While Democrats and the lying liberal media cry and bemoan over illegals, the real victims

of our failed immigration are speaking out, and the only person giving them a voice is

President Trump.

"Angel parents" are the American family members whose children have been killed by

criminal illegals, and they have a message for the Democrats and fake news media: real

separation is burying a child, killed by people who should not have been in this country in

the first place.

From Daily Caller

President Trump hosted Angel families at the White House Friday afternoon so they could

tell their stories.

An Angel parent is a parent of a child who was killed by an illegal alien.

No media in the room was ready for what father Steve Ronnebeck had to say.

Ronnebeck lost his 21-year-old son Grant Ronnebeck to an illegal alien who shot him for a pack

of cigarettes.

Ronnebeck told his emotional story of his son getting "executed" over a pack of

cigarettes.

"Grant did everything he was supposed to do," Ronnebeck said, "Gave him the cigarettes.

The man went ahead and executed him and shot him point-blank in the face."

Then Ronnebeck directly called out the media, asking why they don't tell his story.

"You don't hear these stories, and some of our media won't talk to you about it,"

Ronnebeck said, "This is permanent separation.

For his birthday, I go to his grave.

… We set up a Christmas tree on Grant's grave."

Ronnebeck was not done with the media.

"I wish some of our media had the same integrity as our president, our vice president, Director

[of ICE] Homan, all of you in law enforcement," Ronnebeck said, "I wish some of our media

had the same integrity.

I want to thank all of you, especially our law enforcement for what you do.

Mr. President, Mr. Vice President, thank you."

Ronnebeck concluded by saying, "This isn't a problem that's going away.

It's getting bigger."

What is the Birkat Kohanim? The Jewish Priestly Blessing - Duration: 3:21.

Imagine stepping into a gentle stream--

as this stream flows by, you feel renewed, strengthened

and safe.

It has flowed for generations before you and now it comes to you.

Now imagine that this is not a stream of water, but one of blessing.

When we step into this stream we receive an ancient and powerful blessing that links us

back to Aaron, the first Kohen Gadol, the High Priest of biblical Israel— and also

beyond Aaron, to the Ultimate Source of Blessing (commonly known as God).

The Birkat Kohanim, which means the "Priestly Blessing" is found in the Torah

God instructs Moses to tell Aaron and his sons, the first priests: "here is a way

to bless Israel" and then the words are given:

יְבָרֶכְךָ֥ ה׳ וְיִשְׁמְרֶֽךָ׃ May God bless you and protect you.

יָאֵ֨ר ה׳ פָּנָ֛יו אֵלֶ֖יךָ וִֽיחֻנֶּֽךָּ׃

May God shine the Divine Face towards you and love you.

יִשָּׂ֨א ה׳ פָּנָיו֙ אֵלֶ֔יךָ וְיָשֵׂ֥ם לְךָ֖ שָׁלֽוֹם׃

May God lift up the Divine Face towards you and grant you peace.

Since ancient days people have been making amulets and artwork featuring the words of

Birkat Kohanim.

Today, while different Jewish communities have different ways of reciting Birkat Kohanim,

for all Jewish communities these words still occupy a central place in Jewish prayer both

in the synagogue and in the home— and even epitomize the idea of blessing itself.

While sometimes Birkat Kohanim is simply recited or chanted, for some communities it becomes

perhaps the most dramatic moment of the communal prayer service— towards the end of the service,

on cue, people in the congregation who are Kohanim, exit the sanctuary.

The Levi'im ritually wash the hands of the Kohanim.

The Kohanim then return to the sanctuary without shoes on, (as the ancient priests would have done).

They cover themselves with their prayer shawls and raise their hands in the shape of the

Hebrew letter shin.

During the blessing, the congregation gathers under their prayer shawls, and, averting their

eyes, they focus on receiving the stream of blessing.

In the home, as Shabbat begins, there is a beloved tradition of parents gathering close

to their children and, with hands on their children's heads, blessing their children

with the soothing and loving words of Birkat Kohanim.

Fun fact--this hand sign was the inspiration for the actor Leonard Nemoy, whose character

Spock on Star Trek held up his hand in this same way.

Nimoy had strong childhood memories of peeking out from under his father's prayer shawl

and seeing the outline of the Kohanim holding

their hands in this symbol under their prayer shawls.

These words convey our deepest hopes for feeling blessed, safe, illuminated, loved, happy,

peaceful, and connected to the divine.

Like all words of prayer, it is possible to experience them deeply and to feel them alive

in our bodies and hearts.

We can enter this stream of blessing— we can access these qualities and bring them

into our lives.

Towards this end, click here for a video of a guided meditation on Birkat Kohanim.

