Auto news on Youtube Jul 7 2018

What's up, guys?! Thank God, it's Friday or, probably. Saturday..

Depends on how effective I am in editing this video. I have no clear plan on what we are talking about today,

I haven't written you know the script

So let's talk about random stuff and I'll edit it somehow to make it.. whole.

First of all, I want to thank you, guys, for leaving your comments and saying "Hey Dima. Why don't we,

you know, have more videos in English?" I appreciate that and I think that's a good idea

I realized that I don't really have a lot of, you know, speaking practice, and

you can clearly hear that. I think in order to

understand the speech you have to listen a lot; in order to, you know, express yourself

you have to do that all the time! You have to speak.. to be able to speak you have to speak.

I don't speak a lot now

I speak English like once a week on Fridays when I have my skypes when I translate

But generally I don't really speak English. I read in English I write.. sometimes in English

I, you know, listen, but I don't speak and that's

Pathetic. I think that's pathetic. The thing is even though you might know English

Well, I think I know it pretty well. Well, yeah pretty well

You've got to have practice because if you have no practice for a pretty long time

you.. your skill kind of goes down.

You know, I realized that making those videos in English is as complicated and challenging

for me, as you know making videos in Russian two years ago. I was super stressed

I was super afraid of, you know, doing something wrong

well, maybe not as afraid as

You know

Let me rephrase maybe now. I'm not as afraid as, say, two years ago, but I don't really feel

Comfortable partly because I don't have all this practicing going on constantly

So I am I start thinking on, you know about having more practice. So that's gonna be one of the ways to have this

Practice. So thank you guys again for suggesting this practice. I think we will try and make those, you know, English

"podcasts" every Friday this month and see what.. what happens and

Probably I'll start planning things ahead because today I was just..

I know that I have to make I've gotta make video in English

Because I I promised and I'm trying to keep my promises

Starting this month. So, I thought "okay, what's gonna be the topic?" and I was..

"I don't know. I have no idea". I thought maybe we could, you know, just discuss the previous video

But I wasn't sure and it was getting late and it's about 7:00 pm already

And and I was like: "Okay. I failed in writing a script

I failed in creating a plan for this video

so the only thing I have time to do is just to set the camera set the lights at the microphone and just

shoot something". So, sorry, guys, if it looks and feels and sounds a little chaotic

cha-otic, I think that's the right way to pronounce that and.. and yeah, it's challenging. It's really challenging. It really is!

Talking about the previous video: I was super excited

reading all those comments you left!

I was you know, when I was making that video I was like "we-ell,

It's kind of complicated, maybe overcomplicated. The topic itself was complicated,

because it took me a couple of years to, you know, try and build all this, you know

structure.. to structure it all in my mind and then writing this script and then making this video and then

after I made this video, after I edited that and watched, that for. you know, dozen of times I was like

Well, it kind of feels complicated

So, I wasn't.. I wasn't..

I didn't think that the video will

Take off but it took off and you left a lot of comments

I think now it's about, you know, five hundred comments. Just.. just think about that!

five! hundred! of comments!

below a video that has I think less than ten thousand views

I think that's an absolute record on this channel. So, thank you guys. Thank you for participating

Thank you for you know trying to translate this

complicated test.. text, right :)

it WAS complicated and I made it even more complicated

when I translated that into Russian

So, good job, and I.. I thought you did a really good job

So I have to do another good job and read all that

I think we are going to have something like that

Maybe we'll have another you know video about how to translate

From English into Russian, from Russian into English and I'll try to, you know,

probably expand on this idea that you..

You don't need to and you shouldn't translate words

You have to translate thoughts, the whole idea, from one language to another

I'll think about that and probably will have another video like that. Probably some, you know translation masterclass

Taking into consideration that just today this morning I received an email

That I was really pleased about it was a feedback on my recent translation

There was a super complicated text, super professional

I mean it was WAY too complicated for me and it took me a month to translate this text

It was about thirty seven pages or something.

And.. and I.. I looked at this at the text and I was like: "oh, that's a bunch of crap"

I did a really terrible job because when you translate things you don't properly understand like 100%

Your translation tends to be, you know, low level

Not not really bright. So I thought the text was a disaster, but then I got this feedback and I read that

Uuh.. the editor actually loved this work of mine

This translation and she said that it was the first time she was really pleased. She was really enjoying

Reading someone's translation and editing that and I was super excited about that

professionally, right?.. The point is there's gonna be another video about translation because I feel like

Okay, so somebody admitted that I'm a decent translator.. interpreter, of course

So, I might probably make a masterclass or something about translations.

