Hello, the friends of if Fashion. I'm Yangmi.

As the hardcore fans of Stuart Weitzman, what is your feeling when attending this event for the first time as the global brand ambassador?

I am very happy although I have a serious jet lag now.

The atmosphere here is very relaxing, just like that day when we took the photoshoot

because the atmosphere among us on that day was very good and our working efficiency was very high too.

Why is Stuart Weitzman worthy to be recommended?

It's definitely because they are beautiful and comfy.

If you look at my usual or past wearing styles, you will realise that I always wear their shoes.

May be you guys will think that the heels are very high and insensible but I really have to tell you that they are really comfortable.

Which pair of shoes of Stuart Weitzman is your favorite?

The one that I wear right now, the T-strap kind

and also their ankle-length boots.

They are all the types that I will choose.

As you are "obsess with boots", what is your main requirement when choosing boots?

Beautiful and comfortable

because I think that beauty is the main requirement of a girl when choosing an item.

However, imagine if you wear a pair of boots which will cause you pain when you walk on a street for the whole day,

the boots are just unworthy.

So, I think the main requirement is beautiful and comfy.

What is your feeling for becoming the "most commercial valuable female celebrity" which is publicly agreed in the insudtry?

I am very happy that people like my wearing styles.

Will you struggle for a long time in front of your closet before going out? Please share an all-purpose wearing style?

Sometimes when there's idea, I can be very quick.

Sometimes I always feel very weird and I will change another set of clothes at the last minute.

An all-purpose wearing style?

White T-shirt with jeans.

What's your recent favorite fashion item?

Stuart Weitzman boots

because it's winter right now and boots will be a sensible item no matter if you want to show your legs or wear pants.

For the "seller's show and buyer's show" problem which will always be faced by everyone, what is your suggestion?

I think that everyone actually can find your own style.

So, the "seller's show and buyer's show" isn't really a matter.

I think that as long as you can find the style that you like, you will definitely have your own outstanding part.

When you are called as a "big beauty", you will never be shy and refuse it. Do you think you are beautiful?

Every girl should think that they are pretty no matter how other people judge you.

I will always have this kind of confidence.

No matter I am 80 years old or 90 years old now, have many wrinkles on face or stay in any kind of situation,

I will still think I am beautiful.

Confidence is very important for every girl.

We should have our own style and prettiness.

How do you define "beauty"?

A lot of things actually come from your inner side.

Be more confident and find your own suitable style.

The main purpose of Stuart Weitzman is "to let the ladies to bloom their unique charisma freely", which parts do you think the ladies show their "freedom" and "charisma" on?

I think that freedom means without being restrained

and live in a style you want.

You can only talk about freedom when you have your own confidence and the things you want to do.

A confident person will love herself and a person with freedom is beautiful.

Do you love your current self? What kind of hope do you have for yourself?

Of course. I always love myself.

I think that I have different look at different stage./moment. I don't really have any hope.

Since the way I live right now is done by myself,

I like every of my look/condition at every stage.

[Topic Killer]

[Warning, mischievous Mi is online]

Everyone says that Yangmi is a "Pun-king", what do you think about it?

I never know how to say a pun. Don't defame me.

I'm not, I'm not. I don't understand.

A beautiful appearance or a humorous soul, which one do you choose?

I want both.

When taking selfies with your friends, where will you stand?

I will encourage them to stand in front.

If they ask you to hold the phone and stand in front?

I don't know how to take selfies. I can't hold the phone.

If you realize your friend post a selfie and she only edits herself but not you, what will you do?

I never edit my photos. Yeah.

I don't know what is "edit photo"

What's your reaction when you found out your weibo followers achieve 100 million?

I feel very honored and happy.

Thanks for everyone's support.

Do you usually scroll weibo?

I have a private account.

Do you think of infiltrating your fans base?

I won't because I only follow some funny and pun accounts. Do you think of infiltrating your fans base?

I won't because I only follow some funny and pun accounts.

Yeah. I made a private account just to prevent myself from liking something wrongly. I never post anything there.

Recently, what's the most frequent question that is given to you?

How do you celebrate Chinese New Year?

How do you celebrate CNY?

I celebrate it with my family at home.

Do you think you are a cool (have own attitude) artist?

Everyone has their own attitude.

Not only just for artist

What does "Yangmi" look like in your heart?

Anything.

I'm fine with any of your definition on me, as long as you are happy.

if Fashion, you are worth to own a better life.

20 Instant Men's Style Upgrades (AMAZING Fashion Tricks - Look Stylish With No Effort) RMRS - Duration: 9:44.

How To Polish Up Your Style [0:00:00]

So, my first set of tips to polishing off your outfit, interject color where there isn't

any.

So, you look at this outfit right here.

I've got a gray jacket, white shirt.

You want to bring in color.

There's a wide variety of ways you can do this.

First up, when you're looking to buy your suits, sports jacket, even leather jacket,

consider a contrast inner lining, something that stands apart from the outside fabric.

There's a wide variety of different options out there.

If you're going custom, you can put together a unique look like this.

But, even if you're buying off the rack, guys, there are still tons of options.

Next up, pay attention to the small things such as the buttons.

A mother of pearl contrast button or even light-colored horn is going to stand out from

the pack.

And speaking of buttons and color, consider contrast stitching.

Any place you've got a button hole, any place you've got stitching, you can go with

the contrasting color that's going to stand out from the background.

Now, let's talk about color and pocket squares.

Notice, I've got a very muted outfit.

I've got the gray jacket, I've got the white shirt, and you're drawn to a little

bit of color right here in the pocket square.

Now, I can decide to amp this up.

Boom!

As you can see I change up the color and change up the style and your eyes are drawn to the

pocket square.

And, don't forget about neckwear.

Right here, I'm wearing a silk scarf.

I know a lot of you guys have never tried this.

Practice wearing it, see if you can pull it off.

If you don't like it, you can always take it off.

Or, bring in a wool scarf for a bit of collar and help you stand up from the pack.

And, boom, gentlemen, just like that, we're already deep into today's video talking

about how you can take a good outfit to great by bringing in the right accessories the right

pieces to polish it off.

[Music] Now, let's talk about neckties and how they're

going to polish off your outfit.

So, like all the items we just talked about, tons of color and pattern options out there.

You can go with something that's going to be a bit dressier, something that has a bit

of sheen maybe made from silk.

So many guys have stopped wearing neckties, but, guys, you bring in a casual necktie even

with a muted or with a brighter strong power color, you're going to stand out from the

crowd.

And, the second reason, gentlemen, like a really nice necktie, it brings the whole outfit

together.

And, in fact, if you go look at the history of the shirt collar, it was made to go with

some type of tying device.

So, whether it'd be a necktie, a bowtie, or a cravat, gentlemen, the right piece of

neckwear ties the whole outfit together and polishes it off.