Thiago Silva is not happy with what Neymar did in the 83rd minute vs. Costa Rica - Duration: 3:44.

Brazil remain the bookmakers' favourites to win the 2018 World Cup after sealing a vital 2-0 victory over Costa Rica in Saint Petersburg on Friday afternoon

However, the South American nation left it very late, securing all three points thanks to two stoppage-time goals from Philippe Coutinho and Neymar

Brazil had huffed and puffed over the course of the 90 minutes but eventually found the breakthrough thanks to Coutinho, who put the ball through Keylor Navas's legs from close range

Neymar, who produced several special moments during the match - including THIS contender for the most eye-catching skill of the tournament - then doubled Brazil's advantage in the sixth minute of stoppage time

The 26-year-old, who was the pre-tournament favourite to win the Golden Boot award, notched his first goal of the World Cup after drawing a blank in Brazil's opener against Switzerland

Remarkably, Neymar now has 56 international goals to his name and becomes Brazil's third-highest goalscorer ever

Only Ronaldo (62) and Pele (77) have scored more goals for the Seleção.The Paris Saint-Germain superstar, who became the most expensive footballer in history after completing a £200 million move from Barcelona last summer, was in floods of tears after the full-time whistle was blown

The relief he felt was palpable. However, Neymar let himself down with a dive inside the penalty area during the closing stages

Referee Bjorn Kuipers initially awarded Brazil a penalty before reversing his decision after reviewing the incident on the touchline

It's also emerged that he managed to annoy his experienced teammate Thiago Silva for a separate incident which occurred in the 83rd minute of the match

Following a stoppage and a Costa Rica substitution, Silva sportingly kicked the ball back to Navas from his own half

Neymar could be seen looking towards the centre-back with his arms up as if to say 'why did you give the ball back?'

Silva has now revealed that Neymar, annoyed because he felt he should have been awarded a free-kick a little earlier, insulted him

"Today, I was saddened by his behaviour," Silva told Brazilian outlet Globo, per The Sun

"By the time I returned the ball, he insulted me."But I think I was right, because they were trying to save time

I returned the ball because it was not this ball that was going to win us."I am calm about that and I was sad about his behaviour towards me

" Silva has every right to feel disappointed by Neymar's conduct in that instance

He clearly crossed the line by insulting one of his teammates during a match, particularly a senior member of the squad

England: You won't believe what Sam Allardyce was doing during Panama game - Duration: 1:33.

Allardyce managed England for just 67 days – and one game – before he left the role by mutual consent following allegations of malpractice in September 2016

He led the Three Lions to an injury time victory over Slovakia in their first qualifying game for this year's World Cup

And now two years later, Allardyce has been spotted watching his former side thrash Panama in their second game of the tournament while sat in a London pub eating a burger

Allardyce brought in the Big Mac before settling down to watch the Three Lions in action

And fans found it hilarious on Twitter. "Outside food in a pub?! Some like to live life on the edge," one fan said

Another wrote: "I bet he put a pound in the Jukebox & played It shouldve been me!" England are on their way to their biggest victory in a World Cup finals thanks to a brace from John Stones, a hat-tick from Harry Kane and one for Jesse Lingard

Kane's hat-trick is the first score for England since Gary Lineker in 1986.

Fake cab driver who was addicted to porn is jailed for 12 years after raping woman in his car - Duration: 5:14.

Aporn addict cruised the streets in a fake cab looking for a woman to rape - after watching films about bogus drivers forcing penniless customers to have sex

Alnadar Ahmed, 40, has been jailed for 12 years after choosing a young stranger to act out his sick fantasies - because 'her skirt was too short'

A court heard he was hooked on 'reality porn' sites depicting women pretending they cannot afford their dares and offering sex to the drivers as payment

In the early hours of New Year's Day, Ahmed drove into Hull, East Yorkshire, in his black Chevrolet determined to make his fantasies real

Determined to find a reveller to have sex with - or attack her if she said 'no' - he even parked in a taxi rank to fool his victim

Ahmed, who came to Hull 13 years ago from Sudan, was seen on CCTV hanging around outside the city's Fuel nightspot when the woman emerged

The girl, aged in her early 20s walked out just after 1am and Ahmed began to follow her as she walked through Hull City Centre, East Yorks, He said: 'What really was attracting my attention was her skirt and her legs

'Her skirt was too short and that's what I was able to see. When I saw her for the first glance I liked her

' Ahmed stalked her as she walked along the street and parked behind a genuine taxi

The woman spoke to him through the window and got in.Judge Mark Bury said: 'It's quite clear that she thought she was getting into a taxi

