Hello internet, welcome to another episode of "My Little Theories" a show where I talk

about six magical horses that discover the magic of friendship.

Today's episode we have a special guest featuring in this video, everyone please welcome RDMANGLE.

RD: Hello every creature, RDMANGLE here, in this video we will be talking about "Who In

Equestria Is The Main Villain?"

Ruchiyoto: Our first look at is the Queen of all Changelings, Chrysalis.

We know that she devours the love out of every creature, but the question is why does she

do it, what is her purpose?

RD: Remember, Queen Chrysalis is a bug, she has every right to give her workers command,

and it is her duty to give love for her and her colony.

Ruchiyoto: Fact is that Chrysalis believes she needs love in order to survive and it

gets harder for them to receive love because they are rejected from civilization.

How is that fair for Changelings if ponies only give each other friendship and love they deserve?

RD: Well, if you all remember from Season 5 Episode 9 "Slice Of Life" towards the end

of the episode we saw a Changeling during the wedding for Cranky and Matilda, we can

determine this Changeling could have been Thorax.

This is because Thorax felt that he didn't need to feast on love anymore.

Ruchiyoto: That being said, we later got to see Thorax evolve into a new state from Season

6 Episode 26 "To Where And Back Again Part 2" this is due to a new evolution state because

Changelings don't need to take love out from other creatures instead they give love.

RD: Now back to our topic with Chrysalis.

She did make a return in Season 8 Episode 13 "The Mean 6" she plans to get her revenge

on Starlight and the Mane 6, while she attempt to take the elements of harmony, her plan

back fires and the mean 6 were disintegrated.

So instead of creating clones of the mane 6 why couldn't she make any more Changelings?

Ruchiyoto: Now to describe that in a biological matter, since Chrysalis is based off of a

bug like creature in reality like a bee, she can only produce at least hundreds or up to

thousands of eggs within a week, but without mating she cannot lay anymore eggs.

Since drones' only job is to help with reproduction, and the queen doesn't lay eggs in the winter,

they are nothing but a drain on resources.

The queen can lay more eggs in the Spring to replace the male population.

RD: You guys might be asking yourselves; what does any of this have to do with the subject?

Well to summarize this short for you guys, since bugs are part of our ecosystem, they

are part of this planet and nature.

We need bugs like bees so they can collect pollen and nectar as food for the colony,

and as they do, they pollinate plants.

Cross-pollination helps at least 30 percent of the world's crops and 90 percent of our

wild plants.

Without the bees then the many plants including food crops would die off.

Ruchiyoto: Now think of a Changeling as a bee, perhaps their ability to store love for

the colony, they could use that to pass love around Equestria, reversing their ability

to devour and deliver love rather than draining and possibly causing death.

Without them then where else could they could get love?

If Thorax didn't evolve then there wouldn't be cooperation between civilization and changelings

then there will be no more love and tolerance.

Equestria would have been dried to death.

Both: But hey, that's just a theory, My Little Theory.

Thanks for watching.

What is Black Hat SEO? Search Engine Optimization (Explained) - Duration: 11:18.

okay everybody so today I'm gonna talk to you about blackhat SEO if you don't

know what blackhat SEO is it's still a thing it's still out there it's a way

that people basically try to target your website and take your website down

that's negative SEO that's a type of blackhat SEO and it's also this concept

of getting ranked or doing things in Google that are against their guidelines

so blackhat SEO is anything that violates search engines Terms of Service

my name is John Lincoln I'm an SEO expert I'm gonna tell you everything

that you need to know a black about blackhat SEO in this video

so first SEO in blackhat SEO it's kind of broken up into two different areas so

there's link schemes and then kind of the general blackhat SEO stuff right so

let's start out with the link schemes so what are the link schemes that are

considered against Google's Terms of Service first thing is buying links so

if you're buying links from other websites you are not allowed to do that

just purchasing a link Google doesn't want you to do that they want you to

earn the links next link exchanges so if I say excuse me sir if you link to me

I'll link to you from this website that is not allowed and if I say oh if you

link to me from this website I'll link to you from another website that's also

not allowed they don't want you exchanging links this used to be a huge

thing that people would do years and years ago and it really worked very well

but today you cannot do that article marketing guest posts anything that's

low-quality so if I write a hundred articles and I get them posted on a

whole bunch of other websites around the web Google is gonna pick up on that

pattern and you're gonna get a manual action penalty which will show up inside

a Google search console or you might get a penguin penalty which is what happens

when you have too many links pointing out your website with the same anchor

text anchor text is just a term that basically means the text that's inside

of the lake so if this was linked to for example it said link exchanges link

exchanges would be the anchor text of that link so you can do guest posts you

can do article marketing but it can't be massive it can't be low-quality articles

