Our Chamaleon paints welcome the millennial Necrons.
Two layers of Psychotic Illusions and Toxic Purple will provide the perfect metallic look.
We'll then use acrylics to highlight the machine's lens in green.
We need to create a scenic base, so we'll make our own tubes.
Thanks to our Roll Maker, we can easily make as many as we like of different sizes.
Now, using our plain rolling pin and our new Necron rolling pin, we'll make the base of the plinth.
Using talcum powder with the rolling pin will help us avoid getting the putty stuck to it.
Once dry, we'll cut off a piece with a similar size to the plinth.
We'll use the Rolling pin to decorate the columns made with chalk. That easy.
The plinth is ready for a layer of our grey primer.
Decoramos la peana y la base, con acrílicos, resaltando aristas y luces.
And of course, our tubes! These are perfect for that mechanical feel we want!
Now, some abandoned helmets and our skulls to use as props.
Lastly… We place our dastardly Necron! Now, its ready for our game!

Building a Bigger Chest | Off-Season Chest Workout w/ Ryan Terry - Duration: 6:32.
I'm in my off-season so I'm not one for lifting heavy every week and I do
like to lift heavy where I can but it's more about just getting that feel get
that contraction make you sure I get a full pump and leave nothing left so
we're going to do a few dumbbell free weights maybe some barbells and right
now I'm just warming up getting my chest stretched off I don't really normally
work to a set rep or set way I just assess how I feel on the day and
then work my sessions around that so if I'm feeling strong I'll keep increasing
the weight and go for lower reps today I feel okay and no injuries or anything
like that so I'm going to test the more heavier weight and then I will start
incorporating more volume so more machine work later on in the session
now we've just done an incline press focusing on the upper part the chest
decline is more the lower part the chest yeah so I'm not gonna go mass weight on
here obviously haven't got a training partner
so whenever I've not my training partner I just focus more on the squeeze and
contraction rather than heavy weight
as you see it's only one plate either side or this is 18 to 20 reps and it's
really feeling each and every rep so it's a nice sweet and really over
squeezing when you're at the top contracting and squeezing your chest itself and
just making that weight heavy and for me I've always found that works my injuries
are a lot less since I've been training like this I used to train with super
heavyweight bodybuilder but in UK and it was all about how much weight they could
lift every set every session and I got slip disks in my back injuries in my
shoulders my elbows from that type of training you do need a level of heavy
weight and that intensity but you can still stimulate the muscle in different
ways and grow them in some different ways and I find this way seems to be
working well for me now
because if you stick to a specific rep range every set you're never gonna push
yourself through that and past that and for me when I've not got a spotter I'm not
gonna go down to be able to go down to 70% and have them do 30% of the movement
so we have an own bodyweight superset you can carry on past failure and really
really force blodd in there and push yourself to exhaustion
I just like again to fill the that I'm out of breath from outside keep my
endurance going to stay fit and healthy and for me I find it absolutely wrecks
me get two exercises medium weight and go for as many reps on each so I went
for 20 I got about 10 out then I was hoping to get 20 20 boy again I'm going
to failure and that's all I can ask of myself
so that was my chest workout down here at busybody west I'm Ryan Terry and
thank you for watching

How Does McArthur Law Firm Build a Case? - Duration: 1:28.
When our firm becomes involved in it in a truck wreck hopefully we become involved early
on.
Because a truck company and their insurer will start their investigation immediately
on learning that the wreck occurred.
And so the best possible course for an injured person is that their investigation and the
collection of evidence to support their interests occurs as soon as possible, too.
If we become involved early on in a case, if there is still the opportunity to inspect
the scene and preserve physical evidence through photographs, documentation, mapping, that
type of thing with a collision reconstruction expert we want to do that as soon as possible.
We also want to contact the truck company to preserve the evidence that they control
and do an inspection of that evidence prior to filing suit, if possible.
Or if it's not possible to obtain access to that evidence without filing suit, we would
file suit on a case like that early on to use the legal process and the courts to obtain
access to that evidence that's controlled by the at-fault trucking company.
