If there's anything that red-blooded, patriotic Americans hate, is it's a traitor.

They act like they're your friend, they tell you lies to your face, and then when

they stand to gain from it, they stab you in the back.

Many of us can think of no better example of a RINO (Republican in Name Only) traitor

than John McCain.

Time and time again, he's refused to ally with President Trump—and what's even worse

is that he's even sided with Obama a few times.

When President Trump courageously tried to repeal the absolute DISASTER that was Obamacare,

Senator John McCain (R-AZ) stood defiantly in his way.

McCain has caused numerous problems for the Trump administration, and has earned the hatred

of many Republicans and Democrats alike.

After what was just dug up about him from the old IRS records however, his career may

be finished.

Turns out that a lot of conspiracy theories may be true after all.

Judicial Watch reports:

(Washington, DC) – Judicial Watch today released newly obtained internal IRS documents,

including material revealing that Sen. John McCain's former staff director and chief

counsel on the Senate Homeland Security Permanent Subcommittee, Henry Kerner, urged top IRS

officials, including then-director of exempt organizations Lois Lerner, to "audit so

many that it becomes financially ruinous."

Kerner was appointed by President Trump as Special Counsel for the United States Office

of Special Counsel.

The explosive exchange was contained in notes taken by IRS employees at an April 30, 2013,

meeting between Kerner, Lerner, and other high-ranking IRS officials.

Just ten days following the meeting, former IRS director of exempt organizations Lois

Lerner admitted that the IRS had a policy of improperly and deliberately delaying applications

for tax-exempt status from conservative non-profit groups.

As it turns out, McCain appears to be directly involved with IRS efforts to derail conservative

groups from obtaining non-profit status, as he believes those groups interfere with elections.

Lerner and other IRS officials met with select top staffers from the Senate Governmental

Affairs Committee in a "marathon" meeting to discuss concerns raised by both Sen. Carl

Levin (D-MI) and Sen. John McCain (R-AZ) that the IRS was not reining in political advocacy

groups in response to the Supreme Court's Citizens United decision.

Senator McCain had been the chief sponsor of the McCain-Feingold Act and called the

Citizens United decision, which overturned portions of the Act, one of the "worst decisions

I have ever seen."

In the full notes of an April 30 meeting, McCain's high-ranking staffer Kerner recommends

harassing non-profit groups until they are unable to continue operating.

Kerner tells Lerner, Steve Miller, then chief of staff to IRS commissioner, Nikole Flax,

and other IRS officials, "Maybe the solution is to audit so many that it is financially

ruinous."

In response, Lerner responded that "it is her job to oversee it all:"

Of course the IRS is supposed to be FAIR and UNBIASED, but when corrupt scumbags get into

office they always use it to extend their reach of power.

They target groups they disagree with, and try to remove their funding—but thankfully

now that the TRUTH has been exposed, John McCain may be done for once and for all.

Click Through Rate YouTube – What Is A Good Percentage? - Duration: 3:56.

It's the new metric that everybody is kind of confused about the impression

click-through rate. What's the best percentage and why? Here we go!

Hello and welcome back to another video. Now if you're new around here and you're

looking to start a YouTube channel, grow your YouTube channel, or put your brand

out there it's the second largest search engine on the Internet. Click Subscribe,

Start creating! Now recently YouTube has been shuffling things up and adding more

metrics in to the YouTube studio beta and analytics to help us understand our videos. How

they're distributed and how well they are doing. But I haven't really deep dived

into what you should be aiming for. Now before we dig into that information I

want to know do you have a look at your impression click-through rate. Do you

even know where it is? Are you intrigued what is your impression click-through

rate? Please leave a comment down below. Now I have done a video on each metrics

that they've added recently the impressions and the click-through rates,

they're up here. If you want more deep diving but the impression click-through

rate is exactly what it sounds like. Every time your video shows up in search

and you click you get a percentage so let's say you search for custom channel

URL and my video seen a hundred times if five people click on it I get a 5%

click-through rate. Ideally you want that impression click-through rate as high as

possible buts what's realistic? what's achievable? Well, YouTube has already said

that 50% of all youtubers have a click-through rate of around about 2 to

10 percent. Now that goes to show exactly what you should be aiming for. Now if

you're closer to the 2% then maybe have a look on on improving this. If you're

closer to the 10% then maybe you're doing quite wel. If you're right about 5

or 6% like me that's kind of middle-of-the-road,

that's still good bearing in mind that its 50% of all videos on YouTube.