Now, having said that about neckties, now, they complete the look of a collar, the issue

is most of you guys do not want to wear neckwear.

You want a strong powerful looking collar that looks great on its own.

But, look what you get most of the time, you get this weak collar that just hangs right

down here.

Gents, if you want the perfect shirt collar look in seconds, you need to check out Slick

Collar, the paid sponsor of today's video.

And I love this company, they're coming out of Kansas.

They're founded by engineers.

What these guys did is create a simple ergonomically designed collar support that's going to

work with any neck size, on any type of shirt, and is going to enable your collar to look

great in seconds.

They use an ultralightweight material with calibrated flexibility, it's nearly indestructible,

and it moves in flexes with your body's movement.

There's no sewing, there's no alterations, and it can be further customize by trimming

the tips and slightly bending it.

What it does, guys, is it prevents the collar from folding or collapsing even with a jacket

worn over it.

I've been testing it out.

It's a great product, it's incredibly simple.

They've also got a slimmer version that you can use on polo shirts.

And, again, this is going to fix your collar within seconds.

Gentlemen, I'm linking to Slick Collar down in the description with the best discount

code you're going to find out there.

Use it or lose it, guys.

It's a great company, a great discount code which will not be around forever.

Again, the link is down in the description with the discount code.

Next up, gents, we've got the tie clips.

I like this.

It's a functional piece.

The wearing of a tie clip is actually to keep the tie next to your body, so if you're

eating food it doesn't fall in.

But, the tie clip is a great accessory, something that's going to help you polish off your

outfit and standout from the crowd.

Next up, let's talk about hair products.

So, my wife says she still likes me without hair products, but I like hair product because

it keeps my hair in place.

So, whether I want no shine whether I want shine, guys, find a hair product that's

going to work for you and basically polishes off your look.

Next up, let's talk about cufflinks, a wide variety out there.

You're going to see at the higher end using precious stones precious metals, some are

going to use just really nice metals.

They're going to have a nice very clean look.

Other times you're going to see fabric knots out there.

Guys, find one that works for you.

The key is to look at the cuff of the shirt.

Now, ideally you've got a shirt with French cuffs, but one way around this is to take

your shirt to a tailor or to a seamstress, have them put an additional hole in the cuff

if it's large enough and you can have what's known as a convertible cuff and you can go

ahead and use it with cufflinks.

Next up, gents, let's talk watches.

So, matching a watch with an outfit, it's a lot of fun and it can really polish off

a look.

Again, there isn't a right or wrong here.

I put out guidelines, I put out rules, but when it comes down to it, you can wear -- in

this case, I'm wearing a Rolex Datejust blue dial, I absolutely love this watch.

It dresses up the whole outfit.

That being said, wear the watch for yourself, have fun with it.

Now, I've got on this G-SHOCK.

Yes, it's a dressier G-SCHOCK.

A lot of people aren't going to like this combination, but, again, guys, wear it for

yourself, polish off the outfit how you see fit.

Next up, consider bringing in a boutonniere.

This is something I think takes a lot of courage to wear, but has a very interesting history.

Soldiers going off to war would have flowers pinned on their lapels by their loved ones

to symbolize how fragile life is and how beautiful it is.

And that's why I love menswear, when you know the history when you know the why behind

the style piece, all of a sudden you have the courage to wear it.

[0:05:10] Now, gentlemen, if you're enjoying this

If you're new to Real Men Real Style or you're not getting the updates, make sure

click on that bell notification so you know when these videos are coming out.

Next up, let's talk about dry cracked peeling flaking skin.

It can happen on your hands, on your face, on your lips.

Take care of them by buying the products that are specific to the actual body part because

face lotion is not going to be the same as hand lotion.

Hand lotion is going to have more oil in it, it's going to be made a bit tougher, it's

going to stick out.

You don't want to use the same on there.

Yes, in a pinch you can.

The point is, guys, take care of your skin the largest organ in your body and you want

it to last.

So, imagine this, you're at a networking event talking to the CEO of a company you

want to go work for.

He asks for a pen, he likes what you're saying, you go to give him a pen, it's a

plastic pen with his competitor's name right on it.

Now, it's probably unlikely that would happen, but a plastic pen, guys, this is not going

to polish off your outfit.

So, look to invest in a nice pen.

And I'm not saying you got to spend hundreds of dollars, but you may have to spend $20,

$30.

Guys, a wide variety of different options out there, go out there and find the one that

works for you.

And, gentlemen, to go right with that pen when you're polishing off your outfit, consider

just a leather portfolio something to be able to hold all of your leathers important documents

or a leather journal, some place where you can actually go and write and keep all your

thoughts together in a very nice orderly manner.

It's nice to have something that brings it all together.

And, speaking of bringing it all together, gentlemen, a classic briefcase.

Right here in a leather classic design.

This is going to polish off your look and it's going to be incredibly functional.

The next way to polish off your outfit, gentlemen, is to bring in invisible style.

We're talking about a signature scent.

I've talked about signature scents quite a bit, but one thing I haven't really stressed

hard is that every man has the capability to choose his own signature scent.

Trust in your own ability to be able to detect what you like and what you don't.

So, go out there try a wide variety of options, but find what works for you.

You're going to find this is like liquid courage, you wear a bit of it, all of a sudden

you've got confidence when you're walking out the door.

Next up, consider bringing in a vest.

I like vest a number of reasons.

One, they've very functional.

This one here is a sweater vest and made from wool.

It's going to add a bit of insulation, it's going to keep me warmer.

Next up, notice the layering look.

So, the three dimension, we've got the tie, we've got the shirt, we've got the vest

on top, then the jacket.

It really gives just a heavier weighted look.

Cool thing about vest though is that they bring in contrasting color and they do it

very stylishly.

The next up to polish off your look, gentlemen, consider stepping up or stepping down your

footwear.

I mean stepping down, try in something a bit more casual or maybe something with color,

something that you normally wouldn't wear, but give it a shot.

Or maybe dress it up a bit, bring in a bit of a different shine a patina, bring in a

bit of broguing on the leather.

Go for a style that's a little bit edgier than the classic conservative you normally

go for.

At the end of the day, guys, get a little bit outside your comfort zone and consider

change.

Next up, gentlemen, shine your shoes and I'm not talking about the conventional shine that,

yes, looks good and what most of us go for.

I'm talking about the spit shine.

Now, the spit shine is where on the toe the shoe you are going to put multiple layers

of wax.

This takes times, this takes effort, but when you get a spit shine, you're going be able

to see yourself in that shoe toe and this looks great, it's going to stand out from

the crowd.

And, gentlemen, if you want a step-by-step tutorial on how to spit shine your shoes,

check out this video right here.

I've got you covered.

I show you exactly how to spit shine your shoes.

This applies to your boots.

It's really going to help you stand out from the crowd and polish off your look literally.

