Today we're going to be talking about something

that I've received a lot of comments about lately,

and that is who hires for work at home in California.

The fact of the matter is that a lot of the work at home

jobs do come with some kind of location requirement.

Now that may be because they want to do

some on-site training, in most cases though

it comes down to local laws.

Maybe states have some laws in place

that can make it a little bit harder

for out of state employers to hire remote workers.

Sometimes there are some tax laws in place

that can make things a little less advantageous

for employers looking for remote workers.

Therefore there are some states that are a little bit

harder to find work at home in,

and one of those is California.

The good news is there are still

plenty of jobs available here for you.

And we're going to be talking

about five of those great jobs today.

Now please stay to the end of the video

to find out how you can learn about 30 great companies

that hire for work at home in California.

And if you're not in California, don't worry.

These companies hire in other states too.

Now the first great company

we're talking about today is Amazon.

Amazon actually hires for a lot of great

work at home customer service positions.

Now these are highly coveted positions.

They are employee positions so the full-time ones

are going to come with some benefits.

But in most cases these are going to be

temporary positions and we do usually see

the vast majority of these available

in the months leading up to Christmas.

So you do want to start looking for them around fall.

Now that being said, right now I'm filming this video

in May and just this week we have seen some

of these temporary seasonal positions come available.

So you will want to keep an eye

on the Amazon virtual job board site

for when these opportunities do pop up throughout the year.

Now another work at home job that is really popular

among The Work at Home Wife community is Appen.

Appen hires for search engine evaluators,

ad evaluators, and most recently social media evaluators.

Now in these positions you are often looking

at search results or maybe ads that are displaying

after you do a Google search and you're letting the company

know whether these ads or search results are relevant

and if they are quality sites that you're being led to.

Now the feedback within my community of people

that have been working with this company

for even years now is that they really enjoy the work.

It is usually project-based in most cases

so your project will come to an end,

and in most cases your project will come

with some kind of an hourly requirement or restriction

and in some cases people are only allowed to work

one hour a day based on the project.

In other cases, they're allowed

to work up to 20 hours per week.

And this is really flexible work

and it's non-phone work so it can be great

for those of you out there who are maybe

stay at home parents that are looking for something

that you can do around your childrens' schedule

or while your children are at home.

Now if flexibility and non-phone are on your

work at home wishlist,

another company to consider is Fancy Hands.

Now this one is more in the realm of virtual assisting

or being an admin or a personal assistant to someone.

These are going to be micro tasks which means that these

are just short little jobs, and in most cases

they take only five to 15 minutes to complete

and each one is going to pay you a flat fee

for that task when completed.

Now on this site you're going to find a wide variety

of things that are available from making appointments

to online research, making phone calls.

There's a lot of different variety here

and it's not something that you're assigned.

You are able to log in when you want

and pick up the tasks that you enjoy doing

or that you feel that you have the time to complete.

Now another project-based job

is going to be for Kinzer Projects.

This company, they do a lot of writing-based tasks.

Some of the most recent positions have been

writing product descriptions.

You may also find projects related to editing

or keyword moderation.

Now again these are going to be project-based pay

and most cases you're going to be paid

per item that's completed.

It's not going to be something that comes with an hourly rate.

That being said, it can be really flexible

and it's another non-phone position

that hires in California.

Now if you are looking for a work at home job

that provides you with benefits, Apple At Home

is one you'll want to check into.

Apple is known for having a great benefits package

and they also hire for both chat and phone-based

customer service positions.

This one is going to offer you a guaranteed hourly rate

and they're also going to provide you with some of the

equipment that you need to work from home.

Now those are just five of the great companies

that hire for work at home in California.

to a list of 30 companies that hire work at home workers

that live in California.

Now as I said before, even if you don't live in California

this is a great list to check into.

These companies aren't going to be restricted

to just that one state.

Many of 'em hire nationwide or at least hire

in a large number of states

so even if you aren't in California,

go ahead and check this list out.

And you'll also find there's a great variety here.

There's going to be some customer service positions

but there's also going to be some great non-phone work

positions available as well.

BREAKING News Out Of California… JUDGE MAKES HISTORIC DECISION!! - Duration: 3:32.

A California judge has ruled that social media giant Twitter can be sued for falsely advertising

free speech.

The judge said that Twitter's policy of banning users "at any time, for any reason

or for no reason" may constitute an "unconscionable contract" for a company which advertises

free speech.

The judge rejected Twitter's motion to dismiss the lawsuit from Jared Taylor, who was banned

by the platform in December last year, according to Breitbart.