Some of them won't get any form of decent click-through rate at all and

some of them will have a much higher click-through rates. Whether it's a

larger youtuber or whether they advertise or whether or not it's just

something that's more viral right now that everyone's looking for that

thumbnail. How can you increase this well click-through rate is based purely

on the title descriptions, the tags, and the thumbnail that people can see. So

once again I did do a video on how you can improve your youtube click-through rate, it's

up here. But the cool thing that you should focus

on is a WOW a standout thumbnail. An intriguing title and some decent quality

tags to help you rank in search in the first place. You should research this in

the analytics to make sure that you are focusing on what you should be focusing

on. At the end of the day what they want from us as creators, are videos that are

worthy of the titles. That explaining absolutely everything in that video that

you promised and have something that grabs people. YouTube just want to keep

people on YouTube for as long as possible. So it's kind of a handshake

agreement. If you do really well and you deliver on what you promised we'll

show you more often and because we show you more often if that thumbnail and

that totals popping and fantastic they'll click on it more often. Now

we'll give you the metrics so you can see how successful that happens to be

why is they important. Now you can A/B thumbnail test

yourself. You can put up an A thumbnail and then

maybe six hours later switch it out (B thumbnail) or maybe the next day switch it out. You can

see which one over performance. Or if you want it to be automated TUBEBUDDY can

do that for you A/B testing. Go follow that link use the link "ALANSBUDDY" for

20% off of any paid upgrades. But TUBEBUDDY is free to install and it helps

you with all your tags, your descriptions and your titles and it might improve

your click-through rate as well. But that's what impression click-through

rate is and what you should be aiming for. That sweet spot between 2 and 10%.

Trump Arrested One Of Obama's Leakers And What She Said Was Mind Blowing - Duration: 10:32.

Trump Arrested One Of Obama's Leakers And What She Said Was Mind Blowing

The Trump administration began enforcing the law against leaking classified information

by arresting federal government contractor Reality Leigh Winner.

But her crime was not the most unbelievable part of the story.

Her past – and how she got a security clearance – raised eyebrows across America.

Winner was arrested for passing classified information to The Intercept about an attempted

Russian cyber attack days before the2016 election.

She was outed when The Intercept passed the document to the federal government for verification.

The feds were able to reverse the leak by seeing who had access to that information

and then they discovered Winner emailed The Intercept from her work computer.

According to the FBI affidavit, the news outlet outed its source when it provided the top

secret doc to the gov't. for confirmation.

pic.twitter.com/PowFcQ6xwc

— Sean Davis (@seanmdav) June 5, 2017

When it was discovered that Winner was the leaker, reporters quickly mined her Twitter

feed and what they found was outrageous.

She regularly tweeted racist anti-white sentiments and attacked Trump in over the top language.

Questions quickly arose as to how someone like this received a security clearance in

the first place.

How did Winner pass the Obama administration's vetting?

What is Mind-Body Medicine? How to Apply Mind Body Practices? (2) - Duration: 3:03.

- A particular focus of your interest is on Mind-Body Medicine.

What is Mind-Body Medicine? Dr. Anton Titov MD

How do you apply it in your clinical practice?

Mind Body Medicine - we can start to define it as processes of the mind that influence

the health of the body.

That's an imperfect definition of Mind Body Medicine.

But we can start there.

The reason I say it's imperfect is because by saying "processes of the mind influence

the body" - there is still a subtle duality that's maintained - that the mind and the

body are separate, and the mind affecting the body.

And really the fundamental principle of Mind-Body Medicine is that they're connected.

There is one person.

Anything that you might do to the mind or body is going to affect the mind and the body.

Furthermore, it's not just the mind affecting the body, the body can affect the mind.

We have some great Western scientific research on mind and body connection.

For example, we know that aerobic exercise enhances mood.

We know certain therapeutic medicines we use, for example, interferon for chronic hepatitis

has a high incidence of depression [as its side-effect].

So this is a chemical medicine that we are giving and it's affecting the mind.