So, at this point, look at yourself in the mirror and inspect your outfit and be proud

of the man that stands in front of you.

You're using clothing you're using your image and your presentation to get what you

want out of life.

Take action on what I've talked about today, so that you can become the man you know yourself

to be.

So, now, I've got a question for you, I want to hear from you down in the comments

what you think of this, but I was out there doing the research for this video and I saw

some people say, you know a tattoo a great way to polish off a look.

I thought that was a bit permanent, but piercings were very interesting because a guy made a

point that, hey, I can take out my earring, I can put it in depending on the message I

want to send.

Even nose piercings you can take them out, you can put them in.

Guys, what do you think of things like these?

And, did I miss anything?

What could I have added to this video to make it better?

All right, guys, and don't forget go check out Slick Collar.

I'm linking to them down in the description with the best discount code you're going

to find out there.

Great company created by engineers.

A simple solution because you don't have to use so many things you don't have to

use magnets and, again, you can apply this move around on different shirts.

You got tons of options out there, guys.

And don't forget I've got the best discount code you're going to find out there down

in the description.

That's it, gentlemen.

Take care.

I will see you in the next video.

Meghan Fashion - Meghan Markle's father Thomas texts every day but she never replies - Duration: 4:10.

Meghan Markle's frozen out father today revealed he texts her every day and begs her to get back in contact but his 'very controlling' daughter has never replied

Thomas Markle appeared on ITV's Good Morning Britain and said he hopes the Queen will intervene to heal the bitter rift between him, his pregnant daughter and Prince Harry - the son-in-law he has never met

Explaining why he believes Meghan has shut him out Mr Markle said: 'She has always been a very controlling person and that is part of her nature - but she has never been rude

She has always been in charge'.The 74-year-old, who last spoke to the Duchess of Sussex on the eve of her wedding in May, claims he sends her text messages 'every day' and has also sent letters to Kensington Palace

He said: 'I've been ghosted. I'm not sure why it's happening. I love my daughter very much

I wish she would reach out, send me a text, anything. There has to be a place for me

I'm her father'.And in a message of reconciliation for his estranged daughter, who is believed to be around five months pregnant, Mr Markle stared down the camera and said: 'I love you very much

I would like to hear from you. Whatever difficulties we've had I hope we can work through them

We're family'. In an extraordinary and wide-ranging interview, the retired Hollywood lighting engineer told GMB:Thomas Markle describes his youngest child as 'very controlling' and 'always in charge'Meghan has 'ghosted' her own father since she married Prince Harry in MayMr Markle texts every day and has sent letters to Kensington Palace but has heard 'nothing'Reclusive 74-year-old hopes that the Queen will now intervene at Sandringham over Christmas to repair the fissure in the Markle familyMr Markle believes his daughter's first child - due next April - could 'soften' rift and still hopes to meet his grandchildMeghan cut off contact with her father after he failed to walk her down the aisle and has rebuffed all his attempts to make contact with her since then

But Mr Markle hopes the birth of her child will break down that 'barrier', adding: 'I think she will make a great mum and maybe things will soften a bit and we will get back in contact'

He added: 'I'm certainly hoping that everything goes well that they produce a beautiful baby

I hope I'll get to see a little Meghan or a little Harry'. Mr Markle has said that this will be his first Christmas without a card, call or visit from his beloved youngest child, who will spend it with the Queen at Sandringham

Thomas Markle said he hopes Her Majesty will help him and said: 'I would be grateful for anything she can do

'I would think she would want to resolve any family problems. All families, royal or not, need to be together, especially in the holidays'

Speaking from San Diego, Mr Markle said the rift 'can't continue forever' and he would keep trying to connect with his daughter

He went on: 'I don't plan to be silent for the rest of my life. I love my daughter very much and she has to know that, and I would really appreciate if she would call me, just reach out to me

'There has to be a place for me. I'm here, she knows it . I need her to reach back to me

' Questioned by Piers Morgan, Mr Markle denied Meghan had a tendency to dump people if she had no use for them, saying: 'That's really not a character trait

She's always been very polite to everyone, never been rude to anyone. I don't know what's really happening right now

' Piers Morgan calls out 'ghosting' Meghan and urges her to reach out to her father Piers Morgan also made a plea for his former friend Meghan Markle to heal the rift with her father Thomas

The GMB host has repeatedly lashed out at the former Suits star and accused her of 'acting her way to the top' and 'ghosting' him after she met Prince Harry

As he interviewed her father today Mr Morgan said: 'If Meghan is watching this and I feel she will because she will be intrigued

'Come on Meghan. This is your dad and it's Christmas.'I feel really sad about this and I hope it can be resolved because the longer it goes on the worse it can get

'He also said he did not believe this row would be allowed to continue if Princess Diana was still alive

Mr Markle said: 'My daughter lived with me from the age of 11 all through middle school and high school until she went off to college

We're very close.'What's happened, I'm not sure. I'd love to talk about it. I think it comes back to the fact that reporters pick up on interviews I've done and write their own stories and tell lies

' He added: 'If they are believing that, that's unfortunate. They've always told me not to believe anything

'Mr Markle concluded his interview by wishing Harry and Meghan a "merry Christmas" and saying he would spend the festive period with friends, giving out presents to unfortunate children

The pensioner has been cut off by his daughter and new son in law and said recently: 'Murderers are not punished like I've been'

Mr Markle appeared on GMB over the summer where the recluse claimed that Harry had said he was 'open' to Brexit and that people needed to 'give Trump a chance'

He also said that Meghan kept the fact that she was dating Harry secret at first, asking her father to refer to him by the codename 'H', and that Harry had already popped the question to his daughter by the time he asked for her hand in marriage by phone and when he did, Meghan was also on the line

He said he gave his permission for the couple to wed as long as Harry promised never to 'raise his hand' against his daughter and was 'grateful' to Charles for stepping in when he was forced to pull out of giving his daughter away due to heart surgery, but admitted he felt jealous

Kensington Palace declined to comment on the interview or the astonishing claims, but there is little doubt that the new Duke and Duchess of Sussex have again been left humiliated by the continuing Markle family soap opera

Good Morning Britain presenter Piers Morgan confirmed that Meghan's father had pocketed 'a few thousand pounds' but insisted his 'ultimate motive was not money'

He claimed Mr Markle had turned down significantly higher offers from the US media but chose the British programme as he wanted the 'proper chance' to put across his 'side of the story'

Mr Markle's decision to 'sell out' will be frustrating for palace officials who, after a dramatic run-up to the royal wedding, managed to pull off an extremely successful global event and had no doubt hoped to see the back of any further Markle family revelations

The fact that Mr Markle chose not to discuss the interview beforehand with his daughter is likely to be seen by many as suggesting their relationship is fractured in the extreme

Royal sources have maintained, however, they have done everything they can to help and guide Mr Markle, and say he is a proud man who finds it difficult to accept assistance from his daughter

Diane Keaton Just Might Be Our New Favorite Fashion Influencer of 2019 - US News - Duration: 3:12.