'That's not only clear from her evidence but also from a text she sent saying the taxi driver was a 'freak'

' He raped his victim in the front passenger seat after driving her close to her home, Hull Crown Court heard

Eleven days earlier, Ahmed used his mobile phone to view legal pornography on websites called Cabfake

com and BogusTaxi.com.Prosecutor Charlotte Baines said these showed 'young women in the rear of a black cab engaging in sexual activity with men depicted as cab drivers'

She continued: 'The defendant was hanging around in Hull city centre looking for a target and using his car to hold himself out as a taxi, to play out some sort of sexual fantasy, regardless of whether the complainant was consenting or not

' Just hours after the attack, Ahmed messaged another young woman on Facebook - offering his services as a taxi driver

He claimed he had done the woman a favour by innocently giving her a lift and reluctantly had consensual sex with her

Ahmed denied rape but was convicted. He claimed he had gone into the city centre to enjoy the 'atmosphere' of the new year celebrations

Ahmed's DNA was already on the police database after being the subject of a previous investigation and was arrested

Jailing him for 12 years, the judge told him: 'Within quarter of an hour you had in your car in the street raped a stranger

' The judge ordered Ahmed's car to be destroyed. He must register as a sex offender for life

'Felicity' cast reveals what might have been in Meghan's mystery box - Duration: 3:16.

Dear Sally: What's in the box?. Felicity fans have wondered about the contents of the mysterious box belonging to Felicity Porter's secretive college roommate Meghan since the show first aired nearly 20 years ago

The show taunted audiences by dropping puzzling hints about what could be inside the sticker-covered case that Meghan (Amanda Foreman) forbade Felicity (Keri Russell) and others from opening

In one episode, Meghan's parents pay a surprise visit and, believing the box actually belongs to an odd-acting Felicity, take a peek inside

Meghan's dad asks Felicity to explain the "shocking" contents. When she promises to throw away whatever's inside, he tells her, "I don't know how you can do that

During a Felicity reunion panel at the ATX Television Festival, Foreman revealed she's been in the dark about the box's interior this entire time

I don't know. Neither does J.J., Foreman admitted, referring to series co-creator J.J.

Abrams. It was a device, a fun device. But like most fans, Foreman has some theories about what was inside

I thought maybe it was a confession to a murder, Foreman said. "Because her parents see it, right? And they get super upset by what they see in the box

So it had to be something dramatic. Or a finger, she offered as an alternative

A season 2 Twilight Zone-inspired episode did directly reveal the contents of Meghan's box, only it wasn't canon

The end of the off-kilter black-and-white episode "Help for the Lovelorn" finds Felicity, Ben (Scott Speedman), Noel (Scott Foley), Julie (Amy Jo Johnson), and Elena (Tangi Miller) trapped in an empty room together

After Felicity manages to escape over a wall, the audience learns the characters were all actually dolls inside Meghan's magical box

The scene parallels the classic Twilight Zone episode "Five Characters in Search of an Exit", and, in fact, Abrams enlisted the same director, Lamont Johnson, to helm the Felicity homage

At the ATX reunion, Felicity producer Lawrence Trilling jumped in with an intriguing box theory of his own: "It was the key to the hatch in Lost is what it was

Case closed?.Watch the video above to see the reunited cast discuss Meghan's mystery box during their ATX panel

What happened after two brothers were deported to El Salvador after a decade in the U.S. - Duration: 4:53.

JUCUAPA, El Salvador -- In the rural mountain town of Jucuapa, about 2 hours outside the capital, there are two brothers who live here, who were deported from the U

S. They moved back to Jucuapa after they set up their life more than 1,900 miles away in Maryland

The last time Diego and Lizandro Claro walked these streets, they were still kids

Now, 20-year-old Lizandro feels like a stranger in his own country.Protests and facility visits in Texas amid immigration confusion "I feel like Maryland is home," Lizandro said

"It might not be my country, but that's where my parents are. That's where my family is

I feel at home where my family is." Diego and Lizandro and their family in Maryland

CBS News  Their father has temporary protected status in the States, so when they were 10 and 13 years old, their parents bought them tickets to the U

S. They used someone else's passports to get on the plane, but were caught in the States

Lizandro said he was too young to know what was happening. "I was just trying to be with my parents," he said

They tried to seek asylum and were going to be sent back, but were granted a stay of removal

They frequently had to check in with immigration officers as their case spent years in the court system

In that time, Diego graduated high school and was studying software engineering at a community college while working for an auto body shop

Lizandro Claro CBS News  Lizandro also finished high school, and his soccer skills earned him a scholarship to a North Carolina school

But then, their fate changed during a routine immigration appointment.  Diego said he was shocked, but he felt the need to be a "strong guy for my brother because I am the oldest one

"   The decision to deport them set off a series of protests. Supporters argued that they were in school, hadn't committed any major crimes and both were allowed to legally work

But it wasn't enough, and late last year, they were deported back to El Salvador

Back in their home country, the Claros say they can't find work. Lizandro is going to school in Nicaragua, but both brothers feel they're missing out on what was supposed to be a bright future

Lizandro said he was starting to live the American dream in Maryland.

