My name is Mark.

My life was in shambles.

Completely unmanageable and I was in really bad shape.

I could barely make it out of my house because of my addiction to alcohol.

When I looked for a rehab place this time around, I had as you would commonly hear,

I hit my rock bottom.

I was sick and tired of being sick and tired.

Recovery is not one – there is not one thing for me.

It's a combination and continues to be a combination of things that keep me sober everyday.

When you come to Futures, it's like when you're trying to build a house.

In 30 days, they laid some woodwork and gave me the tools to start pouring the concrete.

Heroes For A Day Review: Dark Horse: Game of Thrones Ned Stark (English Subs) - Duration: 5:20.

Greetings, friends and collectors!

It's Argyris in another Heroes For A Day video!

This time -it's been actually quite some time!- we have Ned Stark form Game of Thrones!

The patriarch, one of the fan-favorite characters,

god rest him or R'hllor rest him or The Seven rest him, whatever suits you.

He left us early on, yet his presence was deeply felt

with his role in the first season, as well as his death.

Well, we should have seen it coming. It was Sean Bean.

There wouldn't be another outcome.

He was meant to die! It was just there!

Let's take a look at the box and we'll take him out in a moment.

Nice packaging. It's by Dark Horse.

Like all the nice static figures.

I already own Jon Snow and Sansa, two of the four remaining siblings.

Let's have a look at their daddy.

Right now!

This is Ned outside the box.

A nice looking figure. Nice sculpt as always.

This is the fur cloak that northerners wear.

They have done a good job with the topknot-like hair.

Jon Snow now stylizes his the same way.

His attire is the classic House Stark wear, in green and brown.

The base is supposed to be rocky or something like that.

The cold, inhospitable northern soil.

His cloak is thick to protect from the cold.

And of course, he wields his awesome greatsword, Ice.

This huge sword made of Valyrian steel,

with which he chopped the heads of those who didn't behave,

until he got his own chopped off.

And I would rather make Ice a pile of metal filings,

I'd rather make it a drain pipe for the Iron Throne,

than have it end up in that SoB brat Joffrey Baratheon's hands.

Whatever…

That was its fate.

Everything looks nice.

The only issue is here; the sword.

It was too long so it curbs.

You see, it leans backwards, but it's the only way I could place it.

It isn't placed properly, because it finds resistance on the base.

I may fix it sometime soon.

Overall, a really nice figure.

As I've said before, it doesn't look like Sean Bean that much,

yet it depicts the character beautifully.

So, another video review has come to an end.

I hope you liked this figure as well.

See you next time!

The Heroic Continues!

The Dark Side Of The Empaths That You Rarely See and Must Always Be Cautious Of - Duration: 4:34.

The Dark Side Of The Empaths That You Rarely See and Must Always Be Cautious Of

Empathetic people are known to be great healers.

They can feel other people's emotional energies because of their own heightened sense of perception.

This ability to feel "too much" is seen as a gift by others; however, this gift does not always bring joy to empaths.

Empathy is certainly a great quality to have, but it does not always spell sunshine and rainbows for an empath.

There are many difficulties an empath has to overcome in order to give kindness and compassion to the world.

Since people depend on empaths for emotional support, their energies are constantly in danger of being depleted.

They can handle other people's emotions and drama which can prove to be very distressing for an empath.

The dark side of empathic people can be seen when they battle with the positive and negative forces present in the

world.

The good and bad both persist in their head, making it difficult for them to feel stable.

They are overwhelmed by the conflict going on in their mind.

Empathic people are more susceptible to the negative energies in life.

Because they feel too much, they cannot block negative energy anyhow.

Their understanding and compassionate nature makes them see all the evils in the world which is very disheartening.

They are confused why such negativity even exists.

The downside of being an empath is that you'll constantly find yourself to be emotionally exhausted and fatigued.

You absorb all these energies – positive or negative – which affect your spirit adversely.

Empaths might not break down or fall apart in front of anyone.