If you don't follow on Instagram stop everything and change that. The legendary actress has officially become our favorite fashion influencer of 2019

It's no secret that the Annie Hall star has been a fashion icon for decades, showing off her unique sense of style from red carpet tuxedos to funky top hats

Now she's bringing that same sense of chic quirkiness to her Instagram page with #OOTD pics and we're loving every second of it

Karlie Kloss and Candice Swanepoel's Hairstylist Harry Josh Spills On the 6-inch Haircut Trend This Spring  A few weeks ago the 73-year-old started posting mirror selfies to showcase her daily offbeat ensembles

"TODAY'S OUTFIT," she simply captioned the first post on February 1. In the shot she's wearing a black pantsuit accessorized with chunky black boots, a thick belt around the waist and a tall, wide-brim hat that's just about Pharrell-status

In her next #OOTD snap on February 4, she is shown in another black ensemble (this time a skirt) which she wore with the same boots and belt — only this time she traded in her cap for multiple oversized silver cross necklaces

Because, of course.  On Monday, February 11, the First Wives Club actress proved just how little she cares about so-called fashion "rules

" Rocking a baggy white dress and platform white sandals, in the caption she wrote "TODAY'S OUTFIT: WHAT DO YOU THINK? IT'S FINE TO WEAR WHITE YEAR ROUND, RIGHT? I SAY 'YES!' WHAT THE HELL?!"  A few days later, on February 13, she posted a snap in a Thom Browne suit

But a three-piece plaid suit on its own is too boring for the style maven.  To amp up Wednesday's outfit, she threw a poofy black skirt on top

"I PUT THIS SKIRT OVER THE PANTS JUST TO TRY SOMETHING NEW. TOO MUCH?" No Diane, for someone of your iconic status, it is not too much

There's a lot to love about these posts from the all-caps captions to the repeat in what are clearly her favorite items

But most importantly, in a day and age where Instagram feeds are clogged with endless streams of fashion bloggers and influencers, Keaton reminds us that fashion doesn't always have to be taken too seriously

Meghan Fashion - How the Queen intervened to stop PRIVATE pictures of Kate Middleton from being pub - Duration: 3:07.

The royal family closely guards its private lives and the Queen does what she can to preserve and safeguard the reputation of the monarchy

In 2009, The Daily Telegraph reported that Her Majesty "authorised a crackdown on the paparazzi" amid intrusions into the private lives of the royal family

The Queen and Prince Charles instructed Gerrard Tyrrell, a senior lawyer specialising in privacy and media law, to mastermind the privacy strategy

Mr Tyrrell is known to have briefed senior royal aides on a series of options in the event of photographers continuing to take photographs of the royal family in "private" situations

Following the crackdown, 2005 documentary "Chasing the Royals" reveals that the Queen's lawyers threatened legal action over private pictures taken of the Duchess of Cambridge, who at the time was only Prince William's girlfriend

Kate was photographed during a Christmas holiday with her family at Resormel Manor in Cornwall, playing tennis on Prince Charles' courts

Media organisations in the UK accepted the request from Buckingham Palace not to publish the pictures, but they appeared in the German press

The photographer who took the shots, Niraj Tanna, said in the documentary: "They [the royals] do not want any private, unofficial photographs released to the press whatsoever

"So they are clamping down like there is no tomorrow. "If I'm on a public footpath, I would assume it is all fine

'It has been okay up to now, and suddenly, the goalposts have been changed. "Now, I photograph exactly where I am even if its a public road i put it on a map, exactly where i have been standing what i have been doing "I have even got witnesses

" Despite his carefulness, Mr Tanna's path crossed Kenginston Palace once more in 2014, when the lawyers of the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge asked him to "cease harassing" their first-born Prince George

A Kensington Palace statement said they were prompted to take legal action after the man was spotted near George and his nanny in a park in central London

Lawyers for the photographer, Niraj Tanna, claimed he had done nothing wrong and would continue with his work

Meghan Fashion - Mystery as Meghan's photobooth shot is removed from BFC's Instagram - Duration: 2:16.

The Duchess of Sussex took part in a starry photobooth session at the British Fashion Awards on Monday night - but the results appear to have been moved from Instagram

The boomerang-style shot of the mother-to-be, 37, with Givenchy designer Clare Waight Keller and actress Rosamund Pike was posted on the British Fashion Council's account following the awards ceremony

However, the shot taken by photographer Yvan Fabing is no longer on the BFC's Instagram page, even though black and white GIFs of other celebrities and designers are still on the account

It is not clear why the photobooth snap of the Duchess has been removed, although another picture of Meghan on stage remains on the BFC's Instagram account

The black-and-white GIF of Meghan, which sees her holding her bump while posing with Clare and Rosamund, still remains on photographer Yvan Fabing's Instagram page

MailOnline has contacted the British Fashion Council for comment.   Meghan wowed in in a black velvet dress as she surprised her wedding dress designer, Clare Waight Keller of Givenchy, by stepping out on stage at the Royal Albert Hall to present her with the prestigious British Womenswear Designer of the Year award

A clearly overwhelmed Clare, 48, thanked Meghan personally in her speech at the star-studded awards ceremony at the historic venue in Kensington, London

Meghan honoured her bridal gown designer Clare Waight Keller at this year's Fashion Awards, surprising her by stepping out on stage  The designer said: 'This woman is so amazing

I got to know Meghan on such a personal level. To have someone like that trust you on such a personal moment in their life

I can't thank you enough because it was the most beautiful moment.' The Duchess of Sussex looked sensational in a black one-shoulder velvet gown, believed to be Givenchy, as she clutched her baby bump

The pregnant duchess kept her makeup to a minimum, wearing her hair tied back in a bun and adding simple gold earrings and gold bangles

Meghan also wore a dark nail color to match her stunning one-shouldered dress, despite traditional protocol advising that female royals must stick to a barely-there nude shade whenever they are attending official events

Addressing the assembled fashionistas at the Royal Albert Hall, the Duchess said: 'It's such a pleasure to be here, celebrating British fashion and British designers, in my new home in the UK

'  Meghan wowed in a black velvet dress as she presented the British Designer of the Year Womenswear Award to Clare Waight Keller for Givenchy  The 37-year-old Duchess of Sussex kept her hair swept back in a low bun, and wore minimal makeup at the event, which took place at the Royal Albert Hall Meghan gave a speech on stage as she made a surprise appearance at the British Fashion Awards on Monday night, wearing a black one-shoulder dress She said of fashion, that 'we have a deep connection to what we wear

Sometimes it's deeply personal, sometimes it's emotional,' and said that for her, it was 'really in being able to understand that it's about supporting and empowering each other, especially as women

