Welcome to the #SmarketingForum video series where we focus on empowering alignment between

sales, marketing, and customer success for B2B organizations in order to improve profitability.

I'm your host Anna Szabo and this is episode number one where I want to introduce myself

and this series and share my why.

I work as the Director of Marketing here at FunnelAmplified and I believe that marketing

is everything and everything is marketing.

What I mean is this.

Marketing impacts every function of a B2B organization and every aspect of doing business

has an impact on marketing.

That's why Smarketing, the alignment between sales, marketing, and customer success, is

so critical to profitability of a growing business.

In my career, I've witnessed many conflicts and frictions in Smarketing: marketing doesn't

deliver the leads sales needs, sales doesn't convert marketing qualified leads to closed

revenue, and customer success doesn't help with testimonials, case studies, or up-sell

and cross-sell.

I've seen it all and I discovered some simple secrets and created some helpful strategies

to empower Smarketing alignment.

That's what I'll be sharing in this weekly video series called #SmarketingForum

My why is to help YOU achieve Smarketing alignment and increase YOUR company's profitability.

Thanks so much for watching today and I'll see you in the next episode of #SmarketingForum

Feeling Your Digestion | What Is A Message Of Food Appreciation? - Duration: 1:20.

Guys, I appreciate you tuning into for this episode of the Mental Minute.

Today, I'm going to be talking about self awareness of foods and more specifically give

you two examples of what you can do every single time that you put food in front of

you that can actually do to improve your health mentally, physically, spiritually, and emotionally.

This all stemmed from the son and I were eating, he scarfed down, said, "Hey dad, you ready

to go?"

I realized that there was really no appreciation for the foods that we have in front of us

and how it can actually nourish us to power us through the day.

Here are two things that you can do.

Every time that foods getting put in front of you, take fifteen seconds, five seconds,

to actually give thanks and a blessing for the foods that you have.

I don't care if you're religious or not, it really matters.

No, but you're just appreciating of what that food can do for you.

Then secondly, at the end of the meal take thirty seconds, deep breaths, and try to understand

how it's making you feel.

Are you sick?

Do you feel bloated?

Do you feel gassy?

Do you feel great?

And understanding that once you do, you can actually have a better relationship with foods

and a happier outlook.

Equality Is a Restoration, Not a Re-Ordering - Duration: 0:56.

And so as we look at the new covenant

there are some implications.

Just like there were with the old covenant

and the first is this,

it's not simply just a reordering.

This is a full restoring.

Let's be reminded again of the implications

of the curse, the curse is the first time

that we see that there's a hierarchy.

That man will rule over women and in this new covenant

and in the words of Jesus that said men and women

are made equal, there is a full restoration

for how it was meant to be.

We once again are equal in relationship with God

and we are able to do this through Jesus.

Is Man Utd vs PSG referee a bad omen for Solskjaer? What happened last time he took charge - Duration: 4:53.

Since Ole Gunnar Solskjaer took over as interim manager following the sacking of Jose Mourinho in December, they have won 10 of their 11 matches and drawn the other

But when they realise Italian Daniele Orsato will be the referee in charge of proceedings at the Theatre of Dreams, you could forgive them for going into the match with a bit of caution

His name might not mean much to you but Orsato has overseen two big shocks involving United in the Champions League

Just last season, he was the man in the middle when Swiss champions Basel ran out 1-0 winners in the group stage thanks to a last-gasp Michael Lang goal at St Jakob-Park

Mourinho's side needed only a point to secure their place in the knockout stage and should have been five or six in front at half-time

Instead, they were made to rue their luck as Lang turned home from close range with just a minute on the clock

The result counted for little in the end as other results meant United simply needed to avoid a seven-goal defeat to CSKA Moscow in their next group game to progress and they beat the Russians 2-1 secure top spot in the group

But that was the second time Orsato had overseen a shock loss in three years. If we rewind to December 2012 for you might recall a match that ended in almost total embarrassment for United

While Sir Alex Ferguson's passage to the last 16 was already secured, a home tie against Romanian minnows CFR Cluj should have been a formality

