Have you ever asked a question?

"Why are some people heartless?"

I was talking to a maid and she was telling me that she was

working for her "Amo" or employer for 36 long years.

And she received of course, below below below the minimum wage, all

those years.

And then, she became weaker and she got sick.

And so, her "Amo", her employer told her, "You have to go home."

"You have to go now."

"You know, because you cannot work for me anymore."

And so, you know how much retirement pay quote/unquote they gave

this woman, after working for them for 36 years?

2,000 pesos!

And you know, when she was telling me that story and she was

crying, and she was saying, you know, "Brother Bo, I served this family.

Their children became my children.

But you know..."

And so there, thanks be to God there's Anawim or ministry for the

abandoned elderly, and we do take care.

And there are a number in Anawim right now, you know.

We started that 23 years ago, there are a number of maids and Labanderas

and you know.

Different all sorts of people, who served their

employers, but then they would just let go, just like that.

Because legally, it's not required to give a retirement pay to

somebody like that.

I think now, there are laws already but at that time, there was none.

But friend, I just want to ask this question: Why are there heartless people?

I'm thinking of another guy, a businessman, who told me a horrible story.

He said that he has a business partner, and they've been a business partners

for eight years.

And they were very very close and they would

eat together.

And he became the Ninong, the Godfather of his own kid.

But one day, because of a legal loophole, he comes in

and takes over the entire company.

He steals the company from this

businessperson, this businessman.

And just pulls the rug out of that guy, and and he was...

This business person was in debt by millions, because of what this

business partner did.

And this business person asked me, this businessman

asked me, "Brother Bo, how can people be so heartless?

He was my friend for a number of years, how could he steal

this from me? you know."

And I said, "I don't know your story.

I don't know the background, but you know what I did?

I went to the Bible and I discovered why

people can be heartless?

I'm going to show it to you."

Hi, my name is Bo Sanchez.

And welcome to Fulltank, your place of inspiration.

I pray that you will be blessed, as we share the Gospel

for the day.

I do this from Monday to Friday, and our Gospel is Matthew 6:19 -

And it's this story...

In this reading, Jesus says, "Where your treasure

is, there your heart will also be."

There are people right now, walking around

without their hearts inside their chest, why?

Because their heart is in the bank account, in the bank vault.

Their heart is there in their mansion.

Their heart is inside their cars.

Their heart is inside their jewelry box.

Their heart is in their closet, with their designer clothes.

"Because where your treasure is..."

Jesus said, "... there your heart will also be."

And the reason why, maybe this business partner, the partner of this business man,

why he was able to steal, the whole business from this other guy, you know.

In a very heartless way, because his heart

was not there, anymore in his body.

His heart was with his money.

And maybe this employer that, you know.

Just let go of this maid that served the

family for 36 years, and gave this woman just 2000 pesos and go now.

"Go, go.

Shoo, shoo!" you know.

The reason why it was heartless was because their heart

was on things and on money, and not on persons.

And this is my message I want to share it with you today.

It's very very simple.

Are you ready?

"Put people before things" That's it!

That's my simple message.

Put people before things.

Put relationships before things.

Put love before things and before money.

Don't be a heartless person.

Don't walk around, planet earth without your heart.

I pray that right now, God will give you the opportunity to

love people and to bless people and to care for people.

In the Mighty name of Jesus Christ, I pray that you will always

put people before things.

Put love and relationships before things, in all your decisions.

In Jesus' name.

Amen and amen.

In the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit.

God bless you.

Have a fantastic week.

Have a fantastic weekend.

And always put people before things.

Q&A - EOS Stake: What Is The Stake & Unstake Mechanism? - Duration: 2:16.

What is it with all that stake? So let me explain what's the staking and

unstaking mechanism, how it relates to the chain unlock, and how you can

see your total balance. So when we started the chain, every one who bought

into the crowd sale, transferred their EOS onto the new chain. But they were

started staked for the most part. If you had more than 11 EOS then you were kept

with only 10 EOS floating. Floating meaning you can transfer them today to

someone else to pay for pizza. But all the rest was staked for CPU and

bandwidth. What does that mean? If you stake your coin, you're sort of paying an

opportunity cost. you can't unstake them until three days

after you did that operation, and it means you can't access them. That little

cost there is what grants you access to the system. The fact that you can't

spend them for the next three days. If you stake them for bandwidth, it means

you can send transactions, and the size of transaction will consume your bandwidth.

