California Sheriff Sick Of Illegal Invasion, Does Something BIG About It – Pays VICIOUS Price - Duration: 5:52.
California Sheriff Sick Of Illegal Invasion, Does Something BIG About It – Pays VICIOUS
Price As many of you can recall last night we at
Daily Vine reported about how the Orange County Sheriff's Department made public the release
dates and names of jail inmates, including those in the U.S. illegally.
This marked the latest local revolt against California's illegal sanctuary laws.
Undersheriff Don Barnes confirmed this is in response to the harm done to the community
of Orange County because of Senate Bill 54 which became law of the land in California
on January first of this year.
California Senate Bill 54 is the bill which restricts local law enforcement's cooperation
with ICE agents and Border Patrol.
A law which both Barnes and Sheriff Sandra Hutchens of Orange County vocally fought against.
This name release, which is online for all the public to see, comes after multiple municipalities
in Orange County have voiced opposition to SB 54 which legitimized the state's sanctuary
movement.
Although most elected officials in California do support this bill, the city of Los Alamitos
last week voted to exempt its city from this asinine bill.
Although most of those released were arrested for domestic violence, theft, criminal threats
and multiple DUIs, during that same period of time 168 other inmates with more serious
convictions did meet the requirements and were turned over to immigration agents as
SB 54 allows.
But today things took a turn for the ridiculous, even for the state of California.
That's right folks, in response to the Sheriff of Orange County California protecting law-abiding
American Citizens and legal Residents the California Attorney General, Xavier Becerra
has now threatened to have the Sheriff arrested for complying with Federal Law and helping
ICE agents arrest illegals in Orange County.
When Becerra was asked if he would arrest Undersheriff Barnes he said it was his job
to enforce the laws of California.
And that he wants to make sure that every jurisdiction, including Orange County, understand
what state law requires of the people of the state of California.
Via The Gateway Pundit:
'Attorney General Xavier Becerra: State law is state law.
And it is my job to enforce state law.
I will do so.
And we want to make sure that every jurisdiction including Orange County, understand what state
law requires of the people and the sub divisions of the state of California.
Reporter: Does that mean a lawsuit of the sheriff's department or the arrest of the
sheriff?
Xavier Becerra: I think I just answered that.'
More on this story from The Orange County Register:
'The Orange County Sheriff's Department, whose leadership opposes the new California
sanctuary law that limits cooperation with federal immigration officials, announced Monday
that it is now providing public information on when inmates are released from custody.
As of Monday, March 26, an existing "Who's in Jail" online database includes the date
and time of inmates' release – a move agency officials say will enhance communication
with its law enforcement partners.
The release date information applies to all inmates, not just those who are suspected
of being in the country illegally.
But the goal is to assist agents with the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement,
or ICE.
"This is in response to SB-54 limiting our ability to communicate with federal authorities
and our concern that criminals are being released to the street when there's another avenue
to safeguard the community by handing them over (to ICE for potential deportation),"
Orange County Undersheriff Don Barnes said.
Orange County officials did not confer with ICE before making the change, he said.
ICE spokeswoman Lori Haley wrote in an email late Monday that she would not comment "beyond
what the Sheriff has said."
The new state law, dubbed the California Values Act, has recently seen a backlash from some
Orange County communities.
The City Council in Los Alamitos voted last week on an ordinance to exempt the city in
northern Orange County from the state law.
A few other Orange County cities are considering resolutions and other moves to voice their
opposition to the law.
The Yorba Linda City Council, for example, agreed to file an amicus brief to a lawsuit
filed by the Trump administration against California and immigration-related laws the
federal government alleges are unconstitutional.
And on Tuesday, March 27, the Orange County Board of Supervisors is scheduled to consider
a range of possible actions: from a resolution to pursuing litigation against the state.
Annie Lai, co-director of the Immigrant Rights Clinic at UC Irvine, said the sheriff's
new policy is part of a movement in Orange County "to either undermine or get around
the spirit of SB-54."
The California Values Act already allows communication between local and federal agencies about release
dates of those convicted of enumerated crimes who may be eligible for deportation, Lai noted.
"This change in policy is basically affecting everybody else who doesn't have a serious
criminal history under SB-54," she said.
Sheriff's deputies, however, will still not be able to assist in an actual transfer
to ICE agents under state law.
