Mustafi? Cech? Bilic reveals exactly who was at fault for Southampton's opener ● News Now ● #AFC - Duration: 1:47.

Shkodran Mustafi may have been shouting at Petr Cech after Southampton's opener against

Arsenal at the Emirates,

but former West Ham manager Slaven Bilic insists it was the Germany international's fault.

Shane Long was allowed to run across the centre-back at the near post and made no mistake in flicking

it beyond Cech in the Arsenal goal.

Mustafi turned to scream at the goalkeeper for failing to dominate his six-yard box better

and claim the ball, but Bilic was adamant that Cech had 'nothing to do with it'.

'It's an individual mistake from Mustafi,' Bilic told Sky Sports at half-time.

'Cech has nothing to do with it.

'Mustafi is thinking more about organising.

If you don't see what's behind you, you attack the ball.

'You have to give credit to Shane Long.

A big mistake for me.'

Though it put Arsene Wenger's side on the back foot, Southampton's lead didn't last

long.

Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang poked home after a fabulous flick from Danny Welbeck,

and bagged a cool double to edge a topsy-turvy thriller in Arsenal's favor at the Emirates.

Who Was Behind the Hinterkaifeck Murders? - Duration: 5:22.

On the evening of March 31st, 1922, disaster struck a small Bavarian farmstead about 43

miles north of Munich, Germany.

The six inhabitants of the farm were killed with a mattock (an agricultural tool similar

to a pickaxe) and the murders remain chillingly unsolved.

A few days prior to the killing spree, the father, farmer Andreas Grueber, told neighbors

that he'd discovered mysterious footprints in the snow leading from the edge of the forest

to the farm, but there were no footsteps leading back to the house.

The house keys had gone missing several days before the horrific crime.

A maid had left the farm six months before the brutal killing, claiming that the farmstead

was haunted.

The new maid arrived at the farm that fateful day, and was rewarded for her troubles with

an axe to the face later that night.

What the hell happened on that tragic winter night?

Today we investigate, in this episode of the Infographics show – The Hinterkaifeck Murders.

Although their farm was nestled out of sight, the Grueber family was infamous in the area

even before the events of that terrifying night.

Andreas Grueber was the antisocial type, and not averse to domestic violence, directed

mostly at his wife Cazilia.

Rumor had it Andreas was also the father of his two-year-old grandchild, Josef.

He had, according to locals, maintained an incestuous relationship with his daughter

Viktoria, who he kept strict control of and forbade to remarry.

She did however manage to travel to church regularly where it was said she sang with

a beautiful yet mournful singing voice in the church choir.

Life at the farm turned weird when their maid, Maria, told the family that she had to leave

the farm immediately.

She'd been hearing voices around the house, and was kept awake at night by the sound of

disembodied footsteps coming from the attic.

Sensing evil had taken hold of the house, and fearing for her safety and sanity, she

told the family she had to leave; six months later, she would be proven tragically right.

The victims on that bloody night were six in number.

The parents, Andreas and Cazilia aged 63 and 72, their widowed daughter Viktoria Gabriel

(aged 35), her children Cazilia and Josef, aged 7 and 2, and the new family maid, Maria

Baumgartner, aged 44.

Exactly what happened that night will never be known for certain, however it is thought

that whoever killed them lured each member of the family into the barn one by one.

Except, that is, for the two-year-old Josef who was murdered in his cot, and the maid,

who was slaughtered in her bedchamber.

The report from the autopsies, undertaken by court physician Dr. Johnn Baptist Aumuller,

showed the elder Cazilia exhibited signs of strangulation and seven blows to the head

leading to a cracked skull.

Her husband's face was so badly beaten, his cheek bones protruded from his shredded

face.

Viktoria's skull was smashed and her head had several star-shaped wounds.

The young Cazilia's jaw had been shattered and her neck and face covered in large gaping

wounds.

Her hair was discovered in clumps in her hands while bald patches were on her head.

The 7-year-old had not been killed instantly, and it is thought that while trapped in the

dark with her dead parents beside her in the barn, true panic set in.

She would have been terrified, pulling out her own hair with abject fear, too terrified

to even scream for help.

Inside the farmhouse, little Josef and the maid were killed with swift blows to the head

and face.

The killer had probably remained in the house for four days following the murder, as smoke

bellowing from the chimney could be seen by the neighbors.

The farm animals had been fed and somebody, presumably the killer, had even gone to the

trouble of milking the cows.

The killer helped himself to food from the kitchen and prepared meals at the farm.

On April 4th, neighbors came to the farmstead as the family hadn't been seen for four

days and Cazilia had failed to turn up for school.

Alos, the postman noticed that the mail remained untouched, which was no surprise, as the entire

family, and their maid, had been horrifically murdered in cold blood.

The police at first pointed the finger at vagrants or vague traveling men of bad repute

as potential culprits, but this theory was abandoned when large sums of money were discovered

untouched in the house.

The previous maid was questioned, and she reported that beyond the strange sounds in

the house, it was the cold unpleasant feeling of being watched that caused her to finally

up and leave.

Police closed in on Lorenz Schlittenbauer who had had an affair with Viktoria, and who

had been none other than the man who had led the search party to the house on the 4th of

April.

Lorenz was suspected of being Josef's father and was set to marry Viktoria, if not for

her father's interference.

Police also considered a murder-suicide pact between Andreas and Viktoria, but that idea

was abandoned when the wounds were found inconsistent with such an event.

In 1923, the farm was burned to the ground.