'She praised the 'kindness' and the 'values' of Clare Waight Keller, who created the gown in which she walked down the aisle this May

Clare was the master British designer behind the sleek silk boat-necked gown and long billowing veil worn by Meghan as she walked down the nave of St

George's Chapel for her wedding to Prince Harry on May 19.The first female artistic director of French fashion house met the Duchess for the first time earlier this year, Kensington Palace said, with Meghan requesting a dress with an 'elegant aesthetic, impeccable tailoring, and relaxed demeanor

'The veil carried floral references to all 53 countries in the Commonwealth, and the palace said workers spent hundreds of hours sewing the delicate flower designs into the veil, meticulously washing their hands every half hour to keep the silk tulle and threads clean

The minimalist wedding gown designed for the Duchess by Clare Waight Keller of Givenchy - which won the designer tonight's celebrated British Designer of the Year Womenswear Award - had a boat neck framing Ms Markle's shoulders and a five metre long white silk veil which included floral detail representing all 53 countries of the Commonwealth

The wedding ceremony will be held at St George's Chapel in Windsor, the same venue used by Prince Harry and Meghan Markle in May last year and Princess Eugenie and Jack Brooksbank in October 2018

But why won't the Queen be involved in the upcoming nuptials? Why the Queen won't be involved in Lady Gabriella's wedding Lady Gabriella Windsor, 37, will soon walk down the aisle

However, as the wedding approaches it has been revealed the Queen is unlikely to be much involved in the Royal nuptials

A Royal expert revealed to Express.co.uk he does not believe the Queen will even attend the upcoming wedding

READ MORE: Royal wedding SHOCK: Will the Queen have to APPROVE Lady Gabriella's wedding dress?  Royal author Robert Jobson told Express

co.uk he expects "most senior royals to turn out" but added the Queen is not likely to attend as "it may be a bit distant

Royal brides including Kate Middleton, Meghan Markle and Princess Eugenie all had to get the thumbs up from the monarch before saying yes to the dress, but it looks like Lady Gabriella will get more freedom

Meghan Fashion - Kate's Sandringham Christmas 'will be an ordeal' amid rumours of rift - Duration: 3:38.

The Duchess of Cambridge's Christmas will be an 'ordeal', a royal biographer has claimed, amid rumours of a rift between her and Meghan

Christopher Wilson - who has written biographies on Charles and Camilla - suggested Kate, 36, will be wanting to get away to her own family in Bucklebury, following Christmas at Sandringham with the Queen and other royals

He added that the recent suggestions of tensions between the Cambridges and the Sussexes 'won't make things any easier between the girls'

Kate and William, along with children George, Charlotte and Louis, will be at the Queen's Norfolk residence for Christmas this year, despite previous reports that they would be spending the day in Bucklebury with the Middletons

Speaking to new!, Christopher said: 'Kate's a homebody and loves being with her own immediate family at Christmas - off-duty and relaxed

'Sandringham Christmases can be an ordeal, even for those born royal - and generally those who've married into the family often can't wait to get away

'As with many seasonal family gatherings, there can be undercurrents and the publicity over the Meghan clash won't make things any easier between the girls

' Prince Harry, 34, and Meghan, 37 - who are expecting their first child together in the Spring - are expected to stay at Kate and William's Norfolk home, Anmer Hall, this Christmas, as they did last year

There were previous suggestions that the Cambridges would be spending Christmas Day with the Middletons, as they did in 2016

Kate's mother Carole revealed in a recent interview with the Telegraph that her grandchildren have Christmas trees in each of their bedrooms at Bucklebury 'so that they can decorate it themselves'

It comes after rumours of a rift between the Cambridges and Sussexes, after it was announced that Harry and Meghan would be moving away from Kensington Palace to Frogmore House in Windsor

There were claims that Kate was left in tears following Princess Charlotte's bridesmaid's dress fitting, ahead of Meghan and Harry's wedding in May, as well as suggestions the pair had clashed over staff

However, royal insiders have insisted that there has been no falling out between the Cambridges and the Sussexes, but admitted the pair are 'very different people'

A source previously told the Daily Mail's Rebecca English: '[W]hile there are some tensions behind the scenes, Kate is pretty unflappable and nothing has become bad enough to make Harry and Meghan want to move out

'People are genuinely pleased to see them so happy.'The truth is that there simply isn't enough room at Kensington Palace for them and I know they have been looking at Windsor as a possibility since before the wedding

Meghan Fashion - REVEALED: Meghan Markle's past Christmases - Duration: 3:46.

When Meghan Markle sits down with the rest of the royal family for their traditional Christmas dinner this year, it will be a stark contrast to her previous holidays spent in the US

Long before meeting husband Prince Harry, Meghan had spent the holiday season delivering turkeys to homeless shelters in Skid Row, a square mile of downtown Los Angeles packed with thousands of destitute people who seek shelter in dirty tents on the sidewalks

Skid Row is known for its high crime rate and, come nightfall, up to 10,000 homeless people - many with drug, alcohol and mental health problems - will congregate in the impoverished neighborhood

But that didn't stop the Markle family from helping those in need. Meghan's parents Thomas Markle and Doria Ragland insisted on handing out turkeys at holiday times

At one stage, Markle even volunteered at Hippie Kitchen, a long-standing Skid Row soup kitchen

In an essay on her humanitarian work, Markle once wrote: 'My parents came from little so they made a choice to give a lot: buying turkeys for homeless shelters at Thanksgiving, delivering meals to people in hospices, giving spare change to those asking for it

'It's what I grew up seeing, so it's what I grew up being: a young adult with a social consciousness to do what I could and speak up when I knew something was wrong

'What a difference from the opulent surroundings of Sandringham House, in Norfolk, where the royals have been enjoying the Yuletide every year since 1988

When the Queen and her relatives open presents on Christmas Eve, Markle, 37, will be able to tell her new family the story behind one of her father's first gifts, which made her proud of growing up in a mixed race household - Thomas is white, Doria black

According to Andrew Morton's biography, Meghan Markle: A Hollywood Princess, her father bought two sets of Heart dolls containing the traditional nuclear family unit of mother, father and two children

'He bought one with black dolls, one with white, and mixed them together to represent Meghan's own family

Then he wrapped them in sparkly Christmas paper and placed the box under the tree,' Morton writes

While the duchess has been praised for her past and present charity work, it's also been noted that she has a sense of entitlement and it's not a recently acquired trait

Harry was quoted as saying: 'What Meghan wants, Meghan gets' - but apparently her father also doted on the duchess

Growing up as the favorite of her father, she'd demand what she wanted at Christmas and pretty much always get it, much to the annoyance of her half-siblings, Thomas Jr and Samantha, Morton's book claims

Morton writes: '[Samantha] often told the story of the time before Christmas when Meghan was looking at a jewelry catalog and picking out a ring, which Tom Senior had promised as a gift

