I am Anishka
now-a- days Under eye dark circles
is a common problem
it causes due to
stress
more or less sleep
rubbing your eyes often
or if you are allergic to any products
you may watch many videos to reduce these dark circles
but the ingredients might be available or not
or you may not be able to follow due to
making them on daily basis
So today I will bring for you a simple home remedy
you can find its ingredient at home
and don't need to make them daily
you can store it about a month
So watch this video till end as I will give you some tips
which prevent dark circles to occur
so lets start with today's video
for this we need
here I am using my empty lip gloss bottle
if you don't have it you can use normal vial
now in a bowl add olive oil
aloe vera gel
and lemon zest
mix well
pour this in a roll on vial and then shake well
eye roll on serum is ready
dip a cotton pad in chilled milk
& then squeeze to release extra milk
place them on both your eyes
chilled milk helps you in reducing
eye puffiness or swelling
then remove the cotton pads after 10 minutes
then wash your eyes with normal water
now apply eye roll on serum
apply this serum with the help of this vial
in circular motion as shown in video
aloe vera gel stimulate blood circulation
that nourishes our under eye skin
olive oil contains vitamin K, E and A which
help in reducing under eye darkness and dullness
lemon zest contains vitamin C which improves collagen production
that maintains skin elasticity
and also it has bleaching properties
which helps in reducing darkness
this roll on vial evenly distribute
the serum around your eyes
now after that gently massage your eyes
then leave as it is overnight
now its turn to tips
Always remove your eye makeup before sleep
otherwise it causes dark circles or puffiness
take atleast 8 hours sleep daily
to reduce stress do Yoga, meditation or breathing exercise
drink lot of water and eat healthy food and
keep your body hydrated
reduce the intake of salt if you have eye puffiness
follow this remedy daily to completely vanish your
under eye dark circles problem