They quietly observe and feel.

Empaths are big "givers".

They show kindness in their everyday dealing with people, even to those who barely deserve it.

This is another point an empath should keep in mind because there are energy vampires out there ready to advantage of

their goodness.

Empathic people do not like to share their burden with someone else.

They will carry the baggage themselves in order to prevent the other person from suffering.

Their selflessness can cause them extreme damage.

Choosing to ignore themselves for the sake of others is another dark quality of empaths.

They neglect their mind and soul for others that can lead to a build up over the years.

Then they'll probably have to take time off so that they can restore their energy and heal their damaged spirit.

Even when empaths fall in love, they don't do it entirely.

They do not give themselves entirely to the other person because they understand that it could be an overwhelming

experience for both of them.

They keep their guard from people even when they love them dearly.

The war within an empath is a constant one.

This war against negativity, darkness, and evil energies keeps them on the edge.

It has the potential to lead them to self-destruction.

Empaths need to distinguish between their own emotions and what they take from others.

Do not let other's emotions completely rule you.

Understand what is desirable and what is not.

Empathic people need to show some empathy towards themselves when is required.

They should use their "gift" to balance out their energies.

Such people need to let down their walls and talk to others so that they can also breathe freely.

Helping others is fine, helping yourself is divine.

10 Dark Secrets Of The Byzantine Empire - Duration: 8:23.

10 Dark Secrets Of The Byzantine Empire

For 1,000 years after the Western Roman Empire fell, the Eastern Empire of Byzantium stood strong. Ancient and powerful, the Byzantine court soon became known as a warren of intrigue and secrets. No one was safe, and no one could be trusted.

10. Assassinations

Since the Byzantines always felt that an unpopular ruler could be replaced, a number of emperors died violent deaths.

Constans II was clubbed to death with a soap dish while resting in his bath. Michael III lost both his hands trying to block a sword.

Nikephoros Phokas was warned of a plot and ordered a search of the palace, but his wife had hidden the assassins in her bedroom, which no guard would dare to search. They stabbed him to death that night.

At least, Leo the Armenian went out in style.

Ambushed on Christmas Day by assassins disguised as a choir of chanting monks, he seized a heavy cross from the altar and battled them around the Hagia Sofia until his arm was cut off and he was struck down.

Less romantically, the killers then threw his corpse into a toilet.

9. Mutilation

The Byzantines believed that disfigurement disqualified candidates for the throne. As a result, emperors often mutilated their rivals rather than killing them outright. Blinding was popular, as was cutting off noses and tongues. In later years, castration became the most common practice.

In some ways, mutilation was considered kinder than execution. John IV Laskaris lived for 40 years after being blinded.

But it was undoubtedly brutal. Empress Irene had her own rebellious son blinded in the room where she had given birth to him. The youth died of his wounds a short time later.

However, it was sometimes possible to come back from mutilation. Basil Lekapenos was castrated as a boy to prevent him from causing trouble when he grew up.

With the throne closed to him, Basil became a powerful courtier and ruled through a series of puppet emperors.

8. The Noseless Emperor

The terrifying Justinian II was first overthrown in AD 695. The rebels cut off his nose and slit his tongue down the middle before exiling him to the Crimea.

Undeterred, Justinian escaped to the land of the Khazars and began plotting a return to power.

The new emperor bribed the Khazars to murder their guest, but Justinian was warned and personally strangled the assassins before escaping to Bulgaria in a fishing boat.

Forging an alliance with the Bulgarian khan, Justinian returned to Constantinople and led an army through the sewers and into the city where he took a terrible revenge on his enemies.

Regaining the throne, he ruled for another six years, wearing a golden nose and using an interpreter to translate the gurgles from his ruined tongue.

His cruelty eventually grew too much, and he was overthrown again in 711. This time, they killed him.