She teased her much older sister by saying that whatever her father bought [Samantha], Meghan would receive the most expensive gift as she was the most favored child

During the holiday periods, while living in Woodland Hills, the Raglands and Markles would get together for a true southern feast of sweet potato pie, gumbo, ham hocks and beans, which Thomas Jr recalls as 'good times', adding: 'They were happy-assed people with a real sense of family

'The royal Christmas dinner will be a whole new ball game with the youngest princes and princesses eating separately from the adults and cared for by nannies, a tradition which means Markle's newborn will be in a separate room from her next year - unless Meghan insists otherwise

According to former chef Darren McGrady, who has cooked nine Christmas dinners for the royals, their food palates aren't the most adventurous, saying: 'They're actually boring when it comes to festivities… turkey, different stuffings – sage and onion, chestnut – and the traditional sides like roast potatoes, mash potatoes, parsnips and Brussels sprouts

'The pudding was made in pudding basins, turned out, decorated in holly, doused in brandy and then the palace steward would carry it, flaming, into the royal dining room

It was so traditional.' While studying at Northwestern University in Chicago, if she didn't go back home to Los Angeles for Christmas, Meghan would stay on campus and hang out at her women's sorority, Kappa Kappa Gamma, where she handily lived next-door at the North Mid-Quad halls of residence

Markle credits the nearby 24-hour Burger King for keeping her going during these times, as well as, the Mexican-food chain Chipotle, just across the road

She had said in a blog post years ago that 'little girls dream of being princesses', but they must have been almost impossible to envisage as she was tucking into burgers and fries, sitting on hard plastic chairs under the stark bright lights

After landing the part of Rachel Zane in Suits, she started dating film producer and first husband Trevor Engelson, and would spend her weeks commuting between Los Angeles and filming in Toronto

Special events like Christmas and Thanksgiving would be split between her new beau and the cast, who would party together in Toronto with 'Meghan bringing her Vitamix super-blender to whip up soups and cocktails for the group,' according to Morton

When back in LA for Christmas with Engelson, 42, she'd be watching sports in the dive bars, near their two-bedroom, one-bath bungalow in West Hollywood, behind Sunset Strip

It's believed the couplemet in a dive bar and - after Meghan was introduced to basketball by her ex-boyfriend Steve Lepore in college - Engelson and Markle would frequent drinking spots such as the legendary Irish sports pub, Rock & Reilly's, virtually on the corner of their home street

As seen in our photos, the 'sawdust and spittoons' taprooms aren't dissimilar to the British pubs Harry, 34, used to visit in his mischievous teenage and twenty-something years

When Meghan eventually met her English prince - apparently on a blind date at the trendy Soho Farmhouse - the pair celebrated Christmas prematurely in 2016

Due to royal protocol, they had no hope of spending the actual day together, so had a week at Nottingham Cottage, in Kensington Palace, during early December

They bought a tree at Pines and Needles, in Battersea, south London, and staff even gave the smitten pair a branch of mistletoe for good luck

Morton goes onto tell the story: 'For the most part they managed to elude the watchful paparazzi, the couple wearing matching blue beanie hats to obscure their faces

'They walked through the theater district, where they saw the slapstick comedy Peter Pan Goes Wrong and sometime later the brilliant staged The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Night-Time, based on Mark Haddon's novel

Meghan Fashion - Prince Harry pines for Meghan Markle on Valentines Day with picture 'SHRINE' - Duration: 4:18.

Harry looked dashing in his military uniform as he arrived in Bardufoss, far north in the Arctic Circle

The prince sported his trademark stubble and proudly wore his wedding ring for the trip

It is the Duke and Duchess of Sussex's first Valentine's Day as a married couple

At one point Harry sat in a makeshift igloo, called a Quincey shelter, to give a realistic experience of life in the Arctic Circle

The prince laughed as he was confronted with two images of he and his wife on their wedding day

He said: "You weirdos. It's very kind of you to invite me into your private shrine or whatever you want to call it

"And the music, is that part of it? Romantic isn't it." Harry's trip marks the 50th anniversary of Commando Helicopter Force and Joint Helicopter Command deploying to the base for extreme cold weather training

Military personnel are taught how to survive, operate and fight in the sub-zero conditions, as well as gaining experience of operating aircraft in severe cold weather and mountainous environments

The multinational Exercise Clockwork, hosted by the Norwegian armed forces, comprises environmental flying qualifications, cold weather survival, and snow and ice driving courses

Harry, in his role as Captain General Royal Marines, will meet military personnel living and training at the base

The 36-year-old took over as Captain General Royal Marines from Prince Philip in December 2017, who held the appointment for 64 years

Temperatures at the remote base can reach as low as minus 35C (minus 31F), but Harry has faced freezing climates after trekking to the North Pole in 2011 and South Pole in 2013 with army charity Walking With The Wounded

Lieutenant Colonel David West, officer commanding Exercise Clockwork, said: "We are celebrating 50 years of Exercise Clockwork today and are honoured to be able to welcome the Captain General of the Royal Marines to Bardufoss to mark the occasion

"Harry is used to rigours of harsh climates and so will fully understand the dangers of trying to live and operate in such an extreme environment

"Clockwork continues to deliver vital training for our people. "It provides essential experience in flying and surviving in the extreme cold hundreds of miles inside the Arctic Circle

"For 50 years Commando Helicopter Force and its predecessors have operated in this region and the skills learnt here are more relevant than ever

" Meghan is home alone today while Harry took part in the military training. She has previously spoken of how she is a "sucker" for romance

Writing on her now-closed lifestyle blog in 2015, Meghan said: "Hook, line and sinker, I am such a sucker for Valentine's Day

"Without fail, every February 14th, I wake up feeling like I'm immersed in a Robert Doisneau photo, waiting with bated breath to be dipped into a kiss

"This is all happening in black and white, of course."

Mr Markle, 74, said he was left devastated by Meghan's letter saying her heart had been thrown "into a million pieces" after he had spoken to the media about Prince Harry and demanded a photo shoot with the Duchess

Something I will never understand."  Meghan's half-sister Samantha has said Duchess' letter was "nasty" and their father may even release more of it

Meghan Fashion - Ceril Campbell reveals the secret messages in Meghan Markle's clothes - Duration: 1:52.

