Auto news on Youtube Feb 15 2019

Our application has two pages.

One home page shows the email thread list.

And one detail page shows the detail of one email thread.

Let's clean up the code by moving the pages into a dedicated folder.

Let's create a new folder, call it "pages".

Let's move the detail page first.

Create a new Dart file.

Let's call it "ThreadDetailPage".

Move the DetailPage class to the new file.

Import the material library, and our data model, also the flutter_lorem library.

Now let's move the home page.

Create a new Dart file, call it HomePage.

Move everything into the new file.

This time let's just copy and paste all the imports.

Because we moved out the DetailPage class,

we also need to tell the HomePage class where to find the detail page.

So import the detail page.

Format a little bit.

And we should do the same thing in the MyApp class.

Remove unused imports.

Let's also do some renaming to make it more readable.

Rename MyApp to FlutterGmailApp.

MyHomePage to just HomePage.

When you use refactoring to change the class name,

it will also change the state name for you.

We also want to change the DetailPage to ThreadDetailPage.

Now we have the main file holding the entry point of the application.

And all our pages are in the pages folder.

Let's run the application again.

Alright, everything still works!

The Test with Mike Whitney. 1st Test - Build a Bath - Duration: 4:20.

G'day and welcome to The Test

where we put USG Boral products to the ultimate test.

What you probably don't know about me

is that my father used to work for

Boral when I was a kid.

He was a professional driver.

He worked for the company for 15 years,

and enjoyed absolutely every moment of that.

Now, when I heard that there was a water-resistant

plasterboard that is so effective in the bathroom,

I decided to give USG Boral a couple of challenges...

to put them,

and the plasterboard to "The Test".

They accepted,

and I've come down from Sydney

to Geelong today

to get the test underway,

so let's go!

- Chris! - G'day Mike how are ya?

- Good mate how are you?

-Yeah good thanks, welcome to Geelong.

- Thanks for having me. - You're welcome.

- Mate where's my spa bath?

- Right here. - There it is!

- So Chris, I had this idea of

really trying to to take it the limit

and to challenge some tradies to actually build

a spa style bath out of this stuff

to see how water-resistant it really is,

and how good a product it really is,

and you've come up with this.

- Yeah absolutely Mike. So we took your challenge.

It's quite common knowledge in the industry that you know

plasterboard's lightweight,

it's easy to work with,

it's fast to install,

it carries great tile weight, all that sort of thing.

But what we really liked about your challenge

was it got us an opportunity to show how the product

works in terms of its performance for water resistance and for the strength.

So we got our engineers involved,

we use a local contractor here in Geelong,

Pete's Bathrooms, give him a plug.

So we came up with this. We wanted to keep

it as close to a residential construction,

standard construction, as possible.

So what you've got behind here is just your

standard pine framing,

yellow tongue flooring,

tile underlay,

our USG Boral 10mm WetStop plasterboard

screwed to the walls.

We've used a standard

residential waterproofing membrane,

coated the area with that and then we've

tiled and grouted over that.

So it's as close as we will get to a standard

residential bathroom install.

- And you've even got water in there so it's

looking pretty good, are you jumping in?

- I thought I'd leave that to you Mike.

We've even got your pair of board shorts in there

that might be your size.

Well I'll tell you what, seriously,

that would be the ultimate test.

If I actually jumped in it

and there was no leakage

or no water running out.

Got me towel,

we go and get the boardies on?

- Alright lets do it.

- Lets go.

Alright boardies and rashy on,

towel back where I got it from,

rubber ducky, beautiful thing.

Heated the water up for me...

this has got to be the ultimate test!

- Absolutely

- Everything looks really good,

but this is the ultimate test.

I'm gonna sit down now.

Looks great, feels great

- How's it going Mike, looks like you're having fun.

- Having fun Chris, thank you. Beautiful mate.

- Hey I brought in Daniel, he's our engineer,

he was responsible for the design.

- Hey Mike reckon it's passed the test?

- Mate, I'm really impressed Daniel.

Absolutely mate, I've had a ball in here.

You know a lot about my batting average,

you put enough ducks in here to keep me.

Have you had a look around is there any leakage?

- Looks great to me!

- Mate I'm very very impressed.

Actually, can I ask you a favour mate,

in a couple of months time I'm having a

pool party back in Sydney.

Can you knock half a dozen these up for me mate.

- Course, we can do that for you.

Definitely passed the test, definitely passed.

I'm hanging in here for a little bit longer boys thank you.

Note to any budding bathroom renovators,

while the water resistance of this

product is great, hence our challenge.

This product is not designed to be used in baths,

and USG Boral does not recommend

that you build a plasterboard bath at home.

If you want to find out more information about

USG Boral water-resistant plasterboard

Building vs buying a house in 2019: What are the costs (with pros and cons) - Duration: 5:40.

