in the last episode we brought you along our 10-day whirlwind adventure of flying

back to Canada for work and play since arriving back to California we've driven

from LA to San Diego and are happy to report that we've been settling back

into van life just fine good morning everybody and welcome to our left

destination before we cross the border into Mexico

it's about 7:00 in the morning the Sun has already risen and we were just

having some tea I'm probably gonna make some soy yogurt and granola for

breakfast and then we have a really fun day of adventuring and getting to know

San Diego so eyebrows up get ready yeah how is your sleep

sunshine oh my gosh my sleep was literal sunshine I woke up and it was just

hitting me in the face and it's it's just a great feeling it is

we're planning a meet-up and unfortunately it's too late for you guys

if you're in the San Diego or there area but maybe it's a good lesson for you to

make sure you're following us on Instagram because that's where we

usually announce our meetups so we're actually just organizing a place run

Fiesta Island right now which is incredible this is where ladies van had

their big meetup last month and it's just basically an island where you you

can just Park in boondock and awesome so we're gonna figure out a new spot I got

someone recommending Ski Beach so I'm just trying to do a little research

think you're just working this hard in the morning always baby morning kisses

bunny for the vlog or you want a real one it mix between the boat thank you so

here up yes Thailand there's actually porta-potties

maybe I should bring some toilet paper

so we're not sure about the status of this porter potty type situation but we

nice that they have them great success definitely could have been worse

so just thankful that they had a situation otherwise I would say you

could dig a hole but it's kind of bait like this there's so many people around

I think you'd have to go to a cafe so that's that's pretty nice we finally

upgraded to the aluminous ladder we haven't had to go on the roof for

anything yet except for the fact that we love going up and down and just playing

in the ladder but we plan on doing a roof rack and maybe I'll show you just

having the ability to access the roof to clean the panels and to use the shower

it's gonna be amazing oh my gosh looks out of control hey hey do you guys

remember chase from RTR oh my god awesome

scrambled egg southwestern tacos get out Beretta they're not really eggs they're

actually struggle to boot oh these guys

also quickly want to introduce you this is Bob oh and that's Jake and Maria and

chase okay and this is their gorgeous bus but we're gonna have breakfast and

then we'll give you a bit of a tour

alright are you filming always so as promised we are going to tour you guys

around this beautiful loft on wheels our bus is a 40 foot Thomas MVP safety

liner 2004 MVP yep MVP it's been for more visibility or something like that

which is you know the front the front area and it's got a huge inline six

diesel engine 7.2 liters so quite a powerhouse and then being 40

feet long and 8 feet wide we've got 250 square feet to walk around with so just

slightly a bit bigger than you know some of the vans

not to mention we have a 64 square foot roof deck as well

weird flex but okay yeah we're gonna actually swap van for bus for at a

minimum 24 hours you guys know like those reality shows of house swap I'm

already like thinking of the title like you know tiny house swap for 24 hours or

something bus life versus van life it's gonna be so interesting because when

it's parked I want a bus yeah if you guys want to

see us switch lives for 24 hours smash the thumbs up and if we get how many

thumbs up we'll do it and thumbs in the air we will switch for 24 hours not

necessarily tallest for you know are tall tall friends but that's why we have

our room this is my chose own we went with a big fridge yeah so we get a lot

of drinks in there this is our wood stove and so we do dry wood heat to eat

this entire space and it's actually a Canadian made cubic mini this is my

wardrobe and how much bigger as Maria's hers is actually quite a bit bigger and

it's full and which we'll be aiming sandbag coming soon yeah

you know so with this we have entertainment area marilla's a does

freelance makeup on the road and she has her dedicated makeup space for you know

YouTube videos and Instagram videos and yeah we've got our queen-size mattress

that actually came out of our house and then a lot of storage under the bed our

100 gallon freshwater tank is under the bed as well did you say 100 gallons 100

gallons not can we go for a little over two weeks before we need to fill up if

we get those likes they're gonna get the shower in our bathroom please hit that

so this is our 64 square foot roof deck and it doubles as a roof rack so we

carry kayak some other stuff from time to time

I've come back to the van to start preparing for our lunch potluck now you

might be thinking guys you were just eating but there actually have been a

few hours that have passed so you can forgive us we're hungry again and I

actually have leftovers from this noodle bar we went to so I'm gonna take the

leftover noodles with veg add more

vegetable I it's pretty good I told them we're eating all day literally these are

good I'm controlling this man thank you I look back man mm-hmm delicious

strawberries stir-fried kind of odd and where is it

jalapeno olives and Lucroy of course Lucroy absalon's man thank you thank you

we could be chilling in a much bigger space but sometimes it's it's cozy right

yeah we like rubbing elbows the squad is finished lunch and what we've decided is