Examples of Mind-Body Medicine therapies are things like meditation, hypnosis, biofeedback,

guided imagery, tai chi, yoga.

To me Mind-Body Medicine is a very useful field.

It's maybe the biggest untapped source of healing power in many cases.

And Mind-Body Medicine is a kind of a frontier that is not fully explored.

So I often think when you hear about these kind of miracle cases, like "doctors thought

this patient was going to die and then three months later they were well".

When you hear that kind of story - I often wonder whether the power of the mind, the

Mind-Body Medicine phenomenon, is playing a role there.

I find it really useful in certain cases - really, in most cases, Mind-Body Medicine can be useful.

But I would say in particular things like migraine, irritable bowel syndrome, pain conditions

- the brain really can alter our perception of pain. Dr. Anton Titov MD

Certainly Mind-Body Medicine is helpful in mental health conditions, depression, anxiety.

'Felicity' cast reveals what might have been in Meghan's mystery box - Duration: 3:16.

Dear Sally: What's in the box?. Felicity fans have wondered about the contents of the mysterious box belonging to Felicity Porter's secretive college roommate Meghan since the show first aired nearly 20 years ago

The show taunted audiences by dropping puzzling hints about what could be inside the sticker-covered case that Meghan (Amanda Foreman) forbade Felicity (Keri Russell) and others from opening

In one episode, Meghan's parents pay a surprise visit and, believing the box actually belongs to an odd-acting Felicity, take a peek inside

Meghan's dad asks Felicity to explain the "shocking" contents. When she promises to throw away whatever's inside, he tells her, "I don't know how you can do that

During a Felicity reunion panel at the ATX Television Festival, Foreman revealed she's been in the dark about the box's interior this entire time

I don't know. Neither does J.J., Foreman admitted, referring to series co-creator J.J.

Abrams. It was a device, a fun device. But like most fans, Foreman has some theories about what was inside

I thought maybe it was a confession to a murder, Foreman said. "Because her parents see it, right? And they get super upset by what they see in the box

So it had to be something dramatic. Or a finger, she offered as an alternative

A season 2 Twilight Zone-inspired episode did directly reveal the contents of Meghan's box, only it wasn't canon

The end of the off-kilter black-and-white episode "Help for the Lovelorn" finds Felicity, Ben (Scott Speedman), Noel (Scott Foley), Julie (Amy Jo Johnson), and Elena (Tangi Miller) trapped in an empty room together

After Felicity manages to escape over a wall, the audience learns the characters were all actually dolls inside Meghan's magical box

The scene parallels the classic Twilight Zone episode "Five Characters in Search of an Exit", and, in fact, Abrams enlisted the same director, Lamont Johnson, to helm the Felicity homage

At the ATX reunion, Felicity producer Lawrence Trilling jumped in with an intriguing box theory of his own: "It was the key to the hatch in Lost is what it was

Case closed?.Watch the video above to see the reunited cast discuss Meghan's mystery box during their ATX panel

'What's unclear to you?' Remoaner Cable SHUT DOWN with THIS brilliant point about Brexit - Duration: 3:33.

The Liberal Democrat leader has long called for a second Brexit referendum to give British people a vote on the final deal with the European Union

But after voicing criticism about the lack of a deal with the bloc, a seemingly confused Breakfast host Naga Munchetty shut him down pointing out the Government had until March 219 to find an agreement

Ms Munchetty said: "What's unclear to you at the moment? "Because it was never expected that a deal would be done right now, would be presented right now

"  Sir Vince defended his demands, claiming the environment of "excitement and uncertainty" was not helpful to businesses and further divided British voters

Ahead of a protest 'People's March' today, the Remainer MP said: "There is a rush

We've had two years, made very little progress. "The Cabinet itself is still bitterly divided and the Government more generally

The country is very divided, very unsettled. "The basic principles of the divorce haven't been yet agreed, fundamental problems like the Irish front are still sitting there, waiting to be resolved

" Sir Vince added: "We've only got a year to go and I think for the big companies that employ hundreds of thousands of workers in the , they can't operate in this political environment of excitement and uncertainty

"  Remoaners across the country take to the streets today, the second anniversary of the EU referendum, in what was dubbed the "March for a People's Vote

" Sir Vince is expected to take the stage alongside Tory rebel Anna Soubry, Labour MP David Lammy and Green Party co-leader Caroline Lucas

The march in London is being supported by anti-Brexit groups including Open Britain, the successor to the unsuccessful Britain Stronger in Europe campaign

The demonstration comes after the landmark EU Withdrawal Bill passed through Parliament, paving the way for Brexit

Thiago Silva is not happy with what Neymar did in the 83rd minute vs. Costa Rica - Duration: 3:44.