The release information, via a long list of names in alphabetical order, is now available
for anyone to view at oscd.org.'

People FREAK As California Sheriff Pisses Off Liberals With HUGE Favor For Trump
well speaking in California a place that is now on the brink of becoming the
country's first sanctuary state the Senate bill they're 54 the number is
cleared a major hurdle to passage last weekend now just awaits approval from
the single committee in California's heavily Democratic assembly in other
words it's likely to pass if it is that bill would bar federal agents ice agents
from all state jails and would block federal agents from accessing state
databases related to immigration it's a big deal
Sandra Hutchins is Sheriff of Orange County in California she says the
state's effort to become a sanctuary state is not good policy it's about
sticking it to the administration sheriff Hutchins joins us tonight so
sheriff give us the parameters of this this would basically put California as a
state in active opposition to federal immigration law is that an overstatement
I don't think that's an overstatement you know we've been cooperating with ice
and with the federal government for many many many years very cooperatively very
effectively and we're talking about serious crime serious criminals who have
committed a crime they've been tried here they've done
their time and we've been notifying ice of these individuals so that they can go
through deportation proceedings Senate bill 54 senator de Leon said this
is the only thing he can think of to do to stop the quote-unquote Trump
deportation machine and that is clearly not an issue that is not an issue this
is to a totally political issue and it does not take into account the public
safety of Californians which I deeply care about and that is the real issue I
there's no need for this bill things have been working fine without it the
author has stated that this will prevent local law enforcement from doing
immigration enforcement on the streets we never have done immigration
enforcement on the streets we have no desire to do that and we've not been
asked to do that by the Trump administration so this bill would
prohibit me as a sheriff from notifying eyes of someone who's in custody for
potentially felony driving under the influence domestic violence human
trafficking rape of an unconscious person I would not be able to notify
them they would be released to the street and then what will happen is ice
will go out they're not going to let these people go they're going to go out
and they're going to do search warrants on homes and then people who are here
illegally or undocumented and have not been committed and not committed crimes
they're going to get scooped up too so they're not this bill does not do what
it says it does it places additional residents at risk
law enforcement perhaps people who are here undocumented but have not committed
crimes so ice is still trying to focus on those you know the priority
enforcement those individual right who have repeatedly committed offenses
re-entered the country have criminal records and the fact that we can't
notify them and have to release them to the street is not acceptable to me I
mean it's not like illegal aliens in California having a tough time anyway
California is more illegals in any state by far a huge percent of your population
is there illegally so what was the need that gave rise to this bill or is it
purely a symbolic act aimed at the administration it's a symbolic act aimed
at the administration in my opinion but more importantly it places Californians
at risk of being being impacted by these criminals who are getting released to
the street which I'm happy to if the state of California can say to the feds
we're just ignoring your law then why can't Orange County State of the State
of California we're ignoring your law I mean would you abide by these times or
would you notify the feds if you apprehended an angle you know
we've already asked the question that we've asked legal counsel Cal State
sheriffs as which I'm a member has asked legal counsel and we would be subject to
we'd be subject to being prosecuted if we didn't follow the state law but it
wasn't a whore you make a great point it puts us in a terrible position of
violating federal law not cooperating with federal authorities not and we work
on task forces with ice now work on a sexual sexual exploitation task force
this bill would require to report everything we do to the
Attorney General the state of California these are very great cooperative task
forces that that deal with a lot of crime our registered sex offenders a lot
of those are undocumented aliens this would this would really impact our
ability to fight crime in our in our communities so California is cool with
ignoring federal law but ignored their laws and you're in trouble good luck
Sheriff Hutchins will welcome you the East Coast anytime you want to come
thank you thank you very much thank you you think California is hurting itself
hurting its reputation by doing this the mayor of Oakland the governor who
support these types of measures oh my god yeah mayor of Oakland um but tells
everybody that this is racist that has nothing to do with it we don't want any
criminals walking on the street part of that simply are the Orange County
Supervisor Michelle seal saw it Orange County wants wants a sanctuary from this
sanctuary movement she and other county officials are about to put their revolt
to a vote trade scholar in Los Angeles with the latest on how that's expected
to go tres you know this effort in Orange County began as a symbolic
gesture away for the county to stand behind the city of Los Alamitos which
opted out of California's sanctuary law a couple of weeks ago but but breaking
right now Orange County Supervisors who by the way are all Republicans have just
voted to condemn California's sanctuary law on top of that they want to join the
