How To create A WordPress Website on Bluehost.

Hey guys, Bryan with WP Cupid Blog and in this video I'm going to be showing you how

to create a WordPress website on Bluehost.

Whether you're a newbie at technology or are a pro.

This step by step Bluehost website tutorial on how to create a WordPress website with Bluehost

video is perfect to follow along with.

By following this Bluehost website tutorial video you will have your website hosted and

created with Bluehost in as little as 10 minutes.

At the end of this video, you will have your Bluehost website successfully created.

The first step I'm going to cover is how to choose and register your own domain name for

free with Bluehost along with providing you with a discount on their hosting.

Step 2 is choosing the right hosting plan.

Step 3 is getting your website setup.

If you don't have time to create your Bluehost website right this second be sure to bookmark

this video so you can come back to it later.

I provided a link to Bluehost below in the description to get your free domain name and

hosting discount.

I do want to mention that the link is an affiliate link and I'll receive a commission which helps

support this channel and helps put out more WordPress tutorial videos.

Some things to know about Bluehost is they host over 2 million websites worldwide and

over 850,000 blogs around the world.

They are also recommended by WordPress themselves since 2005.

They instantly install WordPress for you which makes starting a site that much easier.

They provide 24/7 support via chat, email, and phone.

And they have a 30 day money back guarantee.

If for any reason you are unhappy you can cancel and get a refund no questions asked

within the first 30 days.

The first thing you want to do is head on over to Bluehost via the link in the description

if you already haven't.

You'll see the get started now button on the page.

Click the button.

This is where you can select your hosting plan.

You'll see three different options.

You'll see a Basic plan, Plus plan, and a Prime plan.

I recommend going with the basic plan and then you can always scale up whenever you'd

like.

If you have more than one website then you'd want to choose either the plus plan or prime

plan.

I'm going to choose the basic plan for this tutorial as this is most common.

Go ahead and hit the select button on whichever plan you would like to use.

We are now brought to a domain page where we can choose the domain name that we want

completely free.

Or if you already have a domain name you'd enter it in over on the right.

For the new domain you can select if you want it to be a .com, .net, .org, etc…

.com is the most popular domain extension so I'd recommend going with a .com if you

can.

I'm going to type in a domain here and click the next button.

You are now brought to a create your account page.

This is where you will input your information.

We have first name, last name.

Business name is optional.

Put your country address information.

Put a phone number and lastly the best email for you as you'll get emailed a receipt

of payment and a copy of your login credentials, etc.

Below that you will see package information.

You'll see account plan.

This is where you can select the term for your hosting package.

You have 12 months, 24 months, and 36 months, and 60 months.

As you can see you'll save money the longer you purchase your hosting for.

I'm going to select the 12 months package.

Setup fee is free.

Domain is free.

You'll see site back up pro.

You can unselect this as there are free backup plugins you can use for your Bluehost WordPress

website.

Search Engine jumpstart you can keep unselected.

This isn't necessary to have.

Sitelock security find is security for your WordPress website and protects it from hackers.

I'd unselect this as there are really good free alternatives.

Domain Privacy is an addon that I highly recommend.

It will prevent telemarketers and marketers getting a hold of your personal contact information

and bugging you with their services.

The domain privacy will show Bluehost's information for the site and not yours.

All of these addons are completely optional and up to you to get.

As you can see your saving a lot for this hosting package.

Below that you will input your payment infromation.

I'm not going to fill this out for protection of personal information.

Once your information is filled in you want to select the I have read and agreed to Bluehost's

privacy policy and terms of service.

Now click the submit button.

You are now brought to a page where you will choose a password for your Bluehost account.

Click the creare your password button.

Input the password you would like.

Click the I have read and agreed to Bluehost's Privacy Policy and Terms and Condition and

click the next button.

You will be directed to a congratulations page.

Click the blue login button to login to Bluehost.

Bluehost is also going to at this time email your dashboard login information to the email

address you provided.

You will now see pick your Theme.

Bluehost has a bunch of awesome free WordPress themes to choose from.

You can select a Theme now if you want too or below the Themes you can click skip this

step.

If you choose a Theme now you can always change the theme you pick without any problem at

a later date.

I'll be going over this in more detail, later in the video.

Once you choose your free Theme you'll be at the page here stating all done.

