Trump Disembarks In West Virginia, STUNNED To See What's Waiting On The Tarmac Below

On Thursday, President Donald Trump flew to West Virginia.

When he disembarked, he was stunned to see what was waiting for him on the tarmac below,

and you will be too.

Trump flew to West Virginia on Thursday to speak at the Republican Congressional Retreat

at the Greenbrier Resort.

West Virginia is where the president enjoys his highest approval rating.

President Donald Trump's job approval rating averaged 38% throughout the U.S. in 2017,

but at the state level it ranged from a high of 61% in West Virginia to a low of 26% in

Vermont.

Trump averaged 50% or higher approval in 12 states in total, primarily in the states where

he received the most votes in the 2016 election.

In addition to West Virginia, the states where at least half the respondents approved of

Trump included several western states (Wyoming, Idaho, Montana and Alaska), several southern

states (Oklahoma, Alabama, Kentucky, Tennessee and Arkansas) and two Midwestern states (North

and South Dakota).

with great members of the Republican Party," the president tweeted earlier today.

"Will be planning Infrastructure and discussing Immigration and DACA, not easy when we have

no support from the Democrats.

NOT ONE DEM VOTED FOR OUR TAX CUT BILL!

Need more Republicans in '18," he added.Patriots responded enthusiastically to President Trump's

news, noting that the Democrats made complete fools of themselves at Tuesday's State of

the Union address.

"Democrats showed their true colors at the #SOTU!

Never have I seen people behave in such a manner.

Actually, I did.

But I was in kindergarten," tweeted social media user Joey Mann.

"What we saw the other night was the final curtain call on the Democrat party," he

added.

"We had a man up on the stage speaking about an inclusive, opitismitc [sic] future for

America," Joey tweeted.

"Democrats BOOED!

They refused to stand for our veterans.

They refused to stand for the victims of an MS-13 attack.

They refused to applaud for AMERICA," he concluded. As soon as President Trump stepped

off of Air Force One in West Virginia on Thursday, he noticed something incredible waiting for

him on the tarmac below.

A huge crowd of his supporters was wildly cheering as he made his way down the steps

of the presidential jet.

President Donald Trump will speak Thursday at GOP policy retreat in West Virginia where

Republicans will begin to plan out their strategy for the new year.

It's the same retreat many GOP members of Congress were traveling to Wednesday when

their train struck a garbage truck in Crozet, Virginia.

A man in the truck was killed.

He's been identified as 28-year-old Christopher Foley.

[Source: CBS Miami] After greeting those awaiting his arrival

on the runway, Trump immediately walked over to the huge gathering of his supporters.

He spent nearly ten minutes with them – greeting everyone personally, shaking hands, and thanking

them for supporting his campaign.Whenever Donald Trump sees that people have taken the

time and energy to come out and show him their support in whatever town he is visiting, he

always takes the time to personally greet them.

He always makes it a point to show them his gratitude for their ongoing support.

It is difficult to recall another president who was so connected to their fellow Americans.

Trump's predecessor, former President Barack Obama, certainly was not.

Obama was more concerned with impressing his celebrity buddies.

This is precisely the reason that Donald Trump won the presidency in the first place.

Finally, we have a Commander-in-Chief who we can truly say is FOR the people.

President Donald Trump's supporters are some of the greatest Americans.

They fight for truth, they fight for freedom, and they will keep fighting for our president,

even as the media and the Democrats and elitist celebrities do everything in their power to

stand in the way of his quest to make America great again.

Rona Ambrose on what it was like being a woman in politics - Duration: 2:55.

I mean, I remember having guys that I worked with that were my colleagues say to me

well the only reason that you've been appointed to cabinet is because

you're a woman.

And I would say, so, not that I had a master's degree

and I had a lot of experience, spoke three languages

but that fed—you know—that justified their own narrative to themselves

which was that's why I didn't get it. It's only because she's a woman.

Do we have like eight hours? No, do we have a month?

[Laughs]

Yes, of course. I mean

politics is probably, you know, one of the worst old boys clubs, right, and there's not a lot of light shed.

Other than how you're treated in public, because there's massive public scrutiny.

But being a woman in politics, that is another layer of sexism that you have to deal with

is actually the public and the press and social media

which can be extremely sexist. But then on top of that

you're working in an organization—organizations that are highly, highly competitive

not necessarily based on merit

and with a lot of preconceived ideas

about what a leader should look like.

It wasn't until very recently that we have more women in leadership positions

in politics and I was one of them as the Leader the Opposition. That was actually

voted in by my caucus to lead them and that was pretty unusual for Parliament.

Even the fact that, even in a gender parity cabinet that we have today we

still don't see women in what people consider to be sort of the strong roles

like defence and finance. You know, they've always been the purview of men.

And I think that those kinds of barriers are important to show that women can do

any of those jobs, because they can. There's no doubt in my mind.

So, you have to be really careful when you talk about these kinds of issues, because women do want to be—

Women want to compete and they want to know that they're in a position

because they've earned it and they've worked hard—because these are

very intelligent accomplished women that are sitting in Parliament in all parties.

But it's—

There's no doubt. I don't care what party it is— I have seen women be treated

with a great deal of sexism. So we've got a long way to go in the world of politics

until I think women are treated in a way that

is completely equal.

There's nothing wrong with walking in and asking for the promotion, asking for the raise

asking for the opportunity, asking to chair that committee, asking to be put in

a particular position of power.

I mean what's the worst that could happen?

Someone says no.

But you have to make your, I think, ambitions,

and your aspirations very clear

because if you don't, no one around you will know what they are.