- In this video we talk about the pros and

cons of buying vs building a house in 2019. That's starting right now.

- Welcome to Homebuyer's School,

brought to you by Brookfield Residential.

- Hi everyone, Karl here and welcome to another Homebuyer's School video, a

channel where you get the latest strategies tactics and tips from home

buying experts. And remember if this is your first time on this channel and you

and you wanna get the latest from the experts, hit the subscription button below

hit the little notification bell so you don't miss anything. So today I'm joined by

Jessica McKnabb, area manager with Brookfield Residential, and today we're

gonna talk about cost of buying vs building a home in 2019.

So Jessica, I think how we wanna answer this question is, can we look at the pro

and cons of building, the pros and cons of buying, and then maybe have a

discussion about that.

- For sure.

- So let's go, let's start with pros and cons of building a home.

So let's start with the pros.

- For sure. So the pros of building your own home is you get to

go through with your area manager or

sales rep and you get to actually choose

all your finishes, you get to choose

your building timeline, and you

actually get to walk through your home

and see it progress as it's built—becomes

your future home. The cons may be are

you might be need to get into a home

right away. So you don't have the time to

actually wait. And another con might be

that you have to finish your landscaping

on your own or your decking on your own in the future. So there could be a lot of

cost associated after the fact, but you can also have that included with the

builder.

- So why would you have to finish your deck or landscaping on your own if you're

building your own home?

- So it could be a preference. Sometimes with a builder you are looking to build

your own home, and you've got your budget in mind—let's say it's $300,000

and you want to pick all your fixtures and the interior upgrades are more important,

there may not be enough in your budget to come up with the cost after the fact

for your deck and landscaping, so you might wanna do it in the future or when

it's spring or summer you might be able to get the landscaping at a cheaper

discounted rate from the supplier.

- Now is it more expensive to build a home, like that would be one conception

right? Is it a misconception or is it true that it would be actually more expensive

to build than to buy?

- That is actually a good question. It's a big misconception. So if you are thinking

to buy a home, you're thinking "do I buy resale or do I buy new?" So if you're going

to buy a new home, it's actually going to be what the builder says it is at cost

based on the land price, based on the home price alone. Whereas if you're

buying a resale home, it's what the actual seller wants to sell if to your for.

So they could have it listed at 350, you could have the same home that is new

listed at 350, but it multiple offers come in on the resale home, you might end up

paying more.

- If you wanna know more about the home construction process, watch our video

above or in the description below. So Jessica, let's look at buying a home.

What are the pros and cons of buying a home vs building?

- So the pros of buying a home is maybe

you're looking for a quick possession.

So if you're looking, you have a lease

that's expiring, you're renting now you're

going to just be buying a resale home

that home will be finished for you and you

can take possession of it within 30 days.

And perhaps all of the landscaping and

decking will be completed for you and

the fencing. So that could be a pro of that.

And then did you say—ask for a con

of buying? So you might not have

everything in your home completed to

your liking. So maybe the cabinet colour

isn't to your liking, or the flooring colour. So it could just be a matter of the

upgrades inside your home.

- How long does it normally take to actually build a home?

- That's a good question. So on average it can run you 4 to 6 months to actually

build the home. So what we would actually quote somebody is going to be

6 to 8 months. This is because there's building permits that we have to obtain.

Sometimes there are spec home that we already have in the process that have

their building permits, so it might not take as long. But generally speaking it can take

3 to 4 months to build a house, or 6 to 8 months.

- How come you need to get a permit building building a home?

- So the City actually has to approve what's going on that piece of land before

we can go ahead with the building.

- Oh okay. So that—so for example I guess the builder doesn't have the permit to

build just any type of homes before the home is actually built, right? So they

just—is it just because they own the land and then they have to apply? And how

long does that permit process take?

- So typically, communities have certain zones. There will be different zoning

regulations for each of these communities. So some zoning mean that

you have to have a single family home in that lot, and you need to have a certain

architectural finish. So we have to apply for a building permit. It can take 1 to 3

month to wait for this permit come back.

- Is that part of the whole timeline of building a home?

- It could be.

- So that 3 months could be added to—so is it like 3 months on top of the 9 months,

or is it 3 months included into the 9 months?

- So usually when people are coming in to visit us and they're looking at how long is

it going to take to build, we will quote in that permitting timeline. Just to give an

accurate timeline for moving.

- So do you have anything else to add in terms of building vs buying a home

in 2019?

- Nope. I think that's everything.

- So the question of the day I have for you is, did you build or buy your home, why

and how was the experience?