Click the button that says start building to start building your website using Bluehost

on WordPress.

Once you click that and log in you will be at the WordPress dashboard.

This is what the WordPress dashboard looks like.

It'll ask you a few questions as you can see.

If you don't need help just click the you don't need help option.

Once you do that you will see this page.

You will see blog posts where you can add new blog posts.

You will see where you can add new pages to your blog.

If you want to change your navigation menus you can do so easily and if you are going

to sell products on your site you can install Woocommerce to do so.

Let's get to know WordPress a bit.

On the far left you will see tabs.

Hover over them and get to learn them.

Posts is where you can add new posts.

Pages is where you can add new pages.

The media tab is where your images will show that you upload to your blog.

Comments is where you can view comments people leave on your blog.

Appearance is where you can change the look of your theme or change your theme to another

one or a Premium theme.

Select Themes when you hover over appareance.

It will showcase free WordPress themes to you can choose from.

If you select most popular it will show you the most popular free WordPress themes.

Hover over a Theme and click install and then activate to make the Theme your WordPress

theme.

You should also see add new theme on this page.

This is where you can add a new theme if you got it from another site or it is a Premium

Theme.

The plugins tab in the left menu.

Click add new.

This is where you can add new plugins for your site.

Pretty much any feature or customization you would want more than likely there is a plugin

to do that.

In the top left of your WordPress dashboard you will see welcome here or your site title

towards the top of the page.

Click this to view your site.

To login to your WordPress dashboard you can do so via the Bluehost CPanel or by typing

in your domain name with a slashwp-admin.

Here's an example.

It'll bring up this page here.

Just input your login credentials to be logged into WordPress.

One of the best plugins that can make creating your WordPress website on Bluehost easier

is the plugin called Elementor.

Elementor page builder is a drag and drop editor for WordPress.

Elementor is the #1 WordPress page builder today, and over 500,000 users use it all around

the world.

This plugin can save you a ton of time and lots of headaches figuring out how to make

specific customizations.

This plugin has a free version and a paid version.

If you want to activate this plugin go to the plugins page and search elementor page

builder in the search bar.

You'll see the plugin.

Click the install now button and click activate to activate the plugin.

I provided a link in the description to it so you can check out their site and the free

and premium features.

I'd recommend you try editing your site without it at first and then try the plugin to see

what you like best.

A great place to get Premium WordPress themes is Themeforest.

I included the link in the description below.

You can get already professional made WordPress Themes if you don't want to bother with designing

your site, etc.

Another great site if you need help with designing or customizations in WordPress is Fiverr.

With Fiverr you can get tasks done for just $5.

Fiverr is a great place to get a logo made if you have trouble doing so yourself.

You have successfully setup and created your website on Bluehost.

How to Build a Music Studio For Cheap (Example and Suggestions) - Duration: 13:52.

