How to Build a Backyard Fire Pit.

What's the secret to a cozier backyard?

A fire pit!

And bonus: You can build it yourself.

Before you start, do some recon.

Check your city's building codes for any regulations.

Scout out a spot away from anything flammable,

such as trees.

And call 811 to ensure nothing, such as utility lines,

is buried underneath your chosen spot.

Next, choose a size for your fire pit.

Experts recommend about 36 inches to 44 inches in diameter,

but check your city's code.

Draw a circle of your chosen size in the ground,

using twine or string and spray paint.

Here are the tools and supplies you'll need.

Now it's time to dig!

Shovel out the ground within your circle until the hole

is about one foot deep.

You want it below ground level for safety and stability.

Pour about six inches of gravel into the bottom of the hole.

Flatten it out using your tamper.

Place the first layer of bricks along the inside edge

of the hole, checking for evenness using your level.

Use your rubber mallet to press down any bricks, if needed.

Continue stacking bricks until the wall of your fire pit

is about one foot taller than ground level.

For extra stability, you can use fire-resistant mortar

between the bricks.

Wait two days for the mortar to dry before

lighting your first fire.

All that's left is to gather some firewood and comfortable

chairs for a relaxing evening around your new fire pit.

Remember, always have a douser such as a fire extinguisher

nearby for safety.

Building A Custom Outdoor Kitchen - Duration: 1:58.

Build a beautiful and affordable outdoor kitchen in just one to two days using

our modular panel system. Here's a 32" modular pre-cast panel. They can be

stained to match native stone in any area. The panels are measured and cut to

fit any grill or accessory. They can be cut with a circular saw and concrete

diamond blade. Next, we marked the layout, set the pins and fastened the ledger board.

To place the panel, they are dropped over the rebar pin into a bed of mortar.

The panels fit together like building blocks. Another rebar pin is

dropped into the joint to secure the panels. This process is continued until

all the panels are locked into place. Next, we set the support joist and

fasten them with screws. Now the backer board is cut flush and fastened to the

wall panels. We can then install the countertop forms

by screwing them to the backer board. Now it's time for concrete. Here we use our

Liquid-Crete additive to make a pourable mix. Once the concrete is set enough a

float is used to pull up the cream. Here we are doing a hard steel trowel finish

even though the top can be textured with a skin or a roller, for a more rustic look.

The following day, the countertop forms are ready to be snapped off.

Here, you see the bar corbels and the filler stones being set into the mortar.

All joints are tuck pointed to give a finished look. To save time, the bar top

was precast and lowered into place. Finally the appliances are installed and

hooked up. The time-lapse shows what can be achieved in a course of just one or two days.

Time is money and this system creates a beautiful and completely

customizable product in the shortest amount of time possible. Visit our

website from the link below to watch the full instructional video and learn

more about this unique system, including how it can save you time and money on

your next project!

How To Build A 6 FIGURE INCOME Producing Website (Step-By-Step) - Duration: 11:09.

