In today's video, we will talk about a very common problem which many people are facing.

yes the problem is Dark Circles.

So lets first talk about what are the reasons behind having Dark circles.

some of the reasons are

lack of proper sleep. You are not taking required sleep of 7-8 hours.

because of that you have dark circles.

second comes lack of proper diet. If your body is not getting proper nutrition and balanced diet

then this could be another reason for dark circles as well.

Third reason is ageing, as it is a natural cause.

with age it happens.

But this could be reduces to some extent using some natural remedies

Fourth is due to excessive smoking and drinking. This could be again one of the reasons for having dark circles.

Next is excessive stress. Today, due to very hign level competition the stress has automatically increased

The people who are doing jobs,. who are in MNCs sit infront of the system all day long

and it creates pressure on their eyes and they suffer dark circles

Ladies who are either homemakers or housewives take too much tension of their kids,their schooling home work,exams

, infact parents are taking more stress than their kids.

So, friends these were some reasons or causes, which lead to dark circles.

Friends, I would not say that if you apply my remedies then some mircale will happen and you will get rid of your dark circles overnight

So, sorry nothing will happen like that.

whatever remedies I am going to tell you, you have to follow them consistently at least for one week

then for sure you will see the visible difference in your dark circles to a great extent.

lets get started .

So in our first remedy, we are taking one cucumber and one potato.

Cucumber because it has cooling properties which keeps your skin hydrated

Also reduces puffiness and swelling around your undereyes.

Potato because it has skin lighening agents and have natural bleach , anti-ageing properties

which helps in reducing dark circles, and scars.

So, firstly we have to grate them

Now our cucumber has been grated.

Now we will transfer this into the bowl.

Now as we have greated both of them.

Now we will strain them with the help of strainer.

Samething will do with potato.

We have put both of them into the same bowl, as ultimaterly we have to mix them together.

Now our remedy is ready to use.

Now what you have to do .. just

take two cottom pads

and just dip them into this mixture.

Now put them onto your eyes.

and before applying these cotton pads

just take some rose water and clean your eyes properly.

Now put these cotton pads as it is on your eyes

leave it for 20-25 mins

just sit back and relax

fast forward

eyes are feeling cool. Just by placing it you can feel that cooling effect.

just lie down and relax.

Now 25 minutes are gone and you can remove these cotton pad and wash your eyes with plain water.

this you have to do aleast 4-5 times in a week

and you will get very good result

in our second remedy, we need an aloe-vera gel. I am using patanjali aloe-vera gel.

You can take any aloe-vera gel.

if you have a plant you can extract the gel out of it.

Ok

So we need one tablespoon aloe-vera gel and

pinch of turmeric

and mix it properly

as we have mixed it properly

Now we will apply this onto our under eye area.

Now you have to apply it properly using your ring finger .. like this

and apply it on your under eye area. Just cover it properly

do gentle massage for 2 mins.

leave it for 20-25 mins

do this for atleast 4-5 times in a week.

aloe-vera gel helps to improve your blood circulation and improve it as well.

it also maintains your pH level

it also removes your scars, and dark circles

and the turmeric has anti-fungal and anti bacterial property as well.

it makes your skin lighten and brighten

After 2 mins

now leave it as it is

for 20-25 mins

Now move on to our third remedy

in tihs again we are taking aloe-vera gel

and we need Vitamin E Capsule.

I am taking Evion -400 capsule , which is of 24 Rs INR.

it is not very expensive

it has many anti-oxidants and

which helps to remove your dark circles and pigmentation effectively.

There are many skin benefits of it.

which i will let you know in my upcoming videos.

you have to cut like this

and pour its oil and mix it well.

and follow the same procedure which we have done in second remedy.

You can also leave it for overnight.

you will get best results

again we have to do the same.

due to the effect of turmeric my eyes are bit yellow.

similiarly we have to massage for 2 minutes

and leave it for overnight

and if you dont have enough time then leave it atelast half an hour.

and your dark circles will be cured within a week.

So, these were some natural remedies, which you can follow easily.

and you will get rid of these dark circles instantaneously

See friends, your undereye skin is very delicate and sensitive as well

infact it is 6 times thinner than your rest of the skin

So, it requires an extra care.

WORLD'S BLACKEST RING? Is Black 2.0 as dark as Vantablack - Duration: 4:42.

today we're going to be trying out Stewart simple version of Vantablack

which is black 2.0 on some wooden rings

if you don't know what vantablack is it's supposed to be the blackest black

in the world it absorbs 99.9 six percent of all visible light the only problem is

you can't buy it anywhere the only people that can use it our government

institutions NASA and there's one artist that has exclusive rights to it so

Stewart simple made his version of it which is black 2.0 so we're gonna try it

out we're gonna make three walnut rings and put three different finishes on it

craft store acrylic spray paint and black 2.0 to see how black it really is

the first thing we need to do is make the Rings so I'm just gonna drill three

holes into this piece of walnut and as you can tell from all the smoke my drill

bit is completely burned out from drilling through all the craft tape on

that skateboard wedding ring video we did a couple weeks ago and if you want

to check that out here's a link to it and I'll also put a link in the

description next we're gonna cut the rough shape the Rings out this will make

it easier for me when I'm sanding and finishing them on the lathe later and

this is definitely not the safest way to use a bandsaw so if you're doing this at