It's going to be tailored into your account, and the CPU staking is in terms of

milliseconds. We're not Amazon here, so it's not like big servers, it's

operations that are going to be done through the blockchain, and it's going to be computed in

microseconds or milliseconds. If you don't consume much of your

bandwidth, it'll accumulate so you can have a burst

when you need to have a lot of transaction go through. So for the

most part, people will have plenty of space there if you just stake one EOS or

two, if you don't use the chain that much. But this is how the resource limiting is

applied on EOS. It's also your voting power. What you stake, you're paying that

opportunity cost and this gives you weight to vote on your preferred block

producers. Now some might say "well I don't have my full amount there." But you need

to make sure to check both staked as CPU and bandwidth. The sum of those things,

plus what is free floating, and then you need to check that in your currency

balance. Probably you have two EOS or ten EOS in there, the sum of all these things

is what you own. So sometimes you can be confused. You'll have CPU and network. If

they're the same value, it's not that you have half of it you have both of them.

When you unstake them, you can get the full refund of those after three days

after the last undelegate bandwidth or stake and unstake operation. So just to

be clear we talked about stake and unstake, but the operation on the

blockchain is called `delegatebw` or `undelegatebw`. This is the same thing

as stake/unstake. So hope this helps and talk later

YouTube, Spotify or Apple: What music service is best for you - Duration: 6:13.

YouTube Music, Google's answer to Spotify, launched in Australia this week, claiming it will provide users with a "unique music catalogue"

But how different is it to existing services? Interestingly, the major music streaming services do not appear to be concerned with competing on price

In fact, YouTube Music, Spotify, Apple Music and Amazon Music each cost the consumer exactly the same amount – an individual subscription costs $12 each month, while a family subscription costs $18

So what are the advantages in subscribing to any one of these music apps? What is YouTube Music? YouTube Music, which launched in Australia and 16 other countries on June 19, is a new music streaming service that incorporates YouTube's catalogue of video content, including live performances and remixes

A spokesperson for YouTube, which is owned by Google, said it was targeting new users who do not subscribe to an existing music service

"YouTube Music has a unique music catalogue that you won't find anywhere else, which is highly appealing to the audience that already comes to YouTube for music content," she said

It has a free, ad-supported version and a subscription-based service called YouTube Music Premium

understands that YouTube Music will eventually replace Google Play Music. Meanwhile, YouTube Premium – previously named YouTube Red – incorporates the new YouTube Music app, bundled with access to YouTube Originals series and movies, and other features

How it stacks up against Spotify, Apple, Amazon Music While on the surface, YouTube Music may seem no different than any other music streaming service on the market, it will possess some unique features

Multimedia expert Dr Steve Collins said one point of difference between YouTube Music and Spotify is access to 'value added' content such as remixes, live performances and cover versions that do not feature in Spotify's catalogue

He said YouTube's service also allows users to search by describing a song or typing in lyrics, as well as by album, artist or song title – courtesy of Google's search data

"No other company has really gotten into music video like YouTube has, so it's a direct land grab before Spotify or Apple start to move in that direction," Dr Collins said

Digital music platforms expert Ben Morgan said the YouTube service would also be able to recommend music to a user based on their location

"Integrating location services appears to be the main innovative feature that YouTube Music offers which others do not," he said

Screen media expert Marc C-Scott agreed, suggesting that in the future this could enable the app to create an individually-customised workout playlist when you arrive at the gym

"What music service consumers choose would largely depend on what other services or devices they own, such as an iPhone, Google Home or Amazon Prime," he said

"The music services by themselves are the same price. But if a consumer starts to use services across multiple companies, it will start to get expensive

" He added that Apple Music has the advantage of having been in the music space for a long time and the Apple 'eco-system element' – having an Apple device tends to make it easy for consumers to use Apple services

Amazon has been focusing on capturing the voice-search market, while Facebook is understood to be launching its own music and video service later this year

Mr Morgan said Apple Music has focused on developing more exclusive celebrity-curated playlists as one point of difference

It has also claimed to offer more songs in its catalogue than Spotify, though Mr Morgan said he was not aware of a general perception of any single service offering more variety

"Spotify's music recommendation algorithm [The Echo Nest] is the most sophisticated song recommendation engine," he said

"YouTube hopes to challenge this claim."