Brazil remain the bookmakers' favourites to win the 2018 World Cup after sealing a vital 2-0 victory over Costa Rica in Saint Petersburg on Friday afternoon

However, the South American nation left it very late, securing all three points thanks to two stoppage-time goals from Philippe Coutinho and Neymar

Brazil had huffed and puffed over the course of the 90 minutes but eventually found the breakthrough thanks to Coutinho, who put the ball through Keylor Navas's legs from close range

Neymar, who produced several special moments during the match - including THIS contender for the most eye-catching skill of the tournament - then doubled Brazil's advantage in the sixth minute of stoppage time

The 26-year-old, who was the pre-tournament favourite to win the Golden Boot award, notched his first goal of the World Cup after drawing a blank in Brazil's opener against Switzerland

Remarkably, Neymar now has 56 international goals to his name and becomes Brazil's third-highest goalscorer ever

Only Ronaldo (62) and Pele (77) have scored more goals for the Seleção.The Paris Saint-Germain superstar, who became the most expensive footballer in history after completing a £200 million move from Barcelona last summer, was in floods of tears after the full-time whistle was blown

The relief he felt was palpable. However, Neymar let himself down with a dive inside the penalty area during the closing stages

Referee Bjorn Kuipers initially awarded Brazil a penalty before reversing his decision after reviewing the incident on the touchline

It's also emerged that he managed to annoy his experienced teammate Thiago Silva for a separate incident which occurred in the 83rd minute of the match

Following a stoppage and a Costa Rica substitution, Silva sportingly kicked the ball back to Navas from his own half

Neymar could be seen looking towards the centre-back with his arms up as if to say 'why did you give the ball back?'

Silva has now revealed that Neymar, annoyed because he felt he should have been awarded a free-kick a little earlier, insulted him

"Today, I was saddened by his behaviour," Silva told Brazilian outlet Globo, per The Sun

"By the time I returned the ball, he insulted me."But I think I was right, because they were trying to save time

I returned the ball because it was not this ball that was going to win us."I am calm about that and I was sad about his behaviour towards me

" Silva has every right to feel disappointed by Neymar's conduct in that instance

He clearly crossed the line by insulting one of his teammates during a match, particularly a senior member of the squad

What is Mindfulness? How to Apply It? (4) - Duration: 3:15.

- What is Mindfulness and how can you apply the principles of Mindfulness for health benefits?

This is one of the practices of the Mind-Body Medicine, you have a particular interest in

Mind-Body Medicine. Dr. Anton Titov MD

Mindfulness - the simplest way to express it is that it's a way of paying attention.

Origins of Mindfulness are ancient Buddhist practice about 2500 years ago.

But the form in which we use Mindfulness in medicine is completely secular.

Most people would say that Mindfulness is really a universal method for how the human

mind works.

The qualities of attention that we cultivate when someone trains in Mindfulness practices

is - concentration, so when the mind is focused on something it stays there longer.

And there are certain qualities of attention in addition to that concentration, things

like openness, letting go, and there's a kind of a witness perspective that is cultivated.

So there is a part of you that is watching your mind's activity or your body's sensations,

and not being reactive but actually just observing.

The research shows that Mindfulness training has positive influence.

Mindfulness training is often delivered in an 8-week class format.

There's over 120 experimental trials now on Mindfulness and vast majority are positive.

The trials' conclusions include that Mindfulness is helpful for depression, for anxiety.

There are smaller studies on use of Mindfulness for other mental health disorders, also chronic

pain conditions, a whole variety of chronic pain conditions, Mindfulness has a lot of

cancer-related applications - quality of life, decrease in fatigue, sleep, the stress of

going through cancer treatment.

Several other smaller studies on use of Mindfulness showed its benefit in other conditions.

For example, irritable bowel syndrome, and with specific populations like the inner-city

population in the US or bilingual groups.