7. Intrigue

Today, the word Byzantine can refer to an atmosphere of confusion and intrigue, and that was certainly true of the court in Constantinople. There, eunuchs and courtiers jockeyed for influence and emperors ruled through powerful favorites.

In one ninth-century example, the eunuch Staurakios helped Empress Irene overthrow and blind her own son. Staurakios himself was soon forced from power by the eunuch Aetios, who schemed to make his brother emperor.

But Aetios failed to guard against the finance minister Nikephoros, who orchestrated a coup and reigned as emperor until the Bulgarians converted his skull into a drinking cup.

This atmosphere of intrigue lasted until Constantinople fell. Even as the Ottomans massed outside the walls, Grand Duke Loukas Notaras was reportedly scheming to secure lucrative court positions for his sons.

6. Civil War

In the ninth century, Michael I was forced to resign by a trio of his generals: Leo the Armenian, Michael the Amorian, and Thomas the Slav.

But when he fell out with Michael, the Amorian's followers infiltrated the Christmas service and hacked Leo to death. Thomas the Slav rose in revolt against Michael, sparking a massive civil war which badly weakened the empire against the Arabs.

Similar problems arose in the 10th century when Bardas Phokas's rebellion was put down by General Bardas Skleros. When the eunuch Basil Lekapenos schemed against Skleros, he started his own revolt in self-defense.

Lekapenos countered by releasing Phokas from prison and putting him in command against Skleros. Phokas defeated Skleros in single combat and destroyed his forces. But Phokas, Skleros, and Lekapenos then teamed up against the young Basil the Bulgar-Slayer.

Typically, they soon fell to infighting and Basil successfully secured power. He later became famous for blinding thousands of prisoners and sending them back to Bulgaria, where Tsar Samuel promptly died of horror.

5. The Purple-Born

The Byzantines had long considered purple the imperial color, with only members of the royal family allowed to wear certain purple dyes. Eventually, the emperor built a special room with walls made of the precious purple stone porphyry.

Imperial children born in this room were dubbed porphyrogennetos (purple-born). They were immensely prestigious and weren't supposed to marry outside the empire, although Vladimir of Kiev famously demanded a Purple-Born bride as the price for military aid and his conversion to Christianity.

The Purple-Born also attracted great loyalty from the common people. Constantine VII Porphyrogennetos was overthrown as a boy, but his Purple-Born status protected him and he was allowed to remain as co-emperor for 24 years.

When Basil II died, the only remaining Purple-Born were the sisters Zoe and Theodora. The citizens of Constantinople rioted at every attempt to remove them from power, and the pair dominated the empire until Theodora's death in 1056.

4. Riots

As citizens of the greatest city on Earth, the people of Constantinople were never afraid to express themselves, often through violence. In the most famous example, fans of the Blue and Green chariot racing teams united to riot against Justinian I.

The emperor was prepared to flee, but the day was saved by his wife, Theodora, who proclaimed that she would rather die an empress than live as a commoner. The rebels were subsequently massacred.

Not all riots destabilized the empire. One particularly bloody civil war was effectively ended by a prison riot. Megaduke Alexios Apokaukos was inspecting his new jail when the political prisoners ran amok and murdered him, crippling his faction.

The assertive tendencies of Constantinople's citizenry survived the Ottoman conquest, and many a sultan cowered inside the Topkapi Palace while an enraged mob tore his vizier to pieces. 3Castration.

3. Castration

Eunuchs served the Byzantine state in every capacity, from courtiers to priests to generals. (The eunuch Peter Phokas became famous for defeating a Scythian warlord in single combat.) They were perceived as nonthreatening because they had no children to inherit their status.

However, eunuchs like John the Orphanotrophos (manager of Constantinople's orphanage) became notorious for leveraging their brothers into high office. John himself grew so powerful that his whole family had to be castrated and exiled by a nervous emperor.

Castration was technically illegal in the empire. As a result, many eunuchs were enslaved outside the empire as young boys and then castrated just before they were brought across the border.

