Based on a true interview story

A global company

A young man

One question

Tell me about yourself?

A long time ago

This is my first job interview. Telling about myself? Sure!

There are a lot of things to say about me. Ready to hear them?

I was born in a small city. It was really hot day. Actually, I can't remember, but my mom always says.

In my childhood, i got lots of friends, I played different games

I played different sports such as basketball, football, tennis. I like so much playing tennis.

What is this? Are you crazy?

If you want to get a job, you firstly understand the purpose of this question.

What is the purpose of the question?

The purpose of the question is writing your biography?

No. If you are not Steve Jobs and the interviewer is not Walter Isaacson, no.

Absolutely not.

The purpose is so simple. Interviewer is trying to know you better, but not all your life.

Do you know what makes this question important?

Because next questions will be asked based on your answer.

I mean, you define all other questions. You can change the course of the interview with a strong answer.

How do you give a strong answer?

For a strong answer, you have to follow four rules:

First rule, manage your time. Try to keep it short.

No more than three or four minutes.

Second rule, share your educational and business achievements.

Don't repeat your all resume.

But especially talk about the achievements related with the position.

Thirdly, don't tell all details. Arouse curiosity.

Don't forget you have limited time.

Wait next questions about details.

And fourth rule: Mention your career goal that company can help you achieve.

And now, try again and wake all the city up.

Today

In my undergraduate education, I studied on international relations.

In this period, I got various international experiences.

Curiosity

I also took place in different projects in the university as a project leader and a member.

Therefore, I increased my project management skills.

Achievements

Based on my know-how and experiences, my career goal is to be a project manager.

That's why, I applied for this position.

Career Goal - Timing

Yeah, that's it. This is what I expect. Timing, curiosity, career goals. All very well.

Good for you

What If The Rake Was Real? - Duration: 4:06.

Hello and welcome back to Life's Biggest Questions, I'm Ron McKenzie-Lefurgey.

If you're a fan of reading creepypasta, fictional stories of the dark and scary, you

may have heard of The Rake.

It's a terrifying and violent humanoid creature said to enter homes without permission.

But what if this wasn't just a scary story?

What if this creature was actually real?

Let's explore.

On an unrelated note, if you're one of the seemingly trillions of people obsessed with

Fortnite right now, check out our new channel called Fortnite Central.

It's the home of all things Fortnite, so get your binge on over there.

Now get ready, it's time to ask the question: What if The Rake was Real?

The story of The Rake tells that during the summer of 2003, sightings of a strange creature

were reported, followed by a blackout.

Most accounts of this time, and the humanoid creature, have since been mysteriously destroyed.

However, some written accounts have been collected, both from the 21st century, and centuries

past, dating back to 1691.

These accounts are a little inconsistent, with the behaviour of the Rake changing somewhat

from story to story.

However, most stories tell of it watching silently for some time, and being accompanied

by a sense of dread.

It's described as being roughly 6 feet tall with pale, greyish skin.

Its mouth contains hundreds of teeth, which it uses to attack those who provoke it.

However, if it remains unprovoked, it is often claimed to simply watch others, staring with

its large eyes.

If the Rake acted in the way described in the various accounts, its behaviour would

be difficult to predict.

Some accounts told of it simply watching, others had it speaking to the person, still

others told of "Him" allegedly taking all the person's belongings, and still others

told of it becoming violent and attacking.

If this was the case, it would be particularly unsettling to run into The Rake, since you'd

never know what he was going to do.

Of course, as with all of these hypothetical questions about terrifying monsters, if The

Rake was real, it would result in a bad time for a number of people.

The idea of awakening to the sight of a creepy naked guy in your bedroom would be scary enough,

without the violent, supernatural qualities of The Rake.

However, even if the Rake WAS real, it's very likely that it would continue to be widely

considered an urban legend.

It just sounds so outlandish, and the stories are so suspect, that it seems far more likely

to be untrue.

Critics could point to any number of alternate explanations for these sightings.

For one, they would likely claim that some of these stories could be examples of night

terrors, or regular nightmares.

Most of these stories involve people being awakened from their slumber, and as you probably

know, humans aren't at their best in the moments following waking up.

It could be that these sightings of a humanoid creature are simply the mind playing tricks

on you, or a shadow in your room; they could even be a dream, where you only thought you

had woken up.

Furthermore, many of the people reporting sightings would likely be assumed to be lying.

It would certainly not be the first time that someone lied in order to get their fifteen

minutes of fame.

In fact, even if the Rake WAS real, there WOULD be some people who would lie to get

attention.

And personally, my fingers would be crossed that those liars would be the next to be attacked

by the Rake.

Because they're just asking for it.

That said, if evidence came to light of the Rake's existence, there's a good chance

that it would be hunted down and captured or killed.