federal lawsuit against California and they're still debating but it's also
possible the county could file its own lawsuit against the state remember under
sanctuary laws local police are not allowed to notify federal immigration
agents when they have illegal immigrants in custody in other words instead of
deporting criminal aliens they're set free for example from January 1st to
March 19th Orange County released 172 illegal
immigrant inmates back into the communities they've been arrested for
domestic violence driving under the influence and criminal threats unclear
how many have reoffended but now Orange County Sheriff Sandra Hutchins who was
using a who's in jail online database to notify the public
about exactly when inmates including illegal inmates are being set free so
now the information is all out there and that should allow ice agents to be in
the right place at the right time to pick these people up Neal but yes the
vote is in Orange County condemned sanctuary city policies joining the
federal lawsuit you know what I don't understand trace is that's one the issue
in Orange County then but quite another let's say you you've wander into Oakland
right sure I mean and Oakland is on the other side of this spectrum right
Oakland Mayor Libby Schaaf has many times said look we we she still stands
behind this even with all the criticism even with some people the Democratic
Party criticizing her she stands behind that decision to notify ice or notify
illegal immigrants that ice agents were coming down on them nil all right thank
you very much straits Gallagher in California thank you god bless you and
God bless america
you

After California Sheriff Helps ICE Catch Illegal Aliens State AG Vows Nasty Revenge
in Orange County California has voted to join the Trump administration's lawsuit
against California and its sanctuary state law Sandra Hutchins is sheriff of
Orange County and has fought that law by publicly posting the release times of
illegal immigrant inmates California AG Xavier Becerra told Fox News producer
Dan gallo he may have Sheriff Hutchins arrested
for that watch state law state law and it's my job to enforce state law I will
I will do so and we want to make sure that every jurisdiction including Orange
County understand what state law requires of the people and the
subdivisions of the state of California
sheriff Hutchins joins us tonight sheriff a lot of people in the East
Coasters waking up to what's going on in California but it seems like we're
moving toward a crisis here is that the way it seems to you know I it's not a
crisis it's we're as a as a sheriff of Orange County I feel responsible for the
public safety of the citizens of our County yes SB 54 does not allow for that
and so I have started yesterday posting the names and dates of release of all
our inmates it's publicly accessible to all of the community and that is well
within the law provided by SB 54 right what I meant by crisis is you're the
chief law enforcement officer of your County one of the biggest counties in
the state the chief law enforcement officer of the state the Attorney
General is threatening to arrest you that scene I've never heard of anything
like that happening in any state at least in my yeah and I haven't either
and I find it interesting maybe he better read SB 54 again because
I don't think he understands what the law says and what I'm doing is entirely
within the confines of the law and I'm doing what I think is important for my
constituents it's a public safety issue to me it's not about immigration at all
it's about individuals who have committed violent crimes and let me just
give you some examples of some individuals we've had to release how
about sex with a minor child cruelty domestic violence I mean I
don't think I could sleep at night knowing that I had let somebody go and
they go out and commit another crime with those kinds of charges so I am
doing something well within the law that helps me to notify ice along with the
community on when individuals are being released it gives us an opportunity to
pick up those individuals who are in custody for serious crime so we're not
talking about no I understand crimes we're not we're talking about serious
violent crimes no you're acting out of obviously a moral imperative that's
non-political it's it's it's your job description
how would the Attorney General arrest you and what will happen if he tries
well I wouldn't advise it if he's going to arrest me then he better have some
good charges because I'm gonna get an attorney and and I'll fight it but I
would be very surprised if mr. Becerra decides to make a move like that and
arrest a sitting sheriff for following the law just because he doesn't like
what I'm doing that's not enough I'm following the law and I'm trying to take
care of my constituents here in Orange County so I wonder why other law
enforcement officials in other parts of the state aren't doing what you're doing
if what you're doing is consistent with California law I'm not sure I think some
are doing other things but I'm you know I'm not going to speak to that but I
think there are some other jurisdictions who are doing what they can to legally
under the confines of the law as it has it's it's today doing what they can to
protect their their communities you know the sheriffs in the state of California
fought this Senate bill from the very very beginning and you know it's it
states that we cannot use any resources to communicate with our federal law
enforcement partners knowing it which is just ludicrous well it's it's dangerous
as you pointed out Sheriff thanks for joining us appreciate it absolutely
thank you for having me Cesar Vargas is an attorney and an
illegal immigrant he joins us tonight Cesar thanks for coming on tell me what
you're having me counting your citizens asking whether
they are citizens how could that be unconstitutional when the Constitution