When we discuss Mindfulness and observation of the body and breathing, there is a well-known

book by Eckhart Tolle, The Power of Now.

Is that something that you would recommend to your patients?

Maybe there are some other resources that are widely available that you usually recommend.

Yes.

"The Power of Now" by Eckhart Tolle - that really is Mindfulness.

But when I first read that book I was impressed - I don't think he says the word "Mindfulness"

in the whole book.

I also think he focuses more on the spiritual benefits of the practice of Mindfulness, which

can be immense.

I mean that tradition, from which Mindfulness came from, is primarily spiritual.

So I love that book, Power of Now, I do recommend it.

However, in the medical setting, I don't commonly recommend it.

If the person is displaying to me that they are interested in that level of self-awareness

in the spiritual domain, then I will recommend "The Power of Now".

But for bringing Mindfulness into the nitty-gritty of their suffering - their back pain, their

anxiety disorder, whatever it is - there are some other books that I recommend.

Jon Kabat-Zinn is the founder of this Mindfulness-based stress reduction format.

In 1979 he started this.

And his books are excellent.

There's one called "Full Catastrophe Living" that is kind of like the textbook for that

eight-week class on Mindfulness.

And then there's a another book by Jon Kabat-Zinn that is much easier and shorter to read, it

is called "Wherever You Go, There You Are".

If someone is just interested in tasting Mindfulness a little bit, I recommend that latter book.

If someone is going to really do the practice of Mindfulness or be in the class, then we

recommend "Full Catastrophe Living".

Thank you, this is very useful to know. Dr. Anton Titov MD

Prince William to honour Prince Philip's mother who was EXILED in Royal Family saga - Duration: 6:24.

The Duke of Cambridge will travel to Jordan and Israel as part of the tour which will feature walks in the footsteps of his curious royal relatives

Princess Alice of Battenberg is the mother of Prince Philip, the Duke of Edinburgh

She was Queen Victoria's third child and was born deaf in Windsor Castle. She married Prince Andrew of Greece, but was exiled after the Greek royal family was overthrown

In 1930, aged 45, she was locked up in a sanatorium in Switzerland where she was diagnosed as schizophrenic

She underwent a religious crisis and started an order of nuns against the wishes of her mother

Queen Victoria, it emerged, even wrote to her second daughter asking: "What can you say of a nun who smokes and plays canasta?" After King Constantine II of Greece was toppled and military rule was imposed in 1967, the Duke of Edinburgh brought Princess Alice to Buckingham Palace, and she died two years later

But before her death, the princess requested for her body to be buried at the Church of St Mary Magdalene in Gethsemane, east Jerusalem, so she could be close to her aunt Ella, the Grand Duchess Elizabeth Feodorovna, who was brutally murdered after the Russian Revolution

When her family said her preferred burial place was too far, she replied: "Nonsense

There's a good bus service." Her body was placed in the royal vault at St George's Chapel in Windsor, and only moved to Jerusalem in 1988

According to Hugo Vicker's biography of Alice, it was not easy to grant her burial wish

The Greek Orthodox Patriarch in Jerusalem refused to place Alice's remains in the Jerusalem church, because her chosen burial location was a Russian church which headed by Archimandrite Anthony Grabbe, a man he claimed he did not have time for

The archimandrite attempted attempted to get in touch with Prince Philip while he was on tour but was accidentally rebuffed

In a second attempt, he wrote to Prince Philip, and was met with an apologetic reply

Prince Philip was unable to attend the reburial, due to conflict between Israel and Palestine during the occupation of the West Bank

But his grandson Prince William will visit the grave next week during his Middle East tour

Prior to visiting his royal relative's tomb, the Duke of Cambridge will be meeting Israel's Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu for diplomatic talks in the country's capital

Just last week Mr Netanyahu's wife, Sara, was indicted for fraud after she allegedly paid for lavish family meals using public money

Prince William is set to arrive in Amman, the capital of Jordan on 24 June, at the first stop of his Middle Eastern trip

A Kensington Palace statement said: "The non-political nature of His Royal Highness's role – in common with all Royal visits overseas –allows a spotlight to be brought to bear on the people of the region: their cultures, their young people, their aspirations, and their experiences

"The Duke's goal will be to meet as many people from as many walks of life as possible – and to use the spotlight that his visit will bring to celebrate their hopes for the future

Who is Malia Obama's boyfriend? - Duration: 3:44.

