If a someone deliberately gave your bank account numbers to another person who then stole money
from your account you would expect that person to be arrested as being part of a criminal
conspiracy.
Yet that is exactly what liberal politicians are doing when they steal your tax dollars
to fund the costs associated with illegal aliens and leave the debt they run up to your
children.
If a person drilled out the locks on your home so that other people could avail themselves
of your hard-earned possessions and, in some cases bring drugs, sexually assault your daughters
or wife, or beat your sons you would demand that he be arrested.
Yet this is exactly what liberal politicians are doing in sanctuary cities across the country
and in the entire state of California under the orders of Governor Jerry Brown.
According to a 2011 U.S.
Government Accountability Office (GAO) report of the 51,000 criminal aliens incarcerated
in federal prison in December 2010, 68 percent were citizens of Mexico, and almost 90 percent
were from one of seven Latin American countries: Mexico, Colombia, Guatemala, Honduras, El
Salvador, Cuba, and the Dominican Republic.
It's hard to ignore the fact that illegal aliens only account for 3.5 percent of the
U.S. population and yet they accounted for 36.7 percent of federal sentences in fiscal
year 2014.
Admittedly, the Obama administration turned the FBI into a political tool but in 20019
before he completely destroyed its integrity, 57 percent of the 76 fugitive murderers most
wanted by the Federal Bureau of Investigations (FBI) were foreign-born (either illegal aliens
or aliens given visas).
Six times more U.S. residents are U.S.-born than foreign-born yet foreign-born residents
are responsible for four-times more terrorism convictions.
Or, put another way, 13.5% of the population is responsible for 64% of terrorism convictions.
But, these statistics still fail to tell the whole story because the children of aliens
who are born here and who commit crimes are considered native born Americans when compiling
these statistics.
The man charged with fighting back the wave of illegal aliens that are bankrupting our
hospitals, school systems, social welfare programs, police and fire departments, and
prison systems, is Thomas Homan, Director of Immigration and Customs Enforcement.
Homan 's plan is to go after the politicians who are acting in defiance of existing federal
law 8 U.S. Code § 1324 – Bringing in and harboring certain aliens that specifically
gives the men and women who work under him, and designated by the Attorney General of
the United States, the authority to arrest anyone (there is no exception provided in
the law for politicians) who violates this statute.
This brings us to California's Governor Jerry Brown and Homan's plan to deal with
him.
Homan discussed it during an appearance on Fox News with Neil Cavuto earlier this week:
"The state of California wants to put politics ahead of public safety and ahead of officer's
safety.
[Editor's note: Based on the GAO's sample of criminal aliens, they estimated that their
study population of 249,000 criminal aliens was arrested about 1.7 million times, averaging
about 7 arrests per criminal alien.]
When you release a public safety threat back into the public it's just a foolish decision."
If he (Jerry Brown) thinks he's protecting the immigrant community he's doing quite
the opposite.
If he thinks ICE is going away, we're not!
There's no sanctuary from federal law enforcement.
As a matter of fact we're going to significantly increase our enforcement presence in California.
"California better hold on tight.
If the politicians in California don't want to protect their communities then ICE will."
"We got to work with the Department of Justice.
The Department of Justice needs to do a couple things.
Number one, they need to file charges against the sanctuary cities.
Number two, they need to hold back their funding.
Another thing they need to do, they need to hold these politicians personally accountable.
I mean, more citizens are going to die because of these policies and these politicians can't
make these decisions and be held unaccountable for people dying.
I mean, we need to hold these politicians accountable for their actions."
Cavuto asked Homan whether President Trump shared his views.
HOMAN: The president is totally against sanctuary cities.
He knows, as well as I do that people are dying, people are being victimized by illegal
aliens in this country and there are certain sanctuary cities that don't want to cooperate
with us.
Look, this is about the American public.
This is about the U.S. citizens being victimized by some of these criminal illegal aliens.
We've got to hold sanctuary cities accountable.
This is going to continue.
The crime rate in California is going to increase.
At least 50 percent of these criminal aliens being released back into the public re-offend
the first year.
Seventy-five percent will re-offend in 5 years.
This is a victimization of the American community.
This isn't the America I grew up in.
We've got to take these sanctuary cities on.
We've got to take them to court and start charging some of these politicians with crimes.
Brown, and politicians like him have been driving hardworking taxpayers from their cities
and states with high taxes and burgeoning crime and they need to replace the lost headcount
or lose seats in Congress and the power that comes with the total number of residents not
citizens.
Essentially, these liberal politicians are using lax immigration enforcement to increase
foreign representation in every level of government.
Governor Brown's order has made illegal aliens – even criminal illegal aliens – a
protected class as California Assemblyman Travis Allen discusses with Tucker Carlson

Brown is following in the footsteps of an earlier Democrat, Alabama Governor George
Wallace, who also refused to protect the citizens of his state – that time because of the
color of their skin.
Governor Brown is tempting fate.
ICE Director Homan has the president's backing and nothing would send a louder message to
the mayors of sanctuary cities than the biggest fish of all winding
up behind bars.

