel full of energy and everything is fine
I run over the house, doing laundry, drying, hanging, cooking and everything
and there are also feelings that Im having more and more often now when
just sit stare and Im not able to do anything, not even watch a movie
because I cant focus
so It waiting for next cardio
waiting for training
waiting for next meal
and your day is basicaly like this

and seminar begins in 30 mins
so were heading out there

I let my knee rest

I havent been putting any trainon my knees for like 4 or 5 months
and its still not getting any better
but I believe its gonna be better.