But it wasn't unknown for impoverished Byzantine parents to castrate their sons in the hope that these boys would grow up to secure lucrative positions at court.

2. Sex Slaves

Multiple sources from the period allege that eunuchs were frequently used as sex slaves because they maintained their youthful looks. This was officially forbidden, but the church struggled to find a way to stop it without condemning slavery (and thereby the emperor).

The problem is illustrated in the 10th-century Life Of St Andrew The Fool, which basically puts the blame on the eunuchs.

A character does point out that if a slave fails to obey, you surely know how much he will suffer, being maltreated and beaten..

But Andrew insists that if the slaves do not bow to the abominable passions of their masters, they are thrice blessed, for thanks to the torments you mention, they will be reckoned with the martyrs.

1. The Zealots Of Thessalonica

In 1341, the empire was undergoing one of its regular civil wars. The new emperor was nine years old, and his father's friend John Kantakouzenos had been appointed regent.

The boy's mother, Anna, and Megaduke Alexios Apokaukos formed an alliance to usurp the regency, sparking a massive conflict. But this time, something different happened. In the city of Thessalonica, the common people seized control from the aristocracy.

Calling themselves Zealots, these revolutionaries championed the rights of the poor. Accounts from the time claim that violent mobs of Zealots attacked and slaughtered the rich.

The Zealot council ruled Thessalonica for the duration of the civil war. For a time, they swore allegiance to Megaduke Apokaukos, but they remained hostile to the aristocracy and eventually asserted their independence by murdering his son.

The revolution was only put down after John Kantakouzenos became emperor. Some of the Zealots invited the Serbian king Stefan Dusan to take the city, but others found this unpatriotic and fighting broke out.

Kantakouzenos took the city easily and executed the leading Zealots.

Cystic Acne & Why It Spreads, Dark Circles, Oily Skin: Dermatologist Q&A | SKINCARE CONFIDENTIAL - Duration: 15:55.

- Hey guys, its Laura and Dr. S here today.

- Nancy Satur

- With our last Facebook Live of the year,

can you believe it?

- I know.

- I can't believe it's almost 2017,

we've had a lot of fun sharing all these tidbits

with you in the last several weeks that we've

been doing Facebook Live,

and we promise we've got a lot more exciting

things to come in 2017.

So, let's get started with our Facebook Live for today.

- Great.

- Alright, I've got some questions here.

The first one is from Srivandhana,

she wonders, "Why does acne spread from one area to the

"other when it's healing in the first area?

"Is there a reason healing cystic acne could arouse

"non-cystic acne in other areas?"

- I think that's that's a good question, but I would say,

don't worry about the cystic acne spreading

from one area to another,

because we don't consider acne an infection,

as everyone, I think knows.

So there are bacteria involved in the pores,

and yes, I suppose if you squeezed and emptied

a blemish, you could get some bacteria going

onto the adjacent skin, but it's really bacteria

that's already there.

So, I look at it more that, maybe one area of your

face may be more prone to breakout,

because of local factors.

For example, you might be sitting chin in hand

to study or work at the computer,

or some of my patients wear headbands to work out,

or helmets to ride bikes.

And sometimes it's more that, that the whole area

is predisposed for other reasons, not because

it's spreading from one to the other.

So I really would reassure you not to worry about that.

- Mm hmm. I think cell phones too.

- Yes, uh huh. - Especially in this

day and age, so if you're using your cell phone

just on one side of your face,

or if you tend to sleep on one side and one side only--

- You know, anything that increases moisture and friction

will increase a propensity to break out.

So I think that's the answer.

- Sounds good, alright we'll move on to question

number two from Kim, Kim wonders,

"How come my friends can eat like crap and use

"whatever face wash they want, and still have

"perfectly clear skin, but I have to watch what I eat

"carefully, avoid gluten, dairy, unhealthy fats,

"and practice a skin care regiment to avoid

"huge stubborn pimples all over?"

Well, that sounds very frustrating.

And the answer to that is everyone's skin is different.