Director Thomas Homan said California "better hold on tight" after its liberal Democratic
governor allowed a sanctuary state law to take effect this week.
Neil Cavuto said that Gov. Jerry Brown claimed the law will protect illegal immigrants living
quietly in the shadows of society from law enforcement intent on "yanking them out
of there."
"I think it's terrible," Homan said, adding that Brown's action put politics
in front of public safety."
If Gov. Brown thinks he will defend all the dirty immigrant criminals and that's smart
for Americans, then he's wrong.
That's not smart for anyone aside from those that break the law.
Imagine living in an exceedingly town crawling with dirty immigrant criminals lurking by
the edge, simply looking ahead to the next victim to be at their mercy.

According to text of the federal law cited by Homan, any person "knowing… the fact
that an alien has come to… the United States in violation of the law, conceals, harbors
or shields from detection… such [an] alien in any place" can face fines and/or up to
several years in prison."
Homan basically suggests that Gov. Brown's activity may lead him to prosecution.
If liberal Democrat leader Gov. Brown is prosecuted and faraway from workplace, then ICE might
do their work while not facing any pushback from people who want to harbor illegal alien
criminals.
America has enough of its criminals, therefore why would anyone want to contain a lot of

Apparently in Oakland, California, the city council would rather protect illegals that
are part of human trafficking and child trafficking and punish LEO if they step in to provide
aid to ICE agents that are taking down these scumbags.

Anne Kirkpatrick, Oakland's police chief, is facing an Internal Affairs investigation
because she aided federal agents arrest an illegal immigrant in a sanctuary city, Fox
News reports.
A formal complaint by a city commissioner, and questioning by furious City Council members
— all because of her role in helping a federal illegal immigration crackdown in the sanctuary
city, is what has lead to Internal Affairs stepping in.
Plainclothes agents working in Homeland Security Investigations, the criminal division of the
U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement, executed a search warrant on 27th Street near
Martin Luther King Jr. Way around 6:30 a.m. while Oakland police officers blocked off
traffic in the area.
Police Chief Anne Kirkpatrick said in a statement that Homeland Security on Tuesday requested
the presence of marked Oakland squad cars and uniformed officers, which she authorized,
to help with traffic control and "officer safety not only for them but the safety of
those on the scene."
Last month, City Council unanimously voted to rescind an agreement that allowed Oakland
officers to be "deputized" as U.S. customs enforcement officers — a designation that
allowed the police force to work with federal immigration officials on cases of human trafficking,
narcotics smuggling and other cross-border crimes.
"The officers and Commander were given strict instructions that they may not engage in any
capacity in their enforcement efforts and their only role was that of traffic control
and safety," read the statement from Kirkpatrick.
At issue is whether Chief Anne Kirkpatrick made false statements and whether the department's
involvement violated Oakland's sanctuary-city ordinances that bar police officers from cooperating
with U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement.
Federal agents detained two adult brothers.
Records indicate that deportation proceedings began against one, Santos Alberto, but that
no criminal charges have been filed — contradicting a claim Kirkpatrick later made and meaning
that city police officers provided aid to an immigration operation that only saw civil,
not criminal, consequences.
James Schwab, an ICE spokesman, said he couldn't provide details about the investigation, but
Oakland officials said that Homeland Security agents were there to investigate the alleged
human trafficking of juveniles.
In a written response to the council members' questions, Kirkpatrick defended her actions,
saying traffic enforcement was needed in part to reduce the risk of "friendly fire"
— in which confused city police officers might shoot at armed plainclothes federal
agents, or vice versa.
And Kirkpatrick reiterated that she ordered the officers not to participate in the operation
itself.
Brian Hofer, chairman of the city's Privacy Advisory Commission, took issue with both
the involvement of Oakland police officers and Kirkpatrick's statements around the
operation.
He and seven others concerned about the issue filed a formal complaint against the chief
with the citizen police review board and the internal affairs division of the Police Department.
Oakland Councilwomen Desley Brooks and Rebecca Kaplan have pressed Kirkpatrick for more answers
as well.
Their complaint points to several purportedly false statements Kirkpatrick made about the
operation.
At a September town hall meeting, she said that one person had been charged with a crime
and that it was "not a deportation matter," both of which were untrue, the complaint says.