'What was her first choice? A jacket that says "womp womp"?': Late-night comics bash Melania Trump - Duration: 3:58.

When Stephen Colbert heard that Melania Trump was visiting a shelter for migrant children in Texas on Thursday, he said he thought, "Okay, this is what first ladies often do

" They "go to a troubled area, they see the children, they show that we care. You can't mess that up," Colbert said on his show Thursday night

"Guess what? I spoke too soon." On her way to address the border crisis, the first lady was captured wearing a jacket emblazoned on the back with the phrase "I really don't care, do u?" "That's what they settled on?" Colbert said

"What was her first choice? A jacket that says 'womp womp'?" (He was, of course, referring to the phrase used by former Trump campaign manager Corey Lewandowski in response to a story about a girl with Down syndrome being separated from her mother

) Colbert quipped that perhaps the Trump administration, in an attempt to "try to humanize these child detention centers," decided to "send their most high-profile detainee, Melania Trump

" Colbert played a video clip of Trump asking a staff member at a border facility about the maximum length of time a child might stay in the center before reuniting with family members

"The average length of stay, currently, is between 42 and 45 days," the staff member said

The first lady nodded. "That's great," she said. "That's great?" Colbert responded

He imitated Trump's voice, saying, "My record for being gone is 25 days." On "Jimmy Kimmel Live!" and "Late Night With Seth Meyers," both comics picked on a statement from the first lady's spokeswoman in which she assured reporters that it was "just a jacket

There was no hidden message." "Hidden? It was literally spelled out," Meyers said

"That's like saying if you play an Aerosmith song forward it contains a song about love in an elevator

" If it were any message, Meyers said, perhaps it was Melania and Donald Trump's "wedding vows

" "You know," he said, "a lot of people are giving her a hard time about it, but I think it's nice that she had a jacket made to display her wedding vows: 'You take this man to be your lawfully wedded husband?' 'I don't care

Do you?' 'No.' " While Melania's spokeswoman said "there was no hidden message," the president appeared to suggest there was one in a tweet Thursday night

He said the message on her jacket "refers to the Fake News Media. Melania has learned how dishonest they are, and she truly no longer cares!" "Is the president now tweeting onto his wife's clothes?" Kimmel asked

"There either was or wasn't a hidden message," he said. "It was one of those two things

" In a normal White House, Colbert asked, how many people would get fired for such a wardrobe mishap? "One? Five? The entire executive branch?" "Because in the middle of the worst moral scandal in recent memory, so bad that her husband backed down for the first time in memory, people who were supposedly on her side let her get on a plane with a jacket that said, 'I really don't care, do you?' " Colbert said

"For the record, we do," he added.

Prince William to honour Prince Philip's mother who was EXILED in Royal Family saga - Duration: 6:24.

The Duke of Cambridge will travel to Jordan and Israel as part of the tour which will feature walks in the footsteps of his curious royal relatives

Princess Alice of Battenberg is the mother of Prince Philip, the Duke of Edinburgh

She was Queen Victoria's third child and was born deaf in Windsor Castle. She married Prince Andrew of Greece, but was exiled after the Greek royal family was overthrown

In 1930, aged 45, she was locked up in a sanatorium in Switzerland where she was diagnosed as schizophrenic

She underwent a religious crisis and started an order of nuns against the wishes of her mother

Queen Victoria, it emerged, even wrote to her second daughter asking: "What can you say of a nun who smokes and plays canasta?" After King Constantine II of Greece was toppled and military rule was imposed in 1967, the Duke of Edinburgh brought Princess Alice to Buckingham Palace, and she died two years later

But before her death, the princess requested for her body to be buried at the Church of St Mary Magdalene in Gethsemane, east Jerusalem, so she could be close to her aunt Ella, the Grand Duchess Elizabeth Feodorovna, who was brutally murdered after the Russian Revolution

When her family said her preferred burial place was too far, she replied: "Nonsense

There's a good bus service." Her body was placed in the royal vault at St George's Chapel in Windsor, and only moved to Jerusalem in 1988

According to Hugo Vicker's biography of Alice, it was not easy to grant her burial wish