- That's right.

- And you know, some people are more prone to acne

than others, some people are blessed with beautifully

clear skin and good genes.

- That's right.

- Where they can eat whatever they want

and use whatever they want and they're fine.

And others of us have to take pretty good care,

diligent care of our skin.

- Yeah, I think I would second what you said Laura,

because everybody has a unique

body type or constitution or skin type.

And you can have normal hormones, for example,

women, and still get hormonal acne,

and it's most of the time not because your hormones

are abnormal, but your oil blends are responding

more vigorously to those hormones.

Or for example diet, we know a lot of people flare

with certain dietary indiscretions, more dairy,

especially skim milk, more sugar and simple carbs,

but it's true, some people can eat junk food

and not break out.

So it's just the fact that we're so unique and not

everyone marches to the same drummer in terms of

how they're skin reacts to certain outside influences.

- Absolutely.

- So I suppose it's more the situation of have you

chosen the correct parents, as far as your skin goes?

- Factors we can't control. - Because we can't control

our genetics, but that's a big factor as well.

- Yes, and especially at this time of the year when

you mention Kim, I mean I know I've eaten a lot of stuff

that I'm not proud of this holiday season

and I'm sure I will continue to do so for

the next week or so, so, I might be paying

for that later in the new year, but.

- Moderation in all things.

- Good thing I have my Curology on board

to help me out with it.

- That's right.

- (laughs) Our next question is from Mitzi,

she asks, "I have very oily skin and still break out

"at the age of 60, what can I use?"

What do you think about that one?

- Laura, I think that's a problem for you to solve.

(laughing)

And we're teasing because it's such a difficult problem.

- Exactly, yeah.

- Really I, the one thing I would say, this is I think,

probably a woman,

and we do use birth control pills and an

oral medication called spironolactone to reduce

hormonal breakout, which will also reduce oil.

But as one gets older, those medications may not be

the best things to use.

So it may not be something at 60 that she would have

prescribed to her.

I would say though, in the peri-menopausal or menopausal

years, if a woman is taking testosterone in any way,

either a patch or a pill or an injection,

or any kind of androgen hormones as part of

the estrogen replacement therapy,

I think there's Estratest,

so anything with androgens or testosterone will

definitely increase oil and breakout.

So that could be a factor at the age of 60,

but what about any miracles otherwise for oil?

We don't think anything topical really helps.

- Yeah, not really.

- I mean, I think there are some things on the horizon,

and you'll find a few isolated reports of something

helping, but not a consistent, agreed,

conclusive study that says, aha, this particular

product or ingredient topically will decrease oil.

So, there is no feedback we think.

I think this area is being studied quite a bit now.

So we may have something different to say in 2017.

- We might, and that brings us to another question

we get frequently from our Curology patients is that

you know, they think that with their oily skin,

their skin is really dehydrated, so they keep

piling moisturizer and oils on top of it,

thinking that that's why it's dry.

So you were talking about the feedback loop,

and that we don't really think that that exists,

so that is another myth that we've talked about

with our patients, much like the pores opening

and closing, that myth that we shed light on

earlier this year, and broke a few hearts that way.

We might be breaking some more with that myth too, so.

Our next question, we've gone back and forth about

a little bit it's pretty fun.

- Yes.

- Julia asks, "What do you think about facial exercises?

"Are there any of these face yoga tricks that you

"recommend doing daily to slow aging?"

- Well, I'll say at age 63, if you find any that work,

please send us the link, email them, I'd love to try them.

But I will say, you know it's common sense

that exercise changes muscle and the skin that's draped

over the muscle, although you're not gonna work

a miracle, it'll look better, so those saggy arms

when you're working out, and the skin may still

be a little crepey and a little wrinkly,

but it sure looks better draped over some muscle

than not, so I,

it's intuitive that facial exercises will change

the musculature in some way.

The problem is, what if it's doing something that

doesn't look good?