it can only be if you write a really great article and you link to something

relevant within the article to something that's relevant on another website or on

your website anything that's automated is bad so

there's a lot of different programs out there that do something called link

indexing so basically if you get a link on another website there's a chance that

Google might not even see that link so you can use these automation programs to

build a whole bunch of they're links to a whole bunch of other

links that would then go to that final link so if your link is here and you

have all these other links that are on these other sites and then all these

other links on my on these other sites that are built by an automation program

these would link to these these would link to these and so on and so forth and

build more authority to this link that's going to your site right so automation

programs are against Google's guidelines and there's quite a bit of them out

there they're not quite as big as they used to be though and then profile links

so if you go out and you just build a whole bunch of social media profiles or

you build a whole bunch of profiles on forum sites so on and so forth profiles

anywhere around the web and then you put links in those two pages that you're

trying to get ranked higher you can get a penalty for that as well that's

blackhat SEO and then link networks so any type of network where you go and you

pay and they put you on a whole bunch of different websites and link from those

web sites to your website that's also blackhat SEO and Google is taking those

down all the time okay so we covered most of the linking stuff let's get into

some of the other type of blackhat SEO things that are out there comment spam

so if you are using a program to automatically generate comments on other

web sites or to automatically generate comments on your own website any type of

fake comment that's helping you rank better in Google or hurting your

competitors and making them work rank worse than Google through negative SEO

is not allowed and that is black hat SEO sneaky redirects so if you have one page

that's ranking and then you're redirecting somebody else to another

page that's an example of black hat SEO as well trading products for links so

that's another thing that you can't do so you can't necessarily say here's a

product link to my website here's some money link to my website that's the same

as buying things and link Bay in switch so if you create a scholarship for

example say you have a scholarship and you're

a whole bunch of links in through this scholarship because educational

institutions are seeing the scholarship they want a link to it so that their

students can confine the scholarship and this is something you really can't do

anyways but say you do that and then you eventually 301 redirect that page to

another page to get the links going to another page that is also blackhat SEO

in something you can't do keyword stuffing putting too many keywords on a

page is enough is something you can't do cloaking showing Google one page but

then serving another hidden content you can't hide content on a page that's not

allowed articles spinning just creating articles

and just creating pages so that they rank in Google and they're very thin

content a lot of people will do this through some type of PHP script there's

something called a Content matrix where you can create five versions of a

paragraph have dynamic field spin it create doorway pages that rank in Google

you're not allowed to do that either scraped content stealing content from

around the web serving that on your site so that it gets ranked that's also not

allowed funny thing about that Google won't allow you to do that for their

Terms of Service you can't scrape content but yeah if you actually think

about what Google does they scrape content to serve it in their search

results and they're doing that more and more and more especially with the new

knowledge panels Rich Snippets things like that and then even meta titles and

descriptions I mean that's just scraped content of course we want to do all this

for Google because we want to get that traffic right and it's the biggest

search engine in the world any Auto generated content you're not allowed to

do and then bait-and-switch stuff we talked a little bit about social media

spam if you're just getting thousands and thousands of shares from other

social sites that you're buying that's blackhat SEO and something you're

not allowed to do and then rich snippet markup spam so putting Rich Snippets

on pages so putting elements in the code that are going to enhance your listing

inside of Google that's not actually relevant to that page that's considered

spam as well so that's another thing you can't do it's blackhat SEO

any automated queries so if you're using something to generate fake traffic

that's searching for your company or your keyword and then coming in and

clicking on your website that's called an automated query that's nothing that

you're allowed to do within Google so no automated queries and no negative SEO so

