Tammy Bruce: US 'Effectively Subsidized' Custom of Families Illegally Crossing Border - Duration: 8:30.
cheering out Timmy Bruce president of the independent woman's voice and a fox
news contributor father Jonathan Morris Fox News religion analyst and Enrique
Acevedo Univision news anchor and we can let me start with you you know when you
look at these pictures and you look at the history of this law it has been in
place for a very long time well first of all I think we can all agree that family
separation is cruel it's inhumane and in this case is completely unjustifiable
there is no law in our immigration books that says that children can be separated
or should be separated from their parents that's just not the case right
now what we have is a policy implemented by the Trump administration zero
tolerance that it has resulted in over nineteen hundred kids been separated for
what do you make of Jeff Sessions explanation when he says you know when a
parent commits a crime the child cannot go to jail with them in order to keep
the family together and they're saying crossing the border illegally is
breaking the law so when that happens unfortunately temporarily while the
parents go through the process here because they're not going to be caught
and released anymore that they have to be separated so they're trying to find
safe places to hold these children we saw images of some of those those areas
obviously it's a terrible situation for families to be separated but it you know
when you look at it that way doesn't does that make any sense to you at all
not at all I think there's such a thing as discretion we're not putting
shoplifters behind bars in every case and separating them from their families
and they broke the law we're not putting people who are in possession of
marijuana behind bars in every case and separating them from their children and
they're also breaking the law so there's such a thing as this question and before
CEO tolerance was implemented that was the case with immigrant families we
don't need to separate immigrant families we don't need to separate
almost 2,000 kids from their parents just to make a point and use that as a
deterrent as chief of staff Kelley and Attorney General Sessions had said Tammy
the other thing that Jeff Sessions said about this is that since they sort of
became lacks in this program it was sort of understood by some people who wanted
to get into country that if you come as a family
they will let you through so this is a better way to come bring your kids and
now obviously that's changed right that's one of the problems with the
policy for years is that we effectively subsidize this kind of an approach that
people found out that if you have a child you're you're going to be caught
and released if you versus not having a child the New York Times reported in
April that in fact people are admitting this that families brought children
knowing that there is a better chance that they would get through and be
released and that others and this is the serious dynamic with both unaccompanied
minors and minors in general are people posing as parents so here we've got the
outrage is overcoming the facts and I'll give you an example there's three
reasons why parents or adults are separated from children one they're
posing as the parent and they're not the parent they're they're are a threat to
the child or they are put into criminal proceedings this is it's not a wholesale
one there's no it's it's and and so this is also again something that was
happening throughout the the Obama regime as well but it comes down to
catch and release but we've facilitated the choice of parents and others of
bringing children across the border in order to in a way game the system at the
border this is what the president wants to have stopped he stated he wants it
stopped all of us are outraged that were even in this dynamic and it comes down
to an orderly immigration dynamic and security at the border where we can
treat everyone with dignity and people are not encouraged to move into the
country in this fashion all right let me bring in father Jonathan father Jonathan
you have Catholic Bishops and you have Franklin Graham arguing that these
families need to be held together in fact the Catholic Bishops going as far
so far as to say that if anyone is helping to implement this program and is
Catholic they could potentially become excommunicated for being part of it okay
that was one bishop who actually suggested that and I don't think it
represents all of them but the fact is is that we have 20% more children in
this situation separated from their children this year compared to last year
so that's a big deal so we have to solve this and I don't think we're that far
away from solving and I mean both president
krump as well as the Republicans and the Democrats all say this is an outrageous
situation whose fault is it of course it's the there's people who are faking
bringing children over and saying that they're that they're their children
that's not of course there's people who are breaking the law coming over
illegally all of that is bad but the government has to be bigger than that to
say what are we going to do about it because there are children who are there
who are alone and it it's traumatic from them it's traumatizing for them and I
say this not from a theoretical perspective I live in the South Bronx I
see what's happening to these families with these children and I see children
who are here without parents okay the parents are definitely not perfect and
they shouldn't be crossing illegally but the government has to figure out what
we're going to do for the sake of these children all right so what what do they
do do they change the law do they incarcerate families together you know
Andrea Kay what's the solution because you got the people the folks who are
breaking the law and there is a law there is a border you're not allowed to
cross the border illegally and then you have I think everyone here in this
conversation and outside of it who really understands that this is not an
ideal situation the president made that clear himself
I appreciate the question Martha because we should be focusing on solutions and I
think that solution is not separating families there are very few examples of
governments using family separations throughout history and we don't want to
be part of that and the solution is just not building walls and reducing the
legal path for immigrants to come into this country and again separating
children from their parents I think the solution has to do with finding the root
causes of immigration with having a wider legal path so people can come here
and do the jobs that we need them to do there are a lot of solutions that we
could you know agree on in Congress but it seems that the extremes has taken
over the debate and now there's there's no space for for a comprehensive wait
you got you got a couple of bills that are going to be considered eventually it
looks like that would allow 25 billion dollars to build the wall as well as a
solution to this problem to keep families together so is that a workable
solution Tammy well info John let me just say that this is you we definitely
want especially if it's a misdemeanor dynamic where you can keep up families
together within a separate kind of facility so you don't have to separate
them and then that process is very quick as a matter of fact and then you can go
they can go home as a unit but that becomes the political argument of do
they go back home to their home country and others want them released here so
that can be very a very quick framework of sending keeping families together at
once a criminal proceeding is over usually within the same day and then
sent home the the other framework of I mean this is this is the solution I
think in general when it comes to how we handle keeping families together while
also respecting our laws here at home I you know Martha I think we we have to
can't forget that there is tremendous amount of hypocrisy over many different
administrations the fact that we have we are right now allowing people to come in
giving them work no doubt giving them work and then saying hey listen but you
can't be full members of our society because we do not want to do it Eve arif
I system in our country we do not want to actually find out who's illegal and
we can't forget that because it's in it we're taking advantage and there are
children who are growing up right now who have been here in the country for
their whole lives we're with families who simply the
parents are working but they cannot become full members ever society and
it's not helpful that's not the politics don't get in the way of a solution
because both sides would really rather not have the other side involved to come
up with a solution it seems it's a with this very hot debate so let's see where
it goes thank you very much great to have you here tonight