In 1999, the police were contacted by an elderly woman who claimed her former landlord had

information about the Hinterkaifeck affair.

Officials investigated, but discovered the suspect had already died.

With relatives still alive, the name of the suspect was never circulated.

In 2007, a team of police academy students used modern detection techniques to investigate

the unsolved murder.

The students narrowed the search down to one suspect, but they didn't name him or her,

again out of respect for the suspect's living relatives.

So the case remains open and likely to stay that way.

What do you think happended on that fateful night?

Can you think of any more recent cold case files worth mentioning?

What is Meghan Markle's diet and exercise regime? How the future royal stays in shape. - Duration: 4:06.

Hello Friends, today we will talk about, What is Meghan Markle's diet and exercise

regime?

How the future royal stays in shape.

Meghan has said that French fries and vino are her vices - but she is a massive fan of

yoga.

FROM her acting roles to her new royal engagements Meghan Markle is used to living life in the

spotlight.

As the countdown to her wedding day begins, we look at how the future duchess likes to

stay in shape.

What is Meghan Markle's diet?

Foodie Meghan is certainly no stranger to the kitchen, and said her devotion to cooking

began when she was young.

She said that she would often visit her lighting director dad on set and she would help out

with the catered food, and from here her passion for delicious food grew.

According to Delish.com, this is her typical day in meals:

• Wake up: Hot water with lemon • Breakfast: Steel-cut oats with bananas

and agave syrup drizzled on it • Lunch: Salad with protein of some kind

• Snack: Apples with almond butter and sea salt

• Late Afternoon Pick-Me-Up: Green juice • Dinner: Pasta with zucchini, lots of Parmesan

and a glass of wine

However when she is having a relaxed day, her menu looks more like this:

• Breakfast: An omelette with fresh herbs and cheese, and toast

• Lunch: Seafood.

And French fries, if she's lucky.

• Dinner: "Typically soup.

I'm more peckish then, so I usually go lighter for dinner."

Meghan's favourite dessert is said to be win, and even named her lifestyle blog The

Tig after her all-time favourite Tignanello.

She prefers wine to green juice, which she calls a necessary evil.

The actress also told the site: "French fries and vino are my vices."

What is Meghan Markle's exercise regime?

With her charity work, previous acting roles and now transitioning to life in the royal

family, Meghan definitely likes to stay active.

She is a yoga fanatic (often doing candlelit classes) which is not surprising giving her

mum is an instructor.

The Suits actress said: "I love an intense vinyasa class – and even better if it's

blasting hip hop and done in a dark room with candlelight.

"The best!

I'll do yoga a couple of times a week – hot yoga specifically."

Previously she has attributed her lean body to her Pilates classes with personal trainer

Heather Dorak.

Nobody rocks a pair of denim cut-offs like Meghan, and her princess-perfect pins are

probably because one of her favourite exercises is a six-mile run.

She said: "Running has always been my form of moving meditation, which I relish because

it allows me to get out of my head."

She hones her glutes at the supermodels' favourite workout The Skinny Bitch Collective,

founded by trainer Russell Bateman.

The future duchess is also a big fan of US-based class Pilates Platinum, which reinvents the

stretching of a reformer Pilates machine into a cardio and strength-training workout.

A 55-minute class can burn 700 calories and gives you abs you'll want to show off in

a crop top.

She also swears by the core-toning exercises on personal trainer Tracy Anderson's workout

DVDs, loved by Gwyneth Paltrow and Kim Kardashian.

Woman takes sneak photo behind old man: Reveals what waitress is doing with his food - Duration: 2:41.

Woman takes sneak photo behind old man: Reveals what waitress is doing with his food

It's often said that the youth of today have no respect for their elders.

In certain instances, that's perfectly true; young people should show more appreciation

for those who helped build our country as we know it today.

However, it's not always the case.

There are plenty of actions performed each day by young people that deserve to be raised

into the spotlight.

This is one such story.

It's my hope that we can help it to spread, and that as a result it cause ripples on the

pond that go on to affect a large number of people.

Last Saturday, 18-year-old Evoni Williams stood behind a counter and worked her usual

shift at Waffle House in Houston.

It was there that she noticed an elderly man requiring the support of an oxygen tank.

He was struggling to cut his food apart.

The old man's hands didn't work as well as they once had, so Evoni reached out to

him in a bid to help.

"Without hesitation, she took his plate and began cutting up his ham," wrote patron

Laura Wolf.

She was so touched by the action, that she uploaded a picture of it to Facebook.

"This may seem small, but to him, I'm sure it was huge," Wolf continued.

"I'm thankful to have seen this act of kindness and caring at the start of my day

while everything in this world seems so negative."

Almost a week later, this act of simple kindness has been shared more than 40,000 times on

Facebook, according to US news sites.

Furthermore, the picture soon reached the Texas Southern University School, who have

apparently offered Evoni a scholarship worth $16,000.

It was a life-changing gift for Williams, who graduated from high school in May and

has been working at Waffle House since then to save money for university.

The girl herself said that she was honoured by the praise and appreciation, but that she

didn't see her actions as being anything out of the ordinary.

"I didn't know the photo was taken until a couple hours later," Williams told the

Houston Chronicle.

According to the 18-year-old herself, it was obvious that she should be helping the old

man.

"When I saw it, it's just something I would do for anybody."

Such stories really warm the heart.

The world needs more special people like you, Evoni.

It's great that this wonderful act led to a scholarship.

Please share this story on Facebook.

Perhaps it will inspire more people to perform charitable acts in their every day lives.
