How Much You Should Walk Everyday to Start Losing

Weight?

The healthy lifestyle is on the rise in recent years, and there are many reasons why.

Obesity is almost an epidemic, so people are becoming more and more aware of the dangers

it brings.

Eating healthy has become a trend just like exercising, and it's making us healthier

and more energetic.

But, are you aware that there are simpler ways of staying in shape than simply hitting

the gym?

Most people stick to cardio and strength exercises in order to lose weight.

And they're effective – jogging and swimming can make you lose a lot of weight, but there

is one exercise which works even better.

We're talking about walking – a powerful cardio exercise that will make you lose a

great amount of weight with no extra efforts.

Actually, walking might be the best option for slimming down.

It's a simple, powerful and effective exercise that will work on all your muscles so you

can stay in shape.

But, have you ever wondered how many kilometers you need to pass daily in order to see results?

We're here to clarify this.

It's not just the distance you should be considering – you also need to pay attention

to your weight and speed as well.

Create your own schedule and walk every day, and the results should be visible soon.

Use a pace counter – it will help you regulate the level of physical activity.

Here's an estimation of how much weight you'll be able to lose:

100 kcal.

= 2000 steps=1.6 km. 1 kg. of weight=140 000 steps=7000 calories=112

km.

These figures are variables which are affected by different factors such as your weight,

the speed you walk with and your health condition as well.

The best thing about walking is that it's simple to perform and requires no additional

equipment.

It won't even take that much of your time as well – simply walk to work or when sending

your kids to the school, take the stairs instead of the elevator or simply go for a nice relaxing

walk in the evening.

When walking, make sure to keep your back and shoulders straight.

Use comfortable shoes and light clothes, and increase the duration and tempo every day

bit by bit.

For best results, we recommend walking 3 times a week.

Stay on the track and ditch the car for the next few months, and you will definitely see

improvements.

Change your lifestyle and start living healthier as well, and you'll be able to unload a

lot of weight just in time for summer.

5 Basketball Games, How Many Shots Did He Make? - Duration: 10:18.

- Morning guys.

Welcome back to another basketball weekend.

Another basketball tournament here in Avondale.

Bryce has got two games today

and then tomorrow's single elimination.

If they win the first game,

they play a second to the championship.

So here we go, Be Elite.

(indistinct chatter) (basketballs bouncing)

Wednesday's practice he got scratched.

Nice job, nice job.

- [Jack] Bryce, be ready for the ball.

Bryce, be ready for the ball.

(Clintus chuckles)

- [Clintus] There you go! Nice look. Nice look!

Good job! - [Jack] Good pass, Bryce!

- [Clintus] Nice job, Mason.

- [Man] All the way, all the way.

(whistle blows)

- Alright you guys, day 2 back in Avondale.

We had to leave yesterday before Bryce's second game because

Sierra had volleyball at the same exact time in Gilbert and

you'll see that in a separate video.

Actually, that video probably went up before this one 'cause

it's already done.

But they lost their second game.

So they're in the loser's bracket,

losing bracket today and it's single elimination.

They'll play their first game, they lose, we're done.

If they win, they go on to play

for third or fourth place is the idea.

He ended up staying with the Bevos last night so we didn't

get a chance to see him or get a follow up with him but we'll get

a follow up with him after today's games.

(basketballs bouncing)

There you go, Bryce. There you go, Bryce.

Ooh, should've gone for that.

There you go. Good job, X.

Get over there Bryce. Get over there Bryce.

Take it in, take it in, take it in.

Oh, should've gone left.

Dang it.

There you go, Bryce.

Stay with it, Bryce. Stay with it, Bryce.

There you go, Bryce.

Good job.

(indistinct chatter)

Nice job.

Nice job.

(whistle blows)

- [Man 2] There you go.

Ah! - [Chrissy] Good job, Bryce!

(whistle blows)

- [Clintus] There you go, Bryce. - [Woman] Go Bryce!

- [Woman 2] Let's go, Bryce!

- [Crowd] Oh!

- [Man 3] Stay in the passing lane, 'Saiah.

- [Clintus] Hands up, Bryce, hands up.

- [Man 3] Help 'Saiah, help.

Go!

- [Man 4] Stay wide, J, stay wide. Stay wide.

- [Crowd] Oh!

(crowd applause and cheers)

- [Man 5] Good rebound.

(crowd cheers)

- [Clintus] Get that rebound, Bryce.

(whistle blows)

- [Jack] Get in, get in.

- [Man 3] Good job, Dom.

- [Jack] Good job, Bryce! (crowd cheers and applause)

- [Man 3] Yeah! Woo!

Let's go, box out.

- [Man 2] Rebound!

- Alright, so apparently I was wrong

in my assessment this morning.

I thought it was single elimination.

Apparently it's double elimination.

Or at least the way the brackets were set up,

we lost our first game but we weren't done.

We lost and we went and had another game.

We won that one which means now we have one more game.

So we actually have three games today.

I don't know what place we're fighting for.

I don't know.

I don't know, we'll figure it out later.

But anyways, in any case, we lost the first one.

We won the second one.

And now we're going for our third in about two hours.

So me and the kids are walking down the street to Culver's.

Boys wanted a cheeseburger for lunch.

They're kids. I guess they can eat anything they want

and still work out, right?

And Sierra's just tagging along 'cause she's bored and all the

parents are back at the Mexican food restaurant

'cause that's what they wanted.

(indistinct chatter)

Nice job, X.

Oh, why are you...

- [Chrissy] Good job, Bryce. - [Jack] Good job, Bryce.

- [Man 6] Rebound Mark!

- [Clintus] There you go, Bryce!

Yeah! Good job, dude.

Alright, so we've returned back home.

And Bryce has got a little medal here around his neck.

What place did you get, dude? - Fourth.

- Fourth place our of six teams so not great.

They ended up only game they won

was the one that got 'em into the semifinals.

But, you know, nevertheless,

still a placement.

We were in the gold division? - [Bryce] Yeah.

- We're in the gold division so, you know,

steep competition.

I think we might need to move us down a bracket.

I'm not a coach.

I'll let the coach make the decisions but I was just kinda

thinking that, you know, we got a lot of losses lately.

Kinda like to get a W every once in a while.

Anyways, that wraps up this weekend's basketball tournament.

Practice this week, skills.

Gonna try to put together maybe a practice/skills vlog.

So I'll take footage from all the different practices and put

'em all together maybe. I don't know, we'll see.

Thanks for watching.

Bye!
