World Champion Clausthaler Classic | Best Non Alcoholic Beer Reviews | Clausthaler Classic - Duration: 3:34.

Hey, we got a world champion in the house. yeah, that's right!

We've got the beer that started it all from the brewery that never gave up. We've got the Clausthaler. It's coming from Germany

from the 70s

When there was a big big push to find a good non-alcoholic beer these guys went for it.

And they stuck to it and didn't give up and a lot of the breweries ended up with a process that was

Make the beer as they would normally and then remove the alcohol

These guys didn't want to do that. Their process doesn't remove alcohol, it only gets brewed to having less than

0.5. Percent. So pretty excited to have this , the godfather of non-alcoholic beers today

so it comes in the

0.33 size

Yeah, it's pretty nice cap, cap collectors. You like this one

Interesting smell bit of corn coming out of this one that's nice, and maybe it's a little bit grainy

Yeah, I thought there would be something metallic, but I'm not really getting any metallic sort of smells from this either

Hey not a bad-looking beer

Nice Pale yellow sort of colour

Just touching on sort of an amber, I guess

nice finger of head on top of that and

Yeah, it's it's pretty pretty smooth

Nice-looking head and quite a lot of carbonization say medium-high carbonization

Yeah, really starting to see why this is won, so many awards

It's a nice Pilsner

Great lager. It's got a bit a sweetness, but not too much and

Something that it has that a lot of non alcoholic beers don't, is it has some bitterness at the end

So it has that nice smooth, touch sweet

First sort of impression and it rolls off and leaves a little bit of a bitter aftertaste. This is a really quality beer

Super smooth super light

really great mouthfeel

If you haven't guessed already I really like this Beer

Many things to like about it

But probably my favorite part is that you get a bit of bitterness at the end, which is pretty rare in these non-alcoholic beers

When I drink it

well

Maybe it's easier to say when I wouldn't drink it. I would probably drink this everywhere

The fact that it's so nice. I probably wouldn't drink it with

you know something really spicy or

really flavorful meal because

You know I just want to enjoy this beer it's super tasty so I would probably drink it when I'm not hungry