requires that you count your citizens well we're talking about the
Constitution right and Republicans and conservatives are all about the original
intent the Founding meaning of the Constitution well the Constitution
explicitly states that we need an actual enumeration in other words we're an
asset account of the whole persons in each state never said anything by
immigration status never said anything the purpose is to count everyone in the
United States regardless of emigration is that so that's perfect as a person of
who approves of original intent you would understand that that we would need
to count everything and I know I know your leg should be the Constitution but
does this change say that you're not allowed to count people who are
non-citizens no it says take account of it it's it's one of them any questions
the Constitution by the way since I know you're so familiar with it doesn't say
anything about counting people by race this census does that are you opposed to
that should we not ask for people's races well under this administration we
have been very clear that it's about targeting immigrants when the president
I want you to answer my question because I think it's a fair question you don't
think that the census form ought to be allowed to ask people whether they're
here legally or whether they're citizens our honor okay but you do think it ought
to be allowed to ask them what their genetic makeup is what the race is why
well I think we should that we have a very simple document that says hey how
many people live in your home how many people who have an opportunity to live
in the state I think that's simple I don't I'm not putting aside the politics
what about their race the census asks what your race is I think it's creepy as
hell to be honest this race has nothing to do with any choice that you made
something you're born with but the census asks it and it asks because the
left demands that it ask it do you think the census ought to be allowed to ask
people's raise well I think we should have a simple
count that's it man maybe no I think we shouldn't have immigration status we
shouldn't have about race we should I say hey how many people live in your in
your house that's it that's what the Constitution requires it's all about
allocation male or female should it ask that should be allowed is that
unconstitutional too well I think if a person wants to designate hey I'm a male
I'm a female let them let them ask why should all not but that that was the
question the census asks are you a man or a woman are you
non-hispanic white are you African American are you American Indian and now
it's gonna ask are you a citizen only one of those questions bothers you not
because of the constitutionality of it but because you think it might dilute
the political power of illegal aliens know you that it should be about
counting people based on people not about the Constitution says hey we just
need to count people if you're a male or if you're female great down why is it a
difference it's a different story because you think it might dilute the
political power of illegal aliens who I could add I'm not a lawyer like you
shouldn't be here in the first place but you're not bothered by sex or race so
let's just stop pretending let's drop the facade let's stop playing the stupid
game we pretend it's about your concerns about the constitution of a country
you're not even allowed to be in because you're I think you're here illegally too
so let's just say this is about pure political power it's about one side
trying to take back power from the other and like let's be adults about it can we
do that or do you want a coil as pre - that shows that that's concern of your
views that's the concern of you that you're afraid that if you count on
document immigrants that's going to dilute your power it's not about power
it's about simple representation the fundamental principle this nation's it's
about equal representation okay citizenship is the basis upon which we
determine political power citizens have political power non-citizens
that's the difference if you want a distill citizenship to a sentence there
you have it and so yes I do want to dilute the political power of the
citizens of other countries I don't think that Russian citizens are Nigerian
citizens or citizens from the Seychelles ought to be allowed to vote in my
elections that that's constitutional it's a definition of constitutional well
that's not what America stands for what America stands for is that you can be a
hundred percent American but you can be 100% Mexican African and Mexican citizen
and French citizenship anything about how beautiful this country is but you're
not allowed to not have citizenship and vote which leads to a question I mean to
ask you for some time as we've been abetting your illegal stay here in this
country do you plan to vote in the next election I think you live in California
they'll let you vote it's illegal do you plan to do it anyway based on the theory
you just elucidated for the rest of us well we're talking about counting I do
think that every person show you can analysis is no question about universal
I do believe that we should have universal voting for everyone to ensure
that everyone has citizens of other countries watching public this one
should be able to vote here no taxation without representation who comes the
United States and buys a decker marbles and pays the sales tax is entitled to
vote that's what you're saying if that person comes here to contribute to the
country let him have a say in his government okay let foreigners well I
hope the Democratic Party runs on that I think it'd be a fun election Caesar
thank you for being honest thank you so much thank God take care good thank you
god bless you and God bless america

BOMBSHELL! Orange County Sheriff REVOLTS Against California Sanctuary Laws! - Duration: 6:05.