Building A Brand Where Do I Start - Duration: 10:36.

welcome back to another axe family video today we're talking about building a

brand here are some do's and don'ts when

naming your brand you do want to choose a name that's appealing to you and your

customer you do want to be creative in your name there to be a little bit

different than everybody else you want to run a trademark search to make sure

it's available you also want to check domain names

that's domain names of websites and then handles of like different social media

platforms

when you are starting a business whether you own a business already whether

you're just wanting to start a YouTube channel I'm going to share some

information with you today that is gonna help you with your branding Before we

jump in here I just want to say thank you to our subscribers thank you for

following our journey you're new here we are doing a series of videos that are

related to how to build a YouTube channel and there's a playlist down the

description down below feel free to check that out and watch all the videos

related how to build a YouTube channel check out the playlist hit the subscribe

button if you haven't done so already and let's jump right into this today

we're talking about branding which is super important because your brand is

basically your face to your company it is the value that comes out of your

company it represents who you are your logo is part of your branding the mental

image that people will remember so really branding is all encompassing

for your business it's going to be the last thing that people will remember

when they interact with you and your product and so you want your branding to

represent who you are well and who your company is well if your branding is done

correctly it should improve recognition it should create trust you should

increase value you shouldn't motivate your employees

should have tracking new customers and it should support your advertising

campaigns so as you notice I'm reading some of my notes here and it's actually

coming from a book that I have it's a 24 page ebook and it's packed full of

information all about building a brand and I have it available for you today

there's a link down in the description if you want to get a hold of this ebook

it's five chapters and there's 24 pages just packed with information and it's

super helpful if you are interested in building a brand or

you just want to learn more about branding and logo development etc

consistency is another huge piece about brandy when you set a plan you want to

make sure that that plan whether it's pumping out YouTube videos you know a

certain amount of videos per week you want to have a plan set in place you

know you're not gonna burn out on but it's also going to provide enough

content to keep people interested you're gonna have short-term marketing and

you're gonna have long-term marketing and when you are first figuring out what

your brand is you really want to think of the long-term and you want to think

bigger than what you're already thinking and so initially I thought of the title

train my lab as you know the name of the company or the name of the YouTube

channel and I was gonna specifically just focus on Labrador Retrievers and it

was just gonna be limited to Labrador retrievers because I named it train my

lab however I got some advice to name it something broader like gung-ho dog

training and now it can encompass all different types of dogs and even though

I love live indoors and I love working with Labradors there is now room say if

somebody else you know train Border Collies to herd cattle and they wanted

to come and make videos on my channel and be part of my website now I have the

option to do that and the horizon is a lot broader even though I might be to a

specific niche at the beginning and that goes hand in hand with naming your

business because you want to have a name that is broad enough that you can do

different things if you think about like Google and Apple like they didn't you

know Apple didn't name their company like iPad but because they're named

Apple they can do a wide variety of products and so you want to make sure

from the beginning when your studies thing up your branding is set in place

so that your company can grow to the to the place that you would eventually want

to grow to once you come up with a name for YouTube channel you would want to

take the mindset of the audience someone that is searching for your things on

YouTube or someone that stumbles across your channel

what are they initially going to think when they read the title of your channel

you also want to leave room for a little bit of interpretation in your naming

there are other YouTube channels that are already named the name that you want

that shouldn't be a stopping point but if that channel is you know has millions

of subscribers and is really big and doing really well then you have to think

that that's going to be a competition with that name so if you come up with a

name like gung-ho dog training I haven't found that anywhere else and so as far

as I know from the research that I've done there's no competition yeah now you

can go start it right now but that kind of defeats the purpose of me sharing all

this information with you for free so come up with your own name make sure

it's creative search the domain name in gone go daddy.com or other hosting

websites and search for Dundas domain name to see if they're available and

then just go to Instagram on your web browser you can type in Instagram comm

slash whatever the handle is you want and you want them to be the same across

all the platforms so one thing that we didn't do with ax family is on YouTube

were accidentally but on our website it's acts BAM calm and if you go and

search ax family someone's offering to sell it for $2,000 and that at the time

you know when we started wasn't an amount that we were ready to spend and

it's still not amount ready to spend so we decided to do

go with it however looking back that would have made it different I would

have made sure everything was available from the start

don't confuse people with funky spelling I don't choose a pun or word that may be

