Hey guys! Erin here, today I wanted to do a video about a new program that I found
online that I think is awesome and I want ed to share my review of it. Today I'm going
to be talking about LadyBoss the fitness program that is basically
taking over the Internet!
So let's talk about what has made Kaelin Poulin popular, and also why her program
continues to help women tons of women get the results that they deserve, and
takes out all the clutter and confusion that exists around weight loss and
fitness.
There is no escaping shaking in your face so her main program is a
transformation system and it's 28 days. Within this you get a whole ton of
things that I think are really helpful when you want to lose weight.
The thing that I noticed when I looked at her IG platform and the the recipes
that I found in her programs is they are realistic, and they are tasty!
I personally would rather die than eat chicken and broccoli for the rest of my
life, so I like that she has actual tasty healthy substitutes, which is awesome.
OK so how does her weight loss system work? I know you guys are all dying to
know you are like does she tell you to cut out carbs, does she tell you to do this and that,
she doesn't do that which I fully agree with. I think that if you do anything for
fitness the biggest thing that you can do for yourself is to make
it a lifestyle.
Anytime you exclude a certain item it not only makes it more tempting for you
on days when you have weak moments, but it actually isn't realistic. So she
doesn't tell you to truck drop carbs she doesn't tell you - to starve
yourself - only water fast all these crazy things that are really unhealthy.
Instead what she does is she works with the main principles of proper training
and nutrition.
okay I know what you're thinking; Will you get results?
I will be the first to admit I have struggled to big-time with making
nutritional changes. Fitness is pretty easy for me because I love doing that,
but I have to say the way that you're gonna get THE MOST RESULTS is by making
changes to your mindset like I said, and also to your nutrition. Anything that I
found online I tried to look up before-and-afters just to validate to
know are there real women who are using this system, and what are the types of
results have they gotten, so I did find a ton of pictures I'm gonna post
them right here...
My final verdict is a big old Fitness thumbs up! I think that Kaelin did
an awesome job, she is not trying to tell women that it's gonna take seven days to
lose a 35 pounds that they want to lose, she focuses on building confidence and
becoming fearless and choosing to follow your dreams in your goals no matter what
type of resistance that you experience, and to me that aligns fully with Who I
am and I think that it's an awesome program.