BOMBSHELL!
Orange County Sheriff REVOLTS Against California Sanctuary Laws!
On Monday the Orange County Sheriff's Department made public the release dates and names of
jail inmates, including those in the U.S. illegally.
This marks the latest local revolt against California's illegal sanctuary laws.
Undersheriff Don Barnes confirmed that this in response to the harms done to the community
of Orange County because of Senate Bill 54 which became law of the land in California
on January first of this year.
California Senate Bill 54 is the bill which restricts local law enforcement's cooperation
with ICE agents and Border Patrol.
A law which both Barnes and Sheriff Sandra Hutchens of Orange County vocally fought against.
"We have an obligation to safeguard our community, and we will use every tool available
to help hold criminals accountable," Barnes said Monday.
"Our inability to relinquish these individuals to the custody of (Immigration and Customs
Enforcement) causes them to be returned to the communities which they prey upon."
This release, which is online for all the public to see comes after multiple municipalities
in Orange County have voiced opposition to SB 54 which legitimized the state's sanctuary
movement.
Although most elected officials in California do support this bill, the city of Los Alamitos
last week voted to exempt its city from this asinine bill.
"SB 54 makes local law enforcement's job more difficult and requires bureaucratic processes
that could allow dangerous individuals to fall through the cracks of our justice system,"
Hutchens said in a statement.
"My department, however, remains committed to cooperating fully with federal authorities
in all areas where I have discretion to remove serious criminals from our community."The
online release confirms that between the dates of January 1 and March 19th of this year the
Sheriff's Department released 172 inmates who are in this country illegally because
state law under SB 54 prohibits them from notifying ICE.
To date, it hasn't been confirmed if any of those released have gone on to commit other
crimes.
"ICE is going out and actively looking for them," Barnes said.
"It would be easier for everyone involved and safer for the community and law enforcement
if they were relinquished to the custody of ICE rather than returned to the community."
Although most of those released were arrested for domestic violence, theft, criminal threats
and multiple DUIs, during that same period of time 168 other inmates with more serious
convictions did meet the requirements and were turned over to immigration agents as
SB 54 allows.
As of now, it's unclear if the state of California will sue Orange County and Loa
Alamitos, but it wouldn't be surprising if they did since the California State government
cares more about the future of the Democrat Party than the safety of their own people.
More on this breaking story via Fox News:A California sheriff's office announced Monday
that it will provide public information on when inmates are released from jail — a
move coming amid a growing backlash against the liberal state's "sanctuary" laws
that limit cooperation with federal immigration authorities.
The Orange County Register reported that the county's sheriff's department will publish
a "Who's in Jail" online database, including the date and time of inmates' release, to
help cooperate with other law enforcement agencies including Immigrations and Customs
Enforcement (ICE.)
Undersheriff Don Barnes cited California's sanctuary legislation, which limits the instances
when state and local police agencies can inform federal authorities about an illegal immigrant's
release from detention, specifically as a reason for the move.
"This is in response to SB-54 limiting our ability to communicate with federal authorities
and our concern that criminals are being released to the street when there's another avenue
to safeguard the community by handing them over (to ICE for potential deportation),"
Barnes said, according to the Register.
Annie Lai, co-director of the Immigrant Rights Clinic at UC Irvine, noted that SB-45 does
allow authorities to notify federal agencies of the release dates of illegal immigrants
convicted of serious crimes.
"This change in policy is basically affecting everybody else who doesn't have a serious
criminal history under SB-54," she said.
The move by Orange County comes as more local authorities in California are looking at ways
to reject the state's controversial sanctuary policies passed in January, aspects of which
are being challenged by a lawsuit from the Department of Justice.
MORE CALIFORNIA CITIES LOOKING TO REJECT STATE'S SANCTUARY LAW
Members of the Los Alamitos Council voted this month to opt out of the sanctuary law,
noting that it "may be in direct conflict with federal laws and the Constitution."
That has in turn inspired officials in other parts of the states, including Orange County,
Aliso Viejo and Buena Park, to consider doing the same.