offensive and don't add incorporated to the end of your business

name unless you've gone through the process of being incorporated I'm not

going to be able to get through all the things I wanted to get to today but all

of that information is in eBook and you can check it out there let's talk about

color real quick so if you went and did a search for color emotion guy you would

find that different colors have different meanings and they also evoke

different emotions and people here in the e-book I go into detail of what each

color means and so if you want to keep it really simple just pick two colors

and you want to make sure that those two colors balance well with each other

there are three types of logos there's a font based logo which is basically you

have just words and that is your logo you have an illustrative logo which is

kind of a combination of an illustration like an image along with your wording

and then you have just a graphics logo with it which is just a graphic and

gung-ho dog-training we decided to just go with a graphic logo and it's really

cool because I wanted it to represent the relationship that I already have

right now with chief my relationship with chief be the symbol of this company

I thought that would be cool for it to start that way what I did was I actually

took a photo of myself and then put that into Photoshop and I turned it into a

silhouette and then I also took a photo of chief and I put that into Photoshop

and I turned that into a silhouette and I basically you know highlighted the

shape of chief and highlighted this shape of myself and turned it all black

and then made the background white and put a circle in there and I have made

this logo and then I took that logo and I sent it to a guy to have it animated

and this is where I need your guys's help because he sent me back two

different video clips of this animation and I'm thinking about putting this at

the beginning of the YouTube videos and one is this right here and if you notice

the circle doesn't move and so then on the second one right here this circle

actually moves and I've been asking people which one they prefer and so

comment down below which one you think looks better and which one I should

choose the next thing I wanna touch on real quick was coming bringing mistakes

and I'll just be able to hit on a couple of them here one is to never break your

promise with your audience you can learn a valuable lesson

from companies who have changed the way that they originally said they were

going to do things and that was a rough transition for them I kind of go into

detail with some examples in the e-book don't make inconsistent decisions don't

avoid damage control never release antagonizing or offensive

advertising and there's more so this is all in the e-book and I kind of end the

book with the benefits of establishing a solid brand man there really is just a

lot of information on this topic and so that's why I put it all together in an

ebook form so that you can get that for yourself and kind of go through it and

there's a lot of YouTube videos out there on branding and this topic and

it's just a process that I went through of you know searching and watching tons

of videos and it just takes a long time so having it all in one spot is really

helpful and that's what I was hoping to do for you guys today was providing this

book and so I put it on our website you can go check it out

if you are starting a YouTube channel in yourself I would love to hear about it I

would love to hear what the name of it is any logo ideas you have so definitely

comment down below and I've read all of the comments so I'd love to hear from

you you remember to hit that thumbs up button and thanks to you who have

subscribed and hit the bell so that you get notified when I post new videos it

means a lot and we will see in the next one

hats off to you

How Long Does It Take To Build An Online Course? - Duration: 8:23.

How long does it take to build an online course?

In today's video we're going to answer that question. So stay tuned.

If you haven't done so already,

hit that subscribe button. And don't forget to hit the bell for notifications.

If you've ever gone looking on YouTube for information on online courses,

You'll see a lot of people saying...

How to create a course in 60 minutes.

How to create a course in under 30 minutes.

How to create a course in 20 minutes a day.

There are a lot of people that are telling you a whole lot of information on how you can create a course quickly.

But what they don't tell you is some of the background information that's kind of important.

So I'm going to shoot with your straight and give you the information that you need

so that you have realistic expectations of how long it does take to create a course.

One of the top things that you're going to want to think about when you're making a course is marketing that course.

Last week I did a video, 5 free ways to market your online course.

And in this I mentioned several different marketing techniques.

And some of those marketing techniques do take a bit of time.

If you just go and build your course and throw it up there,

and you haven't had time to build the buzz or to market it,

you're not going to get as good of a response.

So, even though you may be able to block out a whole weekend,

and double down and get the work done,

that doesn't mean that you should just launch it right away.

You need to figure in how long that you need to market it.

Are you going to go on podcast? Are you going to go over and do guest blogging?

Do you want to have a challenge building up to it?

This can affect the time of how long it takes you to create your course.

Another thing that can affect how long it takes you to build your course is if your going to do a beta test.

If your going to release a beta ahead of time so that you can get feedback and get testimonials,

your going to want to have time for those beta testers to go through the course that you built,

give you feedback, get testimonials and make any changes to your course.

That can also affect how long it takes you to build your course.

A lot of these courses here on Udemy will have between 2 and 3 hours of video.

And while you think, oh I can just sit down and shoot 2 hours of video, or shoot 3 hours of video,

It's not that simple.

Technical difficulties are going to come up. You're going to want to take breaks.

Several things are going to slow down your filming.

In my opinion, if you have already taken the time to script out your videos and you have everything ready,

you can do all your video shoot in one day.

And it's actually best to do it that way so that you don't loose your rhythm.

And so that you keep a consistency throughout your video.

Unlike YouTube videos where you want to batch process them and you change clothes after each video,

when you're shooting a course you want to look the same in every video.

So you're going to want to try to do that in one day, in one outfit.

After you've created all your video, you then have to edit it.

Now I use Davinci Resolve for all my editing.

And I know the program really well. So I can edit pretty quickly in that.

If you plan on hiring somebody to edit for you, that's going to take even more time.

A lot of people don't consider that when you're editing video,

there is the upload time to the video editor, which is dragging your files in there.

That doesn't take so long. But then there is the render time.

If you hire somebody, then you have to get that video footage to your editor.

And that can be done in something like Dropbox or Google Drive.

But the upload time on 3 hours of video to Dropbox or Google Drive is going to take a while.