the whole crew is going to pile into their Jeep yes they also have a jeep

we're gonna head 20 minutes north we're gonna go to Torrey Pines the trailhead

they're supposed to be really nice and goes along the ocean we're gonna roll

back here to Fiesta island pick up everyone's rigs go down to Ocean Beach

watch the sunset and make tacos let's go

further $20 alright thank you so we kind of cheated that guy's we saw a lot of

people walking up but we're at the top now and I think the trails will continue

as we explore at least we hope otherwise we just skipped our entire activity we

can always drive back down we have until 5:00 we can go down and then go back on

anyway as you can tell we haven't researched to City Hall we don't know

what we're doing back is telling them the nice day for its story because we're

going on a hike so yeah I'm gonna I'm gonna start it up again so we've just

been exploring we've been calling it our choose-your-own-adventure because as

we're walking along you can just kind of choose your own path now we're down at

the beach and it seems that it's low tide or the high tides coming in and

coming kind of quick but for the time being we can kind of explore all of

these things that we couldn't access when it's high tide so

let's check it out

that's commitment guys you look beautiful that will conclude our little

tour around the neighborhood I would recommend it what do you guys think of

about it you know what I mean that's the best part it's been super fun toting

around in the little GPAs right thanks for being our chauffeur chase

back to the babe back home nothing I like more than coming home after a day

of adventuring and watching the sunset with my love you're so lucky huh

I'm so lucky we're living a good life rent right now so we'll follow you can't

wait to see this button we are all rolling out together to check out

another area apparently Fiesta Island will be closed this evening for some

restoration project so we are going to meet up with another friend named Audrey

have a big potluck dinner and it is they called Ocean Beach I think we're headed

yep and we're going to Ocean Beach we'll catch you there

ah oh you're on my sweater thank you that's my son actually you're on my

sweater so we've made it to Ocean Park and we're doing a little dinner we're

gonna cook dinner for the squad members we are making what do you think we're

making tacos of course huh this is a classic taco mix we got Mexican Chipotle

filled rose onions peppers and we're gonna fry it all up together it's this

is like cut pieces in it in America this are filled roast like this notice that

in Canada they don't do this yes

we're just making herself at home that exactly right you know it's the little

things I was just so jealous that she's got the instant sparker oh yeah we don't

have it hooked up but that's pretty fun yeah man then this is what the spreads

looking like no I was just gonna you just ruin my pan shot beautiful tan

surfer chick is just the coolest and a really claim surfer I'm not gonna die

stored in your bathroom so you're a surfer chick and this is her sweet Pop

what do you my plan was to mix some of that without okay okay I'm gonna do I'm

ready I'm just gonna start with one it's bomb diggity so and that's with a lot of

the recipes but we've been and where do you get those recipes from your cookbook

couldn't fall more in love okay that sounds like it's bedtime for the crew

just like come and we're fingers crossed we can sleep here tonight

yeah oh by the way I really like dinner - it's very good

yeah well that what are you doing this is this just locks the door in no it

doesn't open it - no that's oh I don't want to lock myself in right now I

wanted to flex on the vlog and leave but it's not gonna work huh alright see ya

well another one bites the dust as they say that was such a fun day I think I

say this every vlog but I love the feeling of being tired from having too

much fun in the Sun on real time here in San Diego we are super excited for the

10 of the Loudest Stock Cars That Will Get You Pulled Over in California - Duration: 11:48.

As many of you may already know, the exhaust laws in the state of California have gotten

much stricter as of recently and car enthusiasts aren't too happy about the change.

You're now much more likely to get pulled over for having a loud exhaust and depending

on the cop you can end up with a $1000 fine.

I'll be showing you 10 of the loudest best sounding stock cars that might get you in

trouble in California.

Now let's begin..

First loud car is the Maserati Granturismo.

This car is in my opinion is one of the best sounding new cars money can buy largely thanks

to it's Ferrari derived naturally aspirated 4.7L V8 engine.

The Granturismo can be classified as having two personalities.

In normal mode the car is perfectly civil not captivating much attention.

Then you put it into sports mode and all hell breaks loose.

While it's not the fastest car out there especially compared to the other cars on this

list, it does have a satisfying burble at idle and roaring revs means you'll enjoy

every moment driving with the windows down.

Second car is the Mercedes Benz AMG SLS Black Series.

The way this car sounds, it makes you think it needs to some sort of anger management.

And that is not necessarily a bad thing.

The exhaust sound the SLS Black series produces can effortlessly generate goosebumps to most

car enthusiasts.