California's immigration debate was put in the national spotlight last month when
Oakland Mayor Libby Schaaf tweeted out a warning about an imminent ICE raid in northern California.
While over 200 illegal immigrants were caught in the raid, ICE officials said hundreds more
— including serious criminals — evaded capture because of Schaaf's warning.
But Schaaf has defended her decision, and was supported by a number of state Democrats."

California AG Threatens To Arrest Sheriff Hutchens, Trump Drops Brutal Warning
Communist California's Attorney General Xavier Becerra has threatened to arrest Orange
County Sheriff Sandra Hutchins for helping ICE catch criminal illegal aliens.
Now, President Donald Trump has a warning for the blue state buffoon.
You don't want to miss this. The story of heroic Orange County Sheriff Sandra Hutchens
continues to roll out like thunder over the headlines as California's deranged Attorney
General Xavier Becerra threatens to make an example out of her for helping Immigrations
and Customs Enforcement agents capture dangerous criminal illegal aliens.
Sheriff Hutchens shocked the nation on Monday, March 26, 2018, when she began publishing
every single inmate's release date with the exact time of day, according to Daily
Caller.
Sheriff Hutchens hasn't been shy about why the Orange County Sherrif's Department decided
to make this change to their existing online database known as "Who's In Jail."
An official statement published on the Orange County Sheriff's Department website read
in part, "Sheriff Hutchens joined law enforcement leaders across the state in opposing SB 54
when the legislation was first proposed in December 2016, as provisions in the bill hindered
collaborative efforts to remove serious offenders from the community.
Additionally, the law is inconsistent with widely accepted best practices of open communication
amongst all levels of law enforcement.
Both Sheriff Hutchens and Undersheriff Don Barnes actively engaged with legislators to
encourage defeat of the bill.
While these efforts resulted in the removal of some harmful sections of the bill, the
final version limited communication in a way that puts the public at risk."
Sheriff Sandra Hutchens said, "SB 54 makes local law enforcement's job more difficult
and requires bureaucratic processes that could allow dangerous individuals to fall through
the cracks of our justice system.
My department, however, remains committed to cooperating fully with federal authorities
in all areas where I have discretion to remove serious criminals from our community."Earlier
in the week, California Attorney General Xavier Becerra publicly rebuked Sheriff Sandra Hutchens
during a press event and warned that he was willing to engage the sheriff in a legal battle.
Becerra didn't stop there, he also confirmed his threat to arrest Sheriff Hutchens when
questioned by a reporter.
"State law is state law.
And it is my job to enforce state law.
I will do so.
And we want to make sure that every jurisdiction including Orange County, understand what state
law requires of the people and the subdivisions of the state of California," Becerra said.
A reporter then asked Becerra, "Does that mean a lawsuit of the sheriff's department
or the arrest of the sheriff?"
Becerra replied, "I think I just answered that."
This nasty threat from California's Attorney General against Sheriff Hutchens has now caught
the attention of President Donald Trump, and he isn't happy about it.
On Wednesday, March 28, Trump rang out his support over Twitter for the people of Orange
County and their embattled sheriff which also served as a warning to Becerra and all of
the up-state pricks in Sacramento.
"My Administration stands in solidarity with the brave citizens in Orange County defending
their rights against California's illegal and unconstitutional Sanctuary policies.
California's Sanctuary laws release known dangerous criminals into communities across
the State.
All citizens have the right to be protected by Federal law and strong borders," Trump
wrote.I think it's safe to assume that President Trump has Sheriff Hutchens' back on this
one and that he supports the constitutional rights of those who live in Orange County,
California.
The fact of the matter here is that California's leadership is trying to fast track the left's
plan to replace their voting base with illegal immigrants by any means necessary.
It's only when someone like Sheriff Hutchens stands up to the dictators in Sacramento and
makes the decision to honor our federal immigration laws that we see the left's ugly head appear
so prominently.
Becerra will undoubtedly continue to threaten and intimidate the Orange County Sheriff's
Department for doing what is lawful, and in return, Trump will answer back with the full
weight of the federal government and millions of American patriots behind him.
Please pray for Sheriff Hutchens as she continues to blaze a trail in California like a new
age pioneer for the rest of America to follow.

Travis Allen on the Housing Crisis in California - Duration: 1:38.
So the California Democrats are trying to convince Californians that what you need is
less local control and more high density, infill, urban housing.