S. Korea's Blue House will "soon announce whether there are changes to S. Korea, U.S. joint drills" - Duration: 2:14.
Discussions are being held on whether South Korea and the United States should pause their
joint military exercises.
South Korea's presidential office will soon make an announcement on that decision.
Our chief Cheongwadae correspondent Moon Connyoung reports.
South Korea's presidential Blue House will soon announce whether to temporarily halt
the joint military exercises between South Korea and the United States... and that will
include the annual Ulchi Freedom Guardian which takes place every August.
A senior Blue House official met with reporters on Friday and said...
although no decision has been finalized yet, South Korea should be able to announce its
position soon enough after close consultation with the U.S.
The official said Seoul and Washington were in talks based on the South Korean president's
order from Thursday's National Security Council meeting that South Korea should carefully
review the possibility of flexibility to the South Korea, U.S. joint military exercises
if North Korea's sincere denuclearization efforts and talks with the South and the U.S.
continue.
But, he said they do not yet have any decision on detailed changes to this fall's scheduled
Ulchi Freedom Guardian military exercises, one of the largest military exercises in the
world.
The war games, which last year ran for 11 days, have involved some 17-thousand-500 U.S.
forces, including about 3-thousand from outside the peninsula, and 50-thousand South Korean
troops.
During his talks with reporters, the high-ranking Blue House official hinted that Seoul had
been in discussions with Washington regarding the idea of a pause in the allies' major military
exercises prior to the U.S. president's announcement in Singapore... saying Seoul and Washington
had been in close and active consultation with one another on various levels particularly
on issues of security.
Meanwhile, South Korea's overall assessment of the North Korea, U.S. summit in Singapore
has been extremely positive... with its key official today crediting the summit as having
reset the conditions for North Korea to denuclearize with confidence, open up and participate in
the community of nations.

Trump Is Using The State Department To Investigate Which Staffers Are Loyal To Him - Duration: 3:07.
[Mary Stoll 00:00:04], a Senior Advisor at the US State Department, for the last few
months has been going around and basically conducting audits with employees of the Trump
administration to find out where their loyalties lie.
You see, Donald Trump wants to make sure that everybody in his administration, regardless
of the department, every employee has to be loyal to him.
He's had Maury Stoll go around and not just ask them questions, but she has actually been
digging through these people's social media posts, their Facebook posts, their tweets,
everything like that, to find any kind of anti Trump material that these people may
have created or shared or liked or even commented on.
She is going through their own personal histories to make sure that they're not the kind of
person that could eventually turn on Donald Trump, or even worse, may not agree with his
policies at all.
We're in a dictatorship folks.
There is no longer any way around that.
With the republicans controlling all three branches of the federal government and Donald
Trump doing whatever the hell he wants, regardless of whether or not it's legal or ethical, we're
in a dictatorship.
We have nobody to put a single check on the president of the United States.
The few times a couple of republicans have tried, along with most of the democrats, they've
been met by resistance by other republicans.
So yeah, this is a dictatorship.
Donald Trump already checks off seven out of the 10 boxes necessary for a country to
be a dictatorship.
We check off all 14 tenants of fascism at this point, and now this?
Here's the thing.
Employees of the federal government, it is not their job to be loyal to the president
of the United States.
Their job is to be loyal to the United States regardless of who is sitting in that oval
office today, but that is not what Donald Trump wants.
He wants people loyal to him, to hell with America.
That's what he wants.
This country doesn't matter to him.
What matters is his power.
What matters is his money and what matters is how many people he can make fall in line
to protect both of those things, his power and his money.
What Miss Stoll here is doing might not be illegal, but it is certainly a very clear
warning sign.
The United States as we know it right now has died.
The country that we thought we had doesn't exist, and maybe it never did, but we do know
that at least any kind of semblance of this being a genuine republic, a democracy, is
absolutely dead.
Donald Trump is the one who killed it, along with the help from all those republicans in
DC who are either too stupid or too spineless to stand up to him.