If captured, it would likely be experimented on, or else put on display for the public

to view.

If it managed to elude capture, people would probably be told to avoid provoking The Rake.

If, as some stories tell, it doesn't attack unless provoked, parents would teach their

kids not to move if they saw the creature, in hopes that it would move on from them.

It could even be that The Rake would eventually make successful contact, and perhaps even

make its message known to the world.

Based on the stories, it would be able to talk, so it's possible that it would relate

its motivations to people.

Maybe there was something humanity was doing to harm it, or maybe it was simply curious.

If we could learn to live alongside it, both The Rake and humanity would have a great deal

to learn.

And now we return to our question: What if The Rake was Real?

Well, at first, nobody would believe it WAS real.

These kinds of things are debunked every day.

However, if conclusive evidence came to light, the authorities would attempt to capture or

kill it.

However, it's possible that we could work together with this creature to come to a mutually

beneficial agreement.

Of course, it's possible that it would just go on a demonic murder spree, but… let's

be optimistic.

That glass looks pretty darn full to me.

Thank you for watching Life's Biggest Questions, I hope this was interesting and informative,

and maybe even inspired you to look into it further on your own.

The Rake.

the best of luck, on your quest for answers.

This Keith Raniere Sex-Cult Story Is Much Deeper Than Allison Mack's Arrest

Investigators say Mack helped recruit women to join a group that was a cult masking as

a female-mentorship group.

mallville actress Allison Mack was arrested Friday in connection to what investigators

are calling a pyramid scheme involving cult leader Keith Raniere.

She will be arraigned Friday afternoon, per The Hollywood Reporter.

"As alleged in the indictment, Allison Mack recruited women to join what was purported

to be a female-mentorship group that was, in fact, created and led by Keith Raniere,"

United States Attorney Richard P. Donoghue said in a statement.

"The victims were then exploited, both sexually and for their labor, to the defendants'

benefit."

F.B.I. assistant director-in-charge William F. Sweeney called the operation a "pyramid

scheme" and asked for anyone who might have been a victim to come forward with any information

they have.

The upstate New York–based cult, called Nxivm (pronounced "Nexium"), has connections

all over the world, per the New York Post.

It allegedly masks as a "self-help" organization that has reportedly drawn other celebrity

followers, including Richard Branson.

The N.Y.P. says that as early as 1984, Raniere manipulated 15-year-old Gina Melita into a

four-month relationship with him.

"I was perfect picking—insecure at the time," Melita told the Albany Times Union

in 2012.

"To have someone that mature, and that well thought of, to be interested in me, it was

flattering.

I was young, inexperienced, overwhelmed, out of my league."

In 1990, Raniere started a buyers' club called Consumers' Buyline, which was later

renamed Nxivm and got funding from the trusts of Clare and Sara Bronfman, heiresses to the

Seagram liquor fortune.

In 2003, Forbes wrote an exposé on the group; in the story, sources cast doubts on what

Raniere was really doing.

Their father, Edgar Bronfman Sr., was troubled by his daughters' involvement with Raniere.

"I think it's a cult," he said then.

Raniere has stayed mostly quiet in recent years, but he did respond to a 2017 New York

Times story about Nxivm by posting on the Web site for his workshop Executive Success

Programs.

"Recently a media outlet unfoundedly, and incorrectly, linked Nxivm corporation, and

its related companies, with a social group," he said.

"The allegations relayed in the story are built upon sources, some of which are under

criminal investigation or already indicted, who act as a coordinated group.

This story might be a criminal product of criminal minds who, in the end, are also hurting

the victims of the story."

A representative for Mack did not return a request for comment to T.H.R., and Vanity

Fair has reached out for comment as well.

Was ist das Leben im Sein? - Duration: 3:23.

Welcome to the next video. In this video it is about what is the Sein or what is the life in the Sein. The life in the Sein is so often misunderstood.

Because it is often the case that many people learn the whole only theoretically from traditions, rituals, cultures or religions.

In other words, they see the Sein as something really big, infinite and inexplicable.

On the other hand, however, the people who understand the whole talk about living in the inner being.

But how can that be when it is so big and infinite?

Both are right, because it is only the connection between the large, infinite, this energetic range and our consciousness.

And some see their environment how their ego does and others from the intuitive higher intelligence.

And in the end the spirituality is nothing more than the knowledge that these two worlds exist so there is something left without the ego.

And basically that is everything.

This may sound a bit complicated to one or another who did not deal with it yet, but it is not important now to understand intellectually.

Since in you, there is already something which listens and which knows exactly what is meant.

I will come closer to this in the next video namely in the video „relaxing immediately".

There I will also explain to you what the ego is, why we must relax in general and after all why this works so fast.

These are important things that even the ego understands. I look forward to see you in the next video. See you later.