if you really hate your competitor you're like I don't like this guy or

girl and I'm gonna build thousands of low-quality links to his site to get him

a penalty to make it look like he was doing all this blackhat SEO stuff you

cannot do that that's considered blackhat SEO if you're doing blackhat

SEO a negative SEO against your competitor okay

URL injection spam so sometimes what you'll see happen is somebody will hack

a site like WordPress and then they will inject links into pages or they will

hack pages or they will create thousands and thousands of pages and this is just

done through a script and then what happens is they put links on those pages

this happens a lot in spaces like viagra cialis you know these these pills right

and these are notoriously kind of spammy areas for SEO so watching out for hack

hack 2011 on and then domain squatting so if somebody goes and buys coca-cola

and they won't sell it to coca-cola and they're just holding onto it even though

that's their trademark you're not allowed to do that as well

blackhat SEO these are all the things that you cannot do now what do you do if

you are being targeted by negative SEO or you're being targeted by blackhat SEO

from a negative perspective or you've done blackhat SEO and now you want to

get your website back into a good place well that's a good question so all the

links scheming type of stuff that really goes through disavow files that as far

as going into Google search console you want to disavow links you want to block

those links you have to go in and remove a lot of these links so you'll have to

go back can take them down there's actually a

tool called a remover which is really good for sending out masked messages and

keeping track of how many links have been taken down and how many haven't

been you can send automated messages in a sequence to take those things down

you're gonna have to take down and and cancel any type of automated programs

any type of sponsors you have delete any profile links and get get out of any

link networks if you want to get out of that whole blackhat side and have your

website be looked as a clean quality website inside of Google now these type

of things also are gonna need to be dealt with so if you have done keyword

stuffing you're gonna have to reduce it if you've traded products for links

you're gonna have to go back and clean that up maybe do a Rhian clusion request

with Google if you've done cloaking or hitting content or malicious content

you're gonna have to clean all those things up if you have doorway pages

you're gonna have to take them down you're gonna have to redirect them if

you've done bait and switch you're gonna have to push that old page live that was

there we're you're gonna have to remove the pages entirely in form of forum if

you've got URL injection spam if your domains been hacked you're gonna have to

check out the hacked area within Google to find out what's gone wrong and how

you can fix it and there's so much more to so much more to negative SEO and

blackhat SEO that I didn't cover today so that's it for blackhat SEO if you

have a comment make sure to leave one I'd love to answer any of your questions

on the topic it's something that's out there something that's still very real

today if you liked this video make sure to like comment and subscribe and I'll

see you next time

What Jesse Lingard said when Man Utd star was asked for title winner preference - Duration: 1:39.

Man Utd ace Jesse Lingard was asked on his preference for a potential Premier League title winner, but he clearly struggles with the idea of picking one this year Rivals Manchester City and Liverpool remain locked in the top two spots this season, with the Red Devils perhaps mounting a late charge of their own under interim boss Ole Gunnar Solskjaer

SEE MORE: Juventus and Bayern Munich prepared to do battle in transfer market for 21-year-old Man United starlet However, along with the likes of Chelsea, Tottenham and Arsenal, it doesn't seem likely that they will enter the fold at this late stage and cut the gap, and so Lingard was asked out of the top sides, if he had to pick, who would he prefer to see win the title

"My voice is a bit sore, I can't answer that", he replied, as noted by the Mirror

Many United fans would arguably reply in the same fashion at this stage, as given the rivalry with Liverpool and City, it's certainly going to be difficult for them to choose

Nevertheless, the main focus of course will be on building on this season and ensuring that they return to the race at the top next year

For now though, Lingard will undoubtedly have reflected how the fanbase is feeling about the current title run in

Sarri reveals what was said during Chelsea dressing room inquest - Duration: 3:16.

Chelsea suffered their most desperate defeat under Maurizio Sarri this evening as they were beaten 4-0 by Bournemouth at the Vitality Stadium, and he didn't take it well

The Italian locked his players in the away dressing room for almost an hour after the full-time whistle, kicking out his backroom staff to have an inquest into the performance

Sarri finally emerged to speak to the waiting media and revealed why he wanted to keep his players in the dressing room for so long after the game

"In that moment I wanted to talk with them alone, without anybody else," Sarri said "As I said before, I needed to understand

It's impossible to play in such a different way between the first and second half

"  However, it appears that Sarri did not get the answer that he was looking for from his players during the talk in the dressing room, adding: "I don't understand why

I don't know exactly. I want to try again tomorrow because we want to solve the problem