Ferguson even named a strong side that night, with the likes of Wayne Rooney, Ryan Giggs, David de Gea and Javier Hernandez all included from the start

What transpired was a wretched display that led to United's first home defeat in the Champions League for a whopping three years as they were accused of being distracted by a top-of-the-table Premier League clash with Manchester City four days later

In their defence, United went on to win the Manchester derby 3-2 and were eventually crowned as champions after finishing 11 points above second-placed City

Elsewhere, Orsato has proved to be a bad omen for Chelsea, the Italian overseeing their surprise 1-1 draw at Maribor in the Champions League group stage in 2014

The Italian also took charge of Mourinho's first Champions League game after returning for a second spell at the club in 2013 - and his happy reunion was short-lived after they lost 2-1 to Basel at Stamford Bridge

Even Pep Guardiola's Man City are not immune to the curse of Orsato, who was in control for their 2-1 home defeat to Lyon in this seasonn's group stage

But if United fans are now starting to panic, they might take some encouragement from Liverpool's 5-0 win at Porto in the last 16 last term

And Orsato was the official for what might be Leicester's creates ever European night as they overturned a 2-1 first-leg deficit against Sevilla in the last 16 of the 2016-17 Champions League by winning 2-0 at the King Power Stadium

メリノウールとは?|| MERINO WOOL - What is so special about it? - Duration: 4:13.

Hello everyone!

Knitwear designer Elvira.

I mentioned in the previous episode

that I am knitting a gansey sweater.

I decided to knit it with

merino wool.

Why? Let's talk about it in this episode.

First, let's discuss what merino wool is.

Wool is hair forming the coat of a sheep.

The wool of any Merino sheep,

is known as "merino wool".

Merino wool is ultra fine and considers to be top quality material.

Wool is infamous for being an itchy material.

But merino wool is

very soft and able to ditch the itch.

Clothes made with merino wool is very soft and can be worn next to the skin

as a base layer.

The Merino Sheep originates from Spain.

Today however, Australia produces 80% of the world's Merino wool.

New Zealand is also known for their quality production of the material.

What is Merino wool made of? Proteins composed of amino acids and natural compounds.

Same as human's hair.

Merino wool is a natural, renewable fiber.

Merinos hang out in temperatures that range from

-15 C to +35 degrees.

happy animals, what to say

Now let's talk about the two special points that merino wool has.

First of all, the touch.

I mentioned before, that merino wool is

very soft and not itchy.

The second point is

The second point is...

merino wool helps regulate body temperature

It's cold in Japan in winter

and very hot in summer.

Comparing to other wool fibers, merino wool

keeps the body temperature.

It transports sweat quickly away from the skin, helping to keep you cool and dry.

So if you wear clothes made with merino wool,

When it's cold outside, the natural crimps and bends in its fibers trap air, insulating you. When it's warm outside, it keeps you cool and dry.

You can wear clothes made with merino wool all year round.

I am going to blend merino wool with usual wool

and design my own gansey sweater.

Because merino wool is very soft

I thought it is necessary to make the structure more masculine, so would be good to try and mix merino soft wool with stronger usual wool.

How was it?

Was it fun? Leave your comments in the box below!

Thank you for watching the episode till the end.

Stay tuned!

What it was like to capture El Chapo, from the DEA agent who helped take him down - Duration: 3:48.

What it was like to capture El Chapo, from the DEA agent who helped take him down

The once powerful leader of the Sinaloa drug cartel was accustomed to being flanked by bodyguards. But in January 2017, he was escorted by federal agents one from Homeland Security Investigations and the other from the Drug Enforcement Administration.

Guzmans arrest in Mexico a year earlier and extradition to the United States was the culmination of a nearly 30 year investigation and hunt to bring him to justice.

The criminal mastermind who once bragged about his ability to evade capture and even shopped a biopic about his life to filmmakers looked around in wide eyed confusion as agents ushered him into a black SUV.

"He was no longer in control. He lost control," Ray Donovan, the special agent who spearheaded the 22 agency effort to capture Guzman, told CNN in an exclusive interview. "Hes outside of Mexico. Hes on US soil. And to me, that feeling of defeat that we felt when he escaped, thats what he felt at that point defeat."