Love Island star Niall Aslam, who was paired with Georgia Steel, has not returned to social media fo - Duration: 3:49.

Tattooed hunk Niall Aslam was confirmed to have left Love Island on Tuesday afternoon, just hours before the next episode was due to air on ITV2

It was revealed that the 23 year old, who became a fan favourite during his short time on the show, had left the villa "for personal reasons" but no further details were given

Niall, who was paired with Georgia Steel on the ITV2 match-making programme, has not returned to social media following the shocking exit – but according to Coventry Live, one of Niall's friends has given their view as to why they believe the star may have exited the villa

One of Niall's friends reportedly told the publication he suffered from insecurities about his looks, and could not deal with conflict

It had been previously reported he'd undergone an otoplasty – ear pinning back surgery – back in May last year

It was one of the first things he brought up when the show launched.  His friend revealed: "Before he got his ears pinned back, if anyone wasn't interested in him or made a joke, he'd assume it was about his ears and put a hat on for the rest of the day just to avoid people seeing

He doesn't deal well with stress or criticism, and would hate to have situations where he's involved in conflict publicised

"It's an emotionally stressful environment and he over worries to the point where he gets stressed

"Before he got his ears pinned back, if anyone wasn't interested in him or made a joke he'd assume it was about his ears and put a hat on for the rest of the day just to avoid people seeing

"  Following his exit, his friends came forward and claimed they hadn't been able to get hold of him since the news broke

It was later reported that even his family appear to have gone off the grid, as they have reportedly vanished from their home in Coventry

According to Mirror Online, his family home has a letter pinned on the front door, which asks members of the media to contact ITV's press office with any questions, rather than them

Jermaine Jackson reveals patriarch Joe is DYING - Duration: 7:17.

Joe Jackson, 88, is on his deathbed, family members have disclosed to DailyMail.com

But even his last days are not without controversy. The Jackson patriarch, suffering from an undisclosed terminal illness, has been at the center of a bizarre row over access to him by family members, DailyMail

com can reveal. The 88-year-old has been ailing for months, but took a turn for the worse in the past week, sources close to the family have disclosed

But as his famous family clambered to be by the bedside of the sickly father-of-eleven, Joe's handlers allegedly barred senior family members from visiting him, including his wife Katherine and daughter Rebbie

For four days, his sons and daughters were locked in heated discussions, unsure what was going on and pleading to see him

DailyMail.com has now learned that following an emergency Jackson family meeting and desperate pleas to Joe's manager, Charles Coupet, family members were finally granted access to the octogenarian on Tuesday night

Coupet has not responded to DailyMail.com's requests for comment. But DailyMail

com has learned that Joe himself had given verbal instructions making clear he didn't want visitors or family members to see him or his medical recordsIt's understood Katherine, daughters Rebbie and Joh'Vonnie and granddaughter Yashi Brown, did visit with the patriarch in Las Vegas, Nevada on Tuesday

The visit came following a tense stand off during which the Jackson family struggled to gain medical information about, and access to, Joe

Joe's son Jermaine confirmed the odd situation when approached by DailyMail.com.'No one knew what was going on - we shouldn't have to beg, plead, and argue to see our own father, especially at a time like this,' he said

'We have been hurting.'We were not being told where he was and couldn't get the full picture

Even from the doctor. My mother was worried sick.'Jermaine, 63, added 'He's very very frail, he doesn't have long

The family needs to be by his bedside - that's our only intention in his final days

'It's what any family would want, but some people around him think they know better

and they don't.'Talent manager Joe, who guided his children to unprecedented showbiz success as The Jackson 5, is understood to suffer from a form of dementia and has suffered several strokes in recent years

Now the ailing patriarch has been struck by a terminal illness and it's feared he has just days left to live

. And Joe's other daughter Joh'Vonnie Jackson - the product of an extra-marital affair - had also been barred from seeing her dad despite being very close to him and living nearby in Vegas, the source claims

It's understood Katherine and daughter Rebbie had last visited Joe at his Vegas home last week after learning his health had deteriorated

But after the brief visit the women spent a night in a nearby hotel before returning to discover Joe had been moved from his home