"I wanted to try to understand after the match. I spoke with the players immediately after the match, but it's very difficult also for them to say why

So I have to try again tomorrow because I need to understand why, because I need to solve this problem

"  The Blues are straight back into Premier League action on Saturday when they take on Huddersfield Town at Stamford Bridge, but Sarri is still worried that his team will not bounce back the way he wants them to

"At the moment, they are able to react very well always against a big team. When we play against a big team, usually we are able to play with a very good level of motivation," he added

"But I think that, in this match, the problem was different. In the first half, I saw a team with a very good level of motivation and determination

Then, suddenly after the first goal, we were not able to play. It was a different situation

Of course, about the mentality, something different." Keep up to date with the latest news, features and exclusives from football

Man who 'crushed boy, 3, to death with car seat' is son of ex-Tory MP - Duration: 4:49.

A man who allegedly crushed his girlfriend's son to death with a car seat has been accused of using the fact his dad is a former Tory MP to make himself 'untouchable'

Stephen Waterson, 25, from Croydon, allegedly pushed the seat of his Audi into Alfie Lamb, three, who was left in the footwell behind, twice, causing his death by crush asphyxia

In the days after Alfie's death last February, he went on to threaten his girlfriend and others to make them stay quiet about what happened, the Old Bailey heard

Stephen Waterson is the adoptive son of former Tory MP Nigel Waterson And in an interview with police, the nightclub worker name-dropped his adoptive father Nigel Waterson, a former minister and lawyer, jurors were told

Final Hatton Garden suspect linked to raid 'by the way he walks' Waterson and Alfie's mum Adrian Hoare, 23, both denied manslaughter but have admitted lying to police

Advertisement Advertisement  Under cross-examination, Katy Thorne QC, for Hoare, suggested Waterson told police he had 'powerful parents'

She said: 'In that interview you used the fact you have got powerful parents, it seems to you, because you like to drop it into conversation all the time

'You befriend vulnerable people and you are exerting your will over them, making them feel special, and what you do Mr Waterson is you used the fact that your parents are powerful people to make you untouchable.' Alfie Lamb, three, died in February last year of crush asphyxia (Picture: PA) Waterson replied: 'I'm not untouchable.'  Ms Thorne went on: 'You like it to be known your father is a lawyer don't you?  'You would say that your father is an important person, not just a lawyer but he used to be a government minister and you were so powerful because you had these connections.'  Waterson replied: 'I don't know why this is relevant and we are talking about my parents

I've never used my parents to control anyone.'  The court heard how Waterson texted a string of other women while Alfie was fighting for his life in hospital

His dad is the former MP of Eastbourne and a court heard how he used his 'powerful parents' to make him 'untouchable' (Picture: PA) But the defendant, who has said he was in a state of panic and concern for the boy, insisted not all of the relationships were romantic

Boyfriend of Holby City actor's daughter 'filmed as she died of overdose' In the weeks before Alfie died, his mum had moved in with Waterson for a 'new start' but had no house key, jurors heard

Advertisement Advertisement  Ms Thorne suggested Hoare was not even allowed to have a mobile phone because he was 'paranoid she would be in touch with other men'

The father of two denied the suggestion, saying there was only one house key because he had just moved in

The court was told Hoare did not have her own bank account and all her and Alfie's benefits were paid into Waterson's account

Waterson and Alfie's mum Adrian Hoare, 23, have both denied manslaughter but admitted lying to police Ms Thorne highlighted dozens of text messages in which Hoare was asking for her money to buy food and clothes

Waterson insisted: 'There was no money of hers in that account at that time.'  He denied deliberately moving his seat back into Alfie after losing his temper on the journey home from Sutton in south London

He told jurors he moved his seat no more than an inch, then forward again when he was asked to

Ms Thorne said: 'On your account Mr Waterson, it could not have been the seat that caused his death and you have been framed horribly for Alfie's death.'  Waterson said: 'That's correct.' The Audi convertible car in which Alfie was allegedly crushed to death (Picture: PA) Later, Waterson admitted he would sometimes be violent if 'someone harms a member of my family'

Man arrested for making 'death threats' against Labour MP The court heard how the defendant had convictions after he punched a man and hit, kicked and punched a former partner

Advertisement  Waterson denied losing his temper with Alfie but said Hoare had 'slapped' him on occasions

On the day of the car journey, she slapped her son because he was 'pinching' her, Waterson said

Lots of people suspect James Brown was murdered, new investigation reveals - Duration: 1:56.