I mean, I don't know, I would think of course

you're not gonna want to frown as part of

your facial exercises, or you're wear some

vertical lines there.

But I don't know which ones to do that would help.

I wouldn't think that you'd wanna mimic

expressions that are negative, like frowning

or pursing your lips, and creasing in those lines.

So I think it's an interesting subject,

but one that I would like to know more about.

- Yes.

- And I can't, I have no experience personally.

- Right, so we don't have a great definitive answer,

but maybe, we're open to it.

- I'd like to do it on one side of my face only,

for about three months and see if I can tell a difference.

And then I'll have to catch up.

- We should try it, in 2017, we'll give that a try

and then we'll see if you guys can notice a difference

between one side of my face--

And like you said frowning lines,

also smile lines, we have patients ask about their

smile lines, those are good lines.

- Yeah, and these are good lines too.

Crow's feet are smile lines as far as I'm concerned.

- Yeah. - Yes.

(speaker too far from microphone to be heard)

- Sure. - Oh.

- [Speaker] Layla commented, "Do you think extended

"use of Tretinoin will thin out the skin or make it shiny?"

- Hmm, that's a great question.

- You want me to take that one.

- Sure, yeah.

- That's a good question.

I think that it, many people think that chronic

use of Tretinoin may thin the skin,

but the part of the skin, on the layers of the skin

if you were to look under the microscope,

we don't have our diagrams in this room.

- No we don't.

- Or our models of skin, but the part of skin that is

getting thinner is the dead, dry, dull stratum corneum,

the cells that aren't living and are going to be shed

anyway, and it doesn't really matter if that layer

is thick or thin.

And thin is better 'cause you're not flaking

once it's shed,

and your skin is more vibrant.

What counts is the dermis, or the layer that gives

the skin, the collagen layer that gives the

skin it's firmness and it's resilience,

and that layer actually thickens with Tretinoin.

So it's a good thing,

I've been using Tretinoin more on than off

since my early 30s I think, and I will continue

to do so, so I,

it's my foundation after sunscreen,

it's the two things that I don't miss every day.

Oh you said, you also asked, does it make the skin shiny?

Over-exfoliated skin can be shiny.

So if you're overusing Tretinoin, you may

temporarily get shiny, especially if you're using

something abrasive to get the flakes off.

Would you agree?

- I would definitely agree, if you're using Tretinoin

daily, which many of our patients do,

in addition to chemical exfoliants, AHA, BHA,

and physical exfoliants like Konjac Sponge

and Clarisonic, you know, that's a whole lot of

exfoliation going on there, and if you see that your

skin is shiny but now quite oily,

it's that shiny but not quite oily skin that we're

talking about that patients will see.

And I've had it happen to me a couple times,

and you just back off on your exfoliants

and your Tretinoin, and that usually goes away.

But yes, we do see that with Tretinoin.

- And it's pretty easy to reverse, you just,

as Laura said, you just kinda go, hmm,

I think I better skip that today.

- Yep.

- And just use your judgment every day.

- Absolutely.

I think we've got one more question here from Adecha,

she asks, "I have dark circles and I would want to know

"how to make them fade away."

Don't we all.

- We get that question a lot, and it's not related

to acne, which is our primary mission,

but it certainly is related to

skin appearance and aesthetics.

I will say that most of the time dark circles are genetic.

I actually had my dark circles, people commented

upon them when I was maybe 12, 13, and on.

So, I've had them forever, as just a genetic

kind of tendency.

And when you think of what causes them,

I think of three things.

So, one is a shadow.

And as we get older, so not someone your age Laura,

but as we get older, sometimes the fat pad

will bulge a little bit here.

And then you'll have a hollow and then a bulge here,

and you've got kind of a festoon effect.

And it catches light, depending on which way

the light's coming, and you get the shadow

that can make, accentuate the dark skin,

and the, other than surgery, fillers could possibly

help that, you know a minor procedure in

a dermatologist's office.