home make sure you're really careful with it

now that I've got a rough cut I'm gonna put them on the lathe and finish

rounding them off they ended up being super wide so I decided to cut them in

half that way I could have extra just in case I screwed something up which I

ended up doing blue one up on the lathe safety glasses and finally on to

painting the Rings acrylic is gonna be the first do you think we're gonna use

this is just cheap craft store acrylic that we got from a local store for like

98 cents and I'm using a soft brush to apply it doing a few light coats and

making sure I hit everywhere on the inside next we're gonna use this spray

paint and this is just some high heat spray paint I have floating around the

shop from a motorcycle project I don't think it's that much different from any

other normal black spray paint and if anything is just a higher quality spray

thing because it's used for painting engines and other really high heat

motorcycle and car parks and now the black 2.0 the thing I noticed is while

using this on the bus that we thought was Jesus but hit it up being trapper

was how far this paint when I only use a quarter of the bottle to do that whole

sculpture and it would have been fine with just one coat but we did a few

coats to get the best effect a big part of the reason this paint is so dark and

goes so far is the acrylic Bhandar it's able to hold way more pigment than most

normal paints

we let him drive for a little bit here's how they turned out

the acrylic was more of a really dark gray and wasn't much of a choice problem

a spray paint had a really nice finish because it was in front of the brush and

I was surprised at how close it was to black to 2000 black 2.0 is definitely

black or the inner tube paints we tried but it's not even close to vantablack it

still absorbs a lot more light and it took away some of the contours you could

see in the other ones but you can still see it pretty well after working with it

we realized it's a pretty soft paint and so depending on what project you're

doing it might be the paint that's right for you it might not be for a ring we

ended up having to put a waterproof sealing over top of it I just took away

a lot of the blackness of it but it ended up giving it a pretty cool look if

we're up to me I wouldn't spend the money to buy a black 2.0 but depending

on which project you're working on it might be the perfect paint because it is

darker than most other paints you can buy so if you're working on a project

that you want that really deep blackness that you get from advance of black it

definitely is the closest paint you can get did you enjoy this video and you

Astronomers Discovered a Galaxy Without Dark Matter - Duration: 3:06.

Astronomers using the orbiting telescope Hubble discovers a galaxy in which there is almost

no dark matter.

This is stated in an article in the journal Nature, reports the Republic with reference

to Science Daily.

Dark matter is a form of matter that does not emit electromagnetic radiation and does

not interact directly with it.

The amount of dark matter accounts for about 75% of the mass of the universe - usually

about 8-10 times more visible in the galaxy of dark matter.

Dark matter, including, keeps stars in place in galaxies and prevents them from leaving

them.

A few years ago, scientists discovered so-called "super-dark" galaxies - a total of about fifty

such objects were discovered.

At first, it was believed that they consisted almost entirely of dark matter.

New research indicates, however, that in such galaxies, there is most likely no dark matter

at all.

Scientists have observed the velocities of stars in the galaxy NGC1052-DF2 in the constellation

Keith in 61 million light-years from Earth and have come to the conclusion that the dark

matter in it does not affect the speed of the stars.

Calculations finally showed that the amount of dark matter in this galaxy is at least

400 times smaller than it should have been, based on its size and the number of stars.

However, it is very likely that NGC1052-DF2 does not have it at all.

In addition, observations in NGC1052-DF2 have shown several anomalies: they can not be assigned

to either spiral galaxies or elliptical galaxies.

There is no black hole in its middle.

While the scientists cannot draw conclusions about how such a galaxy could have originated

and existed.

"NGC1052-DF2 looks like someone took a typical galaxy, removed globular clusters and a group

of stars in its outskirts and discarded the rest, theories that would explain the existence

of such objects simply do not exist Galaxy is silent That is a complete mystery to us,

and it is completely incomprehensible to us.

In this article, well give you some home recipes that can help to reduce them.

Treating dark spots on the skin.

Your skin can darken and have an ugly appearance for many different reasons.

Melasma is a condition caused by an increase in the production of melanin at the cellular level.

In addition to being caused by our daily habits (sun exposure, deodorant, shaving or lack of exfoliation), it can also be caused by pregnancy, genetics or simply aging.

The good news is that there are various home treatments that can be very useful.

Take advantage of mother natures benefits!.

Aloe vera.

Every home should have this plant.

After all, it has multiple medicinal properties to help take care of your skin.

It can help to treat burns, wounds, and bites, and, of course, even dark spots.

Its very simple:.

Cut the aloe vera leaf and then open it horizontally (be careful not to prick yourself).

Remove the gel from the inside and apply it to previously washed skin.

Dont rinse.

Its better if you leave it to work over night.

Repeat daily. Lemon juice.

Its very important that you do these dark spot treatments at night.

This is because if the lemons acids come in contact with the sun, it will cause an adverse effect.