Photo: Frank Micelotta (Getty Images) James Brown died in 2006 of what was said to be a heart attack, but a thorough, three-part investigative series from CNN raises the possibility that the soul singer was murdered

The report encompasses nearly 140 interviews, 1,300 text messages, forensics testing, and tens of thousands of pages of police and court records

All told, CNN has spoken with 13 people close to the singer who would like either a proper autopsy of the singer or a criminal investigation into his death

One of them is Dr. Marvin Crawford, who despite signing Brown's death certificate, believes foul play was involved. CNN's report dates back to 2017, when a reporter was contacted by Jacque Hollander, a circus performer and singer who, in addition to claiming that Brown was murdered, also alleges that she was raped by the singer in 1988

Brown was never prosecuted, but Hollander began collecting every scrap of evidence she could—documents, tapes, photos, and objects—relating to him and those in his orbit. "When you're up against the most powerful person in the world, you have to document, and you have to investigate yourself, and you'd better prove everything you're saying," she told CNN's Thomas Lake

"Because nobody's going to believe you unless you can prove it." Hollander's story encompasses multitudes, from vials of blood and suspicious fires to spies posing as federal agents and the possibility that Brown's crypt is currently empty

She raises questions about the deaths of nine different people connected to Brown, including his third wife, Adrienne, who died in 1996 while recovering from plastic surgery

Evidence uncovered by CNN points to the possibility of a fatal overdose delivered by her doctor. Read the full report here, and watch a video chronicling some of its key findings of the piece below.Advertisement

Woman, 31, with incurable disease TRAMPLED by commuters who thought she was drunk - Duration: 9:53.

A woman who has a rare and incurable disease was mistaken for being drunk and trampled by commuters during the morning rush hour as she suffered a debilitating attack

Kelly Boyson suffers from Ménière's disease with symptoms including acute attacks of vertigo and tinnitus that cause her to drop to the floor and last up to four hours, and increasing deafness

The 31-year-old, from Berkshire, was travelling on the London Underground one morning when she suffered an attack but no-one around her knew what was happening

Kelly said fellow commuters thought she was drunk and just stepped over her instead of offering help

Previously, she had become housebound for 18 months, causing her to lose her job

Read More Hermit living in Scottish forest saved after SOS signal is picked up in Texas    Kelly is speaking out to raise awareness about her condition and the symptoms which can strike at any time without warning

The fundraiser was working in recruitment in 2014 when everything suddenly began spinning while she was sat at her computer

As it was only fleeting, she passed it off as having not eaten enough.  But the sensation returned six times within a month and was followed by an ear infection

Read More Boyfriend 'told Holby City star's dying daughter not to use phone as she cried for mum'    By this point Kelly visited her doctor and was diagnosed with labyrinthitis and prescribed the necessary treatment

The symptoms continued but doctors frequently discounted them until months later when an ear, nose and throat (ENT) specialist recognised her condition as Ménière's disease, said Kelly

She endured sudden attacks of her condition up to four times a week. Each one begins with her losing pressure in her ears, followed by tinnitus and then extreme vertigo which causes her to drop to the floor

These attacks have lasted up to four hours before.  Previously, Kelly suffered an attack on the London Underground at half past eight in the morning, but commuters weren't aware what was wrong with Kelly with many assuming she was drunk and refused to help her, opting to walk over her instead

Kelly also experienced this in a club, with her friend having to plead with bouncers, who thought she was drunk, not to kick her out

Due to the life-changing repercussions of the disease, Kelly became housebound.  She said: "At the end of 2014 I was sat at my computer and everything started spinning and at first I thought I hadn't eaten enough

"It didn't last very long so I just pushed it to the back of my mind. But then it happened a few more times and that's when I got worried

"I experienced it six times in a month, and then I had a terrible ear infection

"I went to my GP and he said I had labyrinthitis and gave me some betahistine tablets

The problem was, it didn't stop.  "I went back to see my GP seven more times and then saw two ENT specialists

The second ENT specialist immediately diagnosed me with Ménière's disease in March 2015