These days it's amazing that there are so many ways to make money online and

one of the most effective the most easiest ways to still make money online

is by building your website and monetizing your audience there's a lot

of people who decide not to go down the path of Amazon FBA drop shipping or

print on demand simply because they see it as too much work and I actually

understand so in this video in tutorial series I'm going to show you how I made

money online way before drop shipping way before print on the man and show you

how you can - simply by following this tutorial series step-by-step with a

website and that is all you need this is probably going to be one of my most

valuable pieces of content that I put out yet so trust me you want to make

sure that you watch the entire video series and it's entire video so let's go

what is that busters I've been getting so many requests to talk about affiliate

marketing from a digital marketing managers standpoint so here it is

although I predominately put out drop shipping and print on demand content on

this channel and affiliate marketing was actually one of my first online

businesses when I was a team and I'll show you my web site stats specifically

on my laptop in a second there's a number of effective affiliate marketing

strategies that made so many people thousands tens of thousands even

hundreds of thousands of dollars every single month so I personally have a soft

spot for affiliate marketing I'm finding that most gurus that are teaching and

preaching and feeling marketing are usually approaching feeling marketing

with the pre sale strategy and that being sending up a pre-sale page where

you drive paid traffic on to that page and then they set you up for the offer

and then hoping that the user clicks onto your affiliate link through that

pre-sale page although it's not a bad strategy per se you are essentially

hoping or gambling that the user converts from your affiliate link within

your ad spend profitability range in other words you can't get that $50

affiliate commission by only paying $100 in facebook ad spend to get that end

conversion anyway you're losing $50 if you are using the pre sell strategy then

unless you're a Facebook ad specialist or you're lucky for who win my facebook

master course then you're gonna have a really tough time making a positive

return on investment through your Facebook ads or through your paid

traffic onto your pre so ads and making a profit from affiliate marketing this

is why my favorite way to still affiliate market is to create a content

website it doesn't need to be complicated it doesn't need to be a

super fancy website so you can literally get one up and running

within a few days before I get stuck into and show you step by step how you

can set this up for yourself too I'm gonna jump it to my laptop and show you

my website stats so you can understand the potential of this specific strategy

that I'm about to show you and how I can create

passive income day in and day out every single day so let's go let's get into it

so what I've done is installed Google Analytics onto the website a long time

ago now so we're able to track the exact stats of people coming onto the website

the pages browse user interactions all the good stats so I'm gonna go ahead and

refresh this page before I start talking for these stats just to show you that

they're live but these stats are specifically to

January back in 2010 that's a while ago when I launched this

website but as you can see when they sat slowed the amount of unique users coming