Before going to bed, squeeze the juice from this citrus fruit into a glass, use it to moisten a cotton ball and rub it over the areas that you want to whiten.

In the morning, rinse with cold water and apply a hydrating cream.

Use this procedure 3 times a week. Milk.

This is another food that helps your skin if you use it on a regular basis.

Its used in the same way as the lemon juice.

It should be room temperature or cold (just taken out of the fridge).

Apply using a cotton ball and let it be absorbed without rinsing.

The milks enzymes work to reduce the dark spots on the skin. .

Plantain.

This herb, often used in teas, can be an excellent home remedy for melasma.

Ingredients:.

1 cup of water (250 g) 2 tablespoons of plantain (20 grams).

Preparation:.

Put the water in a pan and heat.

When it begins to boil, add the plantain and cook for 5 minutes.

Turn off the flame, cover, and let chill.

When it reaches room temperature, filter.

Apply the liquid (using a cotton ball) to the dark areas.

Repeat every day in the mornings and afternoons.

Dont rinse. Onion juice.

Onion juice is ideal for eliminating dark spots under your arms, for example.

Be careful and check that this zone is not irritated, because this home remedy can burn a bit.

The only thing that you need is a small, purple onion.

Crush it with a mortar or in a food processor until you have a paste.

Apply before going to bed and let sit for 10 minutes.

Rinse with a lot of water. Yogurt.

Ingredients:.

10 tablespoons of comfrey (100 g) 10 tablespoons of olive oil (200 g).

Preparation:.

Add the olive oil and comfrey to a pot Cook at bain-marie (one container with water over the flame and another inside of that a pot with the ingredients) for 10 minutes Let sit for 20 minutes and filter into an opaque glass jar.

When it reaches room temperature, apply to the previously cleaned area with dark spots using a cotton ball.

Repeat two times a day for at least one week.

Cucumber.

This is another ingredient that has to be on your skin care list.

Cucumber is made up of water, natural oils and vitamin E, that is why it is recommended for skin care.

To take advantage of its benefits, you just need to peel the cucumber, cut it into slices and get rid of the seeds.

Then, put it in the blender and apply it as a mask to the area that you want to lighten.

Let sit for 20 minutes and then rinse with warm water.

Once finished, apply a hydrating cream.

Sugar.

Lastly, this is a homemade exfoliant that can help to remove spots.

Ingredients:.

2 tablespoons of sugar (40 g) 1 tablespoon of water (10 g).

Preparation:.

Mix the sugar with the water until you have a grainy paste (add more water if necessary).

Apply to the skin using a circular motion.

Rinse with warm water.

Scientists Found a Galaxy With Almost No Dark Matter. Here's What That Means. - Duration: 4:14.

Roughly 65 million light-years away from Earth is a galaxy called NGC 1052-DF2 (DF2 for short).

But DF2 may as well be called F-U, because that's what it's saying to scientists

who thought they understood galaxies, dark matter, and really anything about our universe.

What makes DF2 so special, you may ask?

It appears to contain virtually no dark matter.

We've never seen dark matter directly.

We only believe dark matter exists because we can see how it affects "regular," or

baryonic, matter.

Based on these indirect observations, researchers have estimated that dark matter makes up about

27 percent of our universe.

Since dark matter was (sort of) discovered, researchers assumed dark matter was essential

to galaxy formation.

Dark matter would clump together.

Then, the gravity from those clumps would attract baryonic matter, forming the stars,

planets, and other objects we can actually see within a galaxy.

Easy, right?

Based on this understanding, the team studying DF2 thought they had a pretty good idea how

much dark matter it contained.

But when they calculated how much dark matter DF2 actually had, they discovered it contained

only 1/400th the amount they expected.

"It challenges the standard ideas of how we think galaxies work," Pieter van Dokkum,

a Yale University professor and lead author of a paper on DF2, now published in Nature,

said in a press release.

"This result also suggests that there may be more than one way to form a galaxy."

DF2 is unique in other ways, too.

It doesn't fit the characteristics of a spiral galaxy, which typically have dense,

central regions, spiral arms, and a disk.

But it also isn't like known elliptical galaxies, which have a black hole at their

center.

Instead, DF2 is a rare ultra-diffuse galaxy.

"It's so sparse that you see all of the galaxies behind it," van Dokkum said.

"It is literally a see-through galaxy."

This might seem counterintuitive, but DF2 actually supports the existence of dark matter,

which some theories argue doesn't exist.

"For those kinds of theories, it wouldn't be possible to ever have a galaxy that looks

as though it doesn't have dark matter," Jocelyn Monroe, a particle physicist and dark

matter expert at Royal Holloway, University of London, who was not involved in the study,

told The Verge.

"So [this galaxy is] really interesting for the potential it has to exclude some of

these ideas."

The researchers hope to pin down the age of DF2.

"At the moment, we only know its older than 10 billion years, but we'd like to know

if it's 10 billion years old or 13 billion years old, which is right after the Big Bang,"

van Dokkum told ABC.

If DF2 does end up being 13 billion years old, it could rack in another superlative:

the oldest galaxy ever discovered.