PLUS ULTRA TEARS! FINAL ALL MIGHT UNITED STATES of SMASH! My Hero Academia Season 3 Episode 11 - Duration: 5:12.
All Might's final united states of smash! So what's up guys Foxen here! You all
waited a long time for this this ultimate smash appeared like two years
ago in the manga so was it worth the wait? I think this episode definitely
plus ultra-ed the original source material. Honestly the whole thing the
portrayal of All might, the animation, the United States of smash was the best
thing ever! It really was perfect! And come on I
can't be the only one that was in tears just watching this? That was even after
the frickin episode was over. I also can't be the only one that freakin watch
this multiple times. I mean right here right now this is the ultimate highlight
of my Hero academia season 3. I think even some of the stuff later the manga
still hasn't topped this moment and even more so now that has been animated
Anyway about the whole United States are smash scene
All Might totally pulled A Deku with that move. He did a fake out then shifting all of
his fall for one that was left into one of the arms and even was that busted ass
arm just went for it. I mean the whole thing was literally a freakin nuke which
is pretty appropriate for a USA smash. So sure you all for one you've been one
punched and even at the end the number one hero all Might was still standing
standing strong like a true champ or should I say hero!
The only BS part is that unfortunately all for one is still alive so let me
mention this about all for one since I've been thinking about it for quite a
bit this whole situation has been reminded me a lot of bleach recently
Aizen, I mean All for one has been locked away
Unlike Aizen though let's hope that all four ones return is actually thought out
Just saying the work done so far for the series I don't think we had to worry it
much about that. As for All Might's final line as the ultimate hero "you're next"
so multiple meanings right there. One really just calling out all the
criminals that are freakin watching this at the moment but definitely an
important thing is what it really means for Deku. He literally has no choice now
he needs to plus ultra the hell out of it I mean come on are you just gonna let
Endeavor take the spotlight and about that Endeavor I guess you gotta take the
mantle number one by default now. This is talking about the guy that
pretty much gave up everything in his life his family, which he destroyed, the
whole mess he did with his wife all for the goal of taking that number one spot
by force so what do you think about this now?
You didn't freaking earn it it was just handed to you so that's gonna be some
fun to check out. Anyway as for some of the other reveals this episode since
it was quite a juicy episode you found out a little bit more about the previous
one for all successor specifically about Nana Shimura so turns out pretty much
everyone is tied together. All Might Nana all for one and of course Shigaraki
yes Mr. Hands guy Shigaraki was a
previous holders grandson. So why was All for one totally into him
because he wanted it totally corrupt him and to be honest that's going really far
for that evil motivation. Unfortunately this also confirmed that the previous
Nana was killed by All for one I don't think it's too surprising of a reveal
but it now has been confirmed. The one thing you should be concerned
about All for one is that he knows about Deku this guy is fully aware that that
was the new holder so will All for one go after Deku just like he did for Shigaraki
or he's just gonna get Shigaraki to do it for him? Guess he
doesn't have to work too hard for that Deku is already on his hit list after
all. By the way just a quick side note was All for one really hurt that baddly
in the last fight versus All might? I mean this guy is Mr. Potato Head under
that mask. Keep in mind that both of these Titans weren't even fighting at
their prime. Just imagine how much destruction they're capable of or were
capable of. Speaking which forget about All for one what the frickin hell
happened to Gran Torino? Gran Torino looks totally different back then he
almost were somewhat Robin in a way just in a yellow jumpsuit. I mean with the age
this guy lost what 2/3 of his body mass. Really aging was not kind on this guy!
Anyway going back to the all for one versus All might
I guess all Might's United state of smash really is the ultimate move and power in
this world. I mean this episode he had all for one still hacking and stacking
quirk buffs on top of each other still even after that
this guy still lost so is there just a physical upper limit that you cannot
surpass? Not unless you go Plus ultra or break your limit! That is which really means
all for one fucked up he should have been trying to steal One for all's
power but anyway let me hear from you question of the day how freaking plus
ultra was this episode? Did all Might's final United state of smash live up to the
hype? Were you also in tears and cheering on all Might this episode? Are you still
crying? Anyway be sure give this United States to smash that thumbs up and
subscribe! You can watch five plus anime videos here every week that includes my

new tariffs, the latest escalation in a trade battle with Beijing.
The U.S. imposed 25 percent tariffs on $50 billion worth of Chinese imports.
President Trump insisted that the U.S. had to act, after being -- quote -- "treated very
unfairly" by China.
Beijing immediately threatened to strike back with similar penalties on over 600 American
products, from cars to soybeans and seafood.
GENG SHUANG, Chinese Foreign Ministry Spokesperson (through translator): If the United States
takes unilateral, protectionist measures, harming China's interests, we will quickly

Later, Rudy Giuliani, President Trump's personal attorney, told The New York Daily News that,
in light of the move against Manafort, Mueller's investigation might get -- quote -- "cleaned
up with some presidential pardons."