The Greek Orthodox Patriarch in Jerusalem refused to place Alice's remains in the Jerusalem church, because her chosen burial location was a Russian church which headed by Archimandrite Anthony Grabbe, a man he claimed he did not have time for

The archimandrite attempted attempted to get in touch with Prince Philip while he was on tour but was accidentally rebuffed

In a second attempt, he wrote to Prince Philip, and was met with an apologetic reply

Prince Philip was unable to attend the reburial, due to conflict between Israel and Palestine during the occupation of the West Bank

But his grandson Prince William will visit the grave next week during his Middle East tour

Prior to visiting his royal relative's tomb, the Duke of Cambridge will be meeting Israel's Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu for diplomatic talks in the country's capital

Just last week Mr Netanyahu's wife, Sara, was indicted for fraud after she allegedly paid for lavish family meals using public money

Prince William is set to arrive in Amman, the capital of Jordan on 24 June, at the first stop of his Middle Eastern trip

William will then be travelling to Jerash city in Jordan the next day, before he sets off for Israel and then Palestine on the 26 and 27 June

A Kensington Palace statement said: "The non-political nature of His Royal Highness's role – in common with all Royal visits overseas –allows a spotlight to be brought to bear on the people of the region: their cultures, their young people, their aspirations, and their experiences

"The Duke's goal will be to meet as many people from as many walks of life as possible – and to use the spotlight that his visit will bring to celebrate their hopes for the future

What Is the Best Magnesium Supplement to Take - Duration: 9:09.

What is the best magnesium supplement to take the role of magnesium in the body

first let's look at the role of

magnesium in the body

Magnesium is necessary for over 300 different reaction pathways in the human body

It maintains healthy muscle function and helps nerve health

Magnesium is a part of regulating blood glucose

Keeping your heartbeat steady during the day and in conjunction with calcium helps maintain strong bones

Overall magnesium is one of the essential minerals in the human body

Therefore it is surprising that an estimated 80 percent of Americans suffer from some degree of magnesium

Deficiency those numbers probably also apply to most of the Western world but research is scarce, err in other Western countries

Why is hard to say perhaps it is due to magnesium strain on farmland

Resulting in farm produce with smaller amounts of magnesium than expected or it could just be due to a lifestyle with more

monotonous food choices

Regardless of the reasons due to this ubiquitous

magnesium deficiency

Supplementation with magnesium should be a no brainer for most Western people. However, when you go to select your magnesium

Supplement you are confronted with a dizzying amount of choices

But what magnesium supplement is best for you types of magnesium supplements?

There are at least eleven common types of magnesium supplements readily available in stores across the world with more

Appearing each year in this list I go over the more common ones and the ones I regard as superior to the others

magnesium amino acid chelate

This is a form of magnesium where the magnesium ion has been trapped in a chelate structure

which is often highly absorbent from the digestive system into the bloodstream as

Such the bioavailability of magnesium amino acid chelate is among the highest available commercially

Magnesium carbonate magnesium carbonate is the most common form of magnesium

supplements that are available

It is sometimes - as magnesia and is consistently used to treat constipation

And as a relief from acid reflux

The bioavailability of magnesium carbonate is rather low compared to the other types also

Being a carbonate when digested it lowers the stomach acid levels, which sometimes can cause acid reflux rebound

Magnesium chloride magnesium chloride is in many respects the simplest of the magnesium

Supplements available. It dissolves quite readily in water and some specialized table salts have it as a component

Magnesium citrate this is a form of magnesium that is bound to a sitter eight ion, which is the salt of citric acid

Magnesium citrate is considered one of the better forms of magnesium as its spire

Availability is among the highest found and it can be taken with or without food

Magnesium lactate some studies have found that this form of magnesium has the highest bioavailability

However, some people can experience side effects from this supplement such as diarrhea bloating and upset stomach

others experience symptoms similar to allergic responses

This is most likely due to the lactate that the magnesium is bound to as it is a known allergen and irritant for certain people

magnesium oxide for a long time this form of magnesium

supplement was the only one available and it is by far the cheapest however recent research found that the bioavailability of

Magnesium oxide is extremely poor about 4% which means that it is almost useless as a supplement

Even so this form is still being sold and some brands try to trick consumers by mixing

magnesium oxide in with other types of magnesium supplements one such example is a brand which labels its product as

Magnesium citrate yet. If you read the contents you discover. That each tablet is about 80%

Magnesium oxide so when selecting your magnesium supplement, you should be aware of this and always read the contents

magnesium or oat eat

Magnesium or oat eight is interesting form of magnesium

Supplements it is both useful as a magnesium supplement with good

Bioavailability and it is also used as an aura Tate supplement which can improve athletic performance and endurance

Also, it has been shown to have some benefits for heart health

This is however not the best supplement for magnesium deficiency

Unless you are also attempting to improve your athletic abilities or you are worried about your heart

magnesium sulfate

magnesium

Sulfate also known as epsom salts has many uses one of which is as a laxative to assist in weight loss or to solve

constipation problems

Personally, I would never use this form of supplement for magnesium deficiency

magnesium glycinate

Torrid and malate these forms of magnesium are similar and they show comparable bioavailability

Which is in the upper range with the malate form being slightly less absorbable

What is the best magnesium supplement to take when we start to compare the different varieties of?

