- I would like to say that many people ask me

should I use a real estate agent,

but they don't ask me, they just go out there

they're knowledgeable about the area

that you're looking in, that's very important;

and so, that they can represent your interests

and help you get from point A to point B

and get closed on your home,

be able to move in whenever you need to move in.

Now, on selling a home, it's even more important

that you work with an agent who is very experienced,

knowledgeable about the area, so that they can

guide you in pricing your home properly,

and they also have a very robust marketing program.

Real estate is more about marketing today

than it is a lot of things, it's changed a lot.

So, we're in a digital, very sophisticated marketing world,

and the real estate agent that you hire to help you

sell your home needs to be up to speed on all of that.

So, we really recommend that everyone

be represented as a buyer, it doesn't cost you anything

on the selling side.

You'll more than reap the reward with the price of the sale

of your home if you work with a good real estate agent.