"That was a relief because it meant I wasn't going completely mad.  "There isn't any specific treatment for Ménière's disease and there's no cure

I had betahistine tablets initially and then over six weeks I had to have three steroid injections through my ear drum, but they didn't help

"Now I have a grommet in my ear; I'm on my third one and they last for about a year

"I was having drop attacks up to four times a week which meant I couldn't go out alone as it could happen anywhere, which was dangerous; I was housebound for 18 months

"  She told how an attack begins with her losing pressure in her ear and having "terrible" tinnitus, causing her to drop to the floor

She said: "It's extreme vertigo and I can be standing talking to someone when it suddenly happens

"It has nothing to do with heights or movement, but they can last hours. I had one that lasted four hours and just had to wait it out

"I was on the Underground when it happened. An ambulance was called but they said I wasn't an emergency due to the fact the spinning would pass

"It was the morning rush hour and people were just walking over me because, to them, I looked drunk

"In the end, a transport police officer took me to the hospital in a taxi.  "One also happened in a nightclub and my friend had to tell the bouncers that I wasn't drunk

"I wasn't allowed to lock doors so people could get in to help me in an emergency

"I couldn't go out alone in case an attack happened in the middle of the road.  "My work was so supportive, and we made a mutual agreement for me to leave because I'd been off for months with statutory sick pay

" What is Ménière's disease?  Ménière's disease is an inner ear condition that causes sudden attacks with symptoms including vertigo, tinnitus, a loss of ear pressure and hearing loss

During an attack, sufferers may feel dizzy with a spinning sensation, they may feel sick or vomit, they may hear a ringing or buzzing noise inside the ear, and they may have a sudden drop in hearing

Attacks can last minutes or hours, and it can take a day or two for symptoms to disappear  The condition usually spreads to both ears over time and it usually affects people aged 20-60

There is no cure and the exact cause is unknown, but medication can help to control vertigo, nausea and vomiting

Health professionals urge sufferers to consider the risks before activities such as driving, swimming, climbing ladders or operating heavy machinery

The condition has altered Kelly's life entirely and while she was out of work, she designed her own adult colouring book, whilst she was off sick, with designs showcasing some of the world's most iconic landmarks

Four years after her condition first developed, Kelly was able to start a part-time job as a fundraiser for the Ménière's Society

At the same time, Kelly started sharing her journey on her Instagram account, @balancinglifewithmenieres, to educate more people about the often unheard of condition

She said: "Whilst I was off sick, I became depressed and anxious, I knew I needed to do something, so I started drawing  "It kept my mind busy, I didn't overthink what was happening to me and it gave me a purpose

You lose a lot of yourself when something like this happens, you have to adapt a lot and develop a new you

"It took about two years before I really started living again. I still have balance problems, I've lost 50 per cent of my hearing in my left ear

"My diagnosis really knocked my confidence and I worried what people would think of me

I was really worried about dating because I didn't want men to see me as defective

"I met my partner in May 2017 and he didn't judge me or think that there was anything wrong with me

"You don't have the same confidence as before, what if you collapse in front of them, do you tell them about what you have, will they run the minute they find out you have a disability?  "When I was diagnosed, I had never heard of Ménière's disease, so I feel that sharing my story might help someone realise they aren't alone

When something like this happens that's all you need to know to have others who understand exactly how you're feeling

"If you can't see the illness or disability, most people don't believe it's there

"None of us know what's happened to the person next to us and they may look fine, but underneath that smile might be something different

"People need to think about what they say and not be judgemental - that person getting out of their car in the disabled space who looks better than you do probably struggled to get out of bed or to shower

"They probably have a serious illness you've never heard of and will probably never understand

"Judging them from afar isn't fair.  "I started an Instagram account to get awareness out for invisible illnesses and started the hashtag 23365balanceproject to share other people's stories to raise awareness

DYER STRAITS Danny Dyer reveals he was 'slowly committing suicide' with drink and drugs binges in hi - Duration: 3:05.