Magnesium supplements, there are a couple of things we need to take into account

First we need to take into account

Bioavailability which is the ability of the body to absorb that particular mineral

next we need to look at the maximum absorbance that can occur at any given time frame and finally we need to

Consider the effect of the supplement on the digestive system

With this in mind it is my opinion that for healthy individuals

Magnesium chelate are the best bet my wife and I use it regularly to avoid any magnesium

deficiencies that may occur it is also quite safe to take in recommence doses as the

Toxicity levels of magnesium are rather high in a healthy person the brand I would recommend for dietary magnesium

Is doctors best which can be bought from Amazon?

Which is the brand me and my wife use in some cases other types may be more beneficial for example

Magnesium or oat ate has been shown to have benefits for the heart and magnesium citrate can help if you suffer from constipation problem

But as always you should discuss this with your doctor before starting any long term mineral

supplementation how to take magnesium

You should always follow the advice of your doctor

But otherwise you should take it twice a day with meals if you are using

magnesium carbonate with or without meals for magnesium chelate or magnesium citrate

The container should also have good advice

Benefits of magnesium supplements for weight loss a lot of websites claim that magnesium is helpful for weight loss

However, this is false except in one particularly unhealthy sense

While some studies have shown that magnesium can regulate blood sugar

None have shown an effect on metabolic rate in otherwise healthy people having said that

Magnesium in high doses especially magnesium sulfate can be used as a laxative

This causes your body to lose water weight and prevents healthy digestion of the food you eat

resulting in reduced body weight

Using this method will only result in very temporary weight loss as the weight will all come back as soon as you stop using

Magnesium in such an unhealthy and dangerous way for a permanent weight loss

You should focus on healthier foods a more active lifestyle and perhaps integrate 12-hour fasting into your daily routine

Magnesium can help you fall asleep and get a good night's sleep

Magnesium can help you fall asleep and get a good night's sleep

Source benefits of magnesium supplements for sleep. If you are having trouble sleeping, then you should definitely try dietary magnesium

Supplements it is a well-known scientific fact that magnesium helps with insomnia

Magnesium helps your muscles relax and reduces cortisol, which is a stress hormone in your blood together

This is often enough to help people with slight. Insomnia get a better night's sleep

And the best part is that you cannot form a dependence on magnesium

Beyond the one already there

'It was like a cloud over my life.' What clearing pot records means - Duration: 10:24.

'It was like a cloud over my life.' What clearing pot records means

With no fanfare and no public announcements, the District Attorney of Sacramento County has quietly been reducing or dismissing old marijuana convictions for pot crimes that are no longer crimes, or are misdemeanors under state law.

Anne Marie Schubert, recently re-elected to a second term as DA, has not said a peep about this publicly, even though doing so during the bitter campaign she won on June 5 over a former underling might have deflected some of the heat she's been taking from Black Lives Matter and other progressives who think she's too conservative.

But going public also might have caused some to call Schubert an opportunist, which is part of why she kept quiet until I heard what her office was doing and reached out to her last week.

"Yeah, this is a good thing," Schubert said by phone earlier this week. "It's not a heavy lift for us to do this but it's a good lift.".

Last week, Schubert met with community leaders convened by Sacramento City Councilman Jay Schenirer, who hopes that Schubert will conduct a public service campaign to get the word out to people whose old marijuana crimes might be reduced or dismissed under Proposition 64, the 2016 voter-approved initiative that legalized marijuana for recreational use in the state.

Obscured in the hoopla of the passage of legal weed in California was a provision in Proposition 64 that allowed Californians to petition to have certain marijuana convictions reduced or dismissed.

Before too many people get the wrong idea, Proposition 64 does not offer blanket absolution for all marijuana offenses.

It can provide relief for some people convicted under eight sections of the California Penal Code: (11357, 11358, 11359, 11360, 11362.1, 11362.2, 11363.3 and 11362.4).

All have to do with possession, transportation and intent to sell what is now considered to be small amounts of marijuana or amounts of marijuana that used to result in felonies but are now misdemeanors.

