What I like about GCP

is it's not like any other place I've ever taught in

Its a places where I can implement my ideas as a teacher and the management uh trust the

faculty

So I'm allowed to be as creative as I can be, as long as we stay in the frame works

of IB and achieving our goals so we have certain guide lines that are dictated by IB but at the same

time everyone inclines us to be creative, think outside the box

This is not like anywhere else or any other schools I've worked in

well I was at this school before we became an IB school and I could see the paradine

shift I could see the transformation of the students who used to be passive, amazing but

great test takers not really creative and no room for creativity and just study study

study take test.

But right now we've got students like you guys now you are this is a part of your project.

You have to think Out of the box, you've got to be thinkers and I can see in so many

ways you guys are showing what you are cable of doing.

You can showcase your talent in so many different ways.

The students here are hard working they are really polite and nice, they could be very

naughty sometimes, but I've never experienced any kind of manners to nice kids.

Their open-minded and they are open to new ideas they like to try new things.

And again like I said two years ago the new students are opened to creative ideas and

actually they learn better in that environment

Well we've got all kinds of events such as Christmas prom well we've got some certain

kinds of outings as we call them edutainment

uh well uh there are events like haunted house for halloween.

Uh usually at the end of the year we either have an art and science expo.

Also we've got the talent show when students organize a concert.

Where students and teachers play music

and the money goes to charity.