Taylor, a self-described "white activist" may proceed with his lawsuit against Twitter

because the social media company falsely advertises free speech, yet bans users for "any or

no reason."

The judge also ruled that Twitter could be sued on the basis of misleading its users,

due to the platform's promise not to ban accounts on the basis of viewpoint or political

affiliation, which is frequently violated.

"This ruling has massive implications for the platform going forward," said Noah Peters,

Jared Taylor's lawyer.

"this is the first time that a social media company's argument that it can censor user

speech has been rejected by a court."

Taylor describes himself as a "race realist" and has defended white separatism, claiming

that races are "not equal", but his attorney says this trial is not about his client's

particular views, and that's a correct assessment.

The trial is about Twitter's disallowance of free speech although they use that term

to advertise the social media platform.

"Our lawsuit is not about whether Taylor is right or wrong," Peters said in February.

"It's about whether Twitter and other technology companies have the right to ban

individuals from using their services based on their perceived viewpoints and affiliations."

By now, it should be well understood that the terms "hate facts" and "hate speech"

are nothing more than buzzwords used by the left as an excuse to suppress the speech of

those with which they disagree.

This is becoming more and more apparent as we devolve quickly toward a fully totalitarian

system too.

Breitbart reported that the most high-profile individual to be banned on this basis was

Islam critic Tommy Robinson, who received a permanent ban from Twitter after he posted

statistics showing that Muslims are vastly overrepresented in child grooming gangs in

the UK. Robinson is now taking Twitter to court to prove that "facts are now treated

as hate."

Twitter employees have also been caught on camera boasting about their actions to keep

conservatives and Trump supporters off the platform.

They also, along with YouTube, have scrubbed videos that do not align with the government

and mainstream media's "official narrative" with regards to incidents such as the Parkland,

Florida school shooting.

One employee even discussed shadowbanning political accounts, a practice that Twitter

has continually denied using.

Another employee claimed that accounts that expressed an interest in "god, guns, and

America" were likely to be flagged as "bots."

Another employee,Mo Norai, explained that Twitter moderators regularly discriminated

against accounts deemed to be pro-Trump.

Twitter's double standards can be seen in the way it handles complaints of abuse against

conservatives and individuals linked to conservatives.

But it isn't just Twitter who is attempting to censor and suppress free speech.

YouTube, Google, and Facebook are on the front lines of the fight for totalitarianism by

silencing those with whom they disagree, much like the Nazis of Hitler's regime.

California steer that vied for the title of tallest bovine dies - Duration: 2:45.

A giant, 1-ton Holstein steer that loved to eat bread and received international attention when it competed for the title of world's tallest bovine has died

 Danniel, who was 6-foot-4 but didn't win the competition in 2016, died Saturday at age 8, the Eureka Times-Standard reported

Advertisement  The steer spent the last few years living at Lost Coast Hay in Eureka, Calif

, where he would eat 100 pounds of hay and 15 pounds of grain, and drink 100 gallons of water a day

 Danniel loved to eat bread, and whenever he heard a bread bag shaking, he would trot across the field, owner Ken Farley said

 "When he would run, he looked like a doofus," Farley said.  Danniel suffered from a calcium deficiency, and it had become hard for him to get up, he said

He was known for his gentle nature, sharing a pen with other animals from time to time

 Farley and his wife are trying to figure out the proper way to bury a giant steer

 "We want to bury him on site and have a memorial for him," Farley said. "He's just like one of the family

you to settle the case right away.

Why is the adjuster telling you to settle the case right away?

Why is the adjuster telling you you don't need to hire an attorney?

It's true.

Many times you are involved in a car collision caused by another party's carelessness, and

the first person you hear from is the careless driver's insurance adjuster.

Why is that?

Because they're trained and taught to get to the injured victims as quickly as possible

so they can get the case settled as quickly as possible for as little as possible.

They want to get it settled early before the case drags on, before the full extent of the

harms and losses caused by the careless person's action can be fully developed.

Case in point, you're struck from behind in a car crash today.

Your adrenaline's pumping.

You feel nothing.

You get home, you're great.

The next morning you wake up, your back and your neck are killing you.

If you had settled that case on the day of the crash, and believe me, I've had clients

who've told me that they've been called on the day of the crash by the other party's

adjuster to settle the case.

If you had settled that collision on the day of the crash you probably settled it for much

less.

Whereas, if you wait a while and see what's going to come of that collision, if anything

at all, then you have a better picture of all the harms, all the losses that you suffered

as a result of the other party's carelessness.

And don't wait too long because there are time limits for people to bring actions depending

on who the person was that caused the harms and losses.
