BREAKING News Out Of California…

YOU'RE GOING TO LOVE THIS!!!

A California judge declined to drop felony charges against a middle school teacher-turned-Antifa

leader and two other Antifa members despite lawyers claiming the charges were part of

a "witch hunt" against the educator, Fox News reports.

Yvette Felarca, 47, the leader and spokesperson for the anti-fascist group By Any Means Necessary

and a middle school teacher in Berkeley, was accused of inciting and participating in a

riot in 2016 between white nationalist groups and counter-protesters.

The skirmish broke out at the state Capitol in June 2016 when more than 300 counter-protesters

confronted about 30 members of the Traditionalist Worker Party, which has been called a white

nationalist group.

The assault charge was filed after a video captured her hitting Nigel Walker, a member

of the Traditionalist Worker Party, and calling a man a Nazi before repeatedly punching him

in the stomach while shouting "get the f— off our streets," the Daily Californian

reported.

Charges against Felarca include a felony charge of assault with force likely to produce great

bodily injury and two misdemeanor charges of rioting and inciting a riot.

The prosecutor argued that there was no basis to dismiss these charges, saying that the

fact that others had not been charged with crimes did not exempt Felarca from prosecution.

Felarca, whose name in public records appears as Yvonne Capistrano Felarca, was taken into

custody in July 2017 on the charges stemming from the violent brawl.

Felarca was also injured in the melee after being stabbed and requiring stitches.

BIG Billboard Goes Up On Busy California Highway Overnight With 4 Words That Makes Maxine Waters

PANIC

A massive billboard appeared in California that absolutely roasted Maxine Waters and

likely has her fuming from the four words it says so big people can read it from the

highway in their cars.

The well-known Democrat popular among her party, yet often ostracized for mumbling and

not making sense while working at an age indicating that she should've retired many, many years

ago.

Nevertheless, she persists and she continues clamoring on with her #Resist antics and trying

to bully President Trump into resignation.

Her antics aren't working, but there's finally people speaking out about her in a

big way.

This time someone paid to have a billboard blasting Maxine Waters and how many in the

public truly view her.

The billboard said "Rotten to the core" and it labels her as one of the most corrupt

politicians to grace the country.

In fact, many people don't know much about Maxine Waters except for every time she stumbles

on her own words or babbles about something incoherently.

Many people aren't sure how she was brought into politics or what she does to earn a salary.

It was Omar Navarro who posted a photograph of the billboard which is shown below.

The billboard was reported to be paid for by the Stars & Stripes Forever PAC which appears

to be in support of conservative values – the same common sense and logical values that

many people like Maxine Waters fight against.

The Facebook post can be seen here with so many comments that support the billboard that

talks poorly of Maxine Waters and references her as being corrupt.

Maxine Waters now calls for President Trump to be impeached after pulling out of the Iran

deal.

It seems as though Maxine Waters still doesn't have a grasp on politics at her ripe age of

79.

Waters continuously calls for Trump's impeachment, but she may not have an idea of how the impeachment

process works either.

Her constant badgering of politicians she opposes of continuously paint her as the corrupt

and rather useless person who's stealing a job from someone more competent who could

actually accomplish something.

The Hill reported more on Maxine Waters and her desire for Trump's impeachment: "Rep.

Maxine Waters (D-Calif.) said Wednesday that impeaching President Trump is the "only

option" for Democrats following his decision to exit the Iran nuclear deal.

In a tweet, Waters said Trump "thinks he knows better" than negotiators and U.S.

allies — France, Germany and the United Kingdom — which issued a joint statement

this week condemning Trump's decision to abandon the agreement.

"Trump, further isolating the United States, thinks he knows better than our negotiators

and all of our global allies who agreed to the Iran deal," Waters tweeted.

"How long do we have to suffer his gigantic ego and narcissistic behavior?

Impeachment is the only answer."

Maxine's comments are funny because she assumes people are suffering under the leadership

of President Trump.

That is untrue.

People are working, the stock market was doing well, North and South Korea ended their war,

and there have been so many "winning" moments in Trump's first year and a little

beyond.

Trump had no political experience going into the election in 2016, but his campaign was

different and gave voters an option for people to chose a non-politician.

