Collin Gosselin is now living with Jon full time, after leaving a special treatment facility

But according to his father, Collin didn't belong there at all. Here's what Jon had to say!    Jon Gosselin, 41, is setting the record straight! His son Collin, 14, may have moved into Jon's Pennsylvania home after the father of eight beat his ex-wife Kate Gosselin, 43, in a temporary custody battle, but fans of the famous fam still have questions! Recall Collin was reportedly in a treatment facility until he moved in with his father full-time — but why was her there in the first place? While Kate opened up in 2016 about sending her son to the facility for his behavioral issues, many wondered whether that was the full story

Fans started speculating on Instagram about Collin having special needs or being on the autism spectrum — and Jon responded!    "I'd love to know if he actually has 'special needs' or if he just didn't deal with Kate's BS like we all suspect," one social media user commented

"Either way, he's home! And he looks happy." Jon replied to this comment, writing simply, "He is not on any spectrum or special needs

" Many fans thanked him for confirming this — and for standing up for Collin. "Kate does not get to control the narrative any longer, and I am so glad Jon is willing to speak up for his son," one said

So what was the particular photo of Collin that sparked this much attention?  It was taken on Christmas Day and featured Jon, his girlfriend Colleen Conrard, her two kids Jesse and Jordan, as well as Collin and his sister Hannah

The blended family looked happy as could be standing in front of their Christmas tree for a group photo

While he doesn't have much contact with the rest of his kids, Jon has celebrated birthdays with these two and even sent Hannah off to her first day of eighth grade in September

We can't wait to see more from this former reality star and his kiddos, especially now that Collin is adjusting to life back at home and out of the treatment facility

What is a CAGE Code and Why Do I need it to bid on Federal Contracts? - Duration: 1:25.

Next question, how do I get a CAGE number?

You get a CAGE number by registering in SAM.

A CAGE is a Corporate and Government Entity.

That's what it stand for.

CAGE.

And you get that by registering in SAM.

You're also going to get what's called a TPIN and an MPIN when you register with SAM and

you're going to need those eventually.

Next question, Do we have to have an active SAM registration to bid on contracts?

Do we have to have an active SAM number registered to bid on contracts?

Could possibly be talking about a DUNS number.

You're going to need to have a SAM Registration and a CAGE code eventually.

In the beginning, it could take a week or two to get your CAGE code because you have

to this notarized letter thing now and the federal service desk sometimes they drag their feet.

Some purchasing agents will allow you to submit a bid without a CAGE code.

Some purchasing agents will hire you without a CAGE code.

And I've even seen one situation where a purchasing agent not only hired a vendor without a CAGE

code and even paid them, but it was on the premise that they're getting their CAGE code.

Something that we can do for you, that's called a letter of intent that says we're in the

midst of processing your CAGE code.

But, some purchasing agents will not accept your bid, if you don't have an active CAGE

code.

Some of them will not hire you and most of them will not pay you.

So, you need to have a CAGE code.

Best time to start is now.

Just get it done.

It takes a couple of weeks to do it and even if we process it, sometimes we can get it

done in 5-7 days.

We can get it done quicker because we know what we're doing.

We've done 100,000 SAM Registrations guys.

We know what we're doing.

Trump did what he always does and changed his mind. Why was Congress surprised? The Washington Pos - Duration: 3:42.

Trump did what he always does and changed his mind. Why was Congress surprised? The Washington Pos

The only way to deal with Donald Trump is to not do deals with Donald Trump. The private sector has learned this; when will Congress?

For his entire career, our dealmaker in chief has relied on a not so secret technique for extracting supposedly good deals: He agrees to a given set of terms and then, at the last minute, reneges on them.

He has done this to  around the country, refusing to pay for cabinetry, catering, real estate commissions, and other goods and services after theyve already been delivered. His companies have also filed for bankruptcy, helping him wriggle out of bills. Given this reputation, its hardly surprising that vendors and lenders alike ultimately learned it was wiser not to do business with him at all, rather than count on him to keep his word.

During the 2016 campaign, Trump promised that hed run government like a business, and in this respect — among  — he has.

Multiple times since taking office, after agreeing to a deal, he has changed his mind at the very last minute. Hes done this with , , a , budgets. As Senate Minority Leader Charles E. Schumer D N.Y.  , during the lead up to the last government shutdown, Negotiating with President Trump is like negotiating with Jell O.

Which is to say: Trump doesnt know what he wants, only that he doesnt want whatever he has committed to. As Ive , if a mans word is his bond, Trumps would be rated junk.

Trump illustrated this yet again in the run up to the latest shutdown.

Initially, Trump signaled that hed sign a stopgap funding bill that would have kept the government open until early February. To be clear, kicking the can down the road for another seven weeks is not exactly a sign of responsible governance. But if youre a Republican, it seemed shrewd politically. The majorities of both houses of Congress have an interest in looking at least semi functional. Shutdowns, besides inflicting unnecessary pain on hundreds of thousands of federal workers, are embarrassing.

Which is why Trump and Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell R Ky. decided to endorse this stopgap bill and delay a more substantial funding battle until after Democrats take over the House in the new year. Then at least Rep. Nancy Pelosi D Calif. , the likely incoming House speaker, could be scapegoated for any shutdown related embarrassment.

Accordingly, the Senate passed the temporary funding measure, by voice vote, on Dec. 19. The House was expected to vote on it the following day, and the bill was  through with broad support in both parties.

Before then, Trump did what he always does: He suddenly changed his mind.

Egged on by Fox News and Ann Coulter, he announced he was torpedoing any funding bill — including this pitiful temporary measure — unless it included money for his precious border wall. And so outgoing Speaker Paul D. Ryan R Wis. decided not to bring the Senate passed version of the funding bill to the floor at all.

Its precisely this sort of flip flopping — and the cowardly congressional accommodation of said flip flopping — that is slowly fraying the full faith and credit of the U.S. government.

Were stuck in an indefinite government shutdown now that Congress has apparently disbanded until after the new year. Maybe the Trump administration will find ways to preserve many of the Obamacare provisions that the public loves, despite refusing to defend them in court; maybe not.

Both the North American Free Trade Agreement NAFTA and NAFTA 2.0 remain in limbo, as do the steel and aluminum tariffs on Canada and Mexico that Trump to repeal once a deal was signed. Same with , a Cold War era arms control agreement. And so on.

Trump has managed to convince himself, and his base, that hes a brilliant negotiator, smarter than all the experts — including his Federal Reserve chairman, the many minions tasked with negotiating and renegotiating trade deals, his secretaries of state, defense or treasury, or really all of the best people he has selected to work for him.

His gut tells him more than anybody elses brain can ever tell him, . But his gut seems to have a perpetual case of indigestion, given how often it flips.

The real question is why congressional leaders, including Ryan, repeatedly cave to Trumps latest tweets and fleeting fancies instead of writing him off as the flake that he is. Why not at least try to whip the veto proof votes — for a budget, really for any piece of legislation — necessary to simply govern without him? The only thing you can rely on Trump for is unreliability.