Since Prop 64 was passed, and provided you are 21 or older, you can now legally possess six marijuana plants at your home. You can now carry up to 28. 5 grams of marijuana away from your home.

But before Prop 64, you could get in big legal trouble – you could become a felon –for possessing, transporting or trying to sell amounts of marijuana that would now only result in a misdemeanor offense.

Of those 6,000 cases, Schubert's office has reviewed approximately 306. She said her office has not objected to reductions or dismissals in 90 percent of the marijuana petitions it has received.

Schubert said her office only objects when the candidate for dismissal or reduction has marijuana offenses that exceed the guidelines of Prop 64..

Ultimately, Superior Court Judge Curtis M. Fiorini makes the final call on whether an old conviction should be reduced or dismissed entirely.

"This is the right thing to do," Schenirer said. "By having old convictions expunged or reducing felonies to misdemeanors, people can improve their ability to get jobs and housing.".

Dominique Kelley, a 31-year-old mother of two, is such a person. Now a resident of Fairfield, Kelley said that she was nailed with a marijuana possession charge in 2008 in Sacramento County.

She described the amount of marijuana found on her as being not much more than the 28.5 grams that people can now carry legally today. Kelley she was 20 at the time, with no record.

She said she was stunned when she was convicted of felony possession with intent to sell marijuana.

She said she had no idea what that felony conviction would mean. She took responsibility for the marijuana because, even though it wasn't hers, the other people arrested with her had criminal records and she didn't.

"I was trying to make the situation better for other people but it really hurt my life," she said.

"It was not fair," she said. "I had never been in trouble before. I wasn't on a street corner trying to sell. I was just in a house where (the police kicked the door in searching for someone else).

"That conviction haunted me for 10 years," she said. "It was like a cloud over my life. I haven't been able to live my life with that on my record.".

Earlier this year, Kelley was looking for a way to have record cleared because she wanted to quit her job as pastry chef and work in education. But no school would take her with a felony conviction.

She called Ryan Raftery, a deputy public defender in Sacramento County, who helped Kelley fill out the one-page document needed to have her record cleared.

The document can be found on the website of the Sacramento County District Attorney, under the heading: "Marijuana Conviction Relief.". In February, her record was completely cleared. She got a job at a Solano County School district, working with kids with disabilities.

"It's meant I can live free," Kelley said. "I can finally live my life. When you have a felony, you can't travel. You can't do anything. This has meant everything.".

Raftery is working with Schubert's office to spread the word so more people might get the relief Kelley enjoys today. Right now, petitions filed to Schubert's office can be resolved within a matter of days.

In cases like Kelley's, where she was applying for a job and needed relief, Schubert said her office can provide same-day service.

Right now, Schubert said she is planning on doing a public service announcement in the fall. She said she will work with Sacramento Superior Court leaders to build a system that can expedite marijuana cases.

Some counties, like San Diego and San Francisco, are already moving at a faster pace.

Raftery warns that people do not need to pay lots of money to a private lawyer to fill out the form submitted to Schubert. All that's needed is a phone call to the Sacramento County Public Defender – 916-874-6411.

Raftery said he or other colleagues can help people file their petitions for free. Or you can just go to the DA's website, fill out the form and submit it.

When meeting with community members, Schubert said that some have been surprised that she was so receptive. "The law is the law," she said. Her office is working on translating the marijuana conviction relief form into Spanish.

By end of the year, she hopes public knowledge of conviction relief will break down any reluctance of some to contact law enforcement.

Right now, Schubert's office has not tabulated the racial makeup of marijuana convictions eligible for relief, but that will likely happen in the future.

It speaks well of Schubert that her office began reducing and eliminating marijuana convictions without making it a campaign issue.

She also waited until after the election to announce that she was no longer a Republican and had changed her affiliation to "No Party Preference.".

After months of being criticized for not doing enough to prosecute police officers who used deadly force on the job, Schubert – through her most recent actions – has demonstrated why she received more than 60 percent of the vote.

She is a measured, fair prosecutor who cares about her community, is not prone to grandstanding, and is willing to listen.

The more she follows those instincts, the better the chance of justice for all – including those who didn't vote for her.

Prince William to honour Prince Philip's mother who was EXILED in Royal Family saga - Duration: 7:02.

Blood Moon 2018 prophecy: What is the Blood Moon prophecy and will the world end? - Duration: 6:45.