If you've filmed 2 or 3 hours of video,

it may be faster to mail that video off to your editor.

Even if you get a video editor to help you,

they're still going to have to take the time to render that video.

And then they're going to have to upload that to

a site like Udemy, SkillShare, Thinkific or Teachable.

And even though you're not having to sit there and wait for it to upload and use your computer resources,

the other person on the other end is.

So, having a conversation with your editor in advance

will help you get a better feel for how long it's going to take them

to get your videos together and to get them up on the platform that you want.

Another thing you want to consider is any revisions and changes.

Say you did a video and you decided that it wasn't cut quite right and you want it changed.

You're going to have to review those videos,

and then if any changes need to be made you're going to have to get back with your video editor.

A program I like using for this is Frame.io

I can upload any of the videos that i've edited,

and then my client can go in,

look through the videos, and make notes directly on there of the changes they want made.

The more revisions and changes that you want made to your videos,

the longer it's going to take your editor to get these done.

And one important note on this,

a lot of editors have a revision limit.

If you go over that revision limit you'll get charged extra.

So, you'll want to discuss this with your video editor before you start your project.

A few months ago I did a video called New Product Launch. Which you can see here.

And I recommended this site Appcues which is a great product launch planner.

This will give you a better idea of how long it will take you to launch your course.

Are you going to be beta testing?

Are you going to do some kind of challenge that leads up to your course?

Are you going to be doing a webinar or some other kind of marketing that you need to schedule in advance?

Are you going to be a guest on a podcast,

or a YouTube channel,

and you need to book that in advance of your launch?

How much video are you going to be having in your course?

Will you be working with an editor that you need to send that off to?

All of these are things that you need to consider when you're planning a course to see how long it's going to take you.

By having your strategy and your plan in mind in advance,

it's easier to determine how long it will take you.

If you just doing a small course with about an hours worth of video,

and you don't plan on doing a beta test or any kind of challenge leading up to it,

you can technically get your course up in a month.

But you're gonna want to have that month just so that you can do some marketing.

and so that you give yourself enough of a buffer for video editing and any technical issues that come up.

I hope you found this video helpful.

I know it's not the answer that everyone's looking for. They just want to knock it out, get it done and get it up.

But by knowing some of these facts, I think this makes for more realistic expectations.

And it will make the process a lot easier.

Thanks for watching and we'll see you next week.

How To Make A Sales Funnel As A Complete Beginner - For Free With ClickFunnels - Duration: 14:37.

hey guys it's me Hasnain from Upfront marketers. today in this training video

I'm going to show you how you can actually go ahead and create a sales

funnel so what is the sales funnel and not many people know about it it is a

process that takes a customer from a point of awareness to a point of

purchase okay it is the entire process which which you use and which takes the

customer from the point of awareness that they become aware of you your

product your brand your company to the point they actually buy from you and

then they keep buying from you because once they buy from you they'll come

again and again they'll go ahead and buy anything from you with this is the

simplest definition of a see also known that I could give you guys the next

thing and this is the most important thing stick with me and do understand it

if you don't understand it replay it and watch it again and if you have any more

questions write them in the comments section below so that I can answer them

later on okay so it works this way Facebook Ads and style YouTube you use

them to drive traffic to your open page nobody's opt-in page obtained page is a

page where you get the customers email address and return you offer them

something that offering is a lead magnet okay anything like PDF training videos

anything and we're able to get them they get them on the Thank You page so once

they enter their email they redirected to the Thank You page now here the email

part comes in the moment they enter the email they sent a welcome email

directing them to think about that okay hey welcome to form or gurus it's

minimal but who's the facility for yeah don't sound crazy do it like this they

are already being redirected to the Thank You page once I entered a human

but still you want to welcome them to your club okay so they know that okay

they're going to know receive more and more emails from you once they're done

the sign up process is done now here the fun part comes in and this is where

majority of the people they fail when making sales online with email marketing

specially what they entirely focus on is the offer and the sales page right every

single email they send them they'll be like oh you come up with it come up with

this I come it does not happen that way you have to

do it the right way which is provide them value first so in the after the

welcome email in the next two to three emails showing to provide value to the

earth prospect no value in what case let's say you were targeting a customer

that belongs to the fitness niche how are you going to give value to them

let's say in these three emails if you send them articles or videos you send

them at okay these are the five ways that you can use to lose let's say 50

pounds in 30 days okay just provide them pure value and do not sell them anything

