I thought I would check it out so I came down met some lovely people which
turns out now to be DBR it was at the time by the way this is like a small
whatsapp group like it was 15 people I think so and yeah I just came
and met some people other in-house recruiters I didn't actually know any
other in-house recruiters really at the time so I came and I met some people and
fast forward all these years later now I'm here in Berlin in Germany
working at hello fresh managing all the tech hiring here and setting up DBR
Berlin and i think how many members is it world wide now in DBR Tris?
Just under 1,300 unique members in DB are everyone is an in house recruiter
I thought the contribution stats are really interesting these are these are a
bit lower than what they really are but 250 in-house recruiters contributing
every week to the DBR Slack Channel! Every week!