The Blood Moon prophecy purports to reveal hidden messages in the Christian Bible about the end times approaching

Next month on July 27 the Blood Moon will peak in the night skies during the July total lunar eclipse

The astronomical event marks the second total lunar eclipse and Blood Moon of the year

The last Blood Moon appeared in the skies on January 3 during the rare Super Blue Blood Moon spectacle

Related articles Blood Moon 28: July total lunar eclipse will be LONGEST of century Blood Moon 28: Total eclipse latest - How to watch the Blood Moon  Some Christian conspiracy theorists who keenly watched the moon travel across the night sky claimed the Blood Moon prophecy was being fulfilled

The apocalyptic prophecy itself can be traced back to ChristianministersJohn Hagee and Mark Biltz who claimed to have found references of a blood moon tetrad in the Bible

A tetrad is a series of four consecutive lunar eclipses which supposedly began in the year 24

The first eclipse in the prophesied tetrad took place on April 5, 24, and was followed by Blood Moons on October 8, 24, April 4,25and September 28, 25

According to the Endtime Ministries, a Christian group preaching the end times gospel, a number of prophecies in the Bible predict the moon will turn blood red at the end of the world

For instance, Joel 2:3-3 states: "And I will show wonders in the heavens and in the earth, blood, and fire, and pillars of smoke

"The sun shall be turned into darkness, and the moon into blood, before the great and the terrible day of the LORD come

" The Book of Revelations also states 6:2 the moon will turn red: "And I beheld when he had opened the sixth seal, and, lo, there was a great earthquake; and the sun became black as sackcloth of hair, and the moon became as blood

" Irvin Baxter, president of the Endtime Ministeries, said: "The Bible teaches that end event is coming just ahead of us now and that will be the greatest prophetic fulfilment in the last 2, years

The blood moon rises as supermoon and lunar eclipse combine. EPA of Total Lunar Eclipse, also known as a Blood Moon in Vietnam  "I'm talking greater than the rebirth of the nation of Israel

Greater than the reunification of Jerusalem." But for most people in the scientificcommunitythe Blood Moon prophecy is unsubstantiated bunkum

Geoffrey Gaherty, a writer for Starry Night Education, said he was saddened by conspiracy theories latching onto stellar spectacles like the eclipse

He said: "As an ardent skywatcher who derives much pleasure from beautiful events like lunar eclipses, it saddens me that there are 'prophets of doom' in the world who view these life-enriching events as portents of disaster

" And there is no reason to believe the Blood Moon is a sign from the heavens because scientists understand very well the mechanics behind why the moon turns red during an eclipse

The effect is known as Rayleigh scattering and the phenomenon is responsible for painting the skies blue and sunsets red

During aneclipsethe moon will pass directly behind the sun and Earth to hide in the planet's shadow

But instead of completely vanishing, certain bands of red sunlight will paint the moon a deep copper-like red hue

This happens because sunlight bending around the planet scatters in the atmosphere and filters out colours of various wavelengths

Red is least affected by the scattering which in turns makes the moon change colour

Jogger says she was detained for 2 weeks after accidentally crossing U.S. border from Canada - Duration: 5:25.

A teenager out for a leisurely beachside jog in Canada was detained by U.S. Customs and Border Patrol officers after she accidentally crossed the border when she stopped to take a photo, CBC News reports

She was held in Washington state for two weeks. On May 21, Cedella Roman, a 19-year-old French citizen, was reportedly jogging along the beach near White Rock, British Columbia, when she shifted onto an unmarked dirt path to avoid the high tide

She reportedly paused to take a picture of the scenery and when she turned around to head back, she was approached by two U

S. Border Patrol officers. "An officer stopped me and started telling me I had crossed the border illegally," Roman told CBC News

"I told him I had not done it on purpose, and that I didn't understand what was happening

D. at the time, was staying with her mother in North Delta, British Columbia, while she studied English, CBC News reports

She said she didn't see any signs marking the border during her run. The officers claimed she had illegally entered the U

S. in Blaine, Washington, and detained her, Roman said. They then transferred her almost 125 miles south to the Tacoma Northwest Detention Center

"They put me in the caged vehicles and brought me into their facility," Roman told CBC News

"They asked me to remove all my personal belongings with my jewelry, they searched me everywhere

Then I understood it was getting very serious, and I started to cry a bit." Roman was eventually able to contact her mother, who rushed to the facility with her daughter's passport and study permits

But just having the documents wasn't enough, and Roman's mother was told they would have to be validated by Canadian authorities first

Roman was held in custody for two weeks while immigration officials on both sides of the border tried to determine if she was allowed back into Canada

She was discharged on June 6, according to U.S. government documents obtained by CBC News

A spokesperson for U.S. Customs and Border Protection told CBC News that anyone who enters the U

S. outside an official port of entry and without inspection has crossed the border illegally

"This applies regardless of whether or not the individual claims to have inadvertently crossed the border," the department said