Malia Obama began attending Harvard University in the fall of 2017. According to W Magazine, Obama had the gap year many college students could only dream of

She partied in Amsterdam, attended Lollapalooza in Chicago, and began her internship in New York City at Weinstein Company — thankfully now no longer run by Harvey Weinstein himself

Obama has also been spotted at clubs and hitting the streets of New York City with her bodyguards in tow

Though with her confidence and height of over six feet tall, Obama could probably handle her own!

As a student at Harvard University, where she enrolled in the fall of 2017 after that epic gap year, Obama has been getting to know her classmates — and the city of Cambridge — a bit better

After a couple months of getting used to Harvard life, pictures of Obama with a mystery man began to surface, which begs the question — just who is this guy?

The Harvard-Yale football rivalry has been ongoing since the first game (then a rugby match) in 1875, when Harvard beat Yale 4-0

It is still widely celebrated each year on the date of the annual football game, by students and alumni from both schools the world over

So of course Obama got in on the Harvard-Yale action, and she wasn't alone. .Shortly before Thanksgiving in 2017, TMZ released a video of Obama briefly locking lips with someone while tailgating her very first Harvard-Yale football game

That's one way to kick off a game.At that point in time, the press didn't know who this young man was

However, it didn't take long to figure it out. He's now known to be Obama's rumored boyfriend, Rory Farquharson

Dating the former president's daughter doesn't exactly create the best opportunity for anonymity but the couple seems to still be going strong regardless

Here's everything you should know about Farquharson. Now that her reported beau has been revealed, Obama no longer has to hit the streets of New York City with just her bodyguards in tow

Just a few months after the Harvard-Yale game, Obama and Farquharson were photographed smiling at one another while walking and talking in SoHo, New York City in January 2018

The two looked happy in the photos — yay! — but there was something disconcerting about what was revealed in them nonetheless

In virtually every picture from their outing, Farquharson can be seen with a cigarette in hand

Either way, it's not exactly a healthy habit. It may also go without saying that the effects secondhand smoke are quite awful too! But hey, at least the lovebirds are also carrying around bottled water to stay hydrated, right?

William will then be travelling to Jerash city in Jordan the next day, before he sets off for Israel and then Palestine on the 26 and 27 June

Jogger says she was detained for 2 weeks after accidentally crossing U.S. border from Canada - Duration: 5:25.

A teenager out for a leisurely beachside jog in Canada was detained by U.S. Customs and Border Patrol officers after she accidentally crossed the border when she stopped to take a photo, CBC News reports

She was held in Washington state for two weeks. On May 21, Cedella Roman, a 19-year-old French citizen, was reportedly jogging along the beach near White Rock, British Columbia, when she shifted onto an unmarked dirt path to avoid the high tide

She reportedly paused to take a picture of the scenery and when she turned around to head back, she was approached by two U

S. Border Patrol officers. "An officer stopped me and started telling me I had crossed the border illegally," Roman told CBC News

"I told him I had not done it on purpose, and that I didn't understand what was happening

D. at the time, was staying with her mother in North Delta, British Columbia, while she studied English, CBC News reports

She said she didn't see any signs marking the border during her run. The officers claimed she had illegally entered the U

S. in Blaine, Washington, and detained her, Roman said. They then transferred her almost 125 miles south to the Tacoma Northwest Detention Center

"They put me in the caged vehicles and brought me into their facility," Roman told CBC News

"They asked me to remove all my personal belongings with my jewelry, they searched me everywhere

Then I understood it was getting very serious, and I started to cry a bit." Roman was eventually able to contact her mother, who rushed to the facility with her daughter's passport and study permits

But just having the documents wasn't enough, and Roman's mother was told they would have to be validated by Canadian authorities first

Roman was held in custody for two weeks while immigration officials on both sides of the border tried to determine if she was allowed back into Canada

She was discharged on June 6, according to U.S. government documents obtained by CBC News

A spokesperson for U.S. Customs and Border Protection told CBC News that anyone who enters the U

S. outside an official port of entry and without inspection has crossed the border illegally

"This applies regardless of whether or not the individual claims to have inadvertently crossed the border," the department said