in the next two to three emails do this and the fourth email do the sales pitch

and sell them something and they'll buy from well tell you why because during

the time you're giving them value you're building rapport and they are now

starting to trust you okay the moment someone tells someone I mean if you

trust me I tell you to go hand it by shit you will actually go out and buy a

shirt that is how it works in the in these three emails you are just building

rapport and Trust with the customer and once the respective they trust you and

you have rapport they will buy anything you tell them to buy this is the

simplest road map or the sailfin ipod make and these emails and they are not

saying in one go they have a wait time of about one day or later two days in

between okay you want to keep some care before target um so that funnel can go

to a maximum extent once they buy from you do a sales pitch again send them two

to three more emails and then again do the sale space and then keep doing it

and you decide making more and more sales with it so what are the things you

need to get started the first thing a landing page but that you need to make

the opt-in page you need to make the thank you with the content pages now

let's go back okay now let's go back and let me tell you one thing these emails

in the value part it can go around in two ways the first way is that you offer

them value in the email itself I mean you just write write on text use write

an article and the email and you send it to them the second way you redirect them

to some page on your website or on the I will show you how you can make without

one website so you said redirect them to that page and over there they read the

article or they watch a video videos work perfectly fine I have been do

every single marketer out there is doing you in there creating huge success with

it but these are the two ways and we'll be doing the page when the videos one

way okay so what are the things you need to get started the first thing landing

page builder so there are two ways you can do it

either you can do it on your own website if you have one but for that you need to

have paid plugins because you need to edit all that stuff and you need to make

it a perfect landing page with the right copywriting material the field user and

everything aligned in the right way and for that you need plugins like optimized

face leadpages these are some good good ones

I know okay but there is something I do not recommend to any beginner out there

because those are some complicated stuff so if you just want to get started I

would pretty much tell you to go with clickfunnels

click funnels it is an amazing software I mean you can go ahead you can make

landing pages you can make membership sites you can make them in our places

there's tons of stuff you can do over there okay

the number one thing we'll be using for this training video is click funnels for

the landing pages the second thing the email autoresponder now here is the

email automation parts come in okay those five to six emails the welcome

email the three for value-based image and the fifth sales email that is done

through the even autoresponder that is totally automated and for this section

the email autoresponder parts section I've already done a video before I will

link that video in the upper left hand side I'll just feed your head and also

put the link in the description below so you guys can go and watch it

look it's really simple and the third thing and offer it can be anything you

can sell your own services you can sell consulting you can sell your own product

or you can sell someone else product you can do a video at marketing you can do

anything with it you have the list you get the email although the person you

can do anything with it just don't make them piss off

because what are the steps the more number one thing you need to have a

click funnels for the India trial it's three for 14 days and get this mastered

it right it's again free for the first 30 days I mean you have a month of for

your responding how does that sound that's great so click funnels 14-day

trial 14 days are actually enough for you to start making sales

trust me that I'll show you how inglis non-utility trial for the one

whole month you have it free for you now what is the first thing need for them to

make the opt-in base well let's hop over to clickfunnels and

make it so n clickfunnels need to go to click funnels and then build funnel once

you're over there you get two options gopu build a process and a classic final

build layer no why am I not going for the Kokopelli process it's because they

have the pre-made templates of the entire set of pre-made entire finals but

we are making a simple kind of collecting email sending them email

emails over the next 30 to 40 days so router respondents who won't be going

whether it will go with the classic funnel builder go and create a new

funnel so what are we going to do we are going to collect emails and then it is

what will you choose I don't know you guys can see that you can go ahead and

sell your own product Jose announced it tons of stuff you can do but for now

collect emails okay so the naming part comes in what should we name it you all

that Kim's

so now you will see the magic happen on the click funnels when you will see what

I was talking about now here's opt-in page and here is a

thank you miss they've already created the steps for you and dr. myth as you

guys can see you have a ton of free templates to choose from these are the

premier templates they don't have to fucking do anything just to go click on

them just start editing them will choose a pretty simple one for this tutorial

and let's choose yeah select template and once you've selected it it sure you

will have the page link of the base to it and you can have pretty much fun with

it so we'll go ahead and we'll edit this page now you'll see how click funnels

make it really easy for you to make a landing page mega Thank You page it's

amazing

okay okay so as you can see you have the option to pretty much do anything over

here you have the elements you can add an element there are tons of elements to

choose from you can add a build you a beauty popper

but and Facebook up 10 Facebook it is for the facebook messenger think as you

messenger but it's also working fine it's working really good these days

give annette bening shipping tons of rubber for now we'll be setting up

Gordon going to the integration and I have already done setting up the get

response because as I told you I will be using catering for this video

I'd also to show you how you can do it go to actions I have to campaign and

then add to list some of the list I made and let's go with the seek a full

mastery okay now it's all connected know

whenever someone's comes to this page and then to their email they will

automatically be added to the automation and they'll be sent all those email that