Trump won and those who oppose him, such as Maxine Waters, have wasted the last year or

so complaining instead of working hard to help make real progress in America.

In other words, the progressives are the ones halting any hope of progress.

Trump would only be impeached when, or if, there's anything he can be impeached for

that would cost him his job.

Bill Clinton was impeached for committing adultery with an intern, IN the White House,

but look how that turned out.

Trump has the backing of the American people, with the exception of a few from the #Resist

movement who commit crimes or cause harm and vandalism to property while fighting against

free speech.

Will Maxine Waters continue crying about everything?

Will she ever resign and step out of the spotlight so that someone else can take her job since

she's not doing much with it?

What's your opinion of all this?

Mac Miller Arrested For DUI & Hit and Run in California: Report | Billboard News - Duration: 1:11.

Don't miss the Billboard Music Awards this Sunday on NBC.

Mac Miller allegedly finds himself in a bit of trouble today -- as he was reportedly arrested

after being hit with DUI and hit-and-run charges early Thursday morning (May 17)

in California, according to TMZ.

Miller was reportedly out with friends around 1 a.m, allegedly driving drunk in the

San Fernando Valley area of California, when his Mercedes Benz G-Wagon struck a

power pole and knocked it down. An eyewitness claims to have seen Miller

and his friends flee the scene on foot.

When cops arrived at the scene, they reportedly found Miller's G-Wagon and ran his

plates. They then paid a visit to his home where the rapper admitted his wrongdoing --

a law enforcement source even said Miller "was the most polite and nice intoxicated

person we've ever seen" -- and was escorted to jail where his bail was set for $15,000.

Miller's reported arrest comes just weeks after he and Ariana Grande announced their

breakup. The couple split after dating for over two years.

Billboard has reached out to Mac Miller's reps for comment, but have no heard back.

Keep it here for any updates on the story and until next time,

California 2017 Wildfires Debris Cleanup Nears End - Duration: 3:39.

Seven months and one day after the October 2017 wildfires erupted in Sonoma

County [OFFICIAL] "We are 99% complete as of today, having removed 2.2 million tons of

debris which equates to nearly 314 square miles of fire area that's been

cleared." A momentous update given the magnitude, complexity and self-imposed

timeframe for the debris removal process. [OFFICIAL[ "From the beginning of this very

catastrophic, very devastating event, the response has been a one team one fight

effort." A similar accomplishment and announcement the very next day in

Ventura County. [OFFICIAL] "The county, the city, the state and the federal resources all

coming together as a team and fighting back and the the cooperation was

seamless." [OFFICIAL] "We moved more than 18,000 firefighters through our our fantastic

mutual aid system and all other kinds of assets to roll into and try to minimize

the overall losses, but there were losses." The ferocity and unstoppable nature of

these fires and the debris flows that followed in Santa Barbara created a

cleanup and recovery challenge not seen in California since the 1906 earthquake.

Combining the accomplishments of the debris removal projects from the northern

and southern California wildfires, teams have removed a total of nearly four and

a half million tons of debris from 5221 parcels. It took seven months. [OFFICIAL] "Huge

efforts working with local Public Works County offices to get mud debris moved

out and get highway 101 open, working with Caltrans, monumental job."

The Tubbs and other fires in the north... [OFFICIAL] "I want to celebrate what we've been able

to achieve but we also want to assure the people that we serve that we will

continue to advocate for them that we will be there for them."

The Thomas fire in the south... [OFFICIAL] "40 days this fire burned and the destruction

that it laid in its wake was absolutely unimaginable. The work that was done by

our first responders our government agencies was nothing less than

extraordinary. This is government at its finest." Historic wildfires in nearly

every way and historic debris removal efforts to go with them. [OFFICIAL] "I want to thank

all of those parties people behind me but more so really right down at the

local levels and the opportunity to work with the public works people in Santa

Barbara and Ventura and the city and their representatives because without

those solutions coming up from the bottom up again we wouldn't be as

successful as we are now." [OFFICIAL] "Moving forward after the debris has been cleaned up

we're gonna still continue to remain here through the process of helping our

communities rebuild." Visit our online newsroom at OESnews.com to learn more