They want these beehive cities where everybody is reliant upon the government for your energy,
for your gas, for utilities, for your water services.
I believe, very simply, that Californians want to grow up in the homes they always imagined
they could.
A home with a front yard and a back yard.
Single family homes again in California, it's an amazing concept but how do we get there?
We get there by building more housing supply in California.
By cutting taxes, by cutting the regulations that are stopping development in California,
by reforming the California Environmental Quality act, also called CEQA, which started
out with very good intentions, but now is being used to stop development across the
state.
It was mentioned on this stage - there's another Republican in the race, his name's John Cox.
He made all of money - makes all of his money - through Section 8 housing.
He actually is building homes with government loans - government money - and raising rent
on his tenants using government money.
This is the definition of 'crony capitalism.'
That's the last thing we need in California.
By the way, John Cox's units have complaints of rodents, cockroaches, and holes in the
walls.
What we need in cities like Los Angeles is more housing for everyone.
Beautiful houses that people actually want to live in.
If you want to live in a dense urban area, that's your right in California.
If you want a single family home, that's your right in California.
When I am your next governor of the State of California, we will build again in California
by cutting taxes, cutting regulations, and building across our state.

People FREAK As California Sheriff Pisses Off Liberals With HUGE Favor For Trump.
People are freaking out after a California sheriff recently announced a huge favor she
will be doing for President Donald Trump.
Liberals are sure to be pissed off about this.
California is waging an all-out war against Trump and his efforts to control illegal immigration.
Over the past few weeks, both parties have filed lawsuits against each other over strongly
protected positions on matters affecting illegal immigrants.
As California continues to grease the rails of their crazy train, one sheriff in southern
California is fighting back with a huge favor for Trump and Immigration and Customs Enforcement
.
According to Daily Caller, Orange County Sheriff Sandra Hutchens made the decision to begin
publishing the release dates, and times of inmates which includes both legal residents
and illegal aliens who are in the country unlawfully.
The information is being added to an existing "Who's In jail" online database.
The Orange County Sheriff takes seriously our President's efforts to protect Americans
from illegal alien criminals, and isn't being shy about her organization's desire
to work with I-C-E agents to have criminal illegal aliens deported.
The new information on inmate releases became available starting on Monday, March 26, 2018.
This bold decision is a slap in the face to the state's ultra-liberal leadership which
notably decided to declare California a sanctuary state in 2017.
I can just see liberal hacks like Governor Jerry Brown and California's Attorney General
Xavier Bacerra having a fit over the sheriff's decision.
According to the Orange County Sheriff's Department, the policy change will help improve
communication between local law enforcement and federal law enforcement.
While many liberals are undoubtedly freaking out over the sheriff's decision, it didn't
come without good reason or provocation from state officials.
On October 5, 2017, the governor of California signed into law SB 54, and it became effective
on January 1, 2018.
The controversial legislation was designed specifically to interrupt cooperation between
local law enforcement agencies, and I-C-E for the purpose of protecting illegal aliens
from deportation.
Orange County Undersheriff Don Barnes spoke about Sheriff Sandra Hutchens decision to
counteract the state's sanctuary law.
"This is in response to SB-54 limiting our ability to communicate with federal authorities,
and our concern that criminals are being released to the street when there's another avenue
to safeguard the community by handing them over to I-C-E for potential deportation,"
Barnes told the Orange County Register.
Barnes also said that Orange County Officials did not consult with I-C-E before making the
decision to publish inmate release dates, and times.
I-C-E spokeswoman Lori Haley wrote in an email late Monday that she would not comment "beyond
what the Sheriff has said."
My department, however, remains committed to cooperating fully with federal authorities
in all areas where I have discretion to remove serious criminals from our community."
Months before Governor Jerry Brown signed SB 54 into law, Sheriff Hutchens appeared
on Fox News Tucker Carlson Tonight to speak out against the bill and try to convince state
lawmakers not to pass it.
The video below is a clip of Sheriff Hutchens interview with Carlson in July 2017.
In my opinion, Sheriff Sandra Hutchens and her department are a shining example that
other counties within California should follow.
When the leaders of any state abuse their power in such a way that it puts the safety
of the general public at grave risk, it's up to revolutionaries like Sheriff Hutchens
to bring back common sense and security on a local level.