Hey what is up guys so today I am going to show you how

to build a music studio for under $1000

And how i personally did it. So lets pretend you are not gonna sing

and you will basically use it for making beats

and

maybe making some kind of tutorials on your beats

in order to do that

you will need. You will studio monitors

I personally use the mackie ones at this price point

I was looking at KRK

and they were like 300 bucks a piece and up

from like the budget version so

I picked mackie, it costs only $200 for

4 inch

and a little bit cheaper for 3 inch, good thing to own

And I would say ya people say

It's not that good when it comes to low frequencies

at around 300

or was it 300 and lower

kind of these bassy frequencies that you were not able to like

hear properly

Never had a problem with that, but as I said, I am

Not a pro, obviously,

I would love to have $1000 speakers like Yamaha

or even the latest version of KRK but

That's why it's called the budget tools video, Ok second one

So I personally use Alesis

V49, so the number is just

49 keys, it comes with a drum pad

8 of them, a couple wheels

a couple um what do you call them,

you can go up and down in pitch cause it's only 49 keys

and it doesn't hold like all the

the full range of 79 I think

So basically ya, and you can go for 25

it's a lot cheaper

So I would say the 25 one is

just over $100, this one I copped for

$170

Canadian, so it's cheaper i the states

and there is a bigger one of 65, which is a bit more expensive

again, so ya so far

I've read a lot of bad reviews, a lot of good reviews, I

had to debate a lot cause M-Audio has

a nice keyboard which was like in the same price range

And then I think it's Akai

Mini

Which is so popular for some reason, I don't know

I didn't mind it

I didn't mind it, it was good

I kinda wanted to have more keys so 49

is perfect for me personally, ok so

now

you are good to beat make, you don;t even need the keyboard

you don't even need a keyboard, basically all you need is a

the software, you need the studio monitors, oh ya

one little thing, I personally use a

beats headphones, they are not bad

they are really good actually, but at the same price

but like I bought them when I was younger for like

$500 because it was a birthday present

And I was like why would I but a

Audio Technica or something else for like

$300? okay like this is

more to... It has some EQ

in it so it's not that pure of a sound

I think it increases the bass frequencies

I don't know what's going on

Personally I would say it's better than any $50 headhones

Like Don't call me out on this

I am just bluffing, it's cause I can't

I can't buy a new pair but ya

We are at this stage where you don't really need anything else

you got headphones, you got studio monitors

to kind have

Monitor

like the space and then cause

A couple feet away from it

or a couple inches away from it when you listen to it in your headphones

you good to go, you got the keyboard, you got the software

I personally Use Fruity Loops

I don't know I tried Ableton

Didn't work for me

I don't know maybe will work for you, give them all at shot

To be fair, in my opinion, not a big difference

The all got different plugins, different bundles

When it comes to making beats

Difference is not that crazy you know

Little note, I am gonna show you my monitor, so its a

32 inch LG Monitor

Let me put it this way it's not bad

It's actually pretty good, you don't need 32 inch

My laptop was like 15 inch and i was doing fine for like

6 months I was using it

In my opinion, it's nicer

If you can buy two monitors, go for it man

Cause the more you have the better but

at the same time you try to make it so comfy for you

You don't actually get to the point where you actually music

The big problem and it happened to me to

I was like man once I get a bigger monitor

I'll be able to put my mixer there and my

like piano roll

just underneath it

didn't work out this was, I wish I wish

But like it still takes me pretty much the same time

It's easier to organize it so if you can upgrade it

to a bigger monitor

go for it, please go for it

it's amazing but

At the same time it's no biggies

So now we are gonna talk about if you wanna record

instruments or if you wanna record

vocals of you and your friends singing

Let's get into it. First of all

you will need an interface

I personally have the

Focusrite Duo I thinks its called 2i2

So far it has been has been

really good I don't know I never had any problems

I plug my headphones into it I plug my

what do you call it, i plug my microphone into it

It's amazing and there is another one

You can buy a solo one

where you can only plug in one thing

or you can buy the Duo one I bought just in case...

A friend of mine came to record his guitar

the other day and

we had to use the second one for example

So ya basically that's about it

You only need to know so much, it's a good brand

It actually comes with a bunch of good sample packs

once you buy like they ship it to you the code, you get a bunch of cool sample packs

I think you get Ableton Lite

If you want it

And every week or so

they send me promotions, I was really on it

in the beginning, and now I am kind of like zoning out

and

I don't really care so much cause there are just so many plugins

You have to actually focus on work you do

Also my microphone is connected to it too

take a look at it

It's a behringer

condenser mic

and it comes with a pop filter

I bought a stand, it's actually pretty cool

I'll show you

It comes in a little suitcase where you get the

one filter, you get the mic, and you get the

actual crown I think you call it, I am not quite sure

So I just found it cute it comes in a little suitcase

So you can in theory travel with it

Also it has a little button, this is

Low pass filter,

and - 10 db so it just

makes everything quieter, little note, little note

I wanted

little thing to mention when talking about intefaces

Basically I was looking at a bunch of them, and they go

in the range like crazy from $100 to thousands

I was pretty happy with mine

And to be fair I would

Go for it again, never had a problem with it

I was really worried cause when you buy all this expensive stuff

you are concerned, you try to read reviews,

then you see it only has 4 stars so

you are like "ok on person who left one star review

like why was he concerned" and you look into it and

apparently his wasn't working, you start getting worried

personally, I orderedit, never had a problem with it

had it for almost a year now

My mic

my mic only comes for under $200

and ok

I had a few things

when I was looking for a mic

I needed a little crown or mic holder, don't call me out on this

I actually forgot what it's called

I knew every single little part

of this suitcase when i was actually ordering it

been a while ago ya it has a little crown

has filters, I tried using the low pass filter

and it actually cuts a lot of lower frequencies in your voice

When i was recording, it's good

I would say really good, it looks sweet

it looks really professional, mics range

as I said again from $20 to

thousand of dollars

and to be fair,

I bought this one for $200

less than $200, $150 maybe

it's considered fairly cheap but as

I said it comes in a little suitcase

It comes with it's own filter

and it's just

amazing i think it's

really good, before that I bought a mic for $30 maybe

cause I was like "doesn't matter"