you have designed well I have the automation and I'll show you why ray

looks so discover the number one tricks that's a little bit late to make good

with it it's all good that's worse videos everything get your copy let's

save it once it's saved we'll go back and we'll eight eight Thank You page now

you have the SEO options as well but I don't think I'll be putting it over here

so once we're done let's go back now little Thank You page oh thank you but

it depends upon the thing you're offering to the person it can be a PDF

as I told you it can be a video according to every scenario they have

the payment templates build up but you can go ahead and create one for yourself

as per your need now here you can see these are the video once think your

order is complete or something like that they also sold this is the download one

so we're gonna simply there's the link of the download that

you're offering them the PDF to book anything and they can simply go and

download it you have the link to the Thank You page over here and I guess

we're good to go and it's all done now now how the email automation works these

are some of the automation they created let's see how it looks as I mentioned

earlier do not worry at this point it's really easy to make I have mentioned the

link to the video in the description below you guys can come and watch it at

20 minutes 30 minutes long video it will get it to everything you need to get

started with making this kind of automation so how does this work as it

will do earlier subscribe to this list you'll make a list that is in the other

video once the person enters their email there's high in the tag email marketing

you can do this or you cannot do this it's up to you and right at that moment

the center email what of welcome email yeah tell them to move from workers and

check for being a powerful family and average some that really but that's how

it works and then these are some of the conditions you can use but for now just

forget off and go for the one dale's wait period once it sent the email

welcome even they'll wait for one day and then again they will receive this

the second email and then again they'll wait for one day and again they will be

sent a thread email that is how the automation works that is how the funnel

works now over here as far as I remember yeah

in this one or in the upper one I will actually selling them something look at

this and this one we use actually the one every direction you do on you do

it's free you know I mean I don't use in this one anymore so secret but fucker

this one that's it you caught that click final trial you got the latest one trial

you've made the opt-in page you made the Thank You page see else pages are going

to make it simply and go ahead add a new step name of the funnel and page one

okay and once it load up you can you again have all those options no here the

categories that you can use from let's go for the sales page you

the leader says affiliate area that's with membership site rodeo you can make

anything with it we think over here now these are the kind of pages you can use

to send in to videos or articles this is the article one over here you can send

them to a video you've made then try to establish trust and rapport with the

client once you have it you can sell them anything believe me I have done

that then tons will open up there it means you have to do it the right way

did you don't come and tell them bye bye bye that is not how it works you have to

provide value first not just imagine going into a store and the salesperson

comes to me says I took myself by this okay hey buy this buy this it's nice

it's a fuck off and now just imagine you go to work store and the salesperson

comes after insisted hey sir let me ask you a question what are you looking for

I mean these are the good options for you this suits you this is this this is

that you will buy from that person because he is giving you value he is

engaging with you he's building rapport you trust him you respect him you'll

comment buy anything he tells you to buy you if there is how the sales process

works and now I believe we're done with this video

if you have any questions or if I missed out on anything go to the comments

section type in your question and I'll be helping you over there if you have

any questions just go there and type in your question and I'm sorry for you okay

for now that's it it's me Stan over and out

Amazon drops plans to build a headquarters in New York - Daily News - Duration: 2:17.

Amazon has dropped its plans to build a headquarters in New York after rising opposition

The company said on Thursday it was canceling its plans to build a corporate campus in Long Island City in Queens

Amazon said it will not look for an alternative in the area at this time. 'We will proceed as planned in Northern Virginia and Nashville, and we will continue to hire and grow across our 17 corporate offices and tech hubs in the U

S. and Canada,' the company said in a statement. 'For Amazon, the commitment to build a new headquarters requires positive, collaborative relationships with state and local elected officials who will be supportive over the long-term

'While polls show that 70 percent of New Yorkers support our plans and investment, a number of state and local politicians have made it clear that they oppose our presence and will not work with us to build the type of relationships that are required to go forward with the project we and many others envisioned in Long Island City

' New York's Democratic governor Andrew Cuomo and mayor Bill de Blasio were supportive of the move

But the company faced fierce opposition from local politicians in New York and the deal sparked backlash and protests from residents

Amazon had planned to building the complex in the Queens borough and was going to get $3 billion in tax breaks and incentives in exchange

The company, founded by billionaire Jeff Bezos, said the deal would have created more than 25,000 jobs

How to Build a Watercooling 4 RTX 2080 Ti Workstation - Duration: 11:43.