Lets see, you get 6.3L V8 that has an 8K rpm redline, it produces 622HP, and 469lb-ft,

it carries a titanium exhaust system that weighs 28lbs less than the standard SLS system

and has 2.8 inch pipes that channel the beautiful sound you're about to hear.

This next car isn't part of the 10 cars but I thought I'd give it a honorable mention.

All ricer civics

Anyways the next loud car is the Ford Mustang Shelby GT350R.

No matter where you're driving this car everyone and their mother will hear you coming

and that is a beautiful thing.

It's really is that loud.

Insane to think that the sound you hear coming out of the GT350R is street legal, While the

sound is inherent to the engine, the sound has been enhanced through proper engineering.

Ford tuned the manifolds.

Exhaust system, and air induction system like a musical instrument.

8200 RPM redline, 5.2L 526HP and 429lb-ft and a thunderous exhaust note.

This car definitely checks off all the prerequisites to get you into trouble if not driven responsibly.

You don't want to be part of the Mustang meme do you?

4th car is the Porsche Carrera GT.

Just like the Porsche 918, this car is essentially a racecar that was detuned to be a street

car.

Which explains why it sounds to good.

It's a race car engine that is fitted into a street car.

In fact the Carrera GT is widely regarded as the best sounding sports car of all time

but there is another car I will mention after this one that some might argue sounds better.

It comes equipped with mid mounted 5.7 liter V10 engine that produces sound that is capable

of destroying ear drums.

5th loud car is the Lexus LFA.

Remember earlier when I sad another car on this list could give the Porsche Carrera GT

a run for their money for the best sounding car?

Well this is the car I was referring to.

Only 500 of them were built between 2010 and 2012 with a selling price of $375K.

That's right you heard me right a $375K for a Toyota that is nearly pricesd as much

as a Lamborghini Aventador.

The most memorable thing about the LFA is definitely the sweet sweet sound that comes

out of it's tribarre exhaust.

It's sounds so good and smooth that you would think it's coming straight out of

a video game.

Gotta love that 4.8L Yamaha V10

6th car is the Lamborghini Aventador SV.

The sound this supercar produces is a very distinctive exhaust sound, making it pretty

easy to identify by only using your hearing senses.

The thunderstorm like sound the Aventador SV produces can be loud enough to alert everyone

within a square mile.

So imagine how California cops will react to it.

I mean what do you expect from a naturally aspirated 6.5L V12 engine that produces 740HP

and 690lb.

And it's not unheard to see flames shoot out of the stock exhaust system.

7th car that can really get you in trouble in California is the Jaguar F Type SVR.

With it's 5L supercharged V8 pushing out 575HP and 516lb-ft of torque, top speed of

200mph, and 0-60 time of 3.5 seconds this is one Jaguars fastest production vehicles

ever made.

Funny because the exhaust system found on the F type R was already widely talked about

for being one of the loudest ones in a production car.

And guess what Jaguar decides to do?

They create an even louder version withe the F type SVR.

The exhaust system is made out of titanium, 35lbs lighter than the standard units used

in lower trim F types.

And you're able to switch the sound from loud to full blown hearing loss madness especially

when driving through a tunnel as you will hear on one of the following clips

8th car on the list is the Ferrari F12 tdf.

Essentially the basics were taken from the Ferarri F12 Berlinetta with more of a kick

to it.

And the sound this car produced is one that is sure to put any car enthusiasts in heaven.

When it revs up to its 8900 RPM redline it gets so loud you'd think the horses are trying

to escape from the engine.

It's engine produces 770 Horsepower from it's glorious 6.3L V12. 0-60mph happens in just

2.9 seconds, which is insanely fast.

Some auto journalist even saying the revs climb to quickly for the tachometer to keep

up.

9th loud car is the Porsche 911 GT3 (991).

Behold the only 6 cylinder car on the list and no better way to introduce one but with

a Porsche car.

In the racetrack the sound of the GT3's exhaust system is unmistakable.

I say the racetrack because it's the one place you would be able to consistently push it

to it's 9K RPM redline.

And at minimum to get it's full 475HP from the it's 3.8L flat 6 engine you'd have to

reach at least 8250 rpm.

And that's ok because this engine wants to rev.

Tap the sports exhaust switch if you really want to cause a disruption.

The 10th and final loud stock car is the E60 BMW M5.

Sure the newer M5's continue to improve performance wise year after year.

But there is one thing that seems to seems to progressively get worse and that is the

sound.

The exhaust sound produced by the E60 M5 might just be the most insane sound to ever come

from a production BMW car.

At low rpms you get a satisfying burble, and at high revs it screams like a F1 car.

I mean it does carry a 5L F1 derived V10 engine.

And best of all, it comes equipped with

a 6 speed manual.