So, somebody in the comments asked me not to make those Friday videos longer than, say, 10 minutes

Because after 10 minutes of listening foreign language

if you're not prepared, your mind kind of shuts down

So I think that's it for today guys. That was a very random podcast

and I think it was a hundred percent podcast: just a guy speaking and you know talking

synonyms here about something and

Well, there's no strategy. It's.. it's random. So please leave the comments below guys on

Should we really?

Keep doing that. I think we

Anyways, we'll keep doing that for this month and we'll see your reaction. And, please, guys..

I.. I saw in the comments that there were like five people, I think, who offered me their help in, you know, editing subtitles.

So, guys, if you're there, please help me create subtitles for this video

I will share a link to the page where you can create those subtitles for this video

and if you do that, I will be

Super grateful to you. I will really appreciate that

So the link is gonna be somewhere below

Thanks for watching guys, and I.. I hope you enjoyed me speaking English with you. Have a nice weekend guys

I'm not gonna have any days out this week

so, again, Friday, Saturday, it doesn't matter, but I hope you will.. So, see you again, guys, on Monday, hopefully and.. Bye :)

I NEED YOUR ADVICE|ON VEGAN STYLE MEALS🍅🌽🥕🍆🥔 - Duration: 7:13.

hey guys back with another video I wanted to come back and talk with you

guys I was thinking about I'm doing a video and getting some of your advice on

when I get off the juice fast what healthy alternatives that I can eat that

are raw or cooked you know vegan style meals I don't have

any plans on becoming a vegan but I have in the past before starting this for a

juice cleanse when I was eating solid foods I was eating very little protein

and I was eating a lot of salads and I always replaced one meal with the 32

orange juice but I wanted to get some ideas from the public so if you guys

could leave in the comment section some vegan recipes that quick or even if

they're not quick but they're tasty meals that I can try out and test the

waters with vegetables because I'm going to like I said like I have been stay 80%

vegetables are raw fruits and vegetables I should say 80% fruits and vegetables

in 20% protein and proteins could be you know milk cheese eggs any kind of meats

that I like chicken seafood I'm not going to just quite give that up I'm not

ready to give it up I honestly don't have any plans on giving it up but I do

have to cut back on how much I consume of it I know that this is what's

affecting my digestive tract and I want to get that under control and I'm doing

that right now it actually took about four days to

unclog my digestive system let's just leave it like that I don't want to get

into no graphic details but the struggle is real when you start eating processed

food dead food the struggle is real you get constipated and once you get

constipated you get the mood swings because the food that's not coming out

like it's supposed to it those toxins go into your bloodstream and it causes mood

swings and depression and sleeping disorder and just about a list of a

whole bunch of stuff that I've had for many of years behind the way that I was

eating so I'm trying to make a better effort after I lose the rest of this way

to not only keep it off but try to eat more nutrient-dense food so that I don't

go back into the old habits of how I was eating before because I don't want to go

back into that spiral because it's hard to get out of and when you get older it

gets harder to jump back and to lose the way and to get in shape and you know I

just I want to live as long as I can live I do

I do love food I'm not going to stop eating a lot of people that follow me

when they see me show pictures on my Instagram or show meals that I might

prepare they say stuff like oh I didn't even know you eat yeah I eat but I eat a

moderation I only eat so I'm satisfied and I try not to snack but the last week

or so I have been picking up bad habits it was only for about two weeks week and

a half I found myself eating pretty much just

one meal a day but I was having snacks in

um place of that one meal I picked up eating snacks and that's how I had

gained the four or five pounds that I had gained within a week you don't

realize when you're snack and how many calories are in that one or two snacks

that you eat two or three snacks that you eat it adds up along with the meal

that you ate you got to be really mindful when you're on a weight-loss

journey snacking really should be a no-no I

rather rather see someone eating three meals a day breakfast lunch and dinner

no snacks in between then eating one or two meals and snacks because the snacks

is what catches up with you is snacking on in between those meals if you are a

snack on my suggestion I'm not a doctor but I'm just saying in my own opinion is

to just leave the snacking alone and just do the three meals a day breakfast

lunch and dinner and you know so that you show you so you always say Shady

you're always satisfied but to have two or three meals a day breakfast lunch

dinner or lunch and dinner and you snack it's just a it's just it's just a cycle

for disaster I can't even I can't even think of a word to use for it nothing

good comes out of it is what I'm trying to get at

so not trying to make this video too long you know I'm just sitting here

enjoying the great weather sucking up this AC and just lay it back you know

doing my videos trying to crank them out hoping that you know whoever watches

them it motivates you hoping that you take something from this video and do

something active to better your health to better your weight-loss journey

or whatever whatever you watch me for I'm just here to better you make you a

better you like I'm trying to make myself a better mean so with all that

being said please subscribe to the channel like and share the video and put

my video on a playlist put my video on one of your favorites

um playlist and you can also share my videos with some of your friends and

your subscribers and viewers so with all that being said bye for now