Hello, this is Liu Liu

It is our first show

In this video, I will demonstrate

how to build a

deep learning

workstation with

four RTX 2080 Ti

This is a purpose-built machine

that needs to meet some technical

criteria. The most obvious

one is to finish training

ImageNet ResNet101

under one day

One day is about

60 epochs. One RTX 2080 Ti

can process 250 images per second

in fp16 mode

I was using Intel 6850K

before. That CPU can

load and resize

1000 images

per second

Loading 1000 images

per second from SSD

requires peak time

IO around 150MB./s

Thus, on this machine

we don't want

CPU becomes

a bottleneck

4 RTX 2080 Ti

in total can

process 1000 images

per second already

For this I will switch to AMD

Ryzen Threadripper

2920x with

12 cores and

24 threads

Intel 6850K has

6 cores

In theory

their single core performance are comparable

Hopefully

2920x can be twice

as fast. Thus, processing

2000 images per

second

I will also

upgrade my previous Samsung 860 EVO 1TB

to 2 Samsung 970 EVO 1T SSD

Their peak read speed can reach 3GB/s

Building a 4

RTX 2080 Ti

workstation has its

own challenges

The biggest one, as you can

see, is about RTX's cooler

Its direct fan

design gives superior

cooling capability

comparing to

previous blower design

However, it denies

the possibility to stack

the cards side by side

Earlier, I built a workstation with 3 2080 Ti

and there are 1 slots between

unfortunately

the card in the middle

was killed

by overheating.

This card can easily hit its thermal limit

If you are running with 100% utilization

in about half an hour

the temperature can reach 80 celsius

at 86 celsius, its thermal throttling

kicks in. So there are

definitely problems when

running at 100% utilization

Other partners such as Asus

has produced RTX 2080 Ti with blower fan

You can definitely stack 4 of these together

The problem

is about the frequency

Asus lowered its frequency by

about 100 to 150MHz

I felt this

will be

easier, but not putting

this card to its

full potential

Today, I will show you how to stack the 4

RTX 2080 Ti together with

watercooling

RTX 2080 Ti with waterblock

can be stacked together

without cooling issue whatsoever

Many of you may say

Why I would choose 2920X rather than

2990WX. After all, to build

a machine like this, money is

not a problem with extra 2 grands

It is not about money but about the power.

I plan to use a mere 1600W power supply

There are higher than 1600W power supplies

online. However

the brands of these power supplies are

questionable

They normally don't have

10-year warranty like EVGA has

I've killed a power supply before

And would recommend caution

With no further overdue,

I will first show you

how to update a RTX 2080 Ti FE

to a watercooling

ready one

like this.

This deep learning workstation is finally done!

I've ran this PC

with full GPU and

CPU utilization for about 30 minutes

As you can see

CIFAR-10 on this machine

comparing with single card 2080 Ti

is about 4 times faster

You can also see the GPU

temperature is about 40 celsius

and CPU's temperature is

about 60 celsius

I've written a fan control program for this

The upper two rows of fans speed

are determined by the GPU temperature

and the fans' speed on the side

are determined by CPU temperature

I've also tested the RAID0

970 EVO on this machine

sequential read speed is around 6GB/s with write speed 1GB/s

I was pleasantly surprised

by the Threadripper CPU

It can load and resize

2500 images per

second from ImageNet

I am pretty happy

about this machine

What do you think?

Please

comment

like, retweet

and subscribe to my channel

Thank you

and see you next time

Amazon Not Building New York City Campus | Heavy.com - Duration: 4:13.

Amazon Not Building New York City Campus | Heavy.com

Amazon will not build a new headquarters, known as HQ2, in Queens after mounting opposition to the plan.

The New York Times was the first to report on the revelation on February 14.

The company is still planning to build facilities in Northern Virginia and Nashville, in addition to continuing "to hire and grow across our 17 corporate offices and tech hubs in the U.S.

and Canada," via Brian Cheung.

Here's what you need to know:.

Amazon Thanks Both Bill de Blasio & Andrew Cuomo for Their Efforts in the Deal.

An Amazon spokesperson, Jodi Seth, quoted by the New York Post said, "After much thought and deliberation, we've decided not to move forward with our plans to build a headquarters for Amazon in Long Island City, Queens." Both New York Governor Andrew Cuomo and New York City Mayor Bill de Blasio, both Democrats, had actively supported the deal and worked together to push it through.

A statement from Amazon announcing their decision not to move forward thanked Cuomo and de Blasio.

The press release said that the pair had "worked tirelessly" to get the deal done.

Among Those Against the Project Was Popular Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez.

Among those who had opposed the deal was popular freshman Rep.

Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez.

In November 2018, Ocasio-Cortez tweeted, "From Minnesota to NYC, everyday people all over the country are organizing to resist Amazon's predatory practices on working class communities." A Politico report from the same time detailed that Ocasio-Cortez had met with activists against the deal to strategize on how to move forward with the opposition.

Amazon Is Not on the Lookout for a New Campus.

On February 12, the Times reported that Amazon was "caught in an unexpected brawl in New York." The company had planned to build a campus in the Long Island City section of Queens.

The facility would employ 25,000 people.

The Associated Press reports that Amazon is not on the lookout for a new location.

The Washington Post Had Earlier Reported that the New York Deal Was Hanging in the Balance.

The Washington Post reported on February 8 that Amazon was "reconsidering" their plan due to "political and community opposition.

" A February 14 statement from the company said, "A number of state and local politicians [who] have made it clear that they oppose our presence and will not work with us to build the type of relationships required to go forward.