The Duchess of Sussex may have toned down her wardrobe since marrying into the royal family, but one expert has revealed there's a hidden message in every outfit she wears

Image consultant celebrity stylist Ceril Campbell, who has worked with the likes of Darcey Bussell and Zara Tindall, claims Meghan's wardrobe conceals an 'underlying message' that 'subtly' promotes her values as a humanitarian and advocate for female empowerment

Speaking on ITV's Meghan: The Story So Far, the stylists highlighted the blue Veronica Beard dress and Rothy's ballet pumps Meghan wore during her tour of the Pacific earlier this year as two examples of the duchess channelling her beliefs through her sartorial choices

Ms Campbell, who has worked with Meghan's close friend Serena Williams, also noted that Prince Harry's wife has often flouted tradition by wearing clothes that go against royal protocol

Meghan's blue shirt dress by American brand Veronica Beard, which she wore on her visit to Tonga in October, promoted her belief in feminist causes, according to Ms Campbell

For every outfit the brand sells they donate $10 (£7.90) to women's charities. The Duchess of Sussex was vocal about her belief in feminism before she married into royalty

Ms Cambell explained: '[She's saying] whatever you put into this world you want to give back something

'Rothy's ballet pumps are made from recycled plastic water bottles and sell for £109 a pair

Meghan opted to wear the eco-friendly shoes on the beach in Melbourne in October, where she spoke to a group of children about recyling plastic

Ms Campbell observed that the royal was carrying her values 'to the tip of her toes'

She explained: 'There is an always an underlying message on every single thing she wears, which gives her values and her messages out to the public; which is all about saving the planet being green empowering women but subtly

'The stylist revealed how Meghan had broken royal protocol with the way she dresses, including having bare shoulders, bare legs, swapping heels for open-toed sandals and wearing black

But according to a recent report US Weekly, Meghan is 'fed-up' of not being able to 'stand up for herself' as the demands of royal protocol dictate she keeps a dignified silence regarding rumours of a 'feud' brewing at Kensington Palace

The royal insider told the magazine: 'She's always relied on her own voice to stand up for others, and for herself

So not being able to say anything is a debilitating feeling.'She's always been so independent, her entire life, and that's all been taken away from her

She's always been able to clap back on social media and now she can't.'

Meghan Fashion - Is Meghan Markle taking style cues from Crown Princess Mary? - Duration: 2:21.

Meghan Markle might cite Audrey Hepburn and Carolyn Bessette-Kennedy as her top style references

But recent outfits - and the Duchess of Sussex's chic look at the British Fashion Awards on Monday night - might just be proof that Meghan could also be taking style cues from Australia's own Princess Mary

The Duchess plumped for a one-shouldered black gown by Givenchy for the event, which called to mind a similar outfit worn by Princess Mary on a state visit to Germany with her husband, Crown Prince Frederik, in 2010

And not only this, but both paired the Grecian gown with chunky gold jewellery and a slicked-back, centre-parted bun

Of course, this isn't the first time the pair have dressed alike. Since Meghan married Prince Harry in May, she has been thrust into the spotlight in a similar way as Princess Mary - and so has had to adapt her wardrobe accordingly

Meghan Fashion - Royal ROW revealed: Kate and William may feel 'LESS GLAMOROUS' than Meghan and Har - Duration: 3:05.

The duchesses have been under the spotlights in the past months for allegedly being the protagonists of a feud within the Royal Family

The tensions between Meghan and Kate, which some reports claim started as early as during the Christmas holidays of 2017, may be cause by a "competition" between the two young royal couples, relationship expert Kate Mansfield said

She told Express.co.uk: "I imagine that a big part of the alleged tension between Meghan and Kate is an edge of competition between the royal brothers and their wives and that Kate and William might feel a little less glamorous than Harry and Meghan

" Rumours of a feud between the sisters-in-law started when Kensington Palace announced in November last year Meghan and Harry were leaving their home in London, the Nottingham Cottage, to move to Windsor's Frogmore Cottage

The news was followed by a report claiming Kate told off the Duchess of Sussex for behaving in a rude way to members of her staff

READ MORE: Meghan Markle shuns colourful outfits and opts for nude dresses instead - REVEALED The Duchess of Cambridge was also reportedly "left in tears" during a particularly stressful dressing rehearsal session for her daughter Princess Charlotte in the run-up to Meghan and Harry's Royal Wedding

A source said: "Kate had only just given birth to Prince Louis and was feeling quite emotional — though just what upset her is unclear

" Kensington Palace has refused to comment on the alleged tensions and feud, but issued a rare statement regarding the discussion between Meghan and Kate over the treatment of the palace's staff

A spokesman for the royals said: "This never happened".  Meghan has also come under attack for allegedly sending emails to her staff at 5am and being so "demanding" people working for the Duke and Duchess of Sussex started calling her "Duchess Difficult"

Earlier this month, five of the duchess' friends stepped up and spoke to the press to protect Meghan from the "global bullying" they say she has been subjected to in the past months

Speaking to People, the anonymous friends said: "Meg has silently sat back and endured the lies and untruths

"We worry about what this is doing to her and the baby. "It's wrong to put anyone under this level of emotional trauma, let alone when they're pregnant

Meghan Fashion - Why do royals NEVER change their shoes? - Duration: 4:39.

From designer dresses to handbags royals such as the Duchess of Cambridge and her sister-in-law Meghan certainly have extensive wardrobes - but there's one accessory where they always seem to play it safe

Taking their lead from the Queen, who has been wearing the same style of shoe for 50 years, other members of the royal family - both male and female - seem to stick to the same footwear year in, year out

Even the newest and arguably most fashion-forward member of the family, the Duchess of Sussex, sticks to a few key styles rather than switching up her shoes to match her latest designer outfits

And her husband Prince Harry and Prince William are the same, wearing either black dress shoes for formal occasions or suede desert boots in brown or navy the rest of the time

Karine Laudort, Fashion Expert Commentator, told Femail it's all down to practicality and giving a subtle hint of thriftiness

It is easier to stick to a style that is practical and neutral such as the nude court shoes which Kate always wears,' she explained

'It is well known that the Royal Family observe strict fashion rules which no-one can bend especially when it comes to footwear,' she explained

'Only closed-toe shoes are permitted and open-toe shoes considered as unformal wear and inappropriate for wedding occasions

' And when it comes to picking out the said shoes, it's much easier to go with neutral colours such as nude or black as they're likely to match most outfits

'It is always be easier to match outfits with very neutral footwear, especially when several outfits are required during public functions, and that applies to men and women in the Royal Family, even the Queen

'She added that it's also a handy way of not appearing too extravagant, rather than debuting a new pair of on-trend shoes for every engagement

'In order to maintain a more humble public image, irrespective of whether Royals wear designer outfits at times, neutral footwear will always be the way to go,' she said

The Queen has set the tone, wearing the same style of shoe for the past 50 years, handmade for her by Anello & Davide of Kensington, West London, from the finest calf leather, usually in black patent with a brass clasp or a small bow

She has worked her way through hundreds of almost identical pairs over the years but circulates about ten pairs at any one time — includes plain black leather, black patent, white leather and beige leather, and three designs of evening shoe in satin, silver and gold

Meanwhile, the Duchess of Cambridge has made the nude court shoe her trademark look over the years since marrying Prince William

The light colour of the material is easily stained, plus she's generally on her feet during royal engagements, walking the streets to meet wellwishers or traversing the lawn at garden parties

It would be impossible for her favourite blush, light grey and nude courts from Gianvito Rossi to emerge unscathed, so it's certain that the Duchess keeps buying the exact same style over and over again

Even the Duchess of Sussex has quickly learned the trick of sticking to the mostly the same footwear

She's made luxury Italian brand Aquazzura her go-to, rotating her Deneuve bow pumps with the Matilde Crisscross style in both black and nude

And even her husband Prince Harry sticks to what he knows, having been rocking the same blue and brown suede desert boots for the past decade

Meghan Fashion - Pregnant Meghan Markle wants 'natural home birth' in Windsor cottage - Duration: 6:15.