DANNY Dyer has opened up about the drink and drugs binges that left him feeling like he would die - days after his daughter's boyfriend Jack Fincham told The Sun he took cocaine

The 41-year-old EastEnders star said in an interview that he smoked crack during his 20s, admitting: "I was in such a dark place, I was slowly committing suicide

"  He told the i newspaper: "I had no hope, I hated myself, couldn't look in the mirror for more than five seconds

It just repulsed me, what was looking back.  "I was just pressing the 'f*** it' button all the time

It got to a point where I thought I was going to die – I don't think I'm going to wake up

"  Jack, 26, admitted earlier this week that he had binged on cocaine after giving into regular offers of drug-taking that TV fame had brought his way

His girlfriend - and Danny's daughter - Dani has warned him never to take it again after he told her what he'd been up to

He said he dreaded telling Danny, adding: "I'm sure most dads would take a dim view of it

I've made a mistake and I'm sorry for it and that's the truth.  "But I went out all night, I was drinking and I just got carried away and made a stupid, stupid mistake which I wish I'd never done, you know

I regret it."  Speaking in today's interview, Danny told how he was on stage in New York in 2001 after a night taking crack

He admitted: "I was abusing myself so much, my brain wasn't ready and I didn't have a clue what to say

"The blood rushed from my feet to my head and I was petrified. I felt so vulnerable

Never really been the same since."  He added: "It's like a boxer who wins 27 fights and no-one gets near him and then they get knocked out and they're never the same again

Former Liverpool defender opens up on the night he was shot in the backside - Duration: 3:35.

Former Liverpool defender Jon Otsemobor has opened up on the night he was shot in the backside in a Merseyside bar, and how he pleaded with Rafael Benitez to stay at the club

The ex-Reds right-back played six games for the Anfield club, but is mostly remembered for an incident in October 2003 when he was out celebrating the birth of a friend's baby

"We went to a place where Robbie Fowler had a bit of a trouble a few months earlier," the Reds academy product told Planet Football

"But I wasn't a high-profile player and I was just out with my mates so I didn't think anything of it

"My friend was having trouble with a lad in the club so he took a gun off another lad, despite us telling him not to

"I felt a bit weird and when I pulled out my hand from down the back of my pants it was like I'd dipped it in red paint, there was so much blood

"  Otsemobor says that the incident unfairly portrayed him in a bad light, and following loan moves to Bolton and Crewe he was let go following Benitez's arrival to replace Gerard Houllier in 2004

"People started saying I was involved in gangs - you know, a young, black Scouse lad, so anybody who didn't know me would automatically believe what was being said," he continued

"I still had a year left on my contract, so went on loan to Crewe.  "When I came back, I met with Benitez in his office and he told me he wasn't going to give me another contract

"I didn't want to leave Liverpool and I was sobbing in the room, asking Benitez to give me just an extra year, but he told me he had made his decision

"   Otsemobor - who also played for Rotherham, Norwich, Southampton , Sheffield Wednesday, Milton Keynes Dons and Tranmere - says he doesn't feel that Trent Alexander-Arnold, another locally-born right-back, will see his career go the same way

"I don't know Trent, but I have heard he's a nice, well-grounded lad and doesn't mix in the wrong circles like I did when I was his age

"I do have regrets - I wouldn't have gone to the places I used to go to when I went out because it painted the wrong picture of me

"People know me for the wrong reasons."

In the parks, The King's Troop, Royal Horse Artillery fires the salute, the first round usually being fired at noon

Today's salute will be fired from Green Park, with 21 rounds fired at 10-second intervals, followed by 20 more shots as it is a royal park

Queen accession: The HEARTBREAKING reason the Queen WON'T celebrate Royal romance: How Philip stood by the Queen's side during accession  Then one hour later at 1pm, the salute at the Tower of London will begin, fired from four twenty-five pounder guns

These are located on Tower Wharf facing the River Thames and will be fired by the Honourable Artillery Company at 1pm

This will be a 62-gun salute, the standard 21-round salute, plus 20 more because the Tower is a Royal Palace, and then 21 on top of that because it's within the City of London

The firing will be heard from the Tower Wharf for around 10 minutes. Gun salutes became more commonplace as a maritime tradition in the 17th century

In the earliest days, seven guns were the acknowledged British national salute because seven was the usual number of weapons on a vessel

The early regulations declared that although a ship would fire only seven guns, the forts on shore would fire three shots to each one shot afloat, hence the number 21

The next gun salutes will be for the Queen's birthday on Sunday, April 21 2019.  This 41-gun salute will take place in Hyde Park at midday, followed an hour later by a 62-gun salute at the Tower of London