onto this specific website was quite high back then so nine thousand two

hundred forty seven unique users in the month of jump in the month of January

sorry and thirteen thousand sessions that's a lot of people using this

website so just to give you a quick calculation I'm gonna go over to a

calculator here and just to get you thinking about the possibility of

affiliate marketing let's just say so let's round it off and say ten thousand

people right I've come onto the website now that's 10,000 people guides that I

didn't pay a single cent for so this is there's no paid traffic with this

website so that's 10,000 people let's just say of that lot and that's let's be

modest here and realistic and I'm going off from memory this was this was eight

years ago now I'm going off memory roughly how many people converted so

there was about 20 and I'm being modest here let's say 25 so a quarter of the

people supported the people clicked onto an affiliate link so that means two

thousand five two thousand five hundred people in the month of January for a

single month clicked onto a flute link now not all 2,500 people are gonna make

the purchase for that specific product or that specific service so I'm gonna be

again be very very modest and say because on industry average the rough

conversion rate for an e-commerce store is three to five percent so I'm still

gonna stick with that and say three percent of people from that actually

purchased product or service through my Fiat link

that 75 people have made a conversion now of course each affiliate service has

its own percentage and its owner through it payouts but on average I want to say

it's about $30 so 75 times 30 $30 is a monthly income of two thousand two

hundred fifty dollars that is a decent amount of money from a website that I

started from scratch from nothing just writing about the stuff that I like now

if you ask me that's pretty impressive and it's a really viable way to actually

create passive income now on top of that and if I go back into let's just say

2018 now because obviously this website is still live I'm gonna insert 2018

there we go so you can see here that I just wanted to show you that yes the

website's still running but on top of that the users have declined

significantly but that's because I haven't been writing content frequently

for this website so obviously the amount of users would come down and drop so

what I've done for this website is very simple and I've just been writing about

a niche that I really like and it's close to my heart and is a hobby outside

of work so that's what I've been doing for this site and another really cool

really really cool thing about this is I've actually hooked up this website to

my shop quite dropshipping store so not only am I getting affiliate traction and

commission from my affiliate links I'm also getting people to funnel down into

my dropshipping store and because it is also in the same niche so I'm getting

the cells and the free traffic through from my dropshipping store which is

amazing so you know the great thing about building website to affiliate

market on is the ability to create a brand within the nation I'm only talking

about brands so there's repeat users coming back and it begins to rank for

free on Google so by then once you see a steady stream of users on a monthly

basis your affiliate links will be used no

matter what and passive income will begin to build or exponentially build I

should say and at this point you've got an evergreen affiliate marketing machine

that sees maximum profit with minimum input month on month on month so I'm

gonna split this epic tutorial series for you into a few three episodes and in

this specific episode I'm going to show you what you need to initially get

started so the first thing you need to is quite simple you need to sit down and

just ask yourself just think about it and ask yourself what are you most

passionate about this can be a hoppy this can be an interest this is

something that you do day to day whatever it is just think to yourself

and answer it honestly what are you most passionate about because this will form

the content of your website this will form your website don't worry about the

usual dropshipping concerns or the Amazon FBA concerns that you have like

is this product or this niche going to be profitable is it too saturated blah

blah blah blah all that stuff you don't need to worry about because that's a

beauty of this specific strategy you can write on whatever you like and you can

make money in the long term to make sure that you had the chance to sit down and

think about the interest and hobbies that you like open up a notebook just

make a list jot down some notes some ideas on the interests that you like and

this can be anything from fishing to music to something super niche like TV

calibration the beauty of this is that you're gonna be writing content on that

niche on that interest that you love to write about so you're gonna be producing

content and what this is gonna do is produce an evergreen an evergreen

website that will produce income in the long term for years to come now the

second and very important step is to select a web host to host your website

you can choose whatever web host that you like but in this specific tutorial

series and my personal recommendation is Bluehost I've been using them for a

while they give you all the tools that you need to get started very quickly

including a completely free domain URL name if you're interested in Bluehost

take a look down in the description a link down below there is a special offer

for the Hustle fan it's half price at the moment I believe it's three dollars

95 for the entire package you need to get

your website up and running I've used Bluehost for all my WordPress websites

and past including my personal website ethan's ENCOM so I highly recommend them

I've never had an issue with them but you know you don't need to use Bluehost

if you want to go with another web host go for them and you can still follow on

this tutorial series but I guess like the Tim Kring the options will be a

little bit different but as long as you can follow on then we're all good

so in the next few episodes I'm going to show you specific how to set up Bluehost

what sort of plugins you need what sort of content you need to start writing to

see that traffic comes through and to essentially start ranking your website

on Google organic search which is completely free traffic you're not

relying or bidding on Facebook ads to hopefully make a positive return on

investment so this is gonna be a very effective strategy and method I am super

excited to give you guys yet another way to make money online so you want to be

sure to check in and tune in to the next episode in the meantime and as always

thanks for watching and keep on hustling

Tutorial 17 - How to build a FlatArch - Duration: 7:21.

How to make a FlatArch with Virtualoon

First we need to size the workspace. In this case I know that the Aeropole I want to choose, fits in 500 cm width and 300 cm height.

If you already have a picture of a FlatArch you could upload this as a background picture and start build your arch on top of the picture. Or you just use one of the Aeropoles we have in Virtualoon.

Remember, if the menu on the left is in your way, just click the X to close the menu.

I will show you the background picture for this FlatArch

Now we choose the first balloon. As you can see there is a mark on the center of the AeroPole.

I start in the center with one of the small balloons. This is a little different to what you would do when you actually make the Arch.

With the help of a background picture it is easy to get the approximately size of the balloon.

When you duplicate a balloon you sized it sometimes is hard to make sure you don't resize the balloon.

There is a simple trick for that. After you made the balloon smaller make a double click on the balloon, but not on the sizing/moving button.

Now if you double click on it again you can't make the balloon bigger, just smaller.

Now choose the balloon for the bottom and top row.

Size them approximately with the help of your background picture (if you have one).

Otherwise size them as soon as you have some more of the inner small balloons.

To make the white smaller balloon just duplicate the rose balloon and change the color of the balloon.

This way you make sure you have exactly the same size for both colors.

Finish this.

Now we add the top row. If you don't have a background picture you can size your balloons now.

You might have to duplicate the balloon like 3-5 times and place it before you have the right size.

If you use this design as a template you only have to do this once.

Do the same thing with the bottom line of the arch.

That's it. You're done.

This took me about 20 minutes to make, but I worked slow to show you what I did.

Remember, you can use this as a template and just change the colors for your customer.

Just to show you how close this is to the actual picture of the FlatArch I enable the background picture.

Thank you for watching. If you want to learn how to make that arch with real balloons please visit www.BalloonClick.com and become a member of Ken Stillman's BalloonClick.