nobody cares about mics, and you know what it was really bad

It was this little tripod USB mic

that you plug into the headphone jack

So let me put it this way

You could technically go for it, there are a bunch of people

who know how to use, personally

it was such a pain, and then once I bought this one

I plugged it in, I would say my confidence went a little up

I knew I don't sound that good when singing

I guess I don't know but

with the other mic oh my god,

I sounded horrible, it doesn't come with a pop filter or a stand

but you can literally buy them for like

I think the stand i bought for $20

and the pop filter for cheap as well

I think I bought them from the same company, it's been a while ago

guys again but ya you need a pop filter

you can use the other one, it makes the mic

real quite, not the mic itself

but mic doesn't recieve the full volume so

It blocks a lot of soundwaves

so it does block s and "s" sound

but at the same time

it picks up other frequencies

cause you try either like

make it louder in the limiter

cause you are not loud enough, or something like that

so i'd say still buy a pop filter in my opinon, but ya as i said

any video you'll watch on youtube they will probably suggest you

to but a pop filter

there a bunch of stands... there is an arm stand

and there is also this other one I bought

the actual stand that you put on the ground, to be honest

I can't tell a difference, cause I've never bought an armstand

I've heard it's good, but as I said again

It's not that crucial, so don't worry about it

Other than that, all you need to have is a music sofware

and access to the internet

cause you are watching this video and you have

some of the equipment I hope, maybe you already have

have a software I hope so

Hope you are more less a pro and you are not recording in like

audacity even tho

nothing wrong with audacity

if you have any questions ask me, I have researched it

for quite a while, I've done it for

fair period of time myself, so let me know

I am gonna leave the links to all the products in the bio

so you will have a chance to browse around

but those are my personal pic

I personally purchased all these products, used them for a while

So far not a single thing

I had a problem with, I would say that's all you need man, as I said

if you add everything up, I'll exclude a monitor cause I am sure

you are watching this on a monitor

so all thogther it comes to

i would say not even

that much, maybe $500

so ya guys, get on it, it's an initial investment

it seems pricey but since I bought all this stuff

I haven't bought anything else and i've been fairly happy

Okay guys, if you like this video give me thumbs up, subscribe

leave the comment, you have any questions let me know too

I cooped this cool, take a look at thishumidifier

I will never give you the link in the bio cause that's

my favorite humidifier and I don't want anyone else to have it

just showing so you be jealous

okay? okay guys

Building a GIANT BREAKFAST BURRITO & TEQUILA FONDUE | Going In - Duration: 10:30.

What are we creating?

The biggest breakfast burrito on the planet.

Let's go. The game's about to start.

I love the summer, man.

Every four years, this is it.

This is what I live for.

There's gonna be a whole lot of football.

Like soccer football?

Yes, like soccer football.

Are you ready?

Who's your team, man?

I don't even have a team!

I'mma cheer Mexico on.

Mexico's in this, right?

Yes, they are. [Laughter]

Yeah, Oscar!

All the games are kind of in the morning.

Let's just throw like a breakfast viewing party.

Let's do like the biggest

breakfast burrito we can make.

Like just imagine like a big-- They have a hot bar.

They have all their breakfast foods

so we don't even really have to cook that much.

I'm excited-- --Okay, but,

Where are we going to pick up all this stuff right now?

Northgate.

They'll have all the meats. They'll have all the cheeses.

They have the hottest hot bar in the game.

We can get the eggs from there. The beans. The rice.

Everything's already cooked.

What about-- do they have a carniceria?

Of course they have a carniceria, foo.

Let's get all the meats.

Let's grill them up, and let's put them in the breakfast burrito.

Dude, they also have that, like Cheese Island.

We could do like a fondue with all the cheeses.

We take the giant chicharrón crisps, like the huge ones.

We'll use that to dip the cheese out of the mega fondue.

Bro, I'm gassed up.