So other than volume lost or volume change

in shadowing, what else could a dark circle be due to?

Well the second thing is vascular,

and by that I mean plumbing,

the little pipes that are carrying red blood cells.

And they can be tiny pink capillaries close to

the surface of the skin, or they can be dusky,

larger veins, a little deeper.

I had some pretty prominent veins that would

just make me look almost bruised here.

And quite a few years ago, I had laser treatment

for my dark circles, but primarily targeting the vein.

And we, back in the day when I was using lasers

and not doing telemedicine, we would tell patients

to expect maybe 30% improvement.

And I think I had that,

or maybe 30, 40% after two treatments,

and so I don't see that big vein there anymore.

And the third, and oh, by the way, there are different

lasers that target different vessels.

So, you might be using a laser in a different way,

or a different laser for a deeper blue vein as opposed

to a more superficial pink blush.

And then the the final factor is melanin, which is pigment.

And so our patients want to use things on the surface

to help the melanin, and yeah you probably can get,

I think you can get some improvement, I think certainly

that's, I cover my under eye circles up and treat

them with Tretinoin, but.

- Me too.

- Well, we're not gonna expect a miracle 'cause we're

not addressing the red primarily, right, and the shadow.

So what do you tell your patients to use when they complain

of under eye circles?

- So I, I address primarily the melanin component

because I think that's what most topical products,

they're looking for a topical solution and not

everyone is wanting to jump to the laser treatments

right away so, you said, there are Curology

medication, you know Niacinamide, Tretinoin,

things like that can help with pigmentation,

as well as sun protection,

keeping that area protected from the sun

with both sunscreen and sunglasses, hats.

- That's right.

- So that's usually what I address the most.

- Yeah, and Vitamin C, Niacinamide, are other ingredients,

over the counter retinols, because sometimes that thin

eyelid skin doesn't tolerate a prescription Tretinoin.

So starting with an over the counter retinol,

there are many brands, would be not a bad idea.

And my under eye cover up that I typically use

every day is SPF 20, so I'm killing two birds

with one stone because I'm covering up my shiners

and also blocking sun.

Oh and that reminds me, another cause of dark under eye

circles, we call them allergics to shiners,

and people who tend to have allergies and eczema

and Hay Fever, tend to have dark circles.

That's not the cause of mine, but it is another

type of skin that gets dark circles.

- Yep.

- [Speaker] One last live question if you're up for it.

- One last question. - Absolutely bring it on.

- [Speaker] Selena asks, "Is it possible to have more

"clearing of acne on one cheek than the other?

"I use the same amount of my Curology all over my face,

"but for some reason, one cheek has gotten

"much more clear than the other."

- That's a great question.

And that kind of bridges back to what we were

talking about before with local factors.

You know there, think about Selena, if there is something

that you are using on that cheek that

is more broken out, like your phone,

like laying on that side to sleep,

or you're putting your hand in your,

in your, face to your hand if you are sitting

at your desk or something like that.

So those are the biggest things that I can think of,

can you think of any other?

- No I think, I think you've hit it there, so yes,

we're not symmetric.

- Yes.

- Unfortunately, so I think we're

just about set. - So I think we're all set.

- So I'd like to end on one final note.

(sleigh bells jingling)

I hope the bell still rings for you,

may all your angels have wings,

and we'd like to say,

peace on earth.

- Peace on earth.

- [Both women] Goodwill to all.

- Bye - Happy Holidays.

- See you in 2017. - See you next year.

Crazy Theory About The Dark Knight Rises Movie !!! - Duration: 0:33.

The Theory: Bruce Wayne/Batman didn't use autopilot; he just dies to save the city.

Alfred seeing him in Florence is just a hallucination.

Evidence: Would Bruce Wayne actually ever give up being Batman?

It's fitting that he would die to save the city, and Alfred is so distraught and broken-hearted

after losing the boy he raised that he imagines seeing him happy with Selina at the end of

the movie because it comforts him.