After California Sheriff Helps ICE Catch Illegal Aliens, State AG Vows Nasty Revenge - Duration: 5:21.
After California Sheriff Helps ICE Catch Illegal Aliens, State AG Vows Nasty Revenge
After Orange County Sheriff Sandra Hutchens vowed to help ICE agents catch violent illegal
aliens, California Attorney General Xavier Becerra has lit a powder keg by vowing nasty
revenge on her.
Communist California could be headed for civil war.
On Monday, March 26, 2018, Orange County Sheriff Sandra Hutchens started posting the release
dates and times of each inmate online for the specific purpose of helping Immigrations
and Customs Enforcement agents catch violent illegal aliens, according to Daily Caller.
Hutchens made the decision to post the information after California declared itself a sanctuary
state and implemented California Senate Bill 54 on January 1, 2018.
SB 54 was passed by idiotic California liberal legislators and signed by Governor Jerry Brown
in order to prevent state and local law enforcement agencies from working with ICE to deport violent
criminal illegal aliens.
After releasing an official statement on the Orange County Sheriff's Department website,
Sheriff Hutchens drew the attention of the infuriated California Attorney General Xavier
Becerra, who now claims that the sheriff is in violation of the law and has even threatened
to arrest her.
"State law is state law.
And it is my job to enforce state law.
I will do so.
And we want to make sure that every jurisdiction including Orange County, understand what state
law requires of the people and the subdivisions of the state of California," Becerra said
during a press conference earlier this week.
A reporter then asked Becerra, "Does that mean a lawsuit of the sheriff's department
or the arrest of the sheriff?"
Becerra replied, "I think I just answered that."
This nasty threat from California's Attorney General against Sheriff Hutchens is most definitely
going to blow up in his face.
Following Becerra's threat to arrest Sheriff Hutchens, she appeared on Fox News' Tucker
Carlson Tonight to discuss the matter.
"Sheriff, a lot of people on the east coast are just waking up to what's going on in
California but it seems like we're moving toward a crisis here.
Is that the way it seems to you?"
Carlson asked.
"No, it's not a crisis … As a sheriff of Orange County, I feel responsible for the
public safety of the citizens of our county.
SB 54 does not allow for that and so I have started yesterday posting the names and dates
of release of all our inmates," Sheriff Hutchens replied.
"It's publicly accessible to all of the community and that is well within the law
provided by SB 54," she added.
Tucker Carlson clarified his question about a crisis by explaining that Sheriff Hutchens
has been threatened with arrest.
"What I meant by crisis is, you're the chief law enforcement officer of your county,
one of the biggest counties in the state.
The chief law enforcement officer of the state, the Attorney General is threatening to arrest
you.
I've never heard of anything like that happening in any state at least in my lifetime."
Carson said.
"Yeah, and I haven't either," replied Sheriff Hutchens.
"And I find it interesting.
Maybe he better read SB 54 again because I don't think he understands what the law
says and what I'm doing is entirely within the confines of the law and I'm doing what
I think is important for my constituents.
It's a public safety issue to me.
It's not about immigration at all.
It's about individuals who have committed violent crimes," Sheriff Hutchens added.
Sheriff Sandra Hutchens then gave Tucker Carlson a few examples of the types of violent criminals
that have been released in the past.
"How about sex with a minor, child cruelty, domestic violence, I mean I don't think
I could sleep at night knowing that I had let somebody go and they go out and commit
another crime with those kinds of charges," she said.
When Carlson asked, "How would the Attorney General arrest you and what would happen if
he tries?"
Sheriff Hutchens replied, "Well, I wouldn't advise it.
If he's going to arrest me then he better have some good charges because I'm going
to get an attorney and I'll fight it, but I would be very surprised if Mr. Becerra decides
to make a move like that and arrest a sitting sheriff for following the law.
Just because he doesn't like what I'm doing.
That's not enough."I could not agree more with Sheriff Sandra Hutchens.
California Attorney General Xavier Becerra is politicizing his position for the benefit
of his liberal agenda.
The madness in California never seems to stop.
The fact of the matter is that the California Attorney General is now threatening to arrest
a sitting sheriff because Democrats don't want their future voting base compromised.
It seems slightly hypocritical for the state of California to blatantly disregard federal
immigration laws and then turn around to attack Sheriff Hutchens for trying to protect her
constituents from irresponsible and dangerous state laws.