Guzmans long awaited criminal trial began in November in a New York federal district court with unprecedented security measures. Guzman pleaded not guilty to 10 counts, including conspiracy to launder narcotics proceeds and international distribution of cocaine, heroin, marijuana and other drugs.

Testimony at the was often , exposing in detail the lengths to which Guzman went to build his empire and kill his way to power. More than 50 witnesses, many of them law enforcement agents, delivered some 200 hours of testimony.

"I think prior to the trial, El Chapo was a household name associated with wealth, power, fame and fortune," Donovan said. "The trial, and all the chilling witness testimonies, introduced the world to the real Chapo: a ruthless killer, money launderer, violent drug trafficker, manipulator, liar, adulterer."

In the end, a jury on Tuesday found him guilty on all counts.

Two arrests, many escapes

The story of how Guzman escaped from two maximum security prisons in Mexico before being flushed out of hiding and arrested by a coordinated team of US and Mexican agents has already been made into documentaries, made for TV movies and even a Netflix series.

But Donovan, who oversaw the multi agency effort that finally brought Guzman down, tells the story from an entirely different perspective.

In 2001, Guzman escaped prison by hiding in a laundry cart. He was not apprehended again until 2014.

The following year, Guzman escaped again. This time he crawled through an opening in the floor of his shower into a tunnel. Thats when Donovan huddled with Mexican officials to figure out who was responsible for the escape and, more importantly, how to recapture Guzman.

Investigators knew about possible safe house locations in Los Mochis, a city in Sinaloa. Mexican marines went to ranches surrounding , hoping the added pressure would draw Guzman out of his hiding place and force him to flee to a safe house.

The Mexican marines didnt know which of the possible safe houses Guzman might pick, but they had eyes on them all with 24 hour surveillance.

On January 7, 2016, investigators saw Guzman coming down from the mountains, Donovan said. He took one truck, moved to another truck and ducked into a safe house that had been identified weeks earlier, according to Donovan.

Hours later, law enforcement made their move. Once again, Guzman tried to run, this time through a trapdoor in a closet that led to a sewage tunnel underneath the safe house.

Law enforcement had done reconnaissance on the home and knew about the tunnel, which was full of water at the time. They followed Guzman, but now, many had to stay behind to fight and capture members of the drug lords security detail that included some of the most dangerous killers in Mexico.

Running out of time

Meanwhile, Guzman was running with his most ruthless assassin by his side: .

Ivan carjacked a taxi driver at gunpoint and sped away in his vehicle. The driver flagged down a fellow cabbie and moments later, law enforcement heard the driver get on the radio and tell others he had just been carjacked.

Guzman and Ivan decided to ditch the cab before police realized who they were and find a new escape vehicle. They picked a car driven by an elderly woman and her grandson, which they also stole at gunpoint. But before they could take off, they realized the engine was smoking and the car wouldnt run. By then it was too late.

Mexican federal police, who saw the second carjacking take place, raced over and captured the pair.

Mexican marines, who also heard the altercation on their radios, raced to the location but did not find anyone. A tow truck driver pointed them to a nearby motel, where they found the federal police, and both Guzman and Ivan, in custody in one of the rooms.

"We were jumping for joy," Donovan said, who was running the operation from headquarters in Washington. "Everyone was happy. Imagine how it was when he escaped. We were defeated. We were deflated. We felt like we lost. We put so much effort into it."

Donovan said Guzman was the brains and the muscle behind the Sinaloa Cartel. And while there are others also on their list, Guzman was the one who wanted to go to war with the other cartels, fighting for control of drug routes that led to the United States.

He also said Guzman was the one who pushed to lace heroin with fentanyl, a synthetic opioid that is common in drug overdoses, from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. Guzman told his dealers to give the highly addictive drug away in order to hook people.

"There are evil people in this world, and then theres Chapo Guzman," Donovan said. "There are people that make bad decisions and do bad things. And then there are people that destroy the lives of thousands upon thousands of people."
