tell us a little about the documentation you need to apply for a mortgage.

In order to apply for a mortgage, we need to know what your earnings are.
In order to do that, we are going to either need W2s and pay-stubs, perhaps tax returns
if you're self employed.
It's not a one size fits all for everyone, so we need to determine, you know what your
income makeup is to determine what it is we need to ask you for in order to verify that
income for the pre-qualification.