DailyMail.com has learned that Joe himself had given verbal instructions - which exist on a phone recording - making clear he didn't want visitors or anyone from the family to see him or his medical records

Part of the recording was overheard by some family members.  How that recording was obtained is not clear, but one source close to the camp said: 'The people around Joe Jackson are the people who have been there for him in his everyday life

'They are acting in his interests and no one else's.'The Jackson family doesn't have the capacity to deal with this on its own, so certain people are taking charge of the situation

'It's delicate. and not as black and white as people are making out.'The Jacksons are now in dialogue with the people looking after Joe, and they are being kept informed

'One family member said: 'If it's true there was verbal instructions from Joseph, we'd like to know how that instruction was obtained

Hadrian's Wall: why was it built? - Duration: 7:17.

Illegal metal detectors have been targeting a section of Hadrian's Wall, digging more than 50 holes in the 1,880-year-old World Heritage Site, according to archaeologists

The holes were found at the Brunton Turret section, although similar incidents have been reported in the past three years at other parts of the wall

Historic England fears the nighthawks have been taking away ancient artefacts. "We don't know what they are taking so they are in essence stealing knowledge," a Historic England spokesperson told The Daily Telegraph

"It is also the scale of the problem that is a worry to us, it is hard to look after the site

" The area is protected, so using a metal detector without authorisation is a criminal offence, says the newspaper

Mark Harrison, head of heritage crime and policing advice for Historic England, added: "Illegal metal detecting is not a victimless crime

"We may never see or fully understand the objects taken or damaged because they have been removed from their original sites with no care or record as to their history or context

" For nearly 300 years, Hadrian's Wall marked the north-west frontier of the Roman empire

Here's what you need to know about its history.Who was Hadrian? Hadrian ruled the Roman Empire from 117AD-138AD, inheriting control of a civilisation in its prime which had thrived on a policy of endless expansion and conquest

Known as the "'people's king' because he travelled with his troops and ate the same rations", says The Independent, he "laid the foundations of the Byzantine Empire and changed the name of Judea to create Palestine, among other legacies"

Although married to Vibia Sabina, Hadrian was well known for his love of young Greek philosopher Antinous

"He had to marry, and he had a politically arranged marriage to Sabina, who was the great-niece of the former emperor Trajan, which in effect, set up his succession," says Thorsten Opper, curator of an exhibition on Hadrian

"But clearly, it was a loveless marriage with no children. What was unusual is that he had a lot of flings and then after his lover [Antinous] drowned in the Nile AD130 he made him a god and named a city after him

" And of course, Hadrian "was the first to build a wall 80 miles long from sea to sea to separate the barbarians from the Romans", according to a biography written 200 years later

Where was the wall and how long was it? At 73 miles (80 Roman miles) long, the wall crossed northern Britain from Bowness-on-Solway in the west to modern-day Wallsend on the River Tyne in the east

At first, the idea was to build castles along every Roman mile, with two turrets in between each

"At some point after the first few years of building, they decided they would go and build forts on the wall," Frances McIntosh, curator of Roman Collections for English Heritage, told the Evening Chronicle in Newcastle-upon-Tyne

"Under the wall, you can see the line where the turrets were being built. That's how we know the decision was changed

We do not know how, why or when, but it's after a couple of years - at least - of the building

"When was it built? McIntosh estimates the work began around the year 122AD, when Hadrian visited Britain, and was completed by 138AD

The Romans had left - officially - by 410AD, but many stayed and probably lived in the forts along the wall

"Most officers were recalled but some soldiers just stayed there. They might have formed militias and lived in a farming economy on the wall, living in forts," she said

Why was it so important? "Hadrian's Wall marks what was the farthest reaches of perhaps the greatest empire the world has ever seen and cuts a path through some of the country's most spectacular landscapes, making it a perfect destination," says the Daily Telegraph

However, the traditional view of the wall as protecting a civilised world of baths and temples against marauding Scots is probably false

Historians now believe it was designed to scare and extract taxes from tribes on both sides of the border rather than to keep invading war parties out

Historian Neil Faulkner describes the Roman imperium as a system of "robbery with violence", while the Vindolanda tablets, written by soldiers living near the wall, show Romans disdainfully called the locals "Brittunculi" - "wretched little Britons"