The Duchess of Sussex is said to be reading up on hypnobirthing techniques as she prepares to welcome her first child in the spring - and could even consider giving birth at home in Windsor

Pregnant Meghan, 37, is preparing to leave Nottingham Cottage in the grounds of Kensington Palace as she and Prince Harry make Frogmore Cottage their official residence, and there is 'some talk' of her having the baby at the couple's new home, according to Vanity Fair's royal correspondent Katie Nicholl

As it's the Duchess' first child doctors could recommend a hospital birth, but Meghan is not expected to check into the private £7,500 a night Lindo Wing at St Mary's Hospital in London, where the Duchess of Cambridge gave birth to all three of her children, but rather in Windsor

A source told the magazine Meghan is busy drawing up plans for a nursery at Frogmore Cottage as well as a 'mother-in-law suite' for Doria Ragland, who 'will be encouraging Meg to go for a natural birth'

The pregnant Duchess is still attending engagements, and last night made a surprise solo visit to King's College London to discuss how higher education can help to tackle global issues like human trafficking with academics

The source said: 'Doria plans to be around a lot when the baby arrives, and there are plans for her to have a dedicated space at their new home

'She wants to be on hand to help Meghan and Harry with the baby. Doria will be involved and if she's involved she will be encouraging Meg to go for a natural birth

' Speaking to FEMAIL, hypnotherapist and occupational psychologist Jivan Dempsey said: 'Meghan's love of yoga means that she is probably experienced in deep breathing and relaxation and this will provide a great platform for her to achieve the state of calmness needed in the birthing process very quickly

' FEMAIL has contacted the palace for comment. Giving birth at home would be in contrast to the exclusive Lindo Wing, where Amal Clooney gave birth to her twins last year, and which even offers champagne on its menu for thrilled parents to toast new arrivals

Prices at the plush West London hospital ward start at an eye-watering £5,900 for a one-night stay, with a stay in one of the suites closer to £7,500

Kate and William's three children, Prince George, Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis, were all born in the Lindo Wing, just like their father and their Uncle Harry before them

The news that Meghan and Harry will move away from Kensington Palace to make their home 25 miles away from the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge in Windsor has seen rumours of a royal rift swirling in recent days

What is hypnobirthing?  Hypnobirthing is described as a complete antenatal education which teaches the expectant mother breathing techniques and self hypnosis for a natural birth, free of pain relief

The method teaches women how to relax their bodies to reduce pain and avoid releasing adrenaline caused by stress, which can prolong labour

The method has many celebrity fans including Angelina Jolie, and reportedly Kate Middleton

Source: Hypnobirthing.co.uk The Duchess of Sussex has long been an advocate of natural lifestyle choices including meditation, yoga and a balanced diet

During her recent tour of Australia, Meghan told royal fans how she was relying on yoga to boost her energy levels

The duchess' mother Doria Ragland is a yoga instructor, and fitness fan Meghan - who was frequently snapped out and about with her yoga mat in the days before she joined The Firm - has previously described the practice as being 'in her blood'

Although the exact date Meghan is expected to give birth is a closely guarded secret, she was thought to be around 15 weeks pregnant during the recent Commonwealth Tour, which could mean she gives birth as early as March 2019

Meghan Fashion - Meghan Markle wins Duchess fashion battle after TROUNCING Kate in Google searches - Duration: 4:57.

New data analysis of Google searches illustrated the staggering levels of interest in Meghan as she prepares for the birth of her first child, as well as the questions people the world over are asking the search engine about her

Data provider SEMrush have crunched the numbers and concluded that, when it comes to global fashion icons, the Duchess of Sussex dwarfs sister-in-law Kate Middleton, the Duchess of Cambridge, as well as outstripping stellar celebs including Justine Bieber and Ariana Grande

Basing their analysis on searches involving named celebrities plus keywords such as "fashion look" or similar during the 12-month period from January to December 2018, the total involving Meghan was 26,100 - almost two-and-and half times the number with respect to Kate's figure of 10,600

Basing their analysis on searches involving named celebrities plus keywords such as "fashion look" or similar during the 12-month period from January to December 2018, the total involving Meghan was 26,100 - almost two-and-and half times the number with respect to Kate's figure of 10,600

Bieber's total was 8,940, while Grande's was 8,683.The statistics were also telling when it came to the most popular questions about Meghan over the same period

A massive total of 241,700 searches asked: "How old is Meghan Markle?", perhaps indicating the fact that, at 37, she is three years Harry's senior

The second-most popular question was "Is Meghan Markle pregnant?", with 69,290 searches

Other popular questions included "How tall is Meghan Markle?", "What will Meghan Markle's title be?" and "Does Meghan Markle have a child?"

SEMrush also carried out a "sentiment analysis" rating questions in terms of neutral, positive and negative

In the UK, 91.47 percent were judged to be neutral, 7.74 percent positive, and just 0

79 percent negative, while worldwide, the figures were 92.52 percent, 6.71 percent and 0

77 percent respectively. Olga Andrienko, SEMrush's Head of Global Marketing, told Express

co.uk: "Meghan is the second famous actress in history who has married a royal, and if social media had existed back then, all eyes would have been on Grace Kelly

"Meghan had been famous as an actress and as a fashion icon before she became a part of the royal family

"Having such a strong background, enhanced by a fairytale-like story and the refined fashion style, Meghan stands a good chance of getting even more attention in 2019

"Questions about her age, race and marital status rank highest in google search, according to our data

"That indicates that there might be a lot of negativity towards the Duchess, however the majority of questions people ask about her on Google are neutral, with only one percent being identified as negative

"It may come as some consolation to the former Suits actress, who has been the target of relentless trolling on social media ever since she married Prince Harry at a lavish ceremony in St George's Chapel in Windsor last year

The abuse was ramped up after she announced her pregnancy the day after the wedding of Princess Eugenie to Jack Brooksbank at the same venue in October, with some cruel tormenters even going so far as to accuse her of faking her pregnancy

Prince Harry's Communication Secretary released a strongly-worded statement in November referring to a "wave of harassment" against the Duchess