Let's gooo. --Pulling in, pulling in.

Okay. Let's get to work on this hot bar.

Every good breakfast burrito needs potatoes.

Mexican-styled eggs.

They've got huevos con nopales.

What is that? --It's cactus.

Dang, look at this.

Huevos con chorizo.

Huevos rancheros.

This is ham and eggs.

Huevos ahogados.

Dude...

We gotta put some chilaquiles in this burrito.

They got two kinds of chilaquiles.

Shhhh...

You bastard.

Dude, this looks so good.

Stuffed chile relleno! Aye.

Oh yeah.

Alright, we got everything from the breakfast hot bar.

Guacamole. --Guacamole!

Gracias. --Thank you.

Look how big the chicharrón is. We're gonna need this for the fondue.

This looks good.

A little bit of all the cheeses. Put it all in here.

Oh my God, there's so much cheese.

I think we're gonna start off with the uh...

Cottage cheese over here, the Don Francisco cottage cheese.

Let's do some of the Latin sour cream.

We can't forget the Cotija Cheese.

Thank you.

Let's do some of the Pepper jack cheese, please.

Let's do one of each of these right here, please.

Thank you, my man. Appreciate it.

Could we get a pound of that?

There's another side of cheese.

They actually have melting cheese.

Mega fondue. Here we come.

Salsa bar. One of everything.

Yeah Marc.

There's always room.

Carniceria time?

Meats. Meats. All the meats.

Alright, can we get --Wooh.

A pound of the marinated short rib.

Yup, the flat meat.

Yeah, can we get some of the marinated beef shoulder?

A pound of the taco meat.

A pound of the bistec.

What about the longaniza? --Oh my God. A pound of that please.

Pork chorizo please. --Yup.

Can we get two pounds of that?

The marinated pork steak.

One pound of the pork chops.

And then, can we get one of all the chickens.

Yup. --All the chickens.

Perfect. --Thank you.

They have the aguas frescas.

I think you can buy the entire jug.

Take a little bit out. Pour tequila.

Pour vodka in the other.

Yeah, we can only afford one of these so..

This is intense.

Ready, dawg? --Yeah.

Let's go check out.

We had to pull a manager over. We spent like a thousand bucks.

Nice. That's how you throw a party.

[Laughter]

Cheers! --Cheers!

Mmm!

Ahh!

Wooh-hoo-hoo. Man, that's good.

I think that needs more tequila.

Now you can smell the tequila.

Just dump it all in? --Yeah.

[whistles]

Yo, this is serious.

I thought he was coming in here to help me.

He just wants to eat.

That's good cheese, man.

Turn up the heat, or we take a shot?

We take a shot. --Yeah, let's take a shot.

One for us.

And then one for our friend, fondue. [Laughter]

Cheers guys! --Cheers!

Ah!

Whoo! Okay.

Just a little splash. Just a little splash.

Oh yeah. OH YEAH.

Is this fondue or is that queso dip?

This is fondue, player. And queso dip.

Ooooooh!

That's probably the best cheese pull ever.

Oh, wrap it. Wrap it.

Who's going in?

Ohhhh. [whistles]

I think it's time to grill.

Ah.

The chicken's so good. --Oh my God.

Hot tortillas coming! --Oh God.

[Laughter]

Alright, I'm-- [yelling & laughter]

Oh, this is gonna be a fat burrito.

This is gonna be big. This is gonna be real big.

This looks incredible.

Ohhh. Right in the middle!

In Spanish, this is what we call a [bleep].

It's just it's a little full towards the middle.

Don't worry about that, Elie. --Okay.

Who's got their doubts? I wanna hear you. --Me.

But I doubt everything, so..

Do we wanna put any salsa or no?

No, there's already pico on there!

But we gotta add spiciness to it! [all exclaiming]

Oh, no no no! --It's tearing!

Okay, tortilla that.

We gotta bind this. --Oh oh, on the far end!

Oh my God. Oh no!

[all yelling]

[high pitch cry]

Olé!

That's how you go in.

Sochalchizo-- how do you say it?

Sal--[bleep]! [Laughter]

Learn how to build a successful team, learn how to maximise your strengths in business at Tallant As - Duration: 2:59.

Sandy: And I work with business owners and help them scale up their business.

And make higher profits with less stress.

Dee: So you're going to, for each delegate that comes along,

So they're gonna get an extended DISC profile that we will unpack.

And you're going to also give them a little bit of an introduction session to an NLP Coaching Session.

So for people who've never heard of NLP,

What will that introductory session that you're going to do with them in Cebu entail?

Sandy: Yep, absolutely!

So, one first thing though, Dee, some people might not have even heard of an extended DISC.

So extended DISC is a profiling tool.

So it's 18 pages of your strengths and weaknesses, how you act under pressure.

When you see that written in the 18 and I know you have one, Dee,

You look at it anything "Oh my goodness!"

When I got my extended disc profile, the first time, I just said

"I wish I have had this when I was way younger"

"Man, I would have applied to my strengths".

And a lot of business owners don't use these types of tools and they're great.

I know you've been using them, for you know, hiring starts and things like that.

So that's the first thing. So that's a great self-awareness.

To understand where your strengths and weaknesses are.

It's also for some business owners that may be about hiring staff or working with people.

Who do they need to work with?

We like "like" so what we tend to do is work or employ like-minded people.

And then everybody's, you know, for example, detailed and no-one's big picture.

So that can become a weakness in a company.

So it's understanding all of those things. And with the NLP, NLP stands for Neuro Linguistic Programming.

So it's all about your reality, your mindset,

Your inner talk, your inner dialogue, things that you've taken on.

As I said before, things that you're taking on you may not have even understood that you've taken that on

And you're running a strategy that just doesn't work for you.

It may have worked for you in the past, when you were working for someone else or doing a different job.

Perhaps as a business owner or a senior leader, it doesn't work for you anymore.

So it's just looking at those things.

It's not all about me. It's actually gonna be all about them.

And whatever you're gonna put into this,

And if you're talking directly to the business owners now, "Man, you're gonna get that and more out of it."

You know, if you come and you haven't done the homework.

But you haven't been busy or the pre-work or whatever, you know, Guys, take this opportunity.

You don't get it often to be able to take the opportunity to think about where you're going, what you're doing,

And what is in the next, you know, three to five years for you in your business?

Fresh off its victory at the 2018 24 Hours of Le Mans, Toyota said it would adapt technology

from its winning race cars for a road-going "super sports car."

The car will be based on the GR Super Sport concept that debuted earlier this year, and

features many components taken from the TS050 Hybrid race car that just won Le Mans.

Like the TS050, the GR Super Sport concept featured a 2.4-liter V6 engine with electric

assist.

Toyota said the concept was good for 986 horsepower.

If it sticks close to the template laid out by the GR Super Sport, Toyota's production

hypercar will essentially do for endurance-racing technology what the Mercedes-AMG Project One

is doing for Formula One tech: put it in the hands of people who don't wear helmets and

fire suits to work.

Like the Mercedes, the Toyota will likely be very expensive and have a limited production

run.

But Toyota is keeping details under wraps for now.

Toyota has been trying for years to shake a reputation for building boring cars, and

a racing-inspired hybrid hypercar would seem to put the matter to rest.

Just as Mercedes is building the Project One in part to capitalize on its Formula One success,

a hypercar will help memorialize Toyota's Le Mans win.

Toyota is only the second Japanese automaker to win the legendary French race (after Mazda

in 1991), and its 2018 victory came after years of near misses.

In 2016, its lead car broke down with just minutes to go.

While it will be designed as a road car, it's possible the Toyota hypercar could also bring

things full circle and hit the track.

Beginning in 2020, the FIA World Endurance Championship (WEC) — which includes Le Mans

— will adopt new rules calling for race cars that more closely resemble hypercars

like the GR Super Sport concept and Project One.

Imagine those two mixing it up with Aston Martin Valkyries or Ferrari LaFerrari FXX

Ks, and you've got a good idea of where this is going.

"We started this project because we believe that creating a super sports car that delivers

the same appeal as the TS050 Hybrid greatly adds to Toyota's involvement in the WEC,"

said Shigeki Tomoyama, president of Toyota motor-sports arm Gazoo Racing.

"And at some point in the future, customers will have a chance to get behind the wheel

of this incredible machine and experience its astonishing power and driving performance."

Given the astronomical cost of hypercars, it's unlikely that most people will ever

get that experience.

But Toyota is planning a new Supra sports car for those of more modest means.
